Food was delivered very cold, couriers should use some good bags to keep the food warm

I decided to try a Chicken Caesar Salad and I was not disappointed. It was pricey, but it was perfect! Best fast food salad ever.

didn't receive part of the meal that was paid for

too a long time to process. When got it it was not 100% what I ordered. half of it was completely wrong and the food was not that warm either!

delivery time got mov3d back and back by 30 mins, then when order arrived it was missing items added and so wasn't enjoyable at all. poor show.

Sadly, Wendy’s packed the wrong order, even though the receipt listed our original request.

there was no food in my delivery...... only the coffee

The time was changed twice and we watched on the map which showed driver must have had a delivery before ours. This clearly meant that our meal was going to be cold which it was. Fortunately the flavour of the food was amazing!

It's very similar to McDonald's, fast and quick service. The food is okay, probably a tiny bit healthier than McDonald's.

When food arrived it was stone cold. And I mean freezing cold. Burgers were soggy. They must've been sitting in the restaurant for ages

Absolute rip-off. You can easily spend £35-40 and still come out hungry. The portions are ridiculous. Even 20 chicken nuggets is not enough for a 12 year old boy. I will avoid this brand. Imagine how much chicken meat I can buy from £35? Take away food, junk food should be cheaper. What are we paying for?

Lovely place to spend time with family. The staff is so amazing... Very friendly people working there like claudio.. Anastasios...don't remember all the names.. They are all very friendly. The only thing missing is fish burger

The estimate delivery while ordering: 15-30 minutes. Once ordered: 25-45 minutes. Eventually arrived 1hr25min after ordering and most of it not even warm... so really disappointed this time.

Ordered through Just Eat and they forgot my drink and I could not call to complain or ask for replacement. Supposed to be convenient to order online but not if staff do not pay attention to order, that wasn't even a big order. Food lovely and cooked well, just missed the lovely chocolate frosting drink. Update: went in shop and the manager replaced item and offered another item of choice, well redeemed and thank you for great management.

The best service i have ever had from the main man Anastasios.

Manager refused to provide tap water, more concerningly proceeded to claim they have no sink in the kitchen and staff have to go to the toilets to wash their hands. This contravenes multiple health and safety laws. I will not risk eating there.

I ordered a chicken wrap and it was delivered with no chicken in it. Just lettuce and onion!?!? The clue is in the name but they struggled.

Big shout to klaudio and naastasios always going the extra mile with each customer... Lots of smiles and good energy. Defo the best fast food service in Sutton.. These individuals need to be rewarded as they play a big part in the atmosphere and staff effectiveness.

Twice we've ordered for delivery, twice it's been abysmal. Mistakes with the order, cold food, missing toppings, poor portions... chicken wraps contained about one third of a chicken fillet slice, tortilla was limp and the avacado was pasty... Still hungry and hangry....

Just a simple afternoon meal with family. Been a few times before so feel ready to review. Food is burger menu fare with their own variations, notably jacket potatoes and more options for fries. Pricier than McDonalds or Burger King i would say to give some context. Food served is has always been cooked well and doesn't take too long. Service is ok and main let down as with most eat in areas, not cleaned and tables wiped enough - last time was a Sunday pm and small number were dining in, so not sure why that is not taken care of. if busier earlier. Often have their meal option with a frosty, a vanilla or chocolate style shake which is good, if not amazing. Other disappointment last tine, was they were not serving their jacket potato options, something the wife likes going there for. Only first time out of three, so may have just been a supply issue.

From the moment I walked in the staff seemed friendly and helpful and I’ve never been to Wendy’s before, the burger was so nice I will certainly be coming again.

Warm and delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and kind staff. Definitely worth every penny.

Just to say this was my first time in Wendy’s and I was just expecting another macky d’s, if I’m being honest, how wrong I was I had a Dave’s double but added some cream cheese and omg it changed my life, on and btw your fries are way better than macky d’s I will deffo be coming again. Just next time maybe put a little more cheese on the loaded fries I ordered. They were still nice.

Food is way better than other fast foods. They have kids menu. Place is always clean, atmosphere friendly, and clean.

Small but perfectly made wrap. Service was fine and the kitchen area looked clean. The few staff were very busy with no break between customers, (the order board updates showed this), and it was clear that there was no spare capacity to clean tables or empty bins without compromising customer service and wait times. Otherwise it was fine.

I went in for lunch the other day, been many times since Christmas as the service or management had improved, one of the manager I believe her name was Lucy was very friendly and helpful however my experience this time was absolutely disgusting... management was rude I've never seen this lady before but apparently she is store manager and she can't even give good customer service, very rude and abnoxious. I asked for lucy but apparently she's left which I think was a horrible idea as she gave excellent customer service everytime.where the staff now don't care at all.
