I have food poisoning and the last thing I ate was Wendy’s, I had the double French something and the burger was red inside and tasted grim next thing you know I’m as sick as a dog. The order in total was 20pound plus which is ridiculously expensive for 1 person

The food is cold when it arrives. The portion of Halloumi Fries is small not worth the price. Missing some dips.

Stay away from this place. Ordered from here and they sent taco bells when speaking to them, they were not helpful at all. Suggested that I come pick the order up! What's the point of delivery lol. Seriously staff are rude not helpful and arrogant! Please stay away!

Disgusting… Raw wrap, not even warm or toasted. When I confronted the manager about this, he replied to me that, the wrap’s supposed to be served like that “at room temperature”. However, after I looked the wrap up on their app; it was undistinguishable compared to what I received - there was no warm tortilla, it was barely enough to feed a human being, it was dry and empty and the bare minimum. No effort whatsoever was put into this.

The food was very good, friendly environment and the staff especially judy and khan did a great job while taking my order and serving my order. Will definitely come again.

The best fast food restaurant! The fries are very good and crispy, the best compared to other fast food places. The spicy burger is very tasty and has a good price. The service is fast, and the staff are very nice.

Amazing food and halal options as well especially the chicken products is halal highly recommended And the manager mr khan really a humble person , very polite a very good person .

i order chips with and cheese but cheese are little bit only and melted, bacon is burned and hard to bite. i ordered burger as well but the patties is hard and dry..

I decided to try a Chicken Caesar Salad and I was not disappointed. It was pricey, but it was perfect! Best fast food salad ever.

Food was delivered very cold, couriers should use some good bags to keep the food warm

Incredibly clean fast food shop of an upper crust calibre where you can see straight into the kitchen and all the staff are clearly visible, smiling and enjoying a chat with their regular customers. Very accessible in terms of food choices too because you don't have to have a traditional burger, wrap or nuggets you can select baked potatoes with various fillings. The illustrations of the food on the digital order board are attractive, not overly bright and sensibly near the wall rather than dotted across the entrance where hesitant people can block others from getting in. Prices are astonishingly reasonable especially hot tea at £1.09. My son declared his avocado chicken burger with cheese very appetising and he polished off his chips before it with loud murmurs of ' they were quite tasty' ( of course prompting me to wish ld bought some )Suttoners are very lucky to have such a nice place to hang out with friends. Fun decor too

This might have been the worst food my mouth has ever been tortured by. I thought it would’ve been so good but it disappointed me greatly. I bought the spicy chicken wrap with BBQ sauce, and it was horrendous. The chicken was probably bought from Costco, the tortilla/bread was stale, the lettuce was weird, the wrap was horrible overall. I pray for anyone’s tastebuds after eating this. Additionally, the Sprite has a strange, odd brown tint to it. Please do NOT come to this place. You are welcome.

Great food for fast food lovers with a wide variety of burgers and Nuggets. I would not say it has the widest menu but it’s still enough to make you choose. You even get a free refill station and there is lots of seating. Would recommend.

delivery time got mov3d back and back by 30 mins, then when order arrived it was missing items added and so wasn't enjoyable at all. poor show.

Sadly, Wendy’s packed the wrong order, even though the receipt listed our original request.

The time was changed twice and we watched on the map which showed driver must have had a delivery before ours. This clearly meant that our meal was going to be cold which it was. Fortunately the flavour of the food was amazing!

It's very similar to McDonald's, fast and quick service. The food is okay, probably a tiny bit healthier than McDonald's.

When food arrived it was stone cold. And I mean freezing cold. Burgers were soggy. They must've been sitting in the restaurant for ages

Absolute rip-off. You can easily spend £35-40 and still come out hungry. The portions are ridiculous. Even 20 chicken nuggets is not enough for a 12 year old boy. I will avoid this brand. Imagine how much chicken meat I can buy from £35? Take away food, junk food should be cheaper. What are we paying for?

The estimate delivery while ordering: 15-30 minutes. Once ordered: 25-45 minutes. Eventually arrived 1hr25min after ordering and most of it not even warm... so really disappointed this time.

Ordered through Just Eat and they forgot my drink and I could not call to complain or ask for replacement. Supposed to be convenient to order online but not if staff do not pay attention to order, that wasn't even a big order. Food lovely and cooked well, just missed the lovely chocolate frosting drink. Update: went in shop and the manager replaced item and offered another item of choice, well redeemed and thank you for great management.

Manager refused to provide tap water, more concerningly proceeded to claim they have no sink in the kitchen and staff have to go to the toilets to wash their hands. This contravenes multiple health and safety laws. I will not risk eating there.

I ordered a chicken wrap and it was delivered with no chicken in it. Just lettuce and onion!?!? The clue is in the name but they struggled.

Big shout to klaudio and naastasios always going the extra mile with each customer... Lots of smiles and good energy. Defo the best fast food service in Sutton.. These individuals need to be rewarded as they play a big part in the atmosphere and staff effectiveness.
