Lovely , clean, well decorated, smart place with polite, attentive service. Food was excellent: £17.95p for a two course lunch ( I had fillet steak which was £24 ). My cousin said his tomahawk pork was amazing. The only thing that stopped the whole experience getting 5 stars was the 40 minute wait for the food but when it came it was great. Maybe a bit of fresh emulsion in the toilets which were otherwise well decorated.

I had steak which was lovely and it came with a few sides which was nice aswell. I'm giving 2 stars for my review because my husband had the half rack barbecue ribs which was a big let down. There was barely any meat on it, it was dry and overcooked. We were expecting much more for the price we paid.

The experience was disappointing. We visited the area and decided to try this place based on Google reviews, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The whole area, including inside the restaurant, had a strong poultry smell, which was quite unpleasant. I ordered the barbecue baby back ribs, expecting a good portion, but what I got was mostly bone with very little meat. The ribs were overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected much better quality and serving size. Not worth it.

I came on my own last week mid-afternoon and experienced the most incredible service. All the team were extremely friendly and accommodating, so much more than what I'd expect in a mid-afternoon slump!

A new valentines tradition, this was our second visit for valentines 💝 although we go more regular than that, we have been 2 years in a row taking advantage of the butchers block and adding a bottle of moet and chandon. Great value for money, each steak cooked to perfection and more food than you can eat. Service is always great at the hinkley miller and carter, we have been to others and not enjoyed as much.

Sharers menus wasn’t clear. Was told after finishing our mains we had made a mistake which made the final bill £60 more expensive. Would have been nice to know the mistake when we ordered so we could correct outselves.

Had a fantastic evening at Miller & Carter, all thanks to Sally! She looked after us so well, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Sally’s warm and attentive approach made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sally—we’ll definitely be back!

For a premium steak house, the steak isn’t great. You can now go to a none steak house and have a better steak. M&C has gone down hill so much and that’s in many establishments. We use to use them lots, not anymore… not good value for money

Great place for a full lunch experience

First time eating here and will definitely return. We chose from the fixed price lunch menu and were very impressed. Service was quick, lovely food, cooked to perfection, and exceptional value. The staff were nice and friendly and the place was clean service was at a reasonable speed but the steak is massively over rated wasn't great at all and found it heavily lacking in flavour

Steak was tough and at £41 it should have been loverly, the ginger man who was meant to great us was miserable but the girls were loverly

An evening spent at Miller & Carter in Hinckley with my wife for a late Valentine’s celebration. My first time at a steakhouse, though my wife has been a couple of times with friends. Very busy for a Saturday night but a warm welcome from the staff who showed us to our table. Leon served us throughout the evening. He gave great recommendations on drinks and food options and the dishes we had were very good. Didn’t seem too pricey either Decent ambience and overall a good evening. Highly recommend.

My server Leon was amazing. He really went the extra mile in making myself and my husband feel welcome and looked after.

Lovely every time I've visited. It's not cheap ,but you get what you pay for. The Sunday Roast Sharing Platter was fantastic.

Ribeye was cooked perfectly but it was the smoky Chargrilled king prawns that surprised me, Best ive had this side of Europe and ive tried a fair few..Also the service was genuine and friendly.

Friday lunch treat. We had a lovely lunch, the food was delicious, can recommend the prawn cocktail, loved the lettuce wedges. Steak was very good. Service was exceptional from Leon. Also one of the best lime and sodas, no ice as requested, I have had anywhere.

Our waiter (Leon) was polite and efficient. He helped us to navigate the minefield of the Miller and Carter loyalty offers. The food is not cheap but is reasonable quality. Why bother charging £1 extra for chunky chips?
