The food is sometimes very ok, and sometimes not!

Romanian food, sometimes good sometimes not,very bad service, waitress with very bad attitude,place has a terrace where you can smoke, prices a bit high comparing to other places.

Yes...if I could I would leave 0 stars! I ate there today and the staff... you say I asked them for free food! The "miss" waiter came and actually threw food on our table, not to mention that they didn't bring us everything we asked for! A little training wouldn't hurt for the staff! You come to eat, to feel good, and you come across some sour faces because you're tired and hungry! If you want to get on your nerves and ruin your day, stop by!

The best Romanian food I have eaten so far, at a fair price, large portions, everything is perfect, score 10 in all possible chapters, bravo.

I ate the best cefă and papanasi in my life! I'm from Suceava and I haven't eaten in Suceava and in other famous restaurants that I ate at the Zani restaurant!!! Thank you and I promise to come back when I get back to the area! Very hospitable! I'll also leave some pictures

Chicken with mushrooms and cream or rather chicken with oil 😂. I ordered the first time and received a completely different order, and I waited another hour to receive the right one and I received it like this. If this is how chicken with mushrooms and cream is served... I do not recommend this restaurant

I ordered twice and in both cases I was very disappointed. The soup container is of the worst quality, the food arrived 10% spilled in the bag. I ordered two different soups, both had the same broth, taste like garbage and a finger of fat on top. Tochitură looks like it was made only from scraps and the taste of food on the floor, it had nothing to do with the pictures on the UBER EATS app. Thanks for ruining my day and sorry for the delay! Would not recommend anyone to visit. The menu is nit clear. I felt over charged. Ordered a beer £4 which is okay.. And a beef filet£15 which is on menu and even asked the waiter first before ordered. Even asked what comes along. She said vegetables as shown in picture (beef,potatoes, vegetable) but when I got.. Only mash n beef.. Bill I was charged £3 for the mashed potatoes. The steak taste was good. But not worth the quantity. My friend ordered ribs who didn't enjoy at all.. Boiled ribs with dry sauce. Not even marinated. Not happy and won't recommend

I ordered through UberEats... basically I got a charred and inedible steak! I looked at the reviews of others and I am surprised to see many favorable ones, this is the 2nd time that the food delivered is inedible.

I ordered through Uber Eat and unfortunately I received something else, no one answers the phone for information. Terrible

The food is good. Im changing the waiter is pathetic. How many times have I been to this girl, she looked at you badly and for whatever you need, you can't find her. She is always outside for a cigarette and you always have to go and call her. He leaves you at the table like a fool and serves you as if he were giving you alms. Shame on him. This girl has to be put out, and she can't help it.

Don't order with uber eats, they will mess your whole order, menu is all random with sides selection and they have a phone number where they never pick up

Awful.we had plastic pieces inside of the dish and they didnt change it and we waited more then 1h the cuztomer service was very bad.

Every time I order, he forgets to put something, I don't put bread, I don't put cutlery. Every time, do I have to call for bread? Seriously ? When I know that the soup includes bread in the menu. And then I don't even answer the phone

To much food ....worth to have dinner at that place if you haven't eat for a week .....very friendly place and good restaurant....again its to much food on the plates ...thanks guys because I have eaten for 2 weeks now

Well... Specially for truckers and other people who haven't ate home. This is a really great restaurant. First of all is clean not like the others restaurants I've been in. The food is good and when I'm saying is good that means is very good. Sorry i haven't took a photo of the menu but if you want to eat well i think that's the right place. They got from english breakfast up to traditional Romanian dishes which yeah... i recommend them.

5 star food... Lotzi the cook very ok. The behavior of the staff who serves the meal leaves much to be desired (the girls are sick of you being sorry that you served the meal) P.S. It's not the first time I serve a meal at Zani.

Small restaurant but... you don't need a big place to cook good food. I can say it was one of my best experiences with Romanian food. Plates are being served quite fast instead of waiting for ages, really tasty and the staff it's really fabulous. Keep up the good work guys. 👍👍

the worst restaurant that doesn't even know how to say good evening. as if talking to the table. it says that I deliver and on the phone I answer that I don't deliver at all. and I answer you in my nose. It's as if I was born with you once. . they are pulling the strings with the customers and it is not ok. customers respect each other and look nice, but they don't know how to do this.

Try to avoid at all costs! Dirty tables, flies, rude staff, wrong food and the list could go on. You will save both money and time by going to a nicer place. This place should be closed ASAP!!

