When I went to KFC I had good service and they served me well, they were very polite and had smiles on their faces. The food was hot , but the only thing was that I asked for a large popcorn meal and they gave me a small popcorn meal instead!! Overall the service was great and I really enjoy eating there.

We attended this drive thru on Thurs, 30th November, to be met with an arrogant, rude , abnoxcious woman who should have been managing the drive-thru system. The woman did not answer the first speaker system even after 3 intermittent "hellos" , so we then drove to the next window/ speaker, to be told in an inappropriate manner and rude ,unprofessional way that she was speaking and that we didn't answer and we " Need " to drive all the way around again as she was not going to take our order at that point of drive thru, and walked off! We did drive all the way around again, only for her to dissappear from the window when she saw us. We asked for the manager there and them and explained what had taken place. The manager responded by saying, " i will talk with her, and what's your order?"". Well, of course, we had no order as we were not spending our money in a place with where they lacked customer service, neither did manager apologise to us! For all we know, he talking to her may have never have taken place as he let her get away with that behaviour already! The kitchen area in the KFC drive - thru is really not spacious at all, its actually very small and crowded - therefore he may well have heard her or witnessed her behaviour already! Will not be spending our money there again - hell to the no !

Why is it every time I go to KFC in Hull and ask for a coffee then tell us they are not serving hot drinks since covid this has hapoened

Rude management, arguing with other customers, and inconsistent portions. Food quality is subpar. Staff fails to return correct change without prompting.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AT KFC SUTTON SURREY. MISSED ITEMS OF MY ORDER AND TRIED TO PHONE THEM UP. NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE EVEN AFTER TRYING 42 TIMES AND WASTING OVER AN HOUR OF MY TIME.. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order a take away and the fillet tower burger is so small it fits inside one side of the box and the £1.99 portion of chips is pathetic in size. All the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller. Useless service.

Yet to get an order right. Complete lack of management so every time staff fail to get orders right. Better chicken shops within 100 metres who bother to give you what you ordered and paid for

Went here today 7 pm ordered a party bucket which comes with 2 large gravy I asked for 4 small instead and got a rude reply and blatant no this can’t be done I’ve been here many times before and had no problems and when we got the “2 large gravy it was like water

Wrong order and missing stuff. When i called back that the whole order is wrong a member of staff blame delivery company . He was very rude and sarcastic say Thank you very much .

I visited the KFC today and I had my eyes dilated so I couldn’t see and I was asking how much it cost and the man was very rude to me when I asked how much the food cost as I wasn’t sure and then when they didn’t give all the food they had a fit about giving the rest of the food

Chips are disgusting in kfc since they changed them but chcken is nice. if anyone wants chicken then go here but if you are after nice tasting chips go to a different chicken shop

I have been a few times because i live local. But honestly they have the worst staff you can just tell they really dont want to be there and the food the produce is soo bad and discusting, always cold and sooo greasy dripping with oil. The toilets are filthy. Its a shame i used to love KFC but its just not the same as it used to be.

I was trying to order online, website not working. So called up to ask if i could pre order for collection as wanted a few party box meals. Caller responded F U and hung up. Decided to take a trip down there and recognised my servers voice the little disrespectful punk, Im sure he recognised mine. To top off the experience finally got home and the boneless chicken strips were all undercooked. This KFC is a joke. Zzzzzz

This is the worst KFC I have ever experienced, the food was cold, the chicken was dripping in grease. I will not use this KFC again and would not recommend it.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had tiny pieces of chicken delivered to home. They obviously think they can palm them off to you because you’re not going to take it back. Thought the first time it might have been a one off so let it go without saying. 2 of the 3 pieces of chicken were no bigger than an egg (I kid you not). The chicken was so dry I had to drink water to get it down. Avoid unless you’re on a diet.

noisy, andtables are not kept clean (Sticky). They have copied Big Mac with the ordering and serving system it is very slow on the ordering side and lengthy waits for the food. Food was properly cooked with hot chicken but only warm chips and drinks waiting ready made for quite some time until the food is ready. Could do better.

I use to use kfc rosehill and had to stop using this branch because the staff were rude and was never able to understand English and always got the order wrong and with items missing and usually cold and dried up . Never again

Forget cold Turkey. Think cold chips. Tiny hot wings, greasy chicken.Never again. Till the next time !

So ordered 2 meals after a long stressful day and surely you would like to think that 2 ,2 piece chicken meals with gravy and coleslaw instead of a drink would be easy . Nope they forgot the gravy and trying to phone no one answers .

