Yate McDonald's arr either good or very bad. They get orders wrong 70% of the time. I give instructions of what not to put in the burger due to allergic. Yet again they didn't follow instructions and I paid extra for stuff I didn't receive. Frustrating but normally very happy. It happens too often and PLEASE check if u have allergies! I cant eat my burger yet again. I have called many time over the last few months and never had a answer. Calls through. With uber eats they cant do anything.

Delivered by Steven Richard, I'm less than 5 minutes away and he got lost multiple times, over 20minutes later I have cold food ,never again, now I have all that food to throw away, thanks

Very rarely get the order right through the drive through and going in and order your food and you are waiting for a lifetime. No point complaining gets you nowhere management are really not interested in customer service.

Ordered 3 meals at the drive-thro on Saturday evening. We were asked to pull across to the parking bay to await our order and we naively thought we were awaiting fresh cooked food. When we arrived home we found all 3 meals were barely warm and, to be frank, fit only for the bin.Maybe we should have known what to expect but any product should be fit for purpose, this was not.

every time i get a drive through i am disappointed by the time i get home, there is always somthing wrong with my order, no dips, wrong meal, drink. do not recommend but if you do go here, stay clear of the youths and check your order!!

Standard McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting with the food. McDonald’s staff really friendly. Clientele much less so - fairly intimidating, lads with shirts off, loud, messing about - totally ruins it. Fast food though so in and out, but clientele did ruin it slightly

We were in mc Donald's on Saturday and as I had to make a phone call I went out side only to have one of the security guards come out and make smart remarks and laugh about me .Can you let me know who supplies the security so I can make a complaint about him.

Standard McD's with all that entails - clean restaurant, clean loos and ordering screens with plenty of customisation and info. Service is always quick and the staff are excellent, cleaning stuff up quickly and engaging with customers. Good value food with some healthy options too now.

Popped in around 22:40 for some dinner with friends. As soon as we’d ordered we were informed by security that they were closing soon. The two chaps stood by us the whole time sighing and making comments. The service was friendly, but a bit slow meaning we had to take half our food away in takeaway bags, not ideal. Security guards should be there to ensure staff and customers are safe, not to intimidate friendly customers.

Early lunch with Grandchildren. Very busy but managed to get a seat. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, guided us through the ordering screen system. Usual McDonald's food and drink.

Went for a pizza and a couple of pints on Thursday evening as I had heard a lot of good stuff about this establishment. Some friendly customers made me feel welcome, and the cheerful and efficient staff makes it easy to see why the recent award for best family pub and runner-up for best community pub came about.

Went in for breakfast as my husband wouldn’t stop talking about having a ‘roadside American diner experience’ for his birthday, with refillable coffee specifically. Unfortunately, the over all vibe from the staff was very depressing, not even a single smile. When he asked for a refill on the coffee, the waitress told us she’ll be right back and then ignored us for the rest of our stay there, avoiding any eye with us. After about half an hour of trying to get some attention from any member of the staff we gave up and left. Never had a refill on the so called “refillable” coffee that we paid for. It’s a shame, because the food itself was lovely, but the whole experience was ruined by the staff who seemed like they’re all suffering from a group hangover - walking like zombies, avoiding any eye contact, constantly staring into the floor or the plates they were carrying and not engaging with the guests (or us at least) at all.

First time ordering from Good Frydays and we are very pleased with our food! The chips were proper chip shop chips that you used to get years ago, the cod was huge & tasty and the curry sauce was delicious! Our food arrived at in a very good time considering it was a Saturday. 10/10* we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our Saturday evening enjoyable :)
