Food was excellent, not fatty and greasy and they do a double omelette for breakfast w Which is filling and works for my liw carbon diet

the food was very cold when it arrived could not eat it

They got my order wrong and gave me the wrong side I requested.

did not get burger I wanted, ordered a nacho cheese chicken stacker but I got a normal chicken burger

Restaurant was immaculate, service perfect, plenty of seating, the products are spectacular too in comparison to Starbucks although I do agree that the Krispy Kreme doughnuts are probably superior to these. Our family had a lovely time.

You only give one slice of bacon when it used to be two in the bagel

I highly recommend this branch of Tim Hortons at Riverside Retail park Northampton! The food was made to a really high standard and the workers were caring and attentive. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean! I will definitely return!

Donuts were great, iced drink fantastic but wraps were cold however that to be expected when in a bag with the iced drink. And how far we are away.

Very nice interior much better tha Mcdonalds or Burger king but I really do not like their burgers. This was my second and last visit. The burger was warm and had probably been sitting in the ready rack for a while. Pathetic piece of lettuce and overall not a pleasant experience. The "fries" were awful. Waffle style and bit soggy. Decided to try again April 2025. Just as bad. Warm burger again not very nice. This restaurant is next to a Mcdonalds. There is always a queue at Mcdonalds never here and for good reason. The only thing I like is the Mocha.

Dire experience due to my inability to follow an overly complicated order process when refusing to be robbed. Don't remove an item you don't want or you pay a lot more. My food was removed from order and I got nothing. Sorry I was not paying enough attention to a machine which as I understood didnt tell me the food would be removed. The staff member said sure I can have the food just pay for it again. Not a good experience when visiting a place trying to complete a simple task.

I like tim horton coffee it proper coffee and proper hot not like McDonald's coffee which come warm because of health and safety reasons

I always find the hot chocolate drink amazing from Tim Hortons. Went there for a breakfast. The muffin was so much better than I thought it would be.

It's an ok fast food, I used to go there to drink tea all the time, but I'll only give it 2 stars because every time I leave there I come out with a very strong smell of the kitchen, 😒

I really like Tim Hortons food but I do wish that they would refrain from putting the chocolate dip doughnuts in the same bag with hot items such as burgers. My last one I had to scrape the chocolate off the inside of the bag because it had melted.

First time having the bacon pancakes, dish was cold and bacon was pitiful BUT the rest of the order was nice. Not seen a Blueberry cheesecake frappe since Starbucks did one a few years ago. Tims version was nice but more blueberry than cheesecake.

I'm unsure why this place is not busier. The food is x10 better than what you get from the surrounding fast food restaurants.

We have visited twice now, once for, breakfast and brunch. Very good price for the breakfast meal. £2.99. it was busy but to be expected. I had Oreo pancakes on 2nd visit and they were amazing. Coffee is good. The donuts are like Krispy Kreme. Prices vary ££ It is clean, usb ports, friendly helpful staff.

First ever visit to a Tim Hortons and I must say the coffee was very good indeed! Chicken was very tasty and fresh, sneaky little donut too that was great! Highly recommended for lunch!

Tim Hortons have a habit of putting hot and cold items close together. However their banoffree range at the moment is incredible.

Ordered an eat in today, was told when collecting my order that I’d receive a free donut if I fill out the QR code questionnaire on my receipt. I did that and at the end the form said I need to buy a drink to receive my donut. So, the staff lied and the food I ordered was reflected in my QR code review. £9.79 for a sub par burger, loaded jalapeño fries and a cold drink. Never again and won’t visit for my “Free” donut.

On 05:01:2025 a lady and young guy ‘Indian’ give me a wrong order. I went back they was completely disrespectful and the still didn’t not give me the order I want it.

As a canadian, this was a real trippy experience being in a tims in northampton. The donuts and bakery/cafe foods are so similar - but the burgers and fast food options are odd to see. When the farmers bacon wrap makes it to the uk, thats when you can get the authentic canadian experience in the uk.

Donuts were absolutely top class. However, ordered 2 Oat milk Latte’s, only got 1 with Oat Milk, the other was semi skimmed even though selected both with Oat. Takeaway cups both bottoms collapsed in my car after 5mins. Car flooded with coffee. Horrendous experience with takeaway coffee but donuts were great…

Great place, taste of canada in the UK

The burgers were rock hard and inedible. The chicken was very nice. The lattice fries were cold and hard I couldn't taste the gingerbread in the gingerbread latte although the drink was very nice. The doughnuts were good. would I order again from here? Probably not!

Returning home after a day out encountering various disappointments on the catering front, our little group of four found the right food at the right time here. It's a bit more pricey than a certain McOther, but the food was better quality and enjoyed in a calming evening atmosphere.

Not a bad place to get a quick bite. It is pretty much a clone of McDonald's with a couple of slight differences. The food is marginally better than what the golden arches offer but it is more expensive. Update- been in again for pancakes and bacon for breakfast. Very good. Recommended.

Staff are always polite. Tables , floor and toilets are always clean. Food is consistently good, with minimal wait even when busy. My only criticism would be that the Deliveroo drivers all park in the disabled spaces. Turned up many a time to find the 3 spaces full with these drivers. It makes it hard for disabled people access the reaturant

Pretty impersonal experience - order at a machine and collect it yourself from the counter. On the plus side the americano is acceptable. Suited us as we needed a venue for a meeting with a few friends.

ordered a box of 12 assorted doughnouts, I think they were the oldest ones they had in store. 1 day away from getting hard and thrown away. they had al sorts of markes and scraches on the glaze from how many times they were handled. They were not the kind of dougnougts they would put on display, but I guess good enough to send on delivery, since most people won't retun them. I bought same box of dougnouts in store a while ago "perfect", the dilivered ones looked like they were resqued from trash

First time try, pretty awful tbh, very much a McDonalds at slightly higher price-point. The Pulled pork Melt was underwhelming, came out squashed, minimal pork within it, this isn’t portion control, rather profit maximisation! The triple cheeseburger was OK but very, very, greasy within its foil wrapping. McDonald’s are cheaper, FiveGuys are better, Suspect this franchise will not survive! Will not be trying again!
