Reading most of these reviews have me absolutely baffled! Ive been sticky sisters several times and i actually went to hinckley today just to get a sticky sisters only to find it was closed down! It had me shed a tear almost, I was so looking forward to it. I had to google what was going on only to find such negative reviews which i find quite shocking knowing how good they actually are! Their milkshakes, burgers and fries were absolutely banging and worth the money. Most people are complaining when they’ve ordered online and their food turned up “cold” but its not the restaurants fault its normally the delivery drivers. Such a shame for an actual decent place to close down because of highly opinionated stuck up individuals who just want attention or a few pennies back. Outraged.

This place is a massive disappointment. I never liked burger King but I'd eat that rubbish over this any day.

I can't deny the food is good. Everything I've had so far has been delicious. But the service and quality are all over the place. First takeaway, they forgot two items which I had to collect. Second missed one item, definitely an improvement. Walked in for a takeaway today. They forgot half my order and had to start cooking again, said they'd cook it all from scratch for me. When I ate it, one half was cold, the other hot. So they didn't recook it all after all. I think they just need more practice, but this opening few months are critical, they need to sort it out. 6 Months in: Much better service now, still a bit sloppy round the edges, I put this down to staff experience, but the food is always bang on.

Wow this place needs closing down. Extremely rude staff. Was waiting 45 minutes so asked how long it would be. Was told it will be ready when it's ready it's chicken we can't cook it that fast. Then half our order came out after a few minutes we asked if the burger was coming she then got in my mum's face and said it's coming in a minute. Honestly think it would be better service at Karen's diner. Oh and also was told to "go and get him out the toilet it's out of order" referring to my grandad at which point I had enough so I said no which she then said well I will go and get him myself then. Honestly never known anything like it. Kate needs to find a new job that she likes. The place was empty too no reason for any of this

Not exactly sure why the negative reviews are here, however I visited the restaurant in person today 07/11/2022, I was impressed with the choice on the menu, seems to be a lot of vegan/vegetarian options of your regular chicken dishes, which would be good for some. I ordered some wings in the BBQ sauce, my friends and the tenders and a burger I forgot the name of but looked nice. Food took a little while to come out. maybe around the 15/20 minute mark, but was delivered directly to the table, but I think the difference here was it tasted like it had been cooked right there and then. it definitely had not been under heat lamp such as other chicken joints. The chips where especially nice I thought for skin on fries, where nice and crispy on the outside with a fluffy inside. KFC could learn a thing or two about their chips from here. So honest review, I would come back when I'm popping into town and wouldn't have an issue taking friends there.

I’ve never done a Google review before, but felt like this experience was so bad I had to have a say. Visited Nov 2nd (Wednesday) at around 12.20pm. Alarm bells should have started ringing when I was the only person in there. Ordered food. Thought it would be 10-15 mins. Only ordered the “Buffalo OG” burger with spicy chips. 30 mins later and food arrived. I reiterate I was the only one in there. Food was put on the counter and I didn’t even get a thanks for waiting. Just plonked on the counter and server walked off. Incredibly hostile. Cooks/chefs in the back giving me dirty looks. Buffalo burger was bland and tasteless. Chicken inside dry. Barely even warm. The chips was tasteless. I literally got the smallest amount of spicy sauce all just put in one corner. Food extremely poor and overpriced. Not convinced it were fresh. Staff need better training on how to prepare food quickly and effectively. Retraining staff taking orders on customer service skills would not go a miss either. Extremely hostile environment inside. Looking at other reviews on here, I’m not the only one leaving extremely disappointed. Won’t be long until this place is shut down, which is a shame. But there is an extreme lack of care when preparing food…..

Appalling not to sure i can say much more . 30 min wait for food i would understand if it was busy only me and my partner was in there. It then came out completely wrong nothing was right apart from the chips . The young lady gave me a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience. All the other reviews sre spot on they are bad 👎

Underwhelming and dry chicken wings. Very disappointing.won’t be ordering again. My partner had previously ordered and it was much better…either inconsistent or taken a sharp downward turn. For what I paid, expected much better. Reminded me of a cheap kebab shop at the end of a night out!

