FOUND A HAIR IN MY MILKSHAKE order the food to my door took 30 minutes to come I only live down the road and enjoyed my meal until I opened my milkshake to mix it.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too! Should get rid of the uber delivery drivers as they are rude while waiting. The restaurant cannot handle all the orders from Uber etc and leave Normal customers waiting for ages. Waited 20mins for a Big Mac meal and plain cheeseburger.

I am DISGUSTED. Ordered a double cheeseburger and it came smaller than the palm of my hand and was stone cold!! Went up to the counter and asked for a remake and I got told that because it has two tiny burgers in it that it was a proper cheeseburger 😒 opened up the burger and the cheese was so dry it was all cracked and had bubbles all over it. Looked like a science experiment gone wrong!!! the burger was so cold it was basically raw. VILE I DO NOT RECOMMEND😡. Just to top it off the table we sat on was COVERED in rubbish and crumbs like most tables were, had to clean it ourselves!

Shocking food! My boyfriend ordered 3 CHEESEburgers with no onion! And he received 3 cheese burgers forgetting the most important part which is the cheese so no cheese, no sauce and one sad looking gerkin in each burger with soggy cold chips!

Absolutely filthy, no receipt from the machine to order,had to clean the table myself, bins overloaded with rubbish, no serviettes, staff sitting on their phones. Only 1 female walking outside to deliver food. People next to us had been there over 45 minutes and not 1 table cleaned while they were there!

Absolutely distrusting pulled into the car park to see what look like a manager eating the face off another employee. All the staff look scruffy and dirty, there are two nice members of staff in this place and they are only youngsters. The rest of the staff must just think it's a place of playtime because no one was working

Went via drive through in November 23, they got the order wrong and the didn’t correct it when questioned. Got fobbed off that I’d asked for something else. Dec 23 home delivery, chips were incorrect quantity and raw. Will not order from this outlet again!

Whilst waiting for my food the poor server had a meltdown and stormed off with the manager chasing her. After another 10 minutes waiting another server shoved my food out of the window and disappeared, got home to find my meal was cold. Asked customer service for a refund or replacement and was bluntly told nothing to do with us contact the restaurant direct.NEVER AGAIN.

We got a drive through and when we got home as I went to eat my burger there was a big long hair hanging out of it so I phoned up to complain and was pretty much called a liar and they said they checked cctv and no one with long hair made my burger even thou I see plenty of girls working who had long hair . I was told I needed to drive the 15 minutes back to them with the burger and hair to prove it but was told they still know the hair didn’t come from them and The manager was very rude . Why any one would like over a £4 burger is beyond me ... will not be using this Mc Donald’s again .

Staff at McDonald’s Orsett strike again! Never fail to mess up if it’s not the wrong order it’s the quality of the food or the mouthy staff in the background shouting at other staff. Tonight the Sprite wasn’t Sprite it was fizzy water.

Hats off to the young guy “Kieran” Who was standing by the entrance (got his name from his badge) He was running around cleaning, making sure that everyone sanitised their hands before entry, bringing our food to our table and just generally working his butt off. Well done McDonald’s was a yummy, clean and safe visit

The service was painfully slow for a latte and a white coffee even though there was only one order in front of me. On sitting down at the table that was clean and tidy we could not tell which of the two coffees was the latte, even though it cost 30p more and should have been milkier. I asked one of the staff if he could see any difference and he said he couldn't. The taste was the same the only difference was the price.Are we being conned?

