KFC in Derby

Lovely KFC, no issues with the food. Had zinger rice box, fries and a drink. Tasted banging, wanted to put a review because I saw the existing reviews before I came and was worried but didn’t have an issue myself. I used drive through, so didn’t see in side. Fast service. Polite staff. I’m not from the area so used it conveniently whilst working in the area. Again no issues, but only been once.

I go to KFC as a last resort. I use the drive thru as the restaurant is usually untidy and the staff disinterested. The staff can’t count. Try ordering 9 hot wings. On more than one occasion I have ordered hot wings only to find out there aren’t as many in the bag as I ordered!! When I have ordered via the app the staff say they can’t see my order. The money has gone from my account and the staff try to fob you off by telling you to call Customer Services. Difficult to comprehend for such a large well known organisation.

This food is terrible chips cold certainly not fresh chicken over cooked portions tiny must search for the smallest chickens ever not had kfc for years never again this place needs closing down asap as food is not worth eating

Like KFC on a shoe string… went today and my food was given to me in a blue plastic bag not a KFC one, the sauce I asked for specifically wasn’t given to me, and the Pepsi is so watered down it’s flat. It’s not the first time I’ve thought this, but I’d say avoid it at all costs!

Visited many a times being my local KFC however the awful customer service seems to get worse and really will be the downfall of the this place. The food is never packed correctly and I’m finding that the food is being served at low temperature.The server Matt (ginger hair) on drive through closes the window continues his chat with other staff for a good few minutes whilst my food is sat in the bag in front of him potentially this is one reason the food is cold. This is not the first time he has done this. Cars were leaving the drive through queue because of how ridiculously slow staff were. Please check cctv to verify this. I would like to add I do not find any of the staff professional or hygienic however could not see the names of the other staff members.

Grabbed a bite to eat here with my partner decided tobeat in was horrified to find out table's weren't being cleaned between customers. Unfortunately we had already started eating other wise we woukd have left. This wasnt just our tabke either we witnessed two different grouos use the same tabke without it being cleaned

Went through the drive through this evening, got home and seen that 3/4 of the order was missing. Had ordered 80pc popcorn chicken, boneless banquet 2 hot wings and 4 pcs of boneless chicken and had only received the popcorn chicken. Phoned the store 67 times with no answer. Absolutely appalling customer service and will be leaving a bad review on every social media site possible. How they get customers is outrageous the chicken was even COLD. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY HAVE MY CUSTOM

First visit and last. I took my two children and we struggled to find a table that was clean. The restaurant was not busy only 3 tables occupied but all empty tables were filthy. Crumbs and marks all over them and on floor food,wrappers and dirty everywhere. Poor hygiene. Waited 10 minutes for two childrens meals even though restaurant was not busy. Staff stood around talking behind counter and during our 30 plus minute visit no one cleared or cleaned tables. It looked as though tables had not been cleaned all day. Awful management franchisee will not return. McDonalds far superior worth hygiene and service.

Anyone going through the Drive-thru might think that the staff here get their pay docked if the give customers salt, pepper, sauce or even dips when one is included in the meal, save the paper bag to wipe your hands on because you needn't think you're getting any wipes either. As for the food, I certainly wouldn't call it "Fast" food, they keep you waiting for ages before they answer the speaker system, When you do eventually get it, the food is quite nice but it is a rarity if you ever get hot chips though!

Found myself and my daughter craving for fried chicken so we decided to get us a family meal of KFC. We weren’t particularly pleased. It was nothing like what we’ve had anywhere else. Greasy and bland.

Never have I experienced such a poor visit to a kfc before.service it was dire we waited approximatley15 mins for a simple order the queues were shocking everyone was waiting ,the bins in the restaurant were over flowing there was nobody cleaning tables,something really needs to be done here to get the place up to a reasonable standard because this definitely was not and we wont be going again.