Food is mediocre, staff are polite , the vibe in the shop is horrible though . Took 28mins to produce okish food . Would be nice to be advised that you will have to wait 30mins for your food .

I decided to try out sticky sisters on tuesday afternoon , i have to say i was relly impressed , really firendly staff , the manager luren came over and asked if everything ok with my meal she ws very warm and friendly , the store looked very nice and clean , the food was amazing , ill be making a weekly visit there from now on , highly recommended:)

Very yummy chicken wings I love them!!!!! I come every Wednesday for the 6 wings 1.99 staff are friendly and attentive would recommend this restaurant it needs more recognition

Great little restaurant on the crescent, came here after going to the cinema with the 15% discount, staff very friendly and the place is spotless! We got some wings to share and 2 bbq burgers, it was banging 👌

Sticky Sisters more like Sicky Sisters! delivery was incredibly late , food was very spicy and inedible as it was stone cold when it arrived. there was no heat warning on the wrap and the shock of it almost made me vomit- i'm only12 and i've never experienced such spice before. Where were the warnings!!!!!!! I could have died! now my mother is stuck in the loo with the world falling out of her bottom. #girleynightruined! Thank Sicko Sisters!

Thought we would have lunch here today, cold chips, lacklustre burgers, grandon's burger was so flooded with sauce it was inedible. Staff acted as though they could'nt care less and we waited 45 minutes for our food! Never again!

After doing a bit of shopping in Hinckley. I was looking for somewhere to eat. This place is great in the crescent and right by the bus station. Had a quick bite, chicken burger with chips and a soft drink, I also had a mug of tea . The staff were friendly and Kathleen brought my meal to me very quickly and helpful

Popped in after shopping with my partner. Two staff were outside smoking and saw us enter - after looking at the menu and talking about what we fancied - we waiting for around 10 minutes while two, maybe three, staff chatted behind the food prep area and ignored us. After a couple more minutes we simply gave up and left. The two staff members outside watching us give up as we walked out.

Despite other reviews we had lovely food. Ordered Nachos, chicken tenders meal and dirty fries followed by Churros The Nachos were lovely and big portion. Chicken very nice and dirty fries as a side were a meal in themselves. Finished with rather nice churros between us. Definitely go back- just hope as good next time.

This was our first visit to sticky sisters Hinckley and it was more than disappointing. We ordered five items, when delivered there were only four (and we had to wait for circa 25 mins for them). When questioned one hadn’t been put through, so had to reorder and my daughter had to wait. One of the four that did turn up was covered in salad and mayo despite being ordered (and explicitly so) plain. So my son also had to wait for his and three of us ate whilst two sat watching. To be fair, the replacements turned up after five to 10 minutes but were then drowned in sauce. Fries were luke warm on first three meals. The young lady serving was polite enough but observed other staff being quite rude to other customers (throwing orders onto tables etc and simply turning away as if they had somewhere more important to be) and heard several other customers also complaining that meals/orders weren’t correct. I don’t normally comment (much to my families chagrin) but feel in this instance it’s probably warranted given this whole (somewhat poor experience) cost just shy of £50. I could have gone to McDonald’s and spent £30 and it would have been a much better lunch date.

Great food and something nice and different. The "Original Sticky Burger" was perfectoy cooked and the chicken breast was gorgeous. My wife had the Mexican Chicken Wrap, and has been obsessing over it since then. We ate-in and really liked it. Plus we got a Blue Light Card Discount. So I really have no complaints at all.

