Tim Hortons in Northampton

Breakfast great value for money and good tasting coffee. Pleasant and relaxed surroundings. Would recommend the pancakes with maple syrup or sausage, egg and cheese muffin.

Burger was ok but cold, staff was kind of avoiding customers

Always a pleasure to come to this location. Very clean and incredibly lovely staff especially Goda and Wareesha . Very fast service and food and drinks are lovely.

Came in for breakfast, hands down much better than McDonald’s and you get the food for £1 if you buy a drink. Goda and wareesha made the experience so much more pleasant. Great personalities

The chicken burger is the best thing i've ever eaten

Like the breakfast and thought I’d try a burger. Ordered x 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Got x2 double cheeseburgers. Sent it back. Got the same two burgers but with added bacon….. they just reheated it and gave it back. Bun an burgers were then over cooked. Shame as I used to like going to Tim’s. Franchise staff aren’t keeping up with the standards. Was only six people in there eating so no excuse

I lived and worked in Toronto for several years and Tim Hortons was a daily coffee fix for me. Now back in the UK and went to the Northampton franchise today for the first time. Friendly fast service and plenty of seating available. Music playing in the background at the right volume to add to atmosphere but not too loud so you can’t chat. Toilets also well maintained.

Drinking chocolate was very nice

WORST BURGER IVE EVER HAD! makes McDonald's look like a gourmet restaurant. Save your money and get a Rustlers microwave burger as I can definitely say even that premade rubbish is better than the burger here. I don't know what the patties are made from but it is definitely not beef!

Please be careful people when you order as deals most of the time are cheaper than single items

We bought a deluxe box! Donuts look good. However upon tucking into the first bite, the smell was bizarre, they smelt like bacon and very plastic. I could not get over the repugnant smell and totally ruined it for all of us. Very disappointing!

Good news and bad news, Tim Horton in Northampton have a drive through. The bad news is a cappuccino cost me £3.45 today and it wasn’t anything special. I wish I checked the price instead of thinking it would be reasonable and had gone to McDonalds next to it instead.

It's okay - the selection of coffees and doughnuts is excellent but I'm not enamoured by the other options.

Had delivery so can't rate atmosphere hence middle rating for that. Service good as custom burgers delivered correct. Doughnuts were lovely, burger patties were no better than rustlers burgers.

As a Canadian, I've been to my fair share of Tim Hortons both in Canada and the UK. As far as the UK goes, this branch consistently makes the best "Double Double" in the country. Staff friendly as well. Keep up the good work!

All Delivery Drivers and Customers that order from app !!! Every time I’m coming to collect food to deliver to customers and is Always not ready!!! Waisting our time and money!!! Also rude workers told me that they only startrepair food when drivers are inside the restaurant and they have different contracts that allow them to delay with food preparation on all delivery platforms!!! Be careful

Family of 5 popped in for lunch. Took advantage of the Sunday offer. Which Was great. Food was lovely, tasted great and freshly cooked. Lovely new looking building and very inviting place to eat and relax.

Food gets cold all the way back to Kettering, but it still tastes good. So much easier than walking to Nova Scotia. Staff are friendly and the prices are too good; especially comparing like products with the manufactories next door.

Food was good and fresh. They want people to make order from kiosk not from counter which i dont like as you can not claim bluelight discount from kiosk and loose the discount. And if you really want to make order from counter then they make you wait for nothing so next time you order from kiosk.

Finally tried Timmys. Brilliant. Super yummy!

Went here to get a breakfast wrap, what a huge mistake that was! I’ve never been so ill in my life from food. I have been bed bound and up and down to the bathroom with vomiting. Would also like to add took around 30 mins to wait for one thing to be made, a lot of people complaining seems they are more interested in drive thru. The iced lattes are never cold when made they are always warm, just go mcds

I go there quite often, nice good addition to Northampton cafeterias. Shame that you guys discontinued tuna sandwiches.

Tried breakfast here for the first time. Quality was great and prices very reasonable. This will replace McDonalds for me as a breakfast option.

Absolutely lovely! The staff are incredible and went above and beyond for me and my little boy! I felt so comfortable and welcomed! The cleanliness and general layout was amazing too! Flawless

Food is always pretty good but the service is awful. Waited 30 minutes for a coffee and muffin. If I hadn’t have paid I would’ve left. Go to McDonald’s across the road.

