I came to Burger King a couple of days ago, they told me I couldn’t order on the front counter, which is fine, I didn’t know how to use the kiosk, Shannon then proceeded to assist me on them and teach me how to use them, my food was a good price and was done within 5 minutes. The seating area was very clean and a nice place to enjoy a nice lunch, all stuff was very helpful and respectful, would definitely recommend.

I visited the Romford Burger King, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. Upon arrival, I noticed a note at the till instructing customers to order at the kiosk. When I asked a staff member if I could order at the till instead, they curtly responded that I could, but they had been "instructed" to direct customers to the kiosk. My niece was extremely hungry and needed food immediately. Despite this, I reluctantly went to the kiosk, only to find that I couldn’t redeem my vouchers there. After repeatedly trying to complete my order, I returned to the till for assistance. There was a complete disregard for customer service or basic courtesy. I am honestly shocked that this Burger King is still in operation. The entire experience was an absolute waste of time.

I ordered on the touch screen inside, no problems, waited 5 minutes for my meal to arrive. Lady at the counter very polite and the table I sat at was clean.now onto the meal,I had the limited edition double chilli jam burger 🍔 meal and very tasty it is and very filling to.fries and coke very good and air con trying it's best to keep the restaurant cool,27 degrees outside but with the door open not going to do to great a job.i though overall the restaurant, service and food was good.well done bk Romford.

ordered food at 18.20 was supposed to be delivered at 19.04. we received food at 19.25 it was cold the courier had gone to Dagenham's Stanley Ave and not Gidea Park.

Totally ignored by staff after standing at counter for 5 minutes. I even said "Is anyone going to serve us?" but the staff glanced in our direction then looked away. We left. Went to Wendy's where we were served IMMEDIATELY with tasty food. Never again Burger King.j

This restaurant is lucky have to receive this star. Reluctant surly staff, lukewarm burger with the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen, filthy floors and general dirt. Never again!

Awful customer service, rude ignorant staff, tatty restaurant, one to avoid. Check other reviews for last six months. This branch is being run rapidly in to the ground and BK/Franchise owner don't care. Won't be a loss when it's gone. Spend your money elsewhere.

Food is cold and crushed in the boxes. Not very happy at all and it is not appealing. I may have to throw most of it. Be nice if someone answered this and offered another meal at some point!

Visited south street today to find long wait time at the 3 order screens. After ordered food took approx 20 mins to arrive at counter. Found staff rude and unhelpfull esp when an older customer asked to be shiwn how to use the pre order screens. Whatever happened to customer interaction? Walls were filthy. Could do with a coat of paint

Followed the driver on the map he stopped of in Romford for 10 minutes at a different restaurant the stopped of again on route to clearly make another delivery. Food was cold. The expected delivery went from 6 mins and stayed at 6 minutes for nearly 20 minutes

On the 30/04/2024 at around 12pm this afternoon, I ate in at Burger King, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with chips and onion rings, my onion rings were nice and hot and expected, my burger was cold and the bacon was freezing! I took it back and my burger was replaced, with a colder burger? The cheese wasn't even melting because the burgers wasn't even warm, management refused a refund and said they do not refund, she was rude and refused to handle the situation, I ended up leaving the restaurant, hungry with no refund, while she had the ordasity to tell a member of staff to call the police on me, due to me wanting a refund, as my food was cold, even after beong provided

This order has not been delivered. I live in Romford town centre, The delivery driver drove to Collier row, and around Romford, and has lived about delivery. I want my money back immediately, and would like to know why the driver did not have the sense to call me. I placed this order at 11.20AM. it was our for delivery from 11:50. Someone needs to contact me immediately.

Burger was amazing, whole order was there. Chips were undercooked and cold, absolutely vile.

I came in on my crutches for some lunch, I was having trouble using their kiosk so I approached the tills. Two ladies chatting in their language, one called Inesa was staring directly at me with a look of disgust. I asked for help when the other pointed at the kiosk and said use it. I tried to tell her the problems applying my promo which she ignored and continued talking to her friend. I ended up leaving without ordering

I stood at the door and watched the delivery man ride up and down the street without even looking at the house number. He then tried to deliver my food to a different house. They refused it and he eventually got to us. No wonder it was stone cold when we got it.

firstly I only received 1 drink, not 2. The fries were not "drenched" in cheese sauce, it was barely there, maybe a quarter of the fries had even a tiny bit of sauce on them & they weren't even warm, nor was the sauce.

Stone cold. I mean STONE cold, not even slightly war. Delivery info said courier waiting , but receipt said collect by a full 30 mins before it was delivered. Not sure if the issue is with burger king or the delivery rider. p.s. large fries were anything but large and driver was completely uncommunicative. won't be bothering with a just eat burger king delivery again

Honestly cannot believe how much burger king has gone downhill, wallpaper coming away from the walls, burger was dry and dull, drinks machine was not working, staff just didn't seem to care about anything tbh. Got the feeling that there was just no fight in the company to compete with other food chains

Usual BK, personally I prefer their burgers to the likes of Wendys.

I am very disappointed that justeat sends out delivery drivers with multiple orders. So if you’re second on the route especially in this cold weather your food will be cold. Surely it defeats the point of paying to get food delivered of it doesn’t come straight to you.

Called restaurant after waiting over an hour to say driver was assigned but didn't show up, food finally arrived over 2 hours wait and cold!

I have not received my order, my food didn't arrive, the delivery driver didn't even call to get directions, he marked the order as delivered, and the restaurant only said that it shows as delivered and it is not their problem.

***Rude Staff*** poor management. The online ordering app doesn't work. Awful experience. Wendy will put this Burger King out of business in South Street Romford. The staff are rude, the food is as expensive and tastes poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this Burger King. This is example of a business being run into the ground. The staff really let this store down. They charge £10 for the meal and even charge 30p for sauce. (spending £10 on 1 meal)