We’re do I start 🤢🤢🤢🤢 the burger sauce tasted like a salt challenge and the fries were like they had been in the microwave for 40,000 hours, went to pick one out the box and they all came out together was like chewing wood. Get burger king back I say.

took my granddaughters 18 year old and 12 year old , this is just the right place new and different , the staff explained what food were what to the girls , nothing was to much trouble so friendly.....makes a changed from long faces in other places in town , the latte was great and even when i asked for extra strong i was'nt charged extra like other places in town , the food was cooked fresh and the girls really enjoyed it the english breakfast tea came in a tea pot , the pudding were a big hit too , and it didn't break the bank , i can not recommend this place enough , i will be recommending to everybody i know and i will choose this place hands down over other places in town ,

I have ordered a chicken burger meal with spicy fries and halloumi sticks and it took ages to cook them (I was the only customer in the restaurant). When I receive my burger the chicken was drawn in the sauce and there was more bread than chicken. The halloumi sticks had no taste and the fries overcooked. The service is not good, I received half of my order and when I went to the till to ask for the rest everyone ignored me, I had to wait 4 minutes. Again I was the only one customer. I will never eat again in this place! The only thing that was nice was the coke.

Awful. Went in for food for the first time today and wow. Waited for about 20 mins for food which I didn’t mind as I thought hey it’s going to be nice and fresh. Nope, chicken was lukewarm and mega dry. Will never return.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews for places but it was so bad.. the wings were nice but just came as plain wings not any sauce on like we asked for and at 16.50 for 20 wings I'd expect them to at least be right. Waited about 40 minutes for food.we had the dirty fries which were OK but nothing special. We also got the buffalo burger which was grim Chips were rock solid and not cooked properly. Half the food came to the table and about 10 minutes letter the rest of came, I say rest but they missed lots off. 5 people waiting to complain so didn't bother as I could see how stressed the young girl looked working there. In all for a lunch I paid 60 for 2 adults and 3 kids. wish we just went Greg's!

Great Chicken and sauce! needs a bit of work on the quality of the sides but other than that a decent meal.

Needed a knife and fork to eat the burgers as swimming in sauce, and not that tasty. Fries not hot, spice on spicy fires not well mixed in and non spicy fries just not great. Pud was ok. Why have another company label on it. Quite suspicious.

First time ordering at sticky sisters, was left disappointed with are food order, had chicken wrap was drown in sauce was to spicy couldn't eat it, was soggy to, chicken wings were dry & to salty, drown in buffalo sauce was very spicy! Dosent state how hot these sauces are! Considering there lots of people with food Alaggies, Very highly priced for what we got! Half the order was missing cost of £39 ridiculous price when food wasn't good, won't be ordering again.. should gone KFC...

Waited 5 mins to get served when there were only one group infront. Then ordered our food (spent 25 quid). Then sat down and waited. 40 mins go by, not a word from staff, which were aplenty. Complained, didn't get an explanation as to where our order was so asked for a refund, which in itself took an age. Was really looking forward to the food as love chicken, but due to the terrible service we received, will never be going back.

Shocking place, ran by idiots with no customer service skills or cooking ability. I thought I'd try the 5.99 deal of burger fries drink.. 15 mins to get this btw, although only 2 people in there, yet 6 staff I could see. Burger... the chicken was hard to chew and lacked imagination.. its no zinger etc. The drink.. a basic 330ml can of coke..the fries awful, so overcooked they could be snapped in half like a dry stick, dark brown and black in colour and I had to leave them. At this point I was the only one in there yet all staff stood chatting and nobody approached to ask how the food was. So I took my tray back and said I've tried sticky sisters and wont be back as you can't even cook fries they are burnt to a crisp... now most places would apologise, offer more fries or a refund even.. I wasn't looking for this, I just wanted to voice my complaint and offer feedback. At this point the elderly blonde short lady said 'how rude the fries aren't burnt'. I couldn't believe her attitude especially as I brought the evidence of the uneaten overcooked rubbish served back to her. I had no time to argue the point, told her what I thought of them and left ... please save your money.... total rubbish, youd get far better food at a dodgy late night chicken shop for 3 quid. The place is dirty too, I was given a tray with someone's sticky sauce remains on it, gross.. they cannot even wash up properly. I'd suggest they won't be in business by Christmas.

