The staff were very helpful, the food was amazing, the lights over head were a little bright when you tea lights on the table to set a little ambiance and the music was a little too loud, having to raise our voices to be heard over the music

We went out as an adult family group and were a large table all having two or three courses and drinks and then hot drinks to finish. We all enjoyed our starters mains and desserts and our service by Leon, was excellent. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Much better than than M&C Coventry. The staff were lovely , the food was really nice. I didn't want to go based on my experience at the Coventry restaurant, but very glad I did.

We tend to visit a couple of times a month, usually at lunchtime for the fantastic Pork Tomahawk. You really cant go wrong, good portion and great taste/value. We popped in a few nights ago and enjoyed a Chateau Briand, and we were served by Sally who did a great job and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you :)

Went with family for a special occasion, 12 people all very happy with their choice of meals. Very busy but served in reasonable time. Staff lovely. Food really tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

Came for our 15th Anniversary for the first time and it was really nice. Our server Liam was lovely and very helpful. Food was delicious and a good price. Highly recommend.

Went there for lunch last Thursday. As it was my birthday we skipped the set price lunch menu and opted for the A La Carte. As usual the food and service was excellent. Leon served our table and was both professional and humorous with his knowledge and banter

Lovely experience but had to send steak back but the Lovely waitress Debbie sorted it straight away and all was resolved we have been here quite a few times and this was the first time this has happened but we would still come back

Our waitress was Grace Mac. She was incredibly helpful with my gluten free dietary requirements. I am newly diagnosed and finding eating our so different. Grace was friendly, professional and efficient . Excellent waitress!! Thank you Grace!!

We’ve been several times to eat here. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are very professional, attentive and friendly. The menu has a large range of steaks on offer, plus other meals. It’s always very clean, the time between courses is perfect and we’ve always been asked how our meals are, and if we want any further drinks when they are nearly empty. You never feel rushed, nor are you waiting too long between courses, and the bill is always presented quickly on request. The food itself tastes delicious. I’ve always had my steaks cooked exactly to my requirement. The chips and vegetable dude dishes are tasty and the portion size is good. They have a nice selection of cocktails and ‘mocktails’. The deserts are delicious, although we rarely order them, having filled ourselves adequately with starters and mains. I nearly always forget to leave room for their deserts! One of our family members has a severe nut allergy, and they take this seriously , making sure they speak to the chef after ordering, to check that the ingredients are safe for her. It’s not cheap, but I feel the prices are reasonable, and reflect the good service and excellent, perfectly cooked steaks and quality ingredients that are cooked to perfection. There’s ample parking in their large car park, with disabled spaces also, and an electric car charger. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The toilets are always very clean, with ample space. I’ve never seen young children there when we’ve been, so I’m not able to comment on how child-friendly this restaurant is. But the staff are certainly friendly and welcoming, so I can’t see there being an issue with bringing young children if you can’t get childcare. Definitely a 5 star all round and would highly recommend you try this restaurant out, you’re sure to become a regular if you do!

Enjoyed excellent lunchtime special with generous portions of calamari starter followed by fishcakes and salad .I also had some of my wife's pork chop which she couldn't finish and it was cooked just right being very tender and not undercooked.Leon was very friendly and attentive.Very smart decor and kept spotlessly clean.Good value for £16.50 a head.Keen to stop for lunch again next time we're passing or staying in the area.
