Great chicken, not greasy at all. They sell monster energy which I’ve never seen before! Really unique edge. Definitely returning!

Food took so long! When it arrived, it was the wrong order, tried to call restaurant no answer. Only thing that was right was the chips and they were so soggy!!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the chicken, only small pieces are delivered to me.

Guy said card or cash, when I said card or cash, I said cash, it was less paying cash, another guy took the money and charged the same as for card! So always pay by card.

Chicken wings were super dry. Not very nice. Felt like it been sitting there all day.

Chicken was rock solid, missing fries for one meal and cheese in burger when clearly states on order - No cheese. Lack of attention to detail, poor quality and an incredibly disappointing meal. Used to thoroughly enjoy food from here but clearly something has changed here recently.

My food was cold and missing items

Food was nice but not worth it due to the appalling customer service from the guy behind the till ! He was so rude and patronising to both me and other customers . He shouted at a man infront of a full shop saying “ your cards declined man and repeated it again “ the guy looked so embarrassed and it created an awkward atmosphere . We asked to take some items out of a burger and make it plain and he rudely said “ yes you said plain so I know what you want “ ?? This behaviour is only going to attract the wrong customers .

Food was late and cold by the time it arrived. Will not be my first choice for chicken and chips. Many better shops out there.

Food was late, over cooked, old and dry. Stale buns, ‘chicken strips’ are small 4cm long scraps of old chicken. Absolutely inedible. Old owners were so much better!

Awful dry inedable chicken. Clearly our order had been cooked a long time before and left in the warming oven, totally dried out chicken, both peices and strips. Disappointed and waste of time & money. On a positive, chips were fresh & tasty.

My experience at Dallas Sutton with Service, Food and the Atmosphere has been top notch. I love the Bar.BBQ wings which I get everytime I go there or order online. It’s amazing and delicious. Always fresh for me. Awesome outlet in Sutton is my favourite.

Chicken burger good as usual, 1 of the 4 chicken strips missing, and beans pot half missing, so letting things down compared to usual and will be raising complaints if it repeats.

Food is average wouldn’t say it’s terrible but nothing special, however the service is an absolute joke. The guy there is just thick as two planks, so lazy, and works like a slug. Never would recommend it

chicken burgers was red in side the burgers they didn't look cook

After read the reviews,I will say pls do not buy any foods from this place!!!!! chicken wing was taste horrible salty and the chicken skin hard like rock(bet the wings is already old) And one more thing guys,please be careful with their staffs They will charge you more on you bills. I ordered 2 portions chicken wing (£2.99 per portion)so that mean £5.98 1 pc chicken tight £1.50 each 1 Pepsi £1.00 So all together is £8.48 And the guy said to me all total is £10.50 😡 And I said to him are you sure the total is £10.50?????he just quiet. So I take out £20 and gave it to him and he give me back my change “Only £6.50” So I do maths for him,how much £20-£8.50=£11.50 balance Oh gosh…so guys pls pls be careful and check the price before buying and check your change as well!!!

This is one of the worse chicken shop I have ever been. Bought fillet burger on two consecutive days. Both times they served an old chicken burger. Chips were soggy. He refried the chips and gave it to me. No salt and pepper. I got tummy ache after eating that burger. Clearly they are using an old chicken fillets in the burgers. Don’t buy from them.. Not recommended

Second time I've ordered, so good! Everything so yummy on point. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

All food was delivered and an additional bottle was also delivered. The boneless chicken pieces seem to have become smaller since I last ordered but also had a bit more gristle. Overall not bad, the food was enjoyable.

Brought Chichen fillet burger and tasted a day old and dry. Wasn't made when I ordered. Burger was ready quickly. Didn't see them making the chicken fillet.

I really love the chicken and chips, especially the Perry Perry sauce and burger sauce. The workers are really nice and always ask me how my day was so I give it a five star rating.

I go to this shop nearly everyday after school the food tasted rlly nice and fresh definitely recommend the workers are rlly welcoming

Bought the Lamb Ribs meal. What can I say? There are more meat on my fingers than what I received. I received BONES. I spent £6.99 and still felt hungry. The chips weren’t even chips - they were skinnier than the starving children in my home country. Do better.

Wings need to include both types to be honest. They're nice but only one type gets repetitive. Food still good.

First time using this restaurant as i got lamb wrap,chips,onion rings, chicken wrap so i opened the lamb and every time i took a bite it burned my mouth do you put chilli on it ? If yes can you make it as people can opt out having chilli

The beans on the meal were stale n kids hated them as they were tasting badly. The chicken fillet burgers were not fried and they were cold n hard to bite. When I spoke to restaurant they did not agree initially so i went to restaurant and spoke in person. This was not first time I ordered from this restaurant but it was very bad experience this time. Felt wasted my money and kids were not happy at all. B
