Nice receiving and good response

The delivery driver blocked in my vehicle and was off to complete his delivery. I emailed burger King and have had no response. I struggled to get my car out of the disabled parking space (I have a disability), in order to get my daughter to her to a paid appointment and was slightly late. Very disappointed with BK!!!

The food and service is awesome 😎

The food was very cold it was mixed with a very cold coke. I have to heat it up before we could eat it which is not very healthy. I’m not happy with the order

We went to eastern ave burger king sitting there 2 scruffy smelly women walked in with a baby buggy with a dog in it that stunk I complained to the manager he said yes I deal with it I sat outside after we walked out leaving our food coss we dealt sick you know what nothing was done and to top it all my missis went to the laddies loo it was all blocked overflowing the store should be shut talk about hygiene they really don't give a monkeys cannot understand a word they say either disgusting store

My whole meal is cold I had to put my fries and chilli cheese bites in the air fryer and reheat my burger this is unacceptable

I like chadder smoky royal and chilli bites and nice food with good customer service

Been with my family, it was lovely experience. Food preparation was excellent and Restaurant was very clean and friendly staff. More than happy visiting this Restaurant again.

everything was wrong in the order. wrong burgers sent out with no attempt to rectify the issue despite me reporting many times.

Food was all correct and warm and delicious. Only thing is they didn’t supply and ketchup or tissues.

I ordered a burger on burgerking.com from Romford East Avenue RM7 7JJ on the 27/12/24 order number 0351 @ 5:13 and I got sent a burnt burger completely black (see photo) I called to complain and they just hang up on me saying I should make a complaint online.

Burgers were lukewarm warm the steak burger was over cooked otherwise nice

Its a indeed place for family and personal outing. Friendly environment, open space. Food quality & employers behaviour are also to notch.

Chicken burger was nice . Decent service but environment was cluttered. £8.20 for a meal.

Useless takes an hour and 20 minutes

Food was cold on arrival, delivery time was put back further and further to the point I wanted to cancel. Complain to Just Eat who just gives a small refund not taking into account the time waiting and the cold food that my daughter has waited for. Not the first time there’s this type of service but what can you do most places deliver in this way now!

As it’s freebie a Friday we should have got 6 chicken nuggets free but they were not in there. The sauce was but not the nuggets.

Unless you're used to it, it always looks closed. Reminds me of one of those lonely diners on a deserted road, except it's location is far from that. Service is usually friendly and the food OK but the overall atmosphere and lack of any real investment to make it a positive experience, really let it down.

Food was cold when it finally arrived. Delivery driver watching videos on his phone upon arrival, no apology for late delivery.

Cold and thrown together . No serviettes either . Chips had way to much salt on , as someone with high blood pressure this isnt good .Do better and serve customers food the way you would like it served !

NOT DELIVERED! I ordered 2hrs ago. Time kept increasing. I called restaurant they wouldn't help and referred me back to you... No customer service... Keep referring to app and app kept saying driver assigned, then suddenly said delivered but wasn't!

Absolutely disgusted did not order anything do not like ordering from machine my 3 sister's did takes long and very confusing big big queues I prefer ordering at counter two old ladies after us Took so long trying to master the machine we will not be going there again We used to go there every sat but no more will we enter there again

I'm an Uber driver but today I must share a great experience... All burger king staff are rude towards delivery drivers but Mr Manish manager treats us so nicely well appreciated sir and about service towards customers he is very professional and leads the team very well seriously strongly I recommend to burger king area manager hire people like Mr Manish because day by day all Uber drivers hating to deliver food from your franchise only lack of rude staff

after having an original ETA of 14:05, that got pushed back over and over again until I didn't get the food closer to 14:40 and when it arrived it was so clearly reheated. The fries were hard and stale, the burger had hardened cheese around the edge, cold meat but a warmer bun, the lettuce was soggy and discoloured... absolutely atrocious

Reviewing this place after visiting so many years for the first time. To be fair I haven't been here for quite a while due to change of routine. Anyway this is by far the most consistent branch of Burger King I have visited in terms of food quality and it was no exception for today. The steaming hot chicken melt and beef melt we ordered came up in no time, both found to be really delicious. Staffs serving me today was polite and pleasant. Place is well lit and spacious, free parking outside is definitely a plus.

sadly a bad experience to share. quiet time only 3 customer sitting and no queue, I order on the screen for a just a melt double burger with extra cheese and bacon and onion rings. it took them 15 minute to call my number!!!! the staff at the till avoided me all this time and when ask how long it will be just said to me she doesn't know but on its way. and got served a chicken burger instead of my beef burger?! so walk back to change it. and extra 5 minutes wait.... fast food at its best 👌

Delivery was fine but the burgers were very smashed up might want to consider putting the burgers in boxes rather than wrapping as this isn’t the first time it’s happened

Have ordered from here a few times and with nearly every order something has been missing. Either a burger, on a couple of occasions some chips, and on more than one occasion some sides have been missing. Its not ideal, and such a shame as food's ok!

Went here with my mate and instantly noticed only one door was working. There was mouldy peanut butter on the seat and ice covering the drinks machine which only had 2 out of about 15 drinks available. staff were terrible and unfriendly. 2 orders messed up and my friends burger had about half a rasher of bacon. burger itself was small and greasy. toilets were disgusting and there was snot all over the wall. whole place was dirty needs a deep clean. will never be returning again even if i am starving. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!Mould on the seat and got 3 orders wrong ,Everything cold, floor dirty, drinks machine broken and covered in ice. Staff weren't very friendly and the service was slow.

Had the worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. For some unknown reason the staff was very rude. I was respectful in my interaction so was left confused as to the service. He was telling me the incorrect price for what I ordered and then gave me the wrong burger anyways. The burger was not well made and it literally looked like the ingredients were all thrown together. The burger was also very cold as if it was already out for while and the drink I was given had no ice and was not even chilled. I was so weirded out by this interaction I didn’t feel comfortable eating the meal and ended up throwing it away. I would avoid this place next time.
