Ordered the peppercorn angus burger which literally looked like it had been thrown together by stevie wonder and it was stone cold. Fries and onions rings also cold but yet fanta bottle warm... go figure. Won't be ordering again it literally went in the bin.

Food was cold, chicken was tough, was missing an order of onion rings and there was a chilli cheese bite missing. Terribly disappointed.

Driver was sitting in one place for ages before delivering my food and it is now cold I ordered it nearly 2 hours before it was delivered

I don't know whats going off at the moment, but the fries we're half empty, the burger was flat only x1 x1 cheese x2 bacon nothing like the double burger photo, a waste of money. It was fresh but quality was really bad.

I thought fast food was supposed to be quick. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a burger meal. As I was driving back from Heathrow airport to the Peak district and needed something quick to continue my journey, so called into the drive through. I was hoping this would be a good option . I was told there was to be some delay and it would be 5 to 10 minutes. However after 20 minutes I went in to check after already seeing others in cars and restaurant order and get their food. At 22:52 on the 11th March I asked the duty "manager" who would not provide me his first name what was going on and he said some someone "hadn't done the patty" and it would take further time. After nearly 30 minutes wait, a sleepless flight and long drive home this was the last thing I needed. I received a refund but I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here who is in a hurry and the poor service or way to deal with my complaint was not helpful either. I will be making a further complaint to Burger King.

I received a parking ticket for being 15 minutes over the one hour time limit. Due to the fact I had to wait 35 minutes for my food after paying at the drive through. I have been trying to call the store for at least four days, and nobody seems to be picking up. I have emailed the head office waiting for a response. I have also appealed. Terrible service and customer service. If you can't answer the telephone, usually plenty of staff in there.

Avoid for your own sanity. Staff seemed to be on another planet, very slow paced, seemed understaffed. Ordered loaded fries and had about 5 chips and they were cold.

Filthy toilets, slow service and a £100 car park charge because they took too long. All in all... Never again. And when I raised it with them, they just don't care

Delivery driver made a stop at a supermarket for 10 minutes, drove past the destination point and stopped at a garage to sort a flat tire, I had to collect my food so require a refund for delivery charge, the food was cold as we waited so long for it and was offered no apologies! Popped in for a meal deal after the football today pal. Ordered on the machine then stood and waited for 10 mins for it to be made. You would think in this day and age service would be very quick and efficient with it being classed as a take away. Then again it was only kids working there on minimum wage so you can't blame them I suppose after all it took me 24 years in my job to get up to speed tut tut tut tut

Boxing Day, 2024. Waited half an hour for non existent food. Beyond appalling service. I eventually just walked out. This particular restaurant clearly needs a kick up the you know what.

My 2 of my orders was missing, I said to the driver this isn’t my order and he said that’s what they gave him, I spent £45 for £15 worth of food! Baring in mind it was my children’s food that’s missing!!

We really should have checked the reviews on here before visiting! The staff made an error with our order (forgot our fries), we literally had been away from the counter for a few seconds (to sit in) and they as good as called us liars and became confrontational. Submitted a complaint, but will likely fall on deaf ears.

Terrible service it's run by children who have no idea what there doing and that is hard to accomplish as there only cooking burgers. Wait ages for my food for me then to go home and find out its stone cold had to drive all way back to wait another 20 minutes for my food with no apology or any compensation for my wasted fuel and time. Terrible place wouldn't recommend going there.

Absolutely diabolical place. I ordered over just eat to have the food delivered and it got pushed out more and more and more. Tried to call them but No one answers the phone so I couldn't get an update. Not the first time it's happened. Absolutely disgusting this place is but I guess when you pay your staff peanuts all you get is monkeys. In the end I had to drive over and collect it myself. Even then the store manager tried to lie to me saying it's on its way. Just as he said it the waiting time went up half an hour. Burger king really needs to sort out this restaurant.

Waited about 20 mins for food, the most dry burgers we have ever eaten in our lifes. Only 2 options for drinks left in the self serve dispenser, asked a member of staff if she could replace the syrup on the empty ones. She said she would get it sorted. Then proceeded to stand at the counter for 10 mins and watch her whilst she didn't mention it to anyone or resolve it. Haven't been for years and now I remember why. Avoid.

I often sit and think how much I fancy a Burger King because they are usually delicious… Then I make the mistake of going to This Burger King! I do not know why, but every member of staff is absolutely miserable, Unhelpful, snappy and ignorant. Again my order was messed up… To which I was told that I was in the wrong! Food for some reason cold… Even when there was four members of staff and not one other person on the premises. Also not forgetting to mention the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes!!!! Hopefully, I don’t forget how terrible this Burger King is every single time I visit. Stick to McDonald’s across the way… Hardly ever let down there

How Burger King can actually think it is okay to send cold food and missing items for £33.00 to the Customer's expense, is absolutely beyond me!! This is the worst take out delivery I have ever purchased!! It's an absolute disgrace!!

Came through the drive through to be told to wait in a bay which already had someone parked in it then 30 minutes passed before I got my food and was given a damp soggy bag with completely the wrong order by someone who stank of mouldy quavers which wasn't appetising at all on top of the food being stone cold. What happened? How can you make someone wait 30 minutes at a so called fast food place charge extortion and still manage to mess it up so bad the entire place needs sacking I wouldn't feed it to a dying dog

Got burger take away around 10:30 pm. The food tasted good, but half an hour after finish eating I had to throw up 3 times. Don’t know what’s wrong with the food but my stomach is sure rejecting it! Have had whoppers here before and were fine. Disappointed with this experience.

Complete and utter joke. Got stuck in a massive drive through mix up and the restaurant was dead. Every single meal that came out was wrong for every car. The place is run by clueless kids! Avoid like the plague
