The changed seasoning on the chips is awful. Tastes like supermarket frozen potato wedges. Bring back plain fries. McDonald’s for me from now on.

Got my food and checked it before I pulled of due to having so many issues with my orders in the past but anyway my chicken looked like it had been cooked last week and I think they cooked the chips a few days ago it was honestly thst bad, the lad at the window agreed with me he said it wasn’t fresh so the manager NATHAN came to the window and totally refused to change it but said he can put my chicken and the chips back in the oil for me to warm them up I WAS FUMING and demanded my £20 back STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE OR U WILL GET SICK Nuneaton is the better kfc the food there is fresh

Drive through problems, no forks, spoons, etc to enable us to eat the drive through meal when we go to our picnic destination. We have experienced nothing but problems with this restaurant on every visit, we wish there was another KFC in the area but there isn't, this franchise is a rule unto themselves, i wouldn't recommend this drive through.

The worst KFC I have ever visited and my luck it has to be the local one to me. Soggy chicken dripping in what looks like some kind of oil, spongy chips that looked more like mash than chips. NEVER GOING AGAIN.

Don't Bother! Bought 2 piece traditional meal with gravy for me and popcorn chicken for my husband, who picked me up outside the main doors to continue on our way South. It was on the motorway that I opened my meal. Meal, was more like a very poor snack! Very small burned chips and my 2 piece meal consisted of a single very small thigh piece of chicken. Only wanted fillet snack box through drive through Firstly intercom tapped over and poor sound Was then told cash only which was not an issue but still not good When got to window I handed over £5 note when given change was only given £3 and told no 1p's not major but if cash only still poor. DONT GOING TO THIS KFC. Walked in to order, waited 20 minutes for the staff member to acknowledge me, even worse there was no queue. Had the wait a further 20 minutes to get my food, got home and half of the order was missing from the family bucket. Contacted the store and after being passed around by staff members I spoke to the manager. They were so rude, Told me it wasn’t their fault and I should’ve checked before I left. Last time I will ever go back, compliant to KFC customer services.

My grandson likes to visit every week. They always get my order wrong and the service is always shocking but tonight there was no queue and the young English person was efficient very friendly and really fast what a pleasure.

I love KFC chicken and the food has most the time been really good, on several occasions they have forgotten my small beans, I'm not the type to complain but I have spoken to the manager on a few occasions. However my last visit had me in terror, after checking my order to make sure my beans were present, I happily drove home which takes me on average 45 minutes drive. When I got home and consumed my food and half of my Pepsi before I noticed something on the inside of the lid and behold..., some sort of flying insect. Once I took a second to think, I felt sick and vomited. Images are shown with the insect.

Popped in today as my son loves KFC. Previous visits included no fries, no ketchup, no card payment available via drive thru, no ice cream. So for me I'm not keen on visiting this particular KFC. Today's visit was hassle free, they had everything. The only issue was we had to sit on the stools as the tables that were empty had not been cleaned. But they were eventually cleaned during our visit. Food was very nice.

After witnessing staff cleaning the floor then the table with same said brush, I confronted the manager who couldn’t see a problem with this - he stated she would clean table soon but people had already sat down. We popped in here for bag of Boneless Chicken with chips, beans and coleslaw. It was delicious, but the place was so busy that we had to wait a while to be served, and then wait again for it to be prepared.

Uppn my previous visit last month we were informed that there was no ketchup only after we ordered and paid. This time we popped in for lunch, the place was empty and we were told their were no fries - so we left. Clearly poor management.

Why is it that we have two KFC takeaway restaurant's in Gravesend, one in Valley Drive and one in Perry Street, the one in Valley Drive is excellent, however, the one in Perry Street is awful, service slow, staff not on the ball and the chip's are disastrous, second time of visit thinking the first time may have been a one off, how wrong was I, I will never visit the Perry Street shop again and I will certainly tell all my friends and family about the absolutely awful experience

Ordered 8 chicken strips and 8 chicken pieces meal we waited 40 minutes then when we got it home the coating on the strips was brown the chicken pieces were not cooked properly skin not crisp and some of the chicken still pink. We can only advise people not to go here after phoning the manager and all he said was sorry it won't happen again

Visited KFC with my father whilst in the area. We were served by Fatima (according to the reciept). A very positive, smiley and helpful young lady. Who advised me to download the app and make use of the better offers. I also made my order and she then showed me a more effective way of getting more for my money. So thank you!

Had two disappointing visits here, won’t be returning as the chicken had ran out but offered an extra boneless piece, asked for a piece of corn as well and gravy, got to pay and wanted to charge me for the gravy, told them to cancel my free gravy! We went to get some quick food from this KFC. We quickly turned around! This store is dirty, it needs a good clean. I’m surprised EHO haven’t been called. If it looks dirty from the front I wonder what the hygiene is like in the back of house.

To start with one toilet not working, other toilet lock on door not working and place was dirty- not sure last time was checked by staff.

Nunca han sido muy bien aquí, falta de orden y artículos mal cerrado. Tienes que dejar su orden cada vez antes de salir del coche. Went to KFC last night, we had to wait 25 minutes to get our food and only 2 people in front of us. They run out of water orange juice gravy. No apologies staff really not very good. We all had our meals served separately. Shocking. Massive fan of KFC but not this one.