I went down at 8.30pm wed as it states they are open till 9.pm but they were shut already? . After reading the comments I'm glad I didn't have the misfortune of being served.

Went to this restaurant today and dined in. Food was really lovely and very hot! Lovely presentation and very tasty food. Would recommend and will visit again next time I’m in Hinckley!

For a restaurant that was empty apart from 3 customers who were already eating it took an age for our order to arrive, 25 mins. We both ordered wrap meals which were not special orders. Both though, had far too much sauce on that drowned out the taste of the haloumi and chicken wraps and made the tortillas soggy. As a side note, Sainsburys offer 2 hours free parking for people who buy something in the crescent. Sticky Sisters don't have vouchers for this scheme yet. On a positive note the fries were hot.

Food was disappointing. Slaw on a sandwich that said it didn't have any on it on the take away menu. Portions didn't make sense, kids chicken portions were much bigger than what is on a burger that is double the price. Worse thing of all is that we were sick the next day. We'll order or go somewhere else next time, it's a shame that BK closed and that says something.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. Was quite exited when I made the order, but then I read the reviews and was not so exited. Food arrived in good time (Deliveroo) and looked ok when we opened the boxes. The chips were a bit cold and dry but the sweet potato fries were good. The burgers I received were ok, even though they got a couple of the orders wrong, which was quite disappointing but they still tasted ok. Although the overall experience of the food was average/good, for the price I paid I expected ALOT more and for that reason I won’t be ordering from here again. Overall, food - pretty good, price - bloody extortionate!!

Worse chicken pieces I have ever had dry and hard, chips appeared to have been reheated possibly more than once, could not give it even part of a star and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Only gave it 1star as couldn't post if I didn't give1

Chicken was overcooked, dry and stringy, batches were dry and bordering stalez chips not seasoned and dry. Food overpriced. Chicken wings were OK, service was good and place was clean but unfortunately we won't be returning

Over priced for what we got. Ordered wings that were hot-medium but there was no heat. Ordered corn which was un-seasoned yet the description states there is sauce on them. Food was luke warm to cool despite eating in. Ordered a bottle of water which was £2.50 paid. Then to be told there was no bottled water. Asked for a still alternative of anything. Was brought a mug of luke-warm tap water and not offered a refund for the bottle of water

Not great at all had home delivery and that’s was a mess. Also been in that was terrible as well orders one timing received another and burger was dry not worth money.

Food was below average. Ordered chicken tenders; tasted like reheated in a microwave and drowned in BBQ sauce and cold. Staff were pleasent and plenty them around. Ordered the nacho slam with chicken... forgot to add chicken after charging me xtra. Very disappointed they could mess up simple fast food. Hopefully next time they will improve the food quality. Though we would give it a try but what a disappointment. Even the staff member serving us seemed embarrassed to tell us the price and even asked 'is that OK?'. Ordered for four of us and the meals came out one at a time, with the last one nearly 10 minutes after the first. I can't see this place lasting. The taste of the food isn't anything to write home about and is just about adequate.

I’d like to give this place the benefit of the doubt: it is new which means they’d encounter some teething problems but unfortunately a new place should have good quality food - especially at the price you’re paying here. That simply wasn’t the case, my fries were soggy and tasted like the chips they serve at Hastings high school and the burger didn’t knock me out the park. The staff were pleasant and helpful but my experience doesn’t give me this place any hope for its future

Food, great !!.. service slow.... was in store and took good while ..got home with the food and nothing was labeled had no clue what was what and them paper boxes go damp very quickly.. not great .. very dangerous especially having the hottest wing on the menu .. will be back tho .. get some labels made !!

