Only for drive in.. parking charge of 100 if you exceed 1 hour. In my case they were very late serving non-driving trough customer

Review #1 : Seems to be getting worse now. Food quality have gone downhill...food not that hot, just a bit too cold for me, although it does pre-cooked properly but i believed it has been sat on a shelf waiting for customers to order, so its nothing freshly cooked on the spot. The self serve drinks are always out of flavours. It has been like that for about a year but i don't see any improvement since. So 1 star for me and i don't think I'll be taking my family there again. - Also, the eating in was a bit dirty, sticky floors, tables not clean when customer have left, etc. So it's probably lack of staff. Save your business or end up closure??? Review #2 : Wow, ok - appears to have improved since I last visited. The drink machine is more fizzy but lacking flavour for coke? Fries and burger seems nice and hot and fresh. Happy customer and hope it'll stay that way apart from that drink machine needs fixing the flavour as I love cherry/vanilla coke ;) Bumped star up.. hopefully next one, max stars?

Food took about 30 minutes, the drinks machine had no options could only pick Fanta, all the others were greyed out, staff barely said anything to the customers, was a regrettable night to go. Which is a shame because usually the food is decent

Terrible service waited 30 mins for food the guy took it too the wrong table continues to ignore me while I say it’s for me gave up forgot the fries gave me the wrong burger place was filthy would not recommend to anyone nicer places to eat in prison

Staff value customer satisfaction, and are always willing to go above and beyond.

Ordered my burger then to realise it was the wrong burger, spoke to the manager there and she told me it was the correct burger I ordered. I then had to show her the burger then to realise she was wrong, also speaking to me in such a condescending way. Staff also didn’t look like they cared much everyone on their phones, manager didn’t look like she could control her team either. Every table was dirty, despite it being really quiet. Worst Burger King experience, it’s a shame because I used to enjoy Burger King and this is the only one in Derby, really put me off going there again. Hope someone higher up sees this, hopefully hire a team who somewhat care.

Waited over an hour for stone cold food, half full drinks, melted ice cream. Dreadful service. Id give minus stars if i could.

forgot the bacon on the cheese and bacon fries but tasted fine tbh

18mins to be precise from collection of order to delivery. I’m not that far from restaurant so was surprised it took so long. Obvs other orders?

Speaker wasn’t working on drive though. Drove to window to order. Window closed. Staff laughing and joking behind the counter on mobile phones. Looking through the glass I could see rubbish strewn all over the e floor behind the counter. Eventually I knocked on the glass to get someone’s attention. The broiler had broken down so options were limited. After a very long wait we eventually got our food and it was all cold. How can it take so long to make food to be served cold? Or was the food ready and they made us wait to make us think it was cooked fresh? Either way slow poor service and cold food. Terrible experience. Wanted a change from McDonald’s and this is what’s on offer.

Completely empty BK, and because i ate in and chatted to my friends i got fined for being there over an hour, there are no signs displaying this, so don't stop here.

only issue I have is the delivery person opened his bag with clips on and they hit the back of my car . and scratched it . the food was delish and the onion rings were fresh .

Received a parking ticket whilst visiting. One of the most expensive burgers I have ever had. But I won't be going back again. Total thieves.

The food was stone cold after waiting over an hour and 15mins for delivery although the website stated when ordering 30mins to 45mins.

You get parking tickets for eating in their restaurant. To me that just shows how little they value their customers. Stay well clear of this trap.

Worth a little extra than the other burger chain, polite staff and great fresh tasting food in a unrushed atmosphere !

Food arrived cold and was missing free items, can't complain about the missing free items as I didn't pay for them but cold food, is no excuse!

Been here a few times: food is decent but the service is terrible. Once waited +30 min for my food despite not being busy, and last time waited 5 min to get my order in, with no employer to be seen for that whole period. It never is busy but somehow you'll always wait.

arrived cold i had to microwave the food also received a small drink and small fries with a large meal i even paid extra for a milkshake im not happy about it obviously all burger king staff are useless and justeat wont even offer any refund!!!!!!!!!

Fries and cheesie bites were nice. Drink was warm. Worst thing was the burger. It was soooo dry. It needs some kind of sauce on it. It went in the bin.

Just ordered a cheese royale meal with 6 cheese bites and a extra patty on my burger with extra cheese and mayonnaise. Had to wait 10 mins to even get the front was only two of us in a que. When my food came the chips were soggy and half filled. The royale had the smallest slither of mayo and the lettuce was nearly off and no cheese atall. There was 5 bites and not 6 and was freezing cold. Absolutely disgusting. I would of taken it back but only realised once was home.

