KFC in Havering

I find it quite extraordinary to read the reviews below.I can not speak for their delivery service but if any of you lazy people who now have a further excuse for not going out and actually get some excersise decide to eat in it may balance their jaundiced review of this place. I have to say I feel the need to mention the elephant in the room which is that the hard working staff,especially those who work at the counter may be guilty of racism.I am a white British male over sixty years old and I have a strong feeling that because the women are predominantly Muslim and wear habibs this might be the trigger for some of the nasty reviews.I should add that I am of a religion that would not be expected to speak up for Muslims ! I am not a regular but have been to KFC Hornchurch every so often when I take a night off from eating healthily.! I have never found the staff to be rude.They are always very busy and maybe do not have time for niceties but are always polite. Twice I have got confused and made errors which were rectified immediately and on a rare occasion when my fries were not hot enough they were replaced right away. The food is always as it should be.Tasty and enjoyable. I do not recognise any of the negative reviews as being representative of the KFC I go to. My advice is don’t take notice of the reviews and try it for yourself and judge accordingly

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, including the manager Tazbith who kept telling me that he is the manager and that customers are not always right! I wasn’t even arguing, I was simply asking if my menu included corn. I had 5 staff standing in front of me arguing. Shocking! They also gave me the wrong drink but I was too afraid to go back and mention it because all 5 staff would probably have something to say about that too. Please avoid!

I have visited this place twice and both experiences have been far from pleasant. Food is always missing and cooked/prepared poorly. The staff do not seem interested in doing their jobs, since it was empty and took a long time for such a small order, they just stand and talk. Experienced food poisoning the next day.

Ordered through just eat,turned up pretty quickly however food completely cold and half of it missing,tried calling the branch but refuse to answer,waste of money,just don't bother,not the first time Hornchurch branch has been a big let down,will never bother again

Ordered from kfc hornchurch a while back, half the order missing, so wrote it off as maybe a busy day, ordered again tonight, and again, part of the order missing. Don't bother ordering from kfc, unless you plan to drove down there anyway and pick the food up they haven't bothered to put in the bag, that you'd paid for. On the phone with them, they've initially called my wife a liar, and now passed the buck to deliveroo.

we ordered a kfc at 5.50 to be told it would be with us at 6.40 then e got a text saying it would be with us at 7.05 in the end we got it at 7.50 stone cold think it had been on the delivery from when we first irdered will never ever order from here again evr

Really looking forward to a Bargain Bucket and was so disappointed by the quality, which was very poor

Food arrived cold, half portions of fries and dried up congealed rice. The order was missing 2 pieces of corn on the cob and when we telephoned to ask for it to be delivered we were rudely refused and told to contact Just Eat to get a refund. That is no good at all when you have people to feed. I should have taken notice of previous reviews because there is no customer service here, you get what you are given and meant to just like it. Will never order from here again.

I usually go with old reviews but didn't this time, what a mistake Food was cold. Chips and rice were very small and congealed. Missing corn on the cob, when we asked for it to be delivered they blatantly refused. When you order something you expect it especially when you have guests over Never going here or getting a delivery from here again

Not only were they rude, got our order wrong and refused to send it out to us, but this is the state of the corns on the cob we received. I’m sorry but my nans ninety year old teeth are in better condition than these manly pieces of food...vile...do not recommend nor will ever go there again!! Waste of money time and a good corn on the cob that was lost to sitting on a heat stand past it’s sell by date!

Waited over an hour, missing items, extremely rude staff. Will not be ordering from here again. Not recommended.

The most sith place specially the Bangladesh lady ho is manager is a durty beach small like a sith and every time when is come. The tishourt look like now you take out from. Wash. Machine... And the food sith better never gonthere

Horrible food quality and so does service. I ordered online and it has arrived on time. However, I was expecting something delicious as I’ve been eating KFC very long time. I started to eat and realised that burger is cold and there is nothing in the burger apart from two slice of buns and one piece of chicken. And I also ordered 4 chicken wings which is the most popular in KFC. Oh my day, wings were tasteless (doesn’t taste like other KFC) cold, I was expecting two wings and two legs but unfortunately I got all 4 legs pieces! I would highly recommend that please don’t visit or order from this KFC Hornchurch. Better to eat somewhere else.

Avoid this KFC at all costs. After having a string of bad experiences where items are often missed of or wrong food provided, my kfc experience become both dangerous and significantly worse after ordering a takeaway. My chicken fillet was not cooked entirely at the centre and after challenging the team leader and taking the food back with me I was mocked and laughed at and no apology provided even with this order a drink was missed. Avoid at all costs no level of customer service whatsoever when I asked the team leader where the manager wasn’t he simply laughed and said ‘probably at home sleeping’. AVOID!at all costs

Had a really bad experience a couple of years ago and haven’t been back since. Thought I’d order from there as haven’t had one for a while and give them another chance. My home delivery took 55 mins and was 15 minutes late as the delivery guy was on a bike !! The bag was open so the fries were literally stone cold. And underfilled. I received fizzy water (which I hate) and no napkins or wipes. On top of the delivery charge I was charged an extra 50p which I knew nothing about. What for ? Rubbish service, an inaccurate order and one which was stone cold and took 55 minutes. First time using this place in 2 years and now I know why. It’ll be another two years at least before I use it again. Really annoyed.

