Worst KFC I have ever had greasy and cold even the staff were arguing and being rude with the customers shocking ! Manager had no control over his staff

Ordered via deliveroo, 14 peice bucket, got 14 legs, how stupid is that, I was a regular but no more

Chicken burnt and very sour tastes like been grilled in oil ,2nd time I have had awful service at this place management need to make drastic changes

My burger was burnt and freezing cold and the customer service was even worse. when I asked what could be done was EVEN worse got told there all burnt I could have another one but there all like that. I asked for a manager who didn’t even come out and just said refund it. Think the place is disgusting after spending over £20 to be spoken to terribly and still hungry! Worst KFC in Northampton

I order from this restaurant often. When will I learn that they’re all incompetent? Every single time I’ve ordered, my order is wrong, missing, or of poor quality. I ordered a bbq wrap, fries, gravy and hot wings: they just sent the wrap and gravy. No substitutions, not contact to say they don’t have the items. Last time, ordered a burger & fries with sides. Got no burger Place should close. It’s daylight robbery and the staff can’t even remember 4 items to pack

Ordered food from here arrived stone cold with items missing that we had paid for. Food was disgusting, we received hardly any fries they may as well not bothered putting those in the box meals like the rest of the food that was missing. Have tried to ring up several times and no answer. Not using this restaurant ever again and will tell friends and family not too either.

White, 6ft 1, blue eyes, approx 25yrs old, serving behind the counter tonight 11/09 approx 2030hrs off his head on cocaine. Rude, very aggressive, off the scale, pupils like saucers. My partner knows, is experienced in recognising the physical signs and knew straight away he was coked up big time. Two other staff disappeared immediately (think they knew there was an issue but didn’t want to get involved) Asked for the Manager who was weak, out of his depth and stuttered that he supports his staff. My partner is going to go back in tomorrow when they open to talk to the Manger again. It was disgraceful. We are never going there again. There’s a really great place across the road called Fry Chicks which is 100% better and management are superb and I really regret asking him to pop in there and he’s said ‘never ask me to go there again’ I would really welcome feedback from management on this review. I am also quite happy to leave another review after my partner goes back tomorrow to discuss the incident. Check my profile and previous reviews. I don’t use this platform in a negative way.

Had couple snack boxes and both were all good Chicken was nice and chips fine Always found this branch good apart from once chips were not good Waiting time can be long sometimes but could be down to staff shortage Overall best kfc in area at mo

Visited today Never really had problem at this branch but must say chips today were were not the best Chicken fine but wasn't happy with chips If had checked at time they would have been exchanged Quite few looked haggard and over cooked

This restaurant allows hordes of trouble makers to gather in groups causing havoc and putting people off wanting to go in there! Avoid at all costs

Food used to be very good but the last time I went they have changed the chips and they were awful just couldn’t eat them

Never had any problem with this kfc apart from waiting time Best in area Just avoid Towcester road one and market Harborough one as well

Very friendly staff, so good service. Never had a problem with the food and have eaten here a few times. Tables tend to be clean when I visit so nothing to fault.

I’ve usually had a mixed experience with kfc but the last few experiences have shown feast improvements in quality, I would much advise another visit to see for yourselves!

Average food as any other kfc outlet, however this one had to have the worst service in any kfc we have used. Two guys in front of us had the wrong meal, we should have checked ours before we left as we also had the wrong order! How hard can it be??

Awful! Chicken was really greasy and the fries were dry and nearly cold! Should have took it back but couldn't face another 25 minute wait due to not enough staff.

Most staff are nice but seem to be too busy chatting having fun with other staff members to remember everything you ordered. However one lady who works there clearly hates all youngsters and doesn't let them sit down to have their meal!

Chicken ok, but you only get the cheap bits, breasts is not a option, beans were cold, Coleslaw was frozen, Mr sanders needs to review his franchise empire

A fast food chain where you can only buy a third of the menu. Staff are unhelpful and don't care that they can't provide the food they advertise. I'd avoid at all costs!

very busy day, thought we would just grab a KFC on way home....the order was Incorrect we were missing 1 item and one of the meals was incorrect.....the box fell apart and contents were all over the living room carpet, box was not together properly.....very disappointed, would not recommend at all and will take us a long time to go back.

KFC in Kingsthorpe is an amazing surprise as it's very rare to get what you actually order - the staff have a tenous grip on the english language and are positively impatient to get you processed - don't try the new burger meal with the slow cooked pulled chicken as I've seen better things in my dustbin!

What can you expect from a fast food chain? There are some basic elements. Was the service fast? Yes. Was the food hot and freshly made? Yes. Were the tables clean? Not on this visit. This is what makes this an average visit. There are plenty of other types of food outlets. But get what you pay for. Just try to find a clean table.

I was hungry and needed some food as this was the nearest place to me we went to KFC ,wish I hadn't , staff were unwelcoming, rude and In fact dismissive , they didn't get our order right , the chips were limp and tasteless I couldn't be bothered to moan but I know I will never set foot in this place again ....................

We as a family love KFC, but this branch is disgusting!! It's staff are rude and the toilets smell.My husband was violently Ill after eating here in June. We had all eaten and drank the same thing bar my husband having a KFC. I will never use this branch of KFC again.
