Thought we were going speed dating but turned out to be a great pub quiz!

Took my cousins for a night out/ it was fab..

Highly recommend. Having worked in Sutton for years had not been here before! The staff were lovely and i really liked the decor. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend

We went to the Ska/Punk music event at the pub, people were dancing and singing it was a great atmosphere. Bar service very good. Great atmosphere and new management have really changed the Pub into a great little venue for Sutton.

Recently went after new ownership. Has a really good vibe with great themed nights. Pub quiz is also sick too (RIP Norris the Monkey)

Came for the quiz, had a lovely evening, was a good laugh. If you put the home made play dough in the oven, you would of got bread 😂 x

I have recently started going back to Ebb & Flow and my goodness you can really notice the positive change! The atmosphere, the managers, the staff and the venue aesthetic! This is definitely a top tier venue that Sutton needs to keep! The array of food & drinks are top notch! I recently attended their drag karaoke & metal night over the weekend and it’s been a fantastic weekend, certainly one to remember! Can’t wait for the next events coming up!

My first time in this pub and the new owners were super welcoming, great group of regulars and really friendly staff, music was top tier and drink prices reasonable! 5 stars across the board, can’t wait to come back!

Always loved ebb and flow as the food is absolutely amazing, the drinks deals are always brilliant and the staff are so welcoming especially Becca! The new manager Felicia is so lovely and since her taking over you can see the impact as there are more events for different ranges of people, the food is better than ever, even more drinks deals and such a lively fun atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend more!

Honestly this is a really bloody good pub. I've been to all the other pubs in the area and the atmosphere in this one is the best and the managers there are really inviting and there's a great relationship between the management and the staff and this all adds to basically a great experience I actually got on really well with the staff that worked there they seem so happy. I think they've got new management now and everyone seems like they're in a really good place. Would definitely recommend for both random drinking and a family meal.

Great boozer lovely staff , said to myself would never go back but since the staff had changed thought I'd give it another go , (very glad I did ) went to watch the football with a pal but got let down so was riding solo , one of the bar staff must have noticed I was on my own , he had finished shift early and give me the pleasure of getting absolutely smashed by him at pool 😭 made me feel right at home will def be returning five stars from me

OMG seriously down hill. Pub dead. sure it smelt like drugs were being smoked inside. Awlful Loud Music. How can a pub go downhill so quickly. Dreadful

Excellent little local pub. Nice menu very reasonably priced. Nice cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff which makes a huge difference to customers. Definitely my local from now on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful even though I could see they were completely run off their feet. We attended a kids party in the daytime which ended up being very busy! That being said, management were so helpful and went above and beyond to make the day a success! The food was actually pretty too and no complaints as far as I know? Thanks again to the EBB & FLOW Team 😁

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable there and some good food too definitely hits the mark.

Ordered my fish&chips it made me feel sick food was soggy and just disgusting in general, the fish stank very bad.There was a strange smell of urine in the restaurant, wouldn't recommend even eating there. The staff are rude and are careless and treat customers poorly. Worst food I've had in Sutton.

Had an excellent experience at ebb and flow love all the staff an a lovelly atmosphere in the pub. Chloe in the most amazing friendly lady made sure I injoyed my evening with here England passion an perfection the new owners are lovelly and brought inspiration to my local town

What a wonderful establishment! The staff were really friendly and attentive and I will say that the atmosphere has changed for the positive. Will definitely be frequenting the pub more often and recommending friends who are in the Sutton area!

My best friend had a son’s 1st Birthday in there and the hospitality has been amazing since new management. I love the vibe in there and I would definitely recommend. We even watched the England football game afterwards.

First and last visit to this establishment for lunch today, despite advertising a lunch menu, the kitchen wasn't open at lunchtime! Suggest you employ more staff!

Had a great meal and enjoyed some drinks here for a family lunch, friendly service by all the staff especially Becca who looked after our table! Will return!

Ebb and Flow in Sutton is a lovely pub with a cozy atmosphere and great cocktails. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service from Josh, who was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.

I really like the place, I play poker every now and then, Josh is a great host. I think it’s the best bar in sutton. Got the best music as well.

I came to eat with my family and was served by Becca, she gave my son colouring and was very attentive towards him, really enjoyed the food and really like the new fairy lights and different layout! Will definitely e back!

Aggressive management! Really rude spoke badly of all off there employees. Wouldn’t go back here. Children out of hours running around and distrupting my pool game.

Food was okay. New management are unfortunately even worse than the previous holding managers. Nothing will compare to what this place was run as to when Natalia was running it at. I have no hope for this places future, the sooner this venue turns into a tescos express or a Sainsburys local, the better for the community.

