I'm waiting in the drive-through for 30 min. I don't want food anymore, just stuck if you're reading this, I'm probably still here nightmare

Been here a few times: food is decent but the service is terrible. Once waited +30 min for my food despite not being busy, and last time waited 5 min to get my order in, with no employer to be seen for that whole period. It never is busy but somehow you'll always wait.

Worth a little extra than the other burger chain, polite staff and great fresh tasting food in a unrushed atmosphere !

Just ordered a cheese royale meal with 6 cheese bites and a extra patty on my burger with extra cheese and mayonnaise. Had to wait 10 mins to even get the front was only two of us in a que. When my food came the chips were soggy and half filled. The royale had the smallest slither of mayo and the lettuce was nearly off and no cheese atall. There was 5 bites and not 6 and was freezing cold. Absolutely disgusting. I would of taken it back but only realised once was home.

Services are not great and tables are dirty all around .the whole place is filthy

Slow service. Proprietary WiFi. No phone signal. Watched a staff member drop a cup on the floor before offering it to a customer, who accepted then used the cup 🧐 Poor hygiene practice from both clientele and establishment.

Went in and ordered two whopper meals at 9.45pm in the restaurant and came out to my car to find the burgers were freezing cold so i took them back in and i could hear a staff member say they had reheated them and that they thought they could get away with it. They were like cardboard and freezing cold. They made new ones,the manager apologised which i appreciate but this shouldn’t be happening,where’s the quality control? I then got back into the car to find the chips from the meal were also cold and hard like they had been sat for a while so I just put them in the bin. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going here,I go to Burger King regularly and never have issues but this has got to be the worst experience I’ve had.

Adding to review from 6 years ago and still the exact same issue. Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes this evening and not even an acknowledgement. Ended up having to leave before KFC closed or I'd have had no food! Absolutely pathetic, never had such poor service at any BK in the world, 20 years and I don't think I've every had service or food that was worth it. Will drive the extra distance to the stapleford branch, sort yourself out Derby! 2018 review Rude staff that ignore you at the drive through and demand you order at the speaker and then ignore you when you drive back around to it. Not even an apology when forced to go into the restaurant to order. Absolutely taking the piss!

Bk use to be the best fast food restaurant, now it's one of the worst, dry bland food and looks like a 1 star hygeine retaed place

Food was good, wait wasn't too long despite having a few orders on at once. The problem was it was just so dirty, there was no one cleaning tables or sweeping the floor

The drive thru speaker to place orders was broken. You only found out in the queue so no turning back. No problem, order at the window. I've been waiting 25 mins and still no food! I've machine is broken so my fanta tastes like warm urine. Staff were lovely but definitely let down by management. Such a waste of money

Burgers and fries were only just cool. The whopper burger was very dry, needed more mayonnaise. Delivery was on time, delivery driver polite.

Ordered a medium fries with my meal, but only received what looked to be less than 12 chips, which cannot be right. And my friend's order was missing the Ben and Jerry's he had ordered. Burgers was only faintly warm and the few chips I received were cold. I am requesting a refund for this horrible service.

Very nice to visit, usually very quiet. Much better food variety than McDonald's, BK is my number one choice for value burger options

My delivery never came even though it said on the app. The screen was stuck on 15:50 - 16:10 right up until 17:22 the screen changed to delivered suddenly with 15:55 as the time. Taking the mic. During the time I tried to call the restaurant 3 times.

Being in at fast food chains it takes more than 30 minutes to get a burger, fries and drink.... 30 minutes!! They gives priority to drive in and deliveries order. But for the 3 tables waiting for the meals, we have no more options that to wait as they are running late... any sense of service.

Food was amazing, couldn’t complain. Only thing is drinks were a bit warm but there isn’t much you can do for that I guess. However, we were missing a loaded fries with my order, this is unacceptable!