Popped in for a quick lunch today after several very positive experiences. Food was awful, cheap burgers that looked aneamic and tasted like mush. Totally disappointed won't be returning, I suggest you save your money

First time visit and I must say the breakfast muffin surpasses that at my usual favourite the golden arches. Good value, with breakfast for £1 with any coffee.

Great place for a good burger at a reasonable price

Absolutely shocking experience, I was so excited to come here yet they messed up my order 3 times and refused to fix it in the end. They don't give receipts so you can't even prove what you ordered. Staff are rude and argumentative and the coffees sub par... Go McDonald's if you don't wanna spend triple the price.

Me and my partner have our breakfast every other weekend here at TH Northampton. Sausage muffins and breakfast wraps are so good. Ome of the best Fast food chains in town for sure

I’ve been here numerous times since opening and the service is always painfully slow when eating in, even if the restaurant is nearly empty. The doughnuts always taste like they are a day or two old. It’s a real shame as Tim Hortons has such a strong brand reputation, I’d recommend going to the one in Milton Keynes instead.

Really good food! Unfortunately the food was let down by the service. I had just sat down to eat my food within the restaurant. Started eating and I was asked without choice to move to the other side of the restaurant so they could clean the floor. I appreciate everyone has a job to do but waiting 5 minutes for me to finish my meal was hardly a problem. It really put me off ever going back again tbh.

My first visit was not the best experience. My order was wrong, make sure when ordering in drive thru they understand you and repeat the order back & you get a receipt as I was not offered one. I will go again as head office rectified the problem.

The lady who served me was amazing, her name was Clara, always answering my stupid questions about the menu with a smile on her face and you can genuinely tell she's there to help 100% need praise for her work 🙌, on another note though do avoid there iced coffee's as there often quite bitter.

How can you have these poor people stood out in the cold and rain to advertise a free drink sign, when there is enough sign posts as it is !! Unfair on the employees

One of best Tim's franchises that Ive been too. . The staff and service at this franchise are first class so welcoming, attentive, and engaging. . It's definitely one of best fast food chains around and this one is right up there for choice, atmosphere, service, and quality. . It's my go-to choice for coffee when visiting family in Northampton

It's okay. Food seems pricey for what it is. Drinks are average prices for take away. Staff seem friendly but very busy and perhaps not enough of them during a promotion like free drinks.

Food quality was very poor was expecting a lot more for the price. Would not recommend as McDonald’s and KFC are right next door.

It was our first time at Tim Hortons having been skeptical beforehand. Repentant for my skepticism and converted after the first bite of the double bacon burger. It was everything fast food should be like. Genuinely tasty, juicy, warm and much better quality than McDonald's. Followed this up with the loaded fries, which was another win. Again warm and tasty. Shake was good, not excellent, but was it better than McDonald's? Simply put, yes. Not least because the machine was actually working, but also because it wasn't syrupy! Portions left us perfecly happy and satisfied. We didn't feel bloated, but comfortable. Directly competitive with McDonald's on price point too! The atmosphere was refreshing. It was nice to have a comfortable, clean environment and a more relaxed vibe than the what is the sensory overload of its M shaped competition. Relaxing music and less people. Staff service was fine. Would be nice if they were particularly happy, but it can't be different from Mcd's in every way! And they weren't rude. Could Tim Hortons be the change from McDonald's that we deserve but forgot we wanted? Time will tell, but all of the signs point that way. I didn't recognise how refreshing the changes would be. Yours, an optimist.

Visited for an evening out found .coffee not the best.mostly ignored.and to top it off got massive parking fine aswell.not recommended.

Thought we'd try this out as an alternative to the usual burger chains. Did not enjoy the experience or the food!

Great food, fast service, and the coffee is amaaaaazing! Staff were really helpful with questions. Toilets are nice and clean, the atmosphere is chilled, just what you want for a nice lunch out!

Wrong burger was given twice! Ordered a nacho chilli double burger, received a chicken burger, told them and showed the receipt to show what had been ordered, no problem we'll get you the right one, but when it came it was a regular double burger! Couldn't be bothered complaining again, it wasn't even busy so no excuse. Won't be going back

Ordered at one of the screens by the door. Quite straightforward. My food arrived promptly. I had a Nacho Chilli Cheese Double Cheeseburger. Had a slightly sweet sauce in it but, to be fair, it was strangely pleasant. I also had an Iced Capp Caramel S'mores. This was also VERY sweet but otherwise very nice.

Nice and quiet to visit - popped in whilst waiting for car to be serviced. Food very nice and good wifi - will come back!
