Pretty basic diner. Service was bit slow considering place was virtually empty

Great food quality, good prices for a family breakfast

First time going, really nice food - had the big breakfast wrap, hash brown and a French vanilla latte. Hash brown better than the place next door but the latte was a bit too sweet for my taste. Will definitely go again.

Nice fresh cooked breakfast slow but worth the wait.

First time try, pretty awful tbh, very much a McDonalds at slightly higher price-point. The Pulled pork Melt was underwhelming, came out squashed, minimal pork within it, this isn’t portion control, rather profit maximisation! The triple cheeseburger was OK but very, very, greasy within its foil wrapping. McDonald’s are cheaper, FiveGuys are better, Suspect this franchise will not survive! Will not be trying again!

I got a pumpkin spice latte. It tasted like soap and water. Very disappointed. Didn’t bother getting it changed as they’ve turned me down before when the drink didn’t clearly taste like it should. The service and food varies depending on who’s on the shift

Drive thru is sometimes slow but rather than take action to improve they swipe thier hands in front of the sensor so the system thinks they are serving quicker than they are.

Lovely coffee and food and we love visiting. But the photo of the bacon roll on the menu board may need an update, as you may have got that much bacon in the roll a couple of years ago (approx 3 slices I would estimate)but recently it has definitely been reduced, last week it seemed less and this morning even more so with barely one full slice of bacon in the roll. It used to be more bacon than bread now it's more bread than bacon. It would be better to go back to the original even if it costs more.

Used the driveway and I asked for an iced americano. When I got round to the window they handed me a hot drink I said I asked for it iced they said we don't do that here. He was rude and afterwards looked on website they do offered iced drinks.

Always stop when passing , the choice of cold drinks (and hot obv) is lovely and obv Tim bits or donuts .. always good and fresh staff friendly and large seating area

The food is quite expensive for the quality of ingredients used. The burgers taste the same as the typical burger van found in a layby. The bacon is average. The loaded lattice would have had more cheese on them if they had just chucked a cheese slice on the top. The got my over wrong 3 times even after going back over and over again. Such a shame, will not he coming back again.