What a loss! This place used to be my favorite pub, offering good beer and excellent service. Unfortunately, since coming under new management, my experience has drastically declined. The new management? lacks the essential customer service skills necessary for this industry. Her unprofessional behavior is disappointing and unacceptable in hospitality. The quality of the beer has deteriorated significantly, with an unpleasant smell now accompanying each pint. Additionally, the atmosphere has become chaotic, with children running around unchecked. This establishment no longer provides the enjoyable and relaxing environment it once did. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this pub and cannot recommend it to others.

amazing customer service as someone who works in a customer service based job myself i loved the service!!!!!!! sooo polite and friendly!! normally go to a different local but just from the customer service i experienced here will definitely be my new local. I’m sure it’s under new management and could not have been a better decision!!!!

Didn’t seem so bad… Until we came in, for opening hours of 2am and the pub closed down at 11pm… outraged.

The vibe was soooo good. It was amazing. Lovely and tasty food too

Really nice place for a drink or meal. Friendly staff.

Avoid at all costs, when we walked in it was like a ghost town, should have realised something wasn’t right, waited nearly an hour for food to arrive, we sat and watched other people who ordered after us get their food, when it finally arrived the jacket potato was stone cold, the scampi on the surf & turf was cold, glasses were dirty and staff didn’t seem to care at all. Won’t be returning as the cold food makes me wonder about the H&S practises in the kitchen.

I recently had an incredible experience at this venue! The ambiance was inviting, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a delightful array of mouthwatering dishes. I’ve been coming to Ebb&Flow for years I always enjoy my time there. The service is outstanding very friendly & talkative staff with a passion for their job. Always look forward to a rare night out in the venue as they have very nice security and great tunes. The bar staff are very good at recommending food and drink choices if you don’t know what you fancy

This place used to be good but unfortunately now is the Worst place I’ve ever been, I’d give zero star if I could, never going back there again , super disappointed

We all had terrible experiences in your pub last night ! We booked in advance for our Christmas party as we have been used your establishment for many year, when we arrived nothing was ready for us ! The female staff was so rude and unhelpful. The whole night turned into to massive disaster! I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore !

We popped here for lunch and drinks around 13.00 last Saturday. The penultimate Saturday before Christmas so extremely busy everywhere. The door was shut but we coukd see staff inside. As we opened the door to go in this horrible staff member (lady with blond hair) started shouting at us that they were shut and people kept opening the door and it was going to break. She was so rude and aggressive. Next time if you're shut, put a sign on the door! Really rude and nasty lady.

I play Redtooth poker that Ebb and Flow runs on Wednesday evenings. The staff are amazing - very helpful. The poker is fun, lot of welcoming people who make you feel at home. The choice of beers and drinks is fantastic. Would highly recommend a visit on any night - they have other entertainment. Lively , large, modern space!

Went for a festive meal.We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and shown to the table which looked very Christmassy.We were served our three courses which were delicious.Nice thing was being asked if we were ready for the next course.So often it is just put in front of you as soon as you have finished the last course.So nice I’m going again next week.

Staff are very welcoming and is a warm atmosphere when you come in inside. I recommend highly.

I play poker on Wednesdays nights. The poker is run absolutely on point by Josh. All the bar staff are awesome - matt, Katy, josh, jighi the Lankan. Awesome

Had birthday party there but got told to leave a hour earlier then previously booked clearly states 2am Friday and Saturday plus this slot was booked for 2am seems its been happening alot recently from other members of the public. Not impressed 😕

Had a lovely albeit tad expensive late lunch there with friends before heading on to a gig. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy a drink in their extensive garden, before venturing indoors for our meal.

Came in for lunch, and was served by Ben. His service was second to none! Fantastic, nothing too much, not to mention the food was great. With service like that, why go anywhere else! Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing venue, great music on a friday and Saturday night, prices of drinks are perfect for a night out, great location to central London, best place to grab a bite to eat and have a good time out. The staff are very friendly any time of the week and always there to help would highly recommend this bar for any occasion.

Nachos were not great at all. Very dry bit stale and tiny in size. Was quiet but was good for a couple on drinks in a Saturday afternoon

Went for in for lunch and ordered the wings and ribs sharer, as stated on the menu it's supposed to serve 2 ADULTS with a double portion of wings and some riblets. 6 riblets arrived with little to no meat aswell as only 5 WINGS. What an absolute rip off and lying on the menu. The BBQ sauce was little to no existent making the ribs taste dry, lucky the wings had a decent rub on them. Trying to get a waitresses attention to complain was quiet hard as they seemed more focused on talking to friends at the bar instead of customers. Even if your single portion was 3 wings, we should still at least get 6 wings but to advertise as a double portion and get 5 that's not on. It was almost 10 pound to. Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the beer being decent. I feel ripped off and lied to.