Rude service, chef with dirty clothes and nails. Food disgusting an old! Restaurant look like Bucharest slums! Dirty everywhere and old furniture. I was scared to sit down because chairs were so dirty. This place should be CLOSED!!!!!

Dirty inside and outside looks like Bucharest slam! Never seen restaurant that's looks like you can get there a bedbugs or some bacterial infection! Disgusting! Flies everywhere and tables and chairs I think they took from somebody skip.

Where do I start.... Staff not wearing masks, tables sticky, flies landing on your food, dirty drinks bottles and the food well.... Out of 6 orders 2 were wrong. The food had so much salt in it that several people couldn't stomach it. Never again

I visited this location for the third time and for the last time. We called in advance asking if there were free tables and we were told yes, including on the terrace. Arriving at the location and seeing how the terrace plus the clientele looked, I said no (super noisy people and in an advanced state of intoxication, music at full blast, lit cigarettes, etc.) clearly I couldn't eat in such conditions, so I ate in the restaurant. The waitress called us once "that" and then "those 3" in front of us. The dirty, crumbly, sticky table was wiped at our request, but unfortunately it remained just as sticky. We moved to another table near the window to be more protected from the direct entrance (room+terrace) and on this one we deleted a new one. The food: The soups are a little cold, but otherwise quite tasty The second way: the sarmales had a strange taste, they were definitely old, even spoiled I could say, sour plus quite cold. All in all, a rather unpleasant experience and an atmosphere of a Romanian bodega. I would like to point out that we have been there in previous years and the food was delicious, the staff friendly and respectful, quite clean and welcoming. It is not very pleasant to hear "these three" or "that" in front of you.

Why is the menu of the day 12 lire with free delivery, but you have to order at least 15? So it's not really free. And why can't you order online for delivery?

Super disappointed, ordered a home delivery, they confirmed the order and never came. After 1 hour and a half waiting i had to order food from somewhere else. But they left a pregnant woman hungry. Shame on you

I don’t know how it used to be (as I see a lot of good reviews here) or if me and my family visited at the wrong time, but our order wasn’t even in preparation after half an hour of telling the waiter, I called them out and they acted like they forgot(?) and I had to tell them our full order again 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ and then wait another full 20 minutes Anyway, the food I got was mediocre at best, with the rice being horribly soft and tasteless. The place looks great in photos, but when I actually went there it also looked mediocre. I can’t recommend this restaurant at all, it wasn’t even worth the 50 minute wait.

As ive never had Romanian food before i really enjoyed the experience and friendly atmosphere , good value tasty grub and next time i'm in the area I will try something else from a traditional menu I'm told . loved it

This little restaurant offers you a good culinary experience especially if you are into trying traditional dishes from other countries or cultures, the service is great and is done by friendly staff which put your needs on top of their list. The food tastes great and the portions big even for a hungry person 😁 beside your meals you can have a good drink too and at the end you don't empty your wallet either (as long as you don't go overboard)😁😉 enjoy!

It's a Roumanian restaurant. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our lunch so much we went back for tea to try more Roumanian tea time treats!

Hello everyone !! (Say this out of politeness and maybe teach the manager/"owner" of the place how to behave with customers) Today I ordered a portion of beef tenderloin done medium and a soup from Radaute. I had a discussion with this gentleman of the restaurant when I returned the steak which, from a culinary point of view, was not done. You can see in the picture. Apart from that, the behavior of this person bothered me, addressing him with "WHAT IS THE THING?" Offering to cook it a little longer:)) although he didn't know how to prepare a medium muscle, suggesting that we look on the net, how the meat is done correctly. I'm not even saying that the soup tasted like plastic because of the poor-quality casings. And the meat in the soup if there is any...... It would be better not to call yourself a RESTAURANT because you do not meet the conditions of a RESTAURANT from any point of view

Now with this avian flu, you can't eat inside anymore, you eat on the street like boscheti😂

Terrible service, ignorant and rude staff, many items not available on the menu, very limited drinks options, no glasses given to us for our water, we drank it out of the plastic bottles. We were not made welcome at all and were treated like an inconvenience. And the food was not good, either, especially with flies randomly landing on everything. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

As always a good choice. We served a soup from Rădăuța and a pizza grade 10. Pleasant and quiet atmosphere.

The food is excellent, the service impeccable, but the clientele that can be found in that restaurant, transforms this restaurant into a Romanian bodega. SIN!!!
