Breakfast potatoes are amazing. Breakfast croissants a bit flat and lifeless though. (Still better than McD breakfast!)

It's a good place to eat delicious burgers. We enjoy it very much.

Drinks machine broken, wasn't made aware of this until I collected my food and was offered a can of diet coke (all cans were either diet or Zero). Several high school children running and making a racket. Was actually my worst visit to a Wendy's. Food was still pretty decent though.

Wonderful breakfast menu far better than the competition! Fast cheerful service. Spotlessly clean. Well worth a visit.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Ordered on deliveroo and they messed up the entire order so I call them 60 times and no one picks up. Complete waste of money and awful customer service! Please do not order from them, I am extremely angry by this experience!

Great food, worth paying a bit extra.

I was surprised it wasn't very busy on a Friday night but we enjoyed our meal. I got a meal and add-ons for my 2yo. She really enjoyed the jnr frosty. The chicken nuggets were a bit on the small side tho.

Nice little eat-in takeaway fast food restaurant. The only thing I'll say is they do not accept cash! And it doesn't state they don't take cash. So, I stood at the counter for 5 mins before staff told me 🤔

I placed an order through justeat at11:30 on Saturday, after half an hour someone is calling me from this fastfood saying that the kitchen haven’t made the order and they have to close. 0 respect for customers/orders.

It's lovely tasting food, but it was way too expensive. Service by the staff was great, but now they, as with McDonald's and many others, have adopted the Argos, "take a ticket, and wait for your number" system these places are no longer "fast food" establishments. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your food in a crowded and noisy waiting area. It was not a great experience if you just popped in for a quick bite to eat.

Wendy’s has returned to the uk. And it is nothing like I remembered it when I ate it for the first time in USA. However I wasn’t expecting much, it kinda reminded me of a square Burger King. Although it was quite a bit more expensive. And it was definitely not as busy as Mickey D’s. I don’t see this chain lasting in the UK.

Ordered 3 burgers and they didn’t come in a bun, only a box. I got a small chips when I ordered large. Some of the burgers were missing sauce and the food was freezing. Overall very disappointing.

The food was ok, but the restroom's door doesn't lock.

Excellent chefs and hygiene. Great attitude… music is great - feel good. The room is a little echoey - that’s my only criticism!

They do not accept CASH. And it is legal tender. They would not accept my cash so I went elsewhere. Those cards is to watch what you spend.

Fast service! The spicy burger was tasty. Also the juice. Not too great the cheesy chips as there is just a sos with cheese flavor added on top which made the chips soggy. So that needs improvement or rather is a matter of preference.

I’ve been to Wendy’s a few times now. Self service machines really easy to use, good price and the food is good value for money. The chicken burgers and nuggets are really tasty, and you aren’t charged extra for sauce unlike McDonald’s. From ordering to receiving the food, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 mins. And the self service drinks machines are easy to use. I would recommend. Unsure why the reviews and stars are so low!!

Overall a good experience, foods nice and soft, chips are crispy. Service has its ups and downs regarding speed but i understand that when the foods more often than not piping hot.

Got here around 12:50pm. Ordering was straight forward but the wait was 25mins for 1 person order. They seemed to be under staff and were really not trying to turn around the food asap despite the queue of customers waiting was getting longer and longer. Food was good but service was terrible. Wouldn't want to wait that long next time.

Shame I was here in the afternoon only 3 staff all preparing food and very slow service one of self service touch screens was off …. Also they use metal trays to put food on….however the person who served be put mine in a brown bag and gave it to me I said can I have a tray she said we ran out - I said you should have just told me as the 7 people before all god trays it would have been more polite… the spicy Chicken burger was nice the chips a bit burnt…..not a bad effort may go again depending on how many staff members as don’t want to have to stand in a queue for so long next time

Good food and nice place, but the Volume of the music being played in-store was crazy loud. I sat down to eat my meal and had to leave as it was giving me a headache, I asked them to turn it down, but the unhelpful girl who worked there said no.

When Wendy’s in Sutton first opened it was decent food . 2 weeks in a row now the food and wait time for food has been shocking. Burnt nasty soggy beef burger . We got the burger changed once and the second one was worse . Worse food than Mc Donald’s and that’s saying something

Here we have typical Wendy's burgers. The selection is smaller than at the competition, but the burgers and fries taste much better. Unfortunately, they are also a bit more expensive than McDonald's. The restaurant was in bad shape. There were trays and garbage around, the cleaning stations were also dirty and the toilet absolutely disgusting, so only 2 stars.

We were served by Daniel who was very attentive and helped us choose what to get as we have never been Wendy’s before. Great attribute to the team thanks Daniel

First time at Wendys. Had a spicy chicken combo which included fries and a healthy orange juice. The place was spotless, staff pleasant and the chicken succulent and surprisingly good. Will definitely eat here again. A great improvement over your competitors.

Food was good, it's Wendy's now McDs. Cooked fresh on order and I didn't have to wait as I was the only customer in the restaurant, hence no atmosphere 👍

Newly opened so was going very well, however they have run out of so many items 2 months later, couldn't even get a tray to have a meal on and the drinks machine would only produce water. The ice machine is out of order too. Won't last much longer at this rate if they don't sort out all these hiccups!