Absolutely disgusting, £50 and about a fifth of it eaten. Every single hotdog came looking like it had just gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson, buns were so soggy you couldn't even pick them up, chips were pretty much still frozen with lidl tomato ketchup, they trade under 3 names, sticky sisters, dirty dog shack and taco loco, avoid all if you don't want to waste your money

Came with friends some weeks ago and the wait time for a box of chips and two burgers was about 20 minutes. I'd ordered drinks, but it was redundant, and felt like a ploy to buy another to accompany the main meal, as I was so thirsty I drank it beforehand. No clear rules on how you are meant to leave the used cutlery, as you get odd looks handing them back to the counter. As a result, tables are flooded with mess. Gets a solid two stars from me because each time I've been, the server has put some effort in and its not been their fault, but the organisation of how it is being run has been sub-standard and confusing.

dreadful experience from start to finish. to start off with the staff didn't even know their own menu, it took 25 mins to get some halloumi sticks and then took a further 15 for our burgers to come even though the shop was empty. when the burgers came the cheesy chips had no cheese on them so had to be sent back but they took the whole board so no burger again for a further 5 mins. when we finally got our burgers they were undesirable to say the least the chicken was dry and there must have been enough BBQ sauce for ten burgers in each one, safe to say I wont be returning and especially with a £29.87 price tag for essentially 2 takeaway burgers and chips. best thing was the can of coke!!!!!!

Delivery/ Service - After waiting 50 mins (on a Tuesday when you'd expect things to be quieter), we only recieved half our order and of the half we received, it was incorrect. After calling, we were told our 2 other bags were sat on the counter and that we could 'collect' them or request a refund; we opted for the refund. Food - we thought it was worth trying the food that had been delivered but it was arguably even worse than the service. Everything was cold, dry, and chewy LITERALLY to the point of being inedible. We ended up grabbing something from the chip shop in the end

Someone needs to get a grip here before another 'fast-casual dining restaurant' goes the same way as Louisiana Chicken. Ate in - but I should have read the warning signs: no menu boards in the windows; all staff under 18 (ones I could see - pleasant enough just lacking dynamism); and, no customers albeit this was 2pm on a Saturday. Had the chicken and rice (KFC's offering is 40% cheaper and 100% better) and spicy fries (not hot enough and with a liberal dusting of seasoning on top but none below the top layer). Expensive for a fast food offering. Can't see this lasting much longer if it carries on as it is.

We decided to order from this place and are so disappointed. I’ve never written a trip adviser complaint before and honestly have nothing positive to say. My sister and I ordered the £27 pound deal, which includes two mains, two sides and two desserts which we thought was a reasonable deal and proceeded to order and added on some Halloumi sticks. Food took a little while to arrive but that wasn’t much of an issue for us, providing the food quality was good- which it was not! We both had the original burgers, my sister had called ahead and asked if one burger could have no pickles and no ‘sticky sister’ sauce, man on the phone seemed confused but informed he would call back to confirm this request- we had no call but presumed there was no issue, food arrived with both burgers still containing the sauce and pickles, I’d like to add the sauce is very spicy and this is not specified in the description, buns were dry and both burgers were just inedible. Onion rings were soggy. The cheesy chips were vile..don’t even know where to start with these… just ew. We decided to skip the mains and give the desserts a go, donuts just crumbled with all the grease… nicest thing was the churros and they were still made to a low standard. We are so dissatisfied and still hungry, will definitely not be ordering again and definitely do not recommend. I would like if someone could reply to rectify and issue us a refund!

Very disappointing and expensive for what we had. Chicken tenders were not tender but tough and dry. The sticky sister sauce looked like peri peri & tasted like peri peri! Spicy fries were not spicy but very bland. We won't be returning!

Over priced for what it is, cold chips and couldn't get the order right. Wasn't organised or staffed properly. Wouldn't recommend at all. Pure disappointment, this is at hinckley branch. Won't be back. Such slow service

So disappointing! Ordered from here twice with just eat and each time I've never been pleased so won't be bothering again. The burritos are so boring and dry. The quesadilla were disgusting dry and for some reason chewy and overall just hard to eat and bite into. Horrible food. Also very overpriced!

