Avoid! Don’t ever order food from this place!Honestly, this place was good. Keyword:(was). Today, this place needs a lot of improvement. ordered the Mother Clucker, the fries were decent and the burger tasted like plastic. My chicken patty was raw twice , I told them about it the first time, the remade it and then same result. And then we had just realised that this place had a recent 1 star hygiene rating. That bad!? The report said they had cockroaches and pests in the kitchen where they cooked and they barely checked if the food is safe to eat. It’s run by young people who dont care or seem to have any experience. Please I will say again Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid 1 star hygiene rating 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢 Avoid.

The food quality is not there they make quantity over quality. I bought a few different things off the menu there was more fries than actual food which was disappointing the food was tasteless didn't really feel like it was marinated or had any kind of seasoning to it. I think it can do with cutting things off the menu and working on perfecting the food quality and taste. The beef was really chewy and tasteless which made it worse. The chicken was really dry and bland some of it uncooked. The loaded chicken box came covered in unnecessary sauce which was replaced but still was actually terrible.

possibly the worst service on uber/justeat. definitely avoid ordering online from this place. they do not provide any sauces with the meals on delivery but when you order in store you get 2 sauces per meal ??? so they expect you to choke on the soggy chips they give you. £13 for a below average size burger meal is absolutely disgraceful.

Food was good delivered on time

I specifically requested no jalapenos in the loaded fries as a dietary requirement, and the box came riddled with them.

The smelly accountant refused to give my food. He was taking a mockery of my service and danced behind the bar refusing to give my food. He then dropped my food on the floor and told me to eat those fries which fell on the floor. Would recommend to stay away!

Ask for no lettuce an. Cheese on burger, came with it so in the bin, very small an the chicken wrap was so small. Not worth the money. Used to be great won't be ordering again.

Just been to the place. The staff didn't even bother to ask if was eat in or take out. We went there to eat in so we ordered water bottle as well. We were in the dining area waiting for the order to be served only to see them put a packed packet on counter and call us. 👎Got onion rings, chickira and chips and everything was bland. The burger was plain and chicken dry and tasteless. The onion rings was plain too. Not even the right amount of salt and felt like chewing plain fried dough👎 the fries seemed fresh but they were plain too, not even a pinch of salt was there.

No customer service at all young lads avoid working all the time they have deals advertised outside but never have wings i went back to my car sent little brother to order wings all of a sudden they had wings please dont advertise deals if you dont want to give them out i even asked the guy to replace with wings something else but refused to do so

Order took over 30 minutes fries were barely warm and loaded fries chewy chicken. Top it all my son got very bad stomach upset as as a result of eating from yum burgers. Not a good experience.

Burgers were nice. I ordered a chicken and meat burger. I also got the BBQ wings - the wings were extremely drenched with BBQ sauce which was a little unpleasant. The environment was decent until some of the staff were swearing at each other which was disturbing and made us feel quite uncomfortable.

I would recommend the beef burgers,the patties tasted fresh and bot too dry, and the sauce tasted great. The restaurant area was very clean and very nice to eat in. It is great value and very cheap ,it was under £10 (£8.50 total) for a meal with a milkshake, which is absurd now a days. Would definitely eat here again.

The best burger place in bed derby for sure! Always consistent and reasonably priced :) nice meau with plenty of course the chickira is a favourite of mine and the halloumi fries with Algerian sauce to dip 😋 the drinks are awesome too. Keep it up YUM

Missed out the drink as three meals and wont be ordering again

Did not taste good and did not taste fresh. Had the cheeseburger and the chicken burger. Cheeseburger was completely inedible. Loaded fries were not nice either.

We w as told by the delivery driver that their packed out drinks incorrect and they got spilt

Huge disappointment. The cheese burgers are rubbery and had no flavour. We had to throw them away. The loaded fries were awful too. Only the chicken burgers were edible and half decent. I thought it would be better because one of the locals had recommended this place and they had 4.4 stars on Google reviews but overall surprised by the poor service and poor quality of the food.

Love this place. Propper quality burgers and lovely fruity drinks or a milkshake. Always clean and tidy with friendly staff.

Food was gross sorry After waiting hour and half for delivery chips were stone cold burger was 🫠 Only nice thing was the drink! Waste of £30 Also assuming the little yums are for kids the wings were soooooo spicy (wasn't stated they were spicy) so she couldn't eat it and they were cold 😆😖

Small burger small wrap not worth the money

May be an upgraded version of dixy's but overall this doesn't even match close to osmaston's KFC. It's a bit pricey that's the disadvantage.