Tracking offline, (I asked for order to be left at door like every normal person) food had arrived over 30 minute's later but left App updated, was left at my front gate food was stone cold, I am deleting the app, I used due to having health issues , but the food just gets wasted. I will buy ready meals in. I should get some sort of refund but I doubt I willl.

Nothing serious. I did state to ring doorbell and leave food on chair but ignored request and knocked on door twice so had to answer door in a bit of a state

Non of my food came I ordered it to my house by accident and the carrier rang me when he was out side my house then I told him I was at my friends house round the corner and could barley understand my English and then I told him the address to come to and he never came. I rang him and it don’t put me through to a operator but it says my food is delivered so I want a refund or my food and remade

We sat down to eat and the tables were messy, asked for someone to clean the table and was told that they have no cleaning supplies, and witnessed one of the chefs behind the counter cough in to his hands and continue to cook food without washing his hands, the only good thing was the the young girl on the front counter who was really kind and understanding.

Delivery time changed 3 times, my order was missing a patty on my triple whopper, this will only allow me to select the whole meal and not the extras I added and paid for, so more work needs to be done to make this app better, and workers need to pay more attention to orders.

despite my order being delivered early. my clear notes to call when nearby (hotel delivery) had been ignored. food once received moments after thanks to a helpful hotel team. food was although stone cold. and yet somehow a bottle of coke delivered warm 🤣. on a plus note, food was correct

The cold food could have been avoided if the bright spark who bagged up our food put our cold drinks in a separate bag still you don’t work at Burger King if you did well at school so perhaps I expect too much of a Burger King employee and potentially a future Burger King manager

We decided to go for a Burger King and eat in I had a bacon double cheese xl meal and 20 chilli bites food was hot and well prepared staff was great and friendly especially the manager Dan who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good nice and clean we would definitely be back and would recommend five stars.

Amazing service was served super fast by a lovely young lad called Cameron. Nuggets were super warm. Was very clean would recommend.

Came to derby Burger King the other day with my kids and we was pleased with the service and the experience pleasant staff food was amazing

It's a long way....food was cold but it can't be helped at that distance I guess. Everything else was ok other than £3 for the Ben and Jerry's, it will take 1 spoon to eat at that price I could buy a proper tub

The driver went to the wrong house and the food was cold at chuck it in the bin disgusting. Never buy it again.

Filthy inside despite being quiet and 6 staff on chatting, we were there around 10-15minutes , cleaned our own table as they were all filthy and none of the staff raised a finger. Won't be going back. Plenty of other cleaner options right next door.

Even the bottle of fanta was warm like it had been sat on a shelf for weeks instead of the fridge. only reason service got a 2 star is because it was on time. Burger king gone down hill big time

It felt like I was waiting forever for my food, I just have ordered it around 19:40 it didn’t arrive until 21:00. I kept looking at the estimated delivery time and it kept changing. When the food finally arrived it was cold, the food was great once heated up. But everyone knows fries are bad once heated up. I understand I live far from burger kings, but maybe then don’t allow me to order from you, if you can’t deliver warm food.

Hi I been there with my family the staff and manger is horrible and disgusting people I ever met in my life they talk to people like dog never go there Iam first and last time been there

Staff are lazy and rude. The entire restaurant floor is disgusting and covered in food and other rubbish. Politely asked a member of staff to clean a table and they asked me to leave the restaurant. Most of the staff are stood behind the counter not even doing anything, just chatting away amongst themselves. Terrible experience.

Service from staff were poor, told them I had blue light card, member of staff said we don't use that on Sunday( more like didn't want to or didn't know how to use it from customers) then didn't even give me any mayonnaise with my meal,

Loved waiting 25 mins for fast food .. But honestly, there were minimal people there and everyone after us got served quicker ! It seemed our order for 2 just got forgotten? Seemed very disorganised like no one knew what was going on . Also nice to have my kids veggie meal come with meat in .

Never been to a burger king that charges for mayonnaise! Not extra either, all I wanted was some mayo. 30P! I thought the bloke was winding me up. Won't go here again it's the principle! Greedy you know the next word.