A burger, cheesy fries, corn on the cob and a can of pop was nearly £20!! The lady said do you want it as a meal so I thought maybe this was a cheaper option till she told me the price lol.. it took ages to come out and longer then the person I ordered with so we would of been eating separately ..then the totaly wrong order came out. Staff then trying to blame one an other for it so I asked for a refund. If Burger King couldn’t make it at the same spot previously this place certainly won’t!!

Went to the Hinckley branch. Absolutely loved the food. I've been longing for a new chicken shop since Louisianna's closed down a few years back. Ordered six wings, but received seven, so even better. Smoky BBQ sauce was the right idea too. The only thing is that my partner asked for a coke float, however they said that they only had soft drinks despite floats being listed on the menu, and having ice cream available. Besides that, would definitely return.

I went in for the first time today, the food was nice and the staff were friendly. I only have one concern, which is quite minor. I originally ordered a coke float, but was told that the only drinks available were coke zero, diet coke or regular coke this was little misleading as the item I had requested was displayed on the menu. All in all I was happy with my experience, and would recommend it to other people.

Restaurant virtually empty just after 3pm. 30 mins for drinks to arrive. Food 50 mins to arrive. Place was not clean and tidy with tables uncleared and rubbish on the floor. 3 meals ordered £32 spent. What a let down for a restaurant that has only been open for a week. Food was cold.. Chips cold, overcooked and bland with no salt available. Asked for mayonnaise and got 2 teaspoonsfull for 3 people to share. The staff not interested in the fact that the burgers were not edible being far to hot./spicy. In fact they were somewhat rude and walked away when confronted. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Overpriced... coca cola cost £2.72 which I did not even get in my order , the chips tasted like cardboard , burger wasn't anything special , little to no flavour. The malteaser milkshake tasted like porridge Won't be buying from here again

Terrible Gurkins old 1/10 Chicken so dry 2/10 Waiting time 2/10 terrible! Prie 3/10 And food taste 2/10 Not clean place Don’t go unless it’s last place in town 5am after night out:) Petrol station burger for 2£ much nicer instead

It was a LONG wait for underwhelming food. Definitely wouldn’t go again, staff were nice but the service and product was sub-par.

Awful and very disappointing for a higher priced takeaway. Our whole order was wrong, only thing right was the chips which were cold and obviously microwaved. We called the shop only to be told “oh sorry we’re shut now” and just hung up. The food we were delivered… Chicken was cold, hard and looked as if it had been in the fryer all day. Wraps were cold, sloppy and dare I say it even slimey. There was a burger but it was shocking looked like it had the bits ready for the bin inside - hardly a burger! (see photo) I wouldn’t not recommend.

I ordered from this establishment today at bang on 7:00 O’clock. The restaurant closed at 9 and it’s been 2 hours and I haven’t received my order . The worst part is , This takeaway does not have a phone number nor on its website does it have the branch listed - I understand that the takeaway has only just opened . However, opening it for home delivery with absolutely no contact is extremely unprofessional and incompetent within the industry . I am not happy. This is daylight robbery and illegal .

Don't bother with this place. Had a takeaway which was truly awful, order was wrong with items missing. Not even sure what the attached photo is meant to be. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered. Poor all round.

Ordered online, waited an extra half an hour even though we were collecting our food. Food wasn’t great, chips tasted like they were microwaved. We realised we were missing our wings as well. Considering the price for what your getting, it’s 100% better to go to KFC for a lot better chicken at half the price!! Only thing nice was the puddings!

Me and the wife ordered here, we tried quite a bit off the menu, the wings were not seasoned at all and didn't taste pleasant the chicken burger had little to no taste, for what we paid we were very disappointed. Wouldn't go there again without a lot of changes.

Ordered wings from the ruffled feathers side of this for delivery. Half the order missing, half the order seemed not as described. Curly fries and chicken were tough and dry. Mozzarella sticks were passable. Waste of money 🤷

Look at the fries - Would you eat that? This is not serious. Food wasn't enjoyable. Desert was nice. (Caramel churros) 👍