Our local KFC, though unfortunately by far the worst. We usually love a KFC take-away, though this restaurant, in the centre of Sutton high street, consistently manages to deliver a really poor experience. Overall the service is very poor, regular queues, very slow service, the tables rarely cleaned with a general dirty feel about the restaurant area. The toilets, if actually open, also smelly and dirty.The fries are served barely lukewarm (definitely not freshly cooked) virtually every time we visit and need to be replaced. Zinger burgers are often not crispy / undercooked, items are regularly missing from the bags, sides are reheated to death (who's heard of crispy bbq baked beans?!!?), and corn on the cob that is so overcooked it is a mushy mess. The staff roll their eyes if you dare to ask for anything to be fixed, which in this place is all too necessary.

Fancied a KFC but needed to eat it there but every table that was there was covered in finished meals, there was nowhere clean to sit down. Really off putting so turned around and left and probably won’t return

Last Friday my 4 years old wanting to eat chicken popcorn had to wait 10 mins in a fast food chain. Obviously not enough staff and not trained properly. staff are rude stay away from this place

Visited KFC and it was absolutely disgusting! Our order was wrong had to wait ages for them to correct our order, the food was horrible the chicken was over cooked, the chips were hard like they had been sitting there for hours before. The toilets were also really disappointing as they had not been cleaned and the doors had no clocks and the toilet was unable to flush. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone and I will not go back there.

Staff are rude toward customers 99 percent of the time and food is always late and cold. Okay for a quick snack but not for a full blown meal

I've been coming here for the past 2 years and food quality has been consistent over this period. I've always ordered via the drive-thru.

If I had never had KFC before in my life then after this I would definitely never I repeat NEVER eat their food again. We were shopping and wanted something quick for when we got home. Bought a festive bucket the chicken was horrid oily and the pieces lookwd like they were the leftovers at the end of the night. If it wasnt so far i would have taken it back for a refund. Our puppy enjoyed a chicken feast

Sutton Branch Team leader is very RUDE to Customers and has no Respect at all. Would Not Recommend this place as paying customers should NOT have to put up with such RUDENESS from it's staff member like it's Team leader. DISGUSTING.

My wife often have a piece of chicken and chips with a tea on a Saturday in the KFC in Sutton High Street.

What else to say, decent chicken, great service especially after the revamp and does the job :) recommend the big daddy meal

Yo estaba absolutamente preocupamos cuando visité esta rama última noche para comer algo rápido en nuestro camino a casa desde Londres. Estaba aproximadamente a las 7 pm, tuve a mi hija con nosotros que es 3, y nos quedamos con hambre.

the staff are like zombies, not friendly, the food is no way near as good as it should be, like bits of plastic greasy chicken. Restaurant is clean but service and quality are poor.

Hemos estado aquí un par de veces antes, pero hoy fue horrible. El pollo piezas fuera de el cubo de ganga incluidas piezas más pequeñas de alas de pollo! Una de las piezas olía como si hubiese salido. Muy mal. No digo que el gerente del restaurante. Dijo que insisten en que estás equivocado! La zona de estar necesita una renovación. El lugar está desmoronándose. Evitar.

KFC es mi placer culpable. El de Worcester Park sirve una excelente comida, así que asumí que the Sutton Branch sería el mismo alto nivel pero qué sorpresa. La comida estaba nadando en grasa, la piel del pollo estaba pasada y el pollo también era pasada. Era repugnante, no sé cómo dos ramas podría ser muy diferente.

Comí allí lo típico de estos lugares. Comparado con otros KFC que he estado en Edimburgo me parecerieron unas raciones abundantes, no mucho, pero sí algo más. Personal amable y poco más que decir. Bueno sí, la limpieza es mejorable.

Como em qualquer lugar do mundo. Para quem gosta de frango frito é uma boa. Bom para uma comida rápida em meio aos passeios.

Friendly servers but food is not at its best. Perhaps because of the long lines and the rush to get your food to you in a timely fashion.

Fairly indifferent experience of KFC in Sutton; the service was friendly enough but struggling to keep up with the orders, and there was a 10-minute wait for a Zinger burger, which arrived swimming in grease and really wasn't very nice. I may just have been unlucky, as I went with two friends and their food was available quickly enough (and it met with no complaints). On a sample of one, I can't say it's obviously better or worse than other branches of KFC, but my experience was uninspiring.