I have to say I have never in my life been in such an awful takeaway establishment. I attended on a Friday evening with my husband and 2 children, aged 5 and 8. It was getting late for them to eat so we thought we would enjoy a quick fast food meal. KFC seemed ideal as it was literally next to the hotel we were staying at. The restaurant was empty yet had about 20 portions of chips and tonnes of chicken sat in the cabinets 'keeping warm'. This put me off straight away. And just as I was about to order my food, a man came to the counter to state they had forgotten something off his order. Well, staff delighted in arguing with him that they hadn't, leading to the customer becoming quite angry. Not really sure how it all got sorted. As I placed my order, I got the impression the lady didn't really know what she was doing. She spoke very poor English and appeared to struggle at the till and when she asked if I wanted anything else, I asked her if she had added my drink and side order of chips. With a vacant look on her face, she said no. So I tried explaining to her again what I wanted. Clearly not understanding my simple order, she engaged in a massive conversation i her own language (not English), with the rest of the staff, which I thought was pretty rude. It somehow lead to a big dispute about how the drink would be an extra 99p and the chips would be an additional 99p, despite the signage in the shop stating that drink & any side order for £1. The lady tried disputing that the '&' sign said 'or'. Despite trying to explain to her that it didn't say or, we realised weren't getting anywhere fast and made a quick exit from the shop. Truly awful staff and service. Enough to put me off KFC for life. Certainly would not return to this one if we ended up staying in the area again and would definitely NOT recommend it to anybody else either! Stay clear!

After a long wait (over 15 minutes) using the drive through, there was missing food, floppy chips and rubber like chicken. Avoid this branch of KFC.

I took my 3 grandchildren to KFC, Coventry Road, Hinckley. We ordered 3 popping chicken meals, chips and wanted 2 wraps, but were told only 1 wrap was available. I also ordered a coffee but was told only black coffee available as they had no milk. The 3 portions of chips were cold, so I asked them for replacements. The chicken wrap was cold. Since it was the only wrap they had, I didn't want it reheating, so I gave it back to them. I thought I would check the popping chicken my 3 grandchildren ordered, when they bit into them they were also luke warm, so I returned them too. I certainly would not go back there again.

Waited for roughly 10 minutes to be served, despite only 2 people being in front of me in the "queue", at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Hardly rushed off their feet.I ordered a boneless dips meal, (which arrived after several miutes without dips) and a cup of tea (which arrived without milk, sugar or spoon). No condiments, sauces, dips, straws, napkins on display anywhere - I had to request each and was met with overwhelming apathy.Thankfully the food was at least warm.

I don't know whether it's an issue with KFC itself as I have heard lots of bad reviews about many of their restaurants, but this one is gross.Whenever I have been in, the floor is usually filthy and the tables haven't been bothered to be cleaned at all. It doesn't make you want to eat in there and if that is what the public areas look like, imagine what the back where you don't see is like?!Last time I came in, which was a while ago as I avoid coming here, I mentioned to a staff member that perhaps he could clean up one of the many tables so we had somewhere clean to sit and he just shrugged and carried on with what he was doing! Compared to Mcdonald's where someone is always cleaning the tables, this KFC is always filthy and puts me off wanted to eat from there.

I have been here a few times. The food has been ok most of the times but quite a few number of times the food hasn't been up to the standard that is expected. The food hasn't been as tasty as it should have been, some chicken dry, gravy bland and watery etc. The staff haven't always been the most friendly. The cleanliness hasn't always been the best both in the seating area and the toilet area.

I required a quick solution for lunch, bad decision to go to KFC Hinckley. It's the first time I have used this KFC since it moved out of the town centre, it will be the last. I decided I would go into the "restaurant", it was dirty, the staff seemed pre-occupied with doing little. I wasn't asked if I was eating in they just put the purchase as a take-away, which made my mind upas to where I was eating, In the car. I asked for a side of barbque beans, because I remembered them as being very tasty and in a thick sauce, NOT anymore, very watery sauce not nice.

KFC gravy is meant to be the famous thick gravy we all enjoy but from this kfc, if you like brown water then your in luck as that's what you get. I asked them is your gravy like this all the time and they answered errrr I think so. Not a clue that place. avoid and make the effort to go to Nuneaton kfc as all reviews are good.

Even allowing for the extremely cheap and cheerful nature of KFC's, this place is awful. Looking for a quick meal for a couple of small children, I took them here but won't make that mistake again. We've been going to this KFC for a while now & after so many disappointments with this place we will not be going back! I've been disappointed by this newer restaurant since it opened, being told there's no gravy, no fizzy drinks available etc so haven't been in ages, we've been driving further to the one in Leicester which is miles and miles better. The staff were unmotivated and even with an empty restaurant all the table were disgustingly dirty!!!! We chose the cleanest table and wiped it down ourselves. Tried a drive through and was told to park up and wait to be served. Wandered inside to see a litter-covered floors and queues for food. I would not fancy sitting in there to dine.