Absolutely awful food, served an undercooked burger that was chewy, explain how that happens!? The rest of the meal was cold, food was super expensive for what you get and more so greasy and bland. The burger was smaller in size of a McDonald's cheeseburger, not worth the prices asked for. Sure they name stuff funny names, foods served in fancy packaging but honestly to be served a raw burger is an absolute horror. Do not order from here, there are many better burger places in the city like SoBe, Boo, Burger Boi, or Phat buns, they are the names to trust, this place is a dank horrible mess.

I absolutely adore this place! Their loaded box is hands down my favorite. The combination of flavors and ingredients in that box is a culinary masterpiece. Every visit here is a delightful journey into taste paradise, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

This place is one the best burger joints I have been too, tasty, full of flavour and by far the best priced burger joint in Derby. Highly recommended for all age groups there’s something for everyone.

Avoid!!! Ordered from this place to try out as the menu look good catchy names and so on but when the food arrived it was exactly the opposite my burger was actually raw in the middle and totally inedible the rest of the meal was greasy and the chips were soggy and stone cold now wondering if I'll get food poisoning from the burger cannot recommend at all. Also the burger was absolutely tiny for the price, waste of money.

Came here from Manchester, very polite staff and great hospitality. Food was amazing. Place was very clean and spotless. Should definitely try their chicken burgers. Amazing! Will definitely be coming back and amazing work from all the staff.

The food (chicken strips) was pretty bland, server was nice enough but a bit lacklustre and the place was empty. Should have been my first sign. Perhaps a beef burger would have been better.

Top notch burgers and sides. Their interesting named burgers make you go back to try them out, so far they have been well made and tasty. Tried the pink lemonade though and it did taste earthy so didn't finish it.

I love their motherclucker burger and the sauce they use is divine. Sometimes the chicken is tough which isn't ideal but most of the time their food is good. So I would recommend giving it a go. :)

I visited recently with my brother. We both got the mother clucka (hopefully I've spelt that right) chicken burger meal with fries and the Blue Mist drink. The place was reasonably clean, the ordering process quite simple. We paid £13.50 for two meals which seemed more than the price on the menu board but we didn't question it. The food: 1. The Blue Mist drink was really nice - definitely recommend. 2. The fries were crunchy and the portion was good. They were fried as they should be. Salt level spot on - again highly recommended. 3. The burger - I've got to be honest and say this was a massive let down - it was very greasy, and almost tasteless due to the grease. It almost felt like it was taken straight out of the freezer and put into the fryer, but additionally there was too much mayo in the bun as well, it was just dripping onto the table. I only took two bites and left the rest of the burger, I finished the fries and drink though. Disappointing as the place looked really cool from the outside, but the main meal was not up to the standard it needed to be. Additionally, the toilet was filthy, which is always an issue at establishments of this size, so I won't complain too much about this as it's quite common. Would I go again - maybe just for the fries and Blue Mist drink.

Read the reviews and before I ordered I was a bit skeptical, have to say was absolutely delicious and food was fresh / hot only thing is the burgers are a bit small but the taste and freshness of ingredients makes up for that!

Been here several times, last time was yesterday, foods ok but 4 out of 5 times service leaves a lot to be desired. Can't be asked with the bad service anymore and putting this on my avoid list.

I went to Yum with my two children and brother. I wanted something 'Annie-esq' but without the hefty prices...I have to say it will be a place that we'll be visiting again. The food was fresh and warm and the friendly service by Shaban made it a delightful and delicious experience. The interior decor was well kept and clean. Thank you Yum burger and thank you Shaban!

Badass Burgers guaranteed everytime

Seemed really busy with 1/2 price burger deals on Tuesdays, but walk-in customers were being made to wait over 1 hour for meals for behind online orders being picked up or through delivery services. End result, disappintment.... sorry guys, food to wait ratio doesn't stack up.

Ordered through Uber eats. The burgers were amazing, tasty, juicy and saucy. Fries were good too. The menu offers good variety, the only thing I'd like to have had was the option of having a meal with drink. The option of curly fries would have been nice too. Will definitely order again

I was expecting more tbh, the chips were very soft not crispy at all, the burger with all the content was lacking a proper strength and character, I would recommend toasting the buns to give them more crunchiness and increase overall texture of the burger. Friendly staff💯.

Really nice friendly owner down to earth, couldn't fault the burger . I would say this place blows mkdonalds out the water and the blizzards are 1000٪ better than a mkflurry

Loved the food but the place isn’t as clean, messy, toilet just need someone to routinely clean them, broken frier in corridor! Service/cashiers aren’t as attentive yet polite. Just few things to make it 5 star place
