I thought when you had a had a choice of a 6 inch sub or a 12 inch sub, so when I ordered my 6 inch sub, it only measured 4 inch. So are they making 3 subs out of a 12 inch sub?

I have used Subway a lot and love the sandwiches. I have also got the app. I have well over 1000 points on my app where I can redeem it for a foot long sandwich. I’ve been to 3 stores in Cheltenham and EVERY SINGLE STORE says they can’t redeem it as their machine isn’t working (whatever that even means). Why offer the points if they are useless?

Ordered via internet and given info that sandwich delivered, which was not the case. Tried to call shop as advised by website and found given number does not even exist. They really don't care.

I visited this morning and ordered food, I've never seen anyone put a sandwich together like that before. It looked as though it was being put together in disgust as the meat was just thrown onto the sandwich. The salad looked that dry it would've dried the ocean. All that served up with a friendly grimace. Thank you so much for the demonstration in not how to do customer service.

Esta es la tercera vez que intento visitar esta tienda. Me encantaría revisarlo, de hecho, me encanta Subway, pero aunque se anuncia tanto en Google como en la ventana para estar abierto hasta las 9 p. M., Se cerró en tres ocasiones distintas antes de las 8:30 p. M. Tres veces durante tres meses, mientras visitaba Cheltenham, intenté comprar algo pero no pude. En la última ocasión, un empleado me informó que cerraban temprano porque no estaban ocupados, ¡no es de extrañar! ¿No sería más fácil cerrar oficialmente antes y cambiar los horarios de apertura anunciados y evitar decepcionar a los posibles clientes?

My boyfriend and I decided to visit this subway after work. Whilst the wait was long; the sandwich, the nachos, the cookie and drink was very much worth. Would highly recommend!!!!!

When I eventually got service in this subway, I was greeted by someone I could not understand. I think He was trying to speak English but really couldn't say. Staff took absolutely ages in getting through the queue and the 'salad' girl could have possibly tried to be slower but I fail to see how. I was interrupted whilst choosing salad by the 'sauce' boy asking what sauce I wanted. After all this I got robbed at the till. Almost £5 for a salad? It wasn't even worth the hassle, I spent the rest of the afternoon on my toilet with a dodgy belly. Will not be returning.

I took my friend here for lunch as this was a sensible option for our dietary requirements and I like Subway normally. The staff member was clearly stressed and working alone at 12:00pm lunch time. When she got to our order she seemed so confused and couldn't quite manage to put the six inch and a wrap together without an utter mess. The end result was my friends chicken ceaser wrap was made, wrapped and cut before she added the ceaser sauce! We pointed this out and she reopened the paper and dumped a big squirt of sauce in the middle of the cut wrap on the paper and quickly closed it back up. I tried to use my Blue Light card for our discount and she didn't understand, asked a colleague that appeared from nowhere and then they decided to call another colleague on the phone after photographing my card and the very clear discount on the Subway page. They decided it was in the too difficult box so just didn't bother whilst uttering some half hearted excuse. We raised the sauce issue again as ultimately the sandwhich wrap was a mess and the new staff just opened it up and squirted more sauce in there!! Rendering it inedible. Ridiculous unorganised place. Compete utter disregard for customers and loyalty. They WON'T be getting our custom again and I will be telling others that use or may this Subway branch. We found them rude, unhelpful and unable to make a sandwhich. I'm also emailing the Subway HQ team.

I went in here with my son for Lunch. The kids pack sub he tried to fob us off with was ridiculously small. I asked for a wrap. There wasn’t enough chicken. Then asked for another to be told there was no guacamole then I said I’d have a honey oat sub. Had none left. Suffice to say we left and this will be our first and last visit. This was at 2 in the afternoon as well. Stock replenishment is obviously an issue. Either staff can’t be bothered, or they don’t order in enough to cover a busy high street location.

The staff were really welcoming and provided a fantastic service. The drinks were flowing and the food was held for some late comers. We will definitely be going back! Thank you to Jamie and the rest of the team x

Great service and food. The portion size was so massive that we had to take away our mains. Please don't take that as a negative as it represents such value for money for amazing food that is served American size in the truest sense. Must visit for fans of American bbq.