Slow service. Proprietary WiFi. No phone signal. Watched a staff member drop a cup on the floor before offering it to a customer, who accepted then used the cup 🧐 Poor hygiene practice from both clientele and establishment.

Went in and ordered two whopper meals at 9.45pm in the restaurant and came out to my car to find the burgers were freezing cold so i took them back in and i could hear a staff member say they had reheated them and that they thought they could get away with it. They were like cardboard and freezing cold. They made new ones,the manager apologised which i appreciate but this shouldn’t be happening,where’s the quality control? I then got back into the car to find the chips from the meal were also cold and hard like they had been sat for a while so I just put them in the bin. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going here,I go to Burger King regularly and never have issues but this has got to be the worst experience I’ve had.

Adding to review from 6 years ago and still the exact same issue. Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes this evening and not even an acknowledgement. Ended up having to leave before KFC closed or I'd have had no food! Absolutely pathetic, never had such poor service at any BK in the world, 20 years and I don't think I've every had service or food that was worth it. Will drive the extra distance to the stapleford branch, sort yourself out Derby! 2018 review Rude staff that ignore you at the drive through and demand you order at the speaker and then ignore you when you drive back around to it. Not even an apology when forced to go into the restaurant to order. Absolutely taking the piss!

Bk use to be the best fast food restaurant, now it's one of the worst, dry bland food and looks like a 1 star hygeine retaed place

wrong food turned up , so left without anything

Food was good, wait wasn't too long despite having a few orders on at once. The problem was it was just so dirty, there was no one cleaning tables or sweeping the floor

The drive thru speaker to place orders was broken. You only found out in the queue so no turning back. No problem, order at the window. I've been waiting 25 mins and still no food! I've machine is broken so my fanta tastes like warm urine. Staff were lovely but definitely let down by management. Such a waste of money

Burgers and fries were only just cool. The whopper burger was very dry, needed more mayonnaise. Delivery was on time, delivery driver polite.

Ordered a medium fries with my meal, but only received what looked to be less than 12 chips, which cannot be right. And my friend's order was missing the Ben and Jerry's he had ordered. Burgers was only faintly warm and the few chips I received were cold. I am requesting a refund for this horrible service.

My delivery never came even though it said on the app. The screen was stuck on 15:50 - 16:10 right up until 17:22 the screen changed to delivered suddenly with 15:55 as the time. Taking the mic. During the time I tried to call the restaurant 3 times.

Being in at fast food chains it takes more than 30 minutes to get a burger, fries and drink.... 30 minutes!! They gives priority to drive in and deliveries order. But for the 3 tables waiting for the meals, we have no more options that to wait as they are running late... any sense of service.

Food was amazing, couldn’t complain. Only thing is drinks were a bit warm but there isn’t much you can do for that I guess. However, we were missing a loaded fries with my order, this is unacceptable!

Tracking offline, (I asked for order to be left at door like every normal person) food had arrived over 30 minute's later but left App updated, was left at my front gate food was stone cold, I am deleting the app, I used due to having health issues , but the food just gets wasted. I will buy ready meals in. I should get some sort of refund but I doubt I willl.

Nothing serious. I did state to ring doorbell and leave food on chair but ignored request and knocked on door twice so had to answer door in a bit of a state

Non of my food came I ordered it to my house by accident and the carrier rang me when he was out side my house then I told him I was at my friends house round the corner and could barley understand my English and then I told him the address to come to and he never came. I rang him and it don’t put me through to a operator but it says my food is delivered so I want a refund or my food and remade

We sat down to eat and the tables were messy, asked for someone to clean the table and was told that they have no cleaning supplies, and witnessed one of the chefs behind the counter cough in to his hands and continue to cook food without washing his hands, the only good thing was the the young girl on the front counter who was really kind and understanding.

Delivery time changed 3 times, my order was missing a patty on my triple whopper, this will only allow me to select the whole meal and not the extras I added and paid for, so more work needs to be done to make this app better, and workers need to pay more attention to orders.

Food was late and cold. The cold food could have been avoided if the bright spark who bagged up our food put our cold drinks in a separate bag still you don’t work at Burger King if you did well at school so perhaps I expect too much of a Burger King employee and potentially a future Burger King manager

Food was cold and dry. The fries were crunchy. Didn't enjoy at all. Very disappointed won't be ordering from BK again.
