Really nice place for a drink or meal. Friendly staff.

Avoid at all costs, when we walked in it was like a ghost town, should have realised something wasn’t right, waited nearly an hour for food to arrive, we sat and watched other people who ordered after us get their food, when it finally arrived the jacket potato was stone cold, the scampi on the surf & turf was cold, glasses were dirty and staff didn’t seem to care at all. Won’t be returning as the cold food makes me wonder about the H&S practises in the kitchen.

I recently had an incredible experience at this venue! The ambiance was inviting, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a delightful array of mouthwatering dishes. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and the drinks were expertly crafted. The attention to detail in both service and presentation truly set this establishment apart. I can't wait to return – a definite five-star gem!

I’ve been coming to Ebb&Flow for years I always enjoy my time there. The service is outstanding very friendly & talkative staff with a passion for their job. Always look forward to a rare night out in the venue as they have very nice security and great tunes. The bar staff are very good at recommending food and drink choices if you don’t know what you fancy

This place used to be good but unfortunately now is the Worst place I’ve ever been, I’d give zero star if I could, never going back there again , super disappointed

We all had terrible experiences in your pub last night ! We booked in advance for our Christmas party as we have been used your establishment for many year, when we arrived nothing was ready for us ! The female staff was so rude and unhelpful. The whole night turned into to massive disaster! I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore !

We popped here for lunch and drinks around 13.00 last Saturday. The penultimate Saturday before Christmas so extremely busy everywhere. The door was shut but we coukd see staff inside. As we opened the door to go in this horrible staff member (lady with blond hair) started shouting at us that they were shut and people kept opening the door and it was going to break. She was so rude and aggressive. Next time if you're shut, put a sign on the door! Really rude and nasty lady.

I play Redtooth poker that Ebb and Flow runs on Wednesday evenings. The staff are amazing - very helpful. The poker is fun, lot of welcoming people who make you feel at home. The choice of beers and drinks is fantastic. Would highly recommend a visit on any night - they have other entertainment. Lively , large, modern space!

Went for a festive meal.We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and shown to the table which looked very Christmassy.We were served our three courses which were delicious.Nice thing was being asked if we were ready for the next course.So often it is just put in front of you as soon as you have finished the last course.So nice I’m going again next week.

I play poker on Wednesdays nights. The poker is run absolutely on point by Josh. All the bar staff are awesome - matt, Katy, josh, jighi the Lankan. Awesome

Staff are very welcoming and is a warm atmosphere when you come in inside. I recommend highly.

Nice place to have drinking session

Had birthday party there but got told to leave a hour earlier then previously booked clearly states 2am Friday and Saturday plus this slot was booked for 2am seems its been happening alot recently from other members of the public. Not impressed 😕

Had a lovely albeit tad expensive late lunch there with friends before heading on to a gig. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy a drink in their extensive garden, before venturing indoors for our meal.

Was served by the fantastic Ben. Had a wonderful time with all my family. Food was delicious and served quickly. Prices were very reasonable and can’t wait to come back!

Came in for lunch, and was served by Ben. His service was second to none! Fantastic, nothing too much, not to mention the food was great. With service like that, why go anywhere else! Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing venue, great music on a friday and Saturday night, prices of drinks are perfect for a night out, great location to central London, best place to grab a bite to eat and have a good time out. The staff are very friendly any time of the week and always there to help would highly recommend this bar for any occasion.

All I can say is the music and atmosphere is on point, the food was spectacular, I would like to give a massive shoutout to Natalia, Katie, Ben and Matt for their amazing hospitality and would also like to thank the rest of the team for treating us like more then customers, they make the place feel like you’re right at home and welcome anytime you want.

Nachos were not great at all. Very dry bit stale and tiny in size. Was quiet but was good for a couple on drinks in a Saturday afternoon

Went for in for lunch and ordered the wings and ribs sharer, as stated on the menu it's supposed to serve 2 ADULTS with a double portion of wings and some riblets. 6 riblets arrived with little to no meat aswell as only 5 WINGS. What an absolute rip off and lying on the menu. The BBQ sauce was little to no existent making the ribs taste dry, lucky the wings had a decent rub on them. Trying to get a waitresses attention to complain was quiet hard as they seemed more focused on talking to friends at the bar instead of customers. Even if your single portion was 3 wings, we should still at least get 6 wings but to advertise as a double portion and get 5 that's not on. It was almost 10 pound to. Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the beer being decent. I feel ripped off and lied to.

Ate here on a Saturday for dinner. Varied menu including kids meals. Service was lacking, when our food order came the waitress plonked it randomly down on the table without saying a word. Food was average, the hunters chicken was just tomato sauce squirted over it and the kids chicken dippers was cheap chicken nuggets. Wasn’t overly expensive thankfully.