Came here for a take away and had never tried Wendy's since they've opened and I am glad I did, this branch was amazing and got my food quickly and it was hot and fresh.

Chicken burger was dry and the coating was rock hard in places. It had obviously been cooked a long time before I ordered it. The cheese burger was cold. The fries weren't bad. Most of our meal went in the bin. Service was lacklustre, food qualit was very poor and in no way justified the price we were charged for it. Definitely won't be going here again. Burger King, Macdonald's & KFC are a hundred times better.

Complete waste of money and totally disappointed with the quality of the food, ordered two chicken burger meals with the xtra nuggets and WOW 4 tiny nuggets a child size portion of chips and the chicken burger was over cooked and missing tomato as had none in stock, limp lettuce and a wipe of mayo, more like a child's meal

I went to Wendy's on Saturday. I always wanted to try their food after seeing the ads on television. Well, it was worth the money! Entering the shop there was so much choice I decided to try the burger and chips and shake as tradition and I loved it! Seriously bringing the kids here half term! I really enjoyed my meal Would definitely recommend

Family dinner completely ruined by complete incompetence. Half the order was missing, my daughters dinner missing resulting in a complete meltdown and hangry outrage. Not what I was expecting at all. A halt term treat ruined by people not taking customer care seriously.

The food was good, decent burgers but nothing to shout about, unfortunately on a Saturday evening it seems there were no managers on shift and the restaurant was filthy with litter all over the tables and floors, the staff did not bat an eyelid to this and were playing their own music loudly in the kitchen and dancing around, not a great experience.

I don't usually eat burgers, but decided to try Wendy's bacon burger. It was fresh and juicy and surprisingly enjoyable. Not somewhere I would go very often but good nonetheless. Surprisingly good.

The food is nice, cooked to order. Both times we've been the frosty drinks haven't been available, the ice machine hasn't had ice either. However, you help yourself to soft drinks that can be refilled. It can get a bit busy sometimes. But we haven't had trouble yet finding somewhere to sit. The acoustics are loud, tiled floors and hard furniture, very open planned space. The restaurant feels clean and tidy, and the order points are fairly easy to operate.

Horrible place...went to the sutton Wendy's. Ordered the food and waited. Was amazed at the size of the cheeseburger...it was miniature...kids meal in Mcdonald is probably bigger in size...my daughter ordered a spicy chicken burger and all she got was a burger with the chicken, no lettuce or anything when she went to complain, she was told they had run out of the ingredients...absolutely appalling. Would never ever go back there again!!!

Ordered few times from just eat, fast, nice food and didn't miss items. Ate in today food was fresh and fast again. Wayyyyyy better than McDonald's 1000%

So ordered Wendy's today first time. Paid over 50 pounds. Got only half the order., I am not sure how they can make such mistakes. Even order they got it wrong, instead of triple, got double, Missed few chips and side orders. If they carry on as such will not last that long.

Had a delicious 😋 salad with chicken and a cappuccino. Salad was good. Difficult to stab the lettuce with woodenish fork, but I survived the ordeal 🤣. Managed to snag one of the very few " proper" chairs( stools and me don't work, the seat is to small for my large....frame. ). Some young women had lost something and where rummaging in the rubbish bin, they where clearly unimpressed with the bin sludge. And I found it off putting as I tried to ignore their wretching and gagging impressions. This was my first and probably last visit the sutton branch of Wendy's. Was an experience I wouldn't want to do twice. But the salad was very good. And the staff where professional and hard working team. 🤩

So far the best of the fast food options, burgers are good, sometimes the meat is slightly undercooked tho. Last 2 times it has been more towards rare and I'm not quite ok with this. Other than that, good value for quality.

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20mins for your food. Isn’t fast food. Sucks if you’re on your lunch as most of your time will be spent waiting in for your food.

Had a great burger here. Hot, crispy bacon and nicely melted cheese. I chose to come here after returning two cold, undercooked burgers over at McDonalds and glad I did - did not disappoint. Will try the shakes next time.

I have been to this place twice now, better than Mc Donalds I must say. Drinks are unlimited, I love the double bacon and spicy chicken Vanilla ice-cream not that great can't beat mc flurry on that one. All together a good place for a quick bite.

Waiting time is so long. These guys haven’t understood the fast food yet. There should be some manager to manage these employees to work in collaboration and fast. I waited 45 minutes to pick up my order.

Great to see Wendy's at Sutton. Really nice fast food. Tastes fresh and has a good variety of food when you compare it to the usual fast food restaurants. I'd eat there again, no issues. Food is good, tastes fresh, and not greasy and has good flavour.

Really disappointed. Had to wait ages by the til because I don’t actually want to use an order screen - I much prefer to talk to a staff member re my order as I have needs. Moving on … my burger was stone cold and the bun was soaking wet! Counter staff nowhere to be seen and lots of customers were standing around waiting for orders. Didn’t look good. Really disappointing for a food place that’s only just opened. I hope Wendy’s read this because it was not cheap and the food poor.

Half of my burger was cold. Tasted similar to McDonalds, waited twice as long and paid double the price. Big thumbs down sadly!
