The food was stone cold when delivered. Very disappointed

Wrong burger and nuggets were missing

no burgers, didn't order chips, but got cold chips, that I never ordered and melted ice cream, delivery driver kept going the wrong way, 5 x total disappointment.

Food was cold. No drinks turned up at all. Very disappointed.

My drink was only half full like some one had dranks it and food stale

When the food arrived it was like warm and the portion was ridiculously small for £15

I ordered 3 double whoppers, but staff made error with one of them. I only discovered this only after I got home with my takeout. I tried calling the restaurant to make a complaint, but no one answered. It seemed pointless to drive back. Always be sure to check your order before leaving the restaurant.

Let's face it a whopper is better then a big Mac no more needs to be said enjoy

The food was cold when it arrived and the slush had melted. I paid over around £33 for two meals with a service and delivery charge combined together of £6.80, so expected a much better service. I didn’t even receive the right drink, as asked for a Fanta - blue raspberry and strawberry combined and had been sent one strawberry and one blue raspberry. Furthermore, no straws or napkins were sent.

Absolutely filthy restaurant, had to send my order back 4 times because it was ice cold. All the staff could say was it must be the boiler that’s the problem and replaced the food with more cold disgusting looking food. Eventually asked for a full refund and left bitterly disappointed.

Absolutely disgraceful I ordered a cheeseburger and cheesy fries. the food took over an hour and a half and when it finally arrived the box of chips was practically empty and they melted the tinniest bit of cheese on like two chips, also the burger tasted burnt and was ice cold and I tried ringing them up and it would either just keep ringing or they would decline not happy.

Ordered the peppercorn angus burger which literally looked like it had been thrown together by stevie wonder and it was stone cold. Fries and onions rings also cold but yet fanta bottle warm... go figure. Won't be ordering again it literally went in the bin.

Food was cold, chicken was tough, was missing an order of onion rings and there was a chilli cheese bite missing. Terribly disappointed.

Whopper was great though could have been a bit hotter. Chips were nice and hot. I love this meal regularly.

It was a terrible experience to visit here. My children said we would never use Burger King. I would put minus stars if I could. No one could believe how they hired such an awful staff there. The lady prepared the meal for us when I told her we did not get a hot drink, she gave out soft drink cups again. I said we got soft drinks, she turned into impatience and shouted at me then stopped to prepare a hot drink for me anymore. She swears while she sneaks to the kitchen. As soon as we back to the table then found one burger was missing and the cheese-loaded chip had bacon on it as well. How did this horrible staff get an offer to work there? It took ages to get the incorrect food, also we had to face the disgusting staff there.

Terrible service. Ordered 4 meal deals and only got one with drinks and two chips. The order was £52 and £38 worth was missing

Really long waiting time and got a parking ticket because I had to wait for my food. All customers around are upset with the waiting time and with seeing the delivery guys have priority over the people waiting in the queue.

I don't know whats going off at the moment, but the fries we're half empty, the burger was flat only x1 x1 cheese x2 bacon nothing like the double burger photo, a waste of money. It was fresh but quality was really bad.

Visited here last month with a friend. It took 15 minutes to order using the app, then waited for table service and they ended up swapping my drink because they hadn't got what I'd ordered. Then a week later, I had a parking ticket land for staying 1 hour and 14 minutes! I've appealed and managed to get the charge down to £20! After that experience, we absolutely will not be visiting ANY Burger King establishment ever again and the food certainly wasn't good enough to persuade us otherwise. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else instead!

I thought fast food was supposed to be quick. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a burger meal. As I was driving back from Heathrow airport to the Peak district and needed something quick to continue my journey, so called into the drive through. I was hoping this would be a good option . I was told there was to be some delay and it would be 5 to 10 minutes. However after 20 minutes I went in to check after already seeing others in cars and restaurant order and get their food. At 22:52 on the 11th March I asked the duty "manager" who would not provide me his first name what was going on and he said some someone "hadn't done the patty" and it would take further time. After nearly 30 minutes wait, a sleepless flight and long drive home this was the last thing I needed. I received a refund but I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here who is in a hurry and the poor service or way to deal with my complaint was not helpful either. I will be making a further complaint to Burger King.

Amazing food, went yesterday for Whopper day and was served by an very welcoming manager called Vera she provided me with outstanding customer service and helped me apply my free whopper discount 😁

I did not receive my order. I have tried unsucessfully to call the restaurant and to contact you but I am not having any luck. The money was taken from my account but I have not had any food and I need your help with this.

I received a parking ticket for being 15 minutes over the one hour time limit. Due to the fact I had to wait 35 minutes for my food after paying at the drive through. I have been trying to call the store for at least four days, and nobody seems to be picking up. I have emailed the head office waiting for a response. I have also appealed. Terrible service and customer service. If you can't answer the telephone, usually plenty of staff in there.

Stayed at the nearby Travelodge and called at burger king for our dinner. We ordered in advance using the app and used it to get an offer. We arrived, was given our drinks, filled them up and our food was ready. food was hot and fresh. Took it back to the hotel. Was nice.