Definitely great place to spend good evening with family or friends. Compared to other pubs, bar very clean! I love when Natalie is there because she is a fan and accommodating great host! Food are great! Drinks are measured right! Not like we had in other places being cheated on the ingredients... in my opinion whether you wanna eat or drink is good place to spend some time...

Great amount of choices, staff are attentive but not overbearing. Well priced and right on the high street, good for a quick bite or a proper sit down meal.

We visited this place several times with friends, for different occasions. Good food served by friendly staff at a reasonable price. And of course late Saturday night with fantastic DJs and also a bit of dancing. Overall a great place with friendly staff and nice drinks!!

Great atmosphere especially on the weekends. The staff are amazing and really helpful, easy to have a chat and laugh with. The food is spectacular and the DJ’s on Friday and Saturday nights know how to get a party going. Everyone that i see in there has always got a smile on their faces especially the staff. And the security do an exceptional job with making sure everyone feels safe and are enjoying their night out. Highly recommend a visit to EBB & Flow

Great place with friendly staff. Had a really nice time in there. Would recommend 100%. And we stayed up for drinks later. They had a DJ going on that night. The security were on point. Made sure the venue was safe.

Had lunch there today with 3 friends and had a great experience,firstly both members of staff were very welcoming and helpful. Food was tasty,hot and plenty of it and all of us said we will definitely make this a regular haunt. Thank you guys for making our friends birthday lunch so very enjoyable and for going the extra mile for us. Excellent in every aspect.

Went for a Sunday Roast. The beef was dry, the Yorkshire puddings didn't taste fresh and the veg sausages weren't great. The brocolli was yellowing. The chicken and roast potatoes were OK. Not sure we'll go back.

Sunday 26th March popped in to see if they did a Sunday Lunch the lady behind the bar very helpful said Beef or Chicken I had beef when it can out it was very well presented hot and good portions and tasted excellent. Staff very good would go there again Thank You Ebb & Flow & Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to have a bit of rock and roll afternoon, once a month.

Had a tuna baguette for lunch. Had to leave it after taking a bite of it as the bread seemed to have been reheated or if not, was inedible regardles. Would be reluctant to go back based on that meal but cannot comment on anything else.

Had lunch today. Ordered steak and chips. Steak was not medium, more well done. Grilled tomato barely saw a grill and no mushrooms were served. Sorry but won't be returning.

Opinia zerowa, byliśmy wczoraj na polskiej imprezie, tańczyliśmy z partnerem jak inni ludzie, aż nagle jakas osoba tańczącą obok nas uderzyła mojego partnera prosto w twarz. Zrobiło się zamieszanie, ochrona wyprowadziła nas, a tamta para została w środku. Chciałabym się dowiedzieć jak mogę uzyskać dostęp do nagrania z wczorajszego incydentu? Czy muszę zgłosić sprawę na Policję, czy moze jest inna opcja żeby uzyskać wgląd w kamery (chyba po coś tam są?!) Nie polecam tego miejsca, naprawdę trzeba uważać.. Edytuje i odpisuje na wasz komentarz: Rozumiem, że popieracie napastnika, który napadł na mojego partnera - bezpodstawnie i uderzył go z PIĘŚCI prosto w twarz i rozpoczął cale zamieszanie ??! A moja agresję w stosunku do niego w afekcie obrony już nie?!! Bądźcie ludźmi, I bądźcie "fair". Ja Rozumiem że to może wasi znajomi, ale tak się nie robi.. Pamiętajcie jeszcze ,że świadkowie są zawsze z dwóch stron ! I my też mamy świadków , którzy tańczyli obok nas i widzieli całe zajście od początku.🙃

I usually go to familiar place.. as am a creature of habit. Walled past this so many times.. then few days ago finally went in, as other places were crowded. And I was so pleasantly rewarded. The lady who greeted me at rhe bar, and the gent who made my food were all extremely friendly and helpful. The place has so much space.. Nice aras of colour and a modern decor.. food was delicious. I had coffee, guineas and hunters chicken meal. All of it around £20+ toilets upstairs were well kept. Disabled toilet downstairs. I'll definitely be making it one of my regular hangouts ..as I like a meal and then do some work too. I plan to bring friends next time I feel like a social in a bar.

Came here on Saturday as a treat for a child free night and couldn't recommend this place enough all the staff were friendly and quick at making drinks and the place really livened up when it turned into a club spoke to the dj he was brilliant and even played a song I had requested. Best night out I've had in ages.

Have had some really good last minute nights out here. Great atmosphere and music and drinks. Management, bar staff and DJ’s can not fault them. Have visited for food on occasion and have always enjoyed :)