I went inside to get coffee but until I got to the checkout, I told them kindly to give me 1 coffee and then I received it but then they said I am not allowed to sit in and I was confused and then after that I said at the checkout if I can use the toilets but then they said that the toilets were closed and I went on Friday at 21:00 and the closing times were at midnight. I was confused and angry at the same time without showing I was trying to be disappointed.

WE decide to have a KFC on the way home, it was very hot outside and the Staff in the Kitchen area must have felt it, the food was great as it always is in this KFC,we have had a meal from here a number of times.

This place has just gone thru a recent refit and modernization of the shop, but unfortunately they still have the same problems with the staff. You can ask for thighs and breast portions, with burger meals, but when you get the food you will find no thighs and no burger meals, this means a trip back to the shop to get what you ordered. This used to happen all the time before the refit, but seems to be happening again. The food is the same standard as all the other KFC joints, so there is no problem with that, it is just the staffs inability to get a order right first time, they either do not listen or don't care, as this place is very busy. Just be aware when ordering and check your order before you leave, to save a return journey back to the shop.

Fair enough we thought the food wasn't to bad not great but you could eat it ! I was worried about the chicken cause it felt slimy but I thought it might be the grease .. well 1 hour after eating the food I threw it all up at this point my boyfriend isn't feeling to good but no sickness then 3 hours later he is stuck on that toilet and not moving. I call KFC and as soon as I mention we've been sick they hang up the phone after 15 attempts of calling them back they finally pick it up and blame it on us for eating during the day. Informed them that I only had a jacket potato and it's not that! They then tell me I need to prove it was them and that I had bought the food from there so I go down with my receipt and any remainder bits of food left and she goes I can't do anything cause you've eaten most of it ! Well how else do you think we became ill by looking at it ??? Anyway she refuses to do anything not even a refund time I get home my boyfriend is still stuck in the bathroom . Please avoid unless you fancy a quick fix diet

Food was so greasy and oily but the chicken was burnt as if it had been overlooked or left in the hot box for too long not the best I've ever had

Can't beat a nice KFC... even though this branch can get busy at times and parking can be an issue its so worth it the staff are friendly and efficient VERY rarely get order wrong and give what you ask for also has the advantage of seating now so great for Lunch...ONLY NEGATIVE...the toilets need attention and have not been very clean all the times I HAVE VISITED SO LETS THE SIDE DOWN REALLY ESPECIALY BEING A FOOD PLACE X

Queríamos llegar a llevar y cuando llegamos allí, había una larga cola, serpenteando su camino alrededor del restaurante. Nos dieron nuestra comida típica y sólo esperamos 15 minutos que era increíble como había clientes que van en todo el tiempo. El personal era muy eficiente y la comida era deliciosa, aunque estaban presionados a sus pies. Bien hecho!

Habiendo sido casados hace casi un año, el Kentucky Fried Chicken parecía la elección natural para ese aniversario especial. Tanto mi esposa como yo siempre han sido una campana extractora para esos 12 hierbas y especias (2 de ellas sal y pimienta) y así nos" eran tanto esperamos que tenga una gran noche. primeras impresiones, no era la más grande de restaurantes. sentarse era extremadamente limitado y la decoración un poco corporativa. El servicio era pobre. Nos sentamos casi 30 minutos antes de que el camarero que se negaba a salir desde detrás del pase, señaló el menú encima de la cabeza y cuando le pregunté por el menú de vinos tan grosera encogida y un solo gruñido. Ambos nos recordó unas noches en París. En general, una gran noche pero quizás un restaurante un poco demasiado centradas alrededor pollo

Never before have I had the misfortune in visiting such a grubby shambles of a KFC as this.Having recently visited this outlet for a family treat in what seemed like ages in a queue waiting to be served,I had to negotiate past a long queue of people only to be confronted with two swing doors to reach the upstairs seating area.Imagine having to struggle with a full tray of food in one hand whilst trying to hold both doors open at the same time.Upon having sat down at a filthy table with left over rubbish & food strewn all over the place,we were greeted by the usual screaming brats & their equally obnoxious parents driving us mad in the restaurant obviously oblivious to all the other diners.The food was just about acceptable,but his detracted from the awful decor & cramped seating area which made for a thoroughly miserable dining experience.I think the franchisees ought to seriously take a reality check with this particular establishment with some much needed investment.Definately one to avoid.

Slower than a snail with a limp. It only one star because you can't beat the taste of the chicken. Wasn't he cleanest of places. Management really need to have a look.

This must rate as being one of the dirtiest,grubbiest KFC restaurants I have ever had the misfortune to visit.Filthy tables that had not been cleared,& looking very shabby indeed from the outside.No air conditioning upstairs at the time of visit & one has to negotiate two swing doors to access the upstairs seating area.This is most inconvenient when trying to single-handedly hold a tray of food at the same time.And theres no guarantee of a seat upstairs after having ordered your meal at peak time.Food ok,but lack of investment & a poorly run establishment makes this KFC a very poor dining experience indeed.
