Cuando llegamos un niño estaba causando un pequeño disturbio. El miembro del personal que trataba con el muchacho era respetuoso pero firme y rápidamente lo acompañó fuera. Pedimos nuestra comida y nos sentamos a comer, pero sentimos que nos habíamos equivocado de orden porque no había especias en el zinger. El miembro del personal con el que hablamos era increíble y rehecho y mejorado nuestras hamburguesas y añadió un poco de salsa picante (que nos dejó probar primero). Incluso nos ofreció papas frescas.

Each time we go to this KFC, which is the nearest to our workplace, the staff are so rude. There’s one particular Asian lady who looks at you with such an attitude. The eyes are saying what do you want and she even eye rolls. They only ever have one person on the tills even though the queue builds up significantly. They can never get my piece of chicken right when I ask for a side breast, I have to go back and ask for the right one. They never have any tango or krushems, so we don’t get what we want. Terrible customer service, no smile, and they just look like they don’t want to be there.

Went to get a 10 piece bucket only to be told I can only the pieces of chicken they want to give , I’ve been there a few times , and the same problem, the workers need to know they work for the company not own it, is so they can keep the pieces of chicken for there lunch,

I visited this KFC outlet at 6.30pm and it was pretty much empty except for one person ahead of me. I ordered a meal for one and told the very unfriendly server that I was eating in. When I went to sit down, I was told by another member of staff that it was takeaway only. Because my hotel was a 15 minute walk away, I insisted on using the restaurant facility or my meal would’ve gone cold. The guy said “he’d allow me to sit down near the door” despite the place being empty. Very unwelcoming. Extremely unfriendly attitudes from the staff. Food was ok. This outlet has serious staffing issues.

Heard about herd (excuse the Pun)!through the music venue Esquires and had a meal here with my other half to celebrate Valentines day.Our meal was really nice and great value .Service was a bit slow (Friday night )but worth the wait and the waiting staff did everything they could from what I could see to keep on top of things.The bar attached to Herd is truly awesome.Amazing DJ'S playing awesome music. A really friendly intimate happening place with great vibes and a hidden gem.Places like this are few and far between and if you like great music, great company and a great atmosphere this is the place to be. Can't wait to return.

Elise was really lovely, good service and very friendly. Aaron the chef cooked the steaks perfectly. Thanks for a lovely pre cinema meal

Food arrived and was underwhelming. Items were missing and clearly hadn’t been packed by Foxy Wings as they were part of a meal deal. Manager hid behind the fact that we ordered through Deliveroo and didn’t offer in any way to rectify the situation we were in. Told us to seek a refund through Deliveroo. However that does not help the situation in that moment….. family still hungry!! Overall the most expensive burgers we have ever eaten!!!!!! After being such huge supporters of this individual business and even crowdfunding this space I am hugely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have recommended this restaurant numerous times. Missing items is not the issue, how management deal with that is the problem. Very very poor! If Foxy Wings choose to use Deliveroo then they must be prepared, particularly as an independent restaurant, to consider how your reputation could be damaged in situations such as this. The management were completely inflexible and didn’t seem to see the issue. Getting a refund in a couple of weeks time doesn’t ensure we all enjoy and eat a celebration meal together now!

Hi, after eating today I would say that it is good but not the 1st time I ate a month ago. The bread was less crunchy and melted a bit so I could not enjoy it. The chips are okay but does not give me much satisfaction. Not that expensive so I would say it is good for affordable spenders, eaters who do not have time to cook at home due to coming back from work. Keep it up guys still. Well done!