In a hurry. Due at a meeting at 19.00 close by.18.31 - order meal using self service machine and took a seat awaiting my pretty simple order18.46 - conscious everyone else appeared to have food except me. Guy behind counter 'we've already done that order'. Me - 'well you didn't give it to me'. Guy - 'I'll get another one prepared for you. Me - ' no thanks I don't have time, I'll have a refund'. Guy - 'OK'. He proceeds to take MY receipt and process the refund. Refund complete I ask for MY receipt to be returned. He asks 'why?' and I explain it's my card receipt and that I want it in order to make a formal complaint. 'OK' he says - ' I'll need to take a copy and disappears'.Enter what appears to be a 'manager' - no name badge. Pretty abrupt:'Sir, we gave issued your refund'.Me 'I know but I want my receipt as I want the time & details to lodge a complaint'.Manager - 'You can't have the receipt. We have given you a refund and that's it'Me - 'No, I want the receipt. You have failed to provide me with good service and I'm going to make a complaint'Manager - 'I'll write the time on your refund slip.'Me - ' Why can't I have MY receipt. I'll happily take a photo on my phone.' - I took hold of the top of receipt and Manager takes it back saying I can't have it!I repeatedly asked him why I couldn't have it and was told that it was 'irrelevant' at which point I pointed out that if it was 'irrelevant' then there is no harm in giving it to me.There then ensued an exchange which, I have to admit, made me physically shake with anger as this so-called manager simply dismissed or ignored my requests and reasons for requiring the receipt with a combination of arrogance and ignorance on a scale that I have never before encountered.Eventually, and realising that he was not going to relent, I requested the 'manager's' name so that I could include it any complaint. He refused to give it to me and told me that he would give me the head office number and I could 'complain as much as you [I] want'. He then walked away.I requested one of the staff to retrieve him and was forced to shout after him as he simply ignored my requests to come back and deal with my complaint.He did, eventually, return and walked directly at me stopping marginally short. His colleague (behind the counter) said to me 'Don't do that' and I responded with 'Do what?'. He responded by telling me not to get in his way. I advised him that he walked towards me, not the other way round and that he needs to stay out of the issue.He then walked past me, again refusing to engage properly towards and out of the store entrance. I followed him and repeatedly asked for his name. I then opened my mobile phone and attempted to take a photo of this individual. Regrettably the pictures did not come out clearly.Once he realised I was photographing him he turned and barked at me 'You cannot do that' to which I enquired 'Why not' advising him that since he refused to give me his name I would record who he was photographically. He ordered me to delete the pictures and I refused.I asked him again - what is your name. His response was 'what is your name?'.I responded by giving him my name and his response was that he would be making a complaint about me as I had taken the photos and that he 'had me on CCTV'.I replied 'good' and again asked his name to which he responded 'Ade'.I then left the store.For information, can I point out that McDonalds receipts for card transactions include the words 'KEEP THIS RECEIPT FOR YOUR RECORDS' which was precisely what I was trying to do.The fundamental issue that started this incredible incident which was the failure of the restaurant staff to fulfil my order in a reasonable timescale.

Compré un gran filete de pescado comida 'aquí, pero sólo tenía que caminar de regreso a la ventana de drive thru (después de la medianoche, así que el restaurante es ahora cerradas), como cuando abrió la bolsa en el aparcamiento de la 'Gran' cartón patatas fritas sólo estaba medio lleno. El conductor del taxi que ahora estaba allí en la ventana esperando, dijo que había problemas en el pasado, con el mismo, así que no es un descuento! !Muy pobre, ya que pagas mostrar suficiente dinero para la comida y no pagar extra por las patatas fritas grandes. * acabo de regresar de haber pasado 2 semanas en la ciudad de Nueva York y que no sucedan! !El miembro del personal reemplazado con un cartón.Iré A LA KEBAB VAN AL LADO DE LA ANTIGUA ORSETT COCK PUB EN EL FUTURO! ! !

Just visited this McDonald's and was served my meal missing my apple pie which I had to wait for while my meal went cold then to find that when I got in my van my chips were raw so had to change them as well Someone needs to rectify this from happening

Haremos un viaje cada semana pasado esta rama de McDonald's. Está en una calle principal (A13) así que se pone un montón de pasar comercio.Por dentro estaba limpio. El personal aquí siempre lento.Si pasas por su bien, pero no hacer un viaje especial para ir a esta rama.

I used to live near to this McDonald's and come through the drive through a lot to get bits for the kids.always found something missing when I got home.tonight ate inside food was ok but no bbq sauce which kids like.but the thing that bothered me the most was the fact the manager openly chastised an employee in front of me and the family....found this highly unprofessional and made me feel rather uncomfortable as he beckoned him over with the finger and told him off.the toilets smelled disgusting and moldy too.wont be in a rush to return.

Incompetent waiter first took our order. Young Asian gentleman wearing glasses. Messed up the drinks order and the food order completely. Tried arguing over the fact I wanted to order a small portion of Mac and cheese for my elderly grandmother and said that we couldn’t. Had to have one dish re cooked as it was completely wrong.

Service was great. No faults. Shop was clean and tidy. The food however was Absolutely awful! The burger cost 9.50p and the chips was nearly £4 for some what 25 pieces. The chicken burger was dark brown which clearly was burnt hence why it was rock solid. It was a small sized burger and I was very very disappointed. I will never be returning here. I was so annoyed that refused to finish it! Sorry guys. I’ll be dining somewhere else next time :-(
