Came in for a meal with my husband before a movie our waitress Rachel was brilliant service was above and beyond nothing was to much even with my fussy hubby 😂 food was great thankyou again Rachel look forward to seeing you again soon 😊

Didn't have a good experience, went with a very large group, everyone paid for their own food and then we was told we were short by £50, they refused to go through it with us, instead left us with the bill and the card reciepts. After about half hour of us trying to work out what happened as everyone had paid for what they had had, we realised there was a card reciept missing. They hadn't deducted the missing £50 off our bill, even though it had been paid. No apology for this at all. Were they just trying to get more money from us as we were a large group and thought we would just pay it? Manager didn't apologise, when we tried to complain about it he just laughed.

Arrived and there was a mild delay for tables and was directed to the bar if we wanted. Food arrived , in two stages but the burgers were cooked to a good standard. Clear favours coming through and displayed in a pleasing manner. The cocktails , again there was a bit of a delayed for us to receive these however can also note it was a busy period. The cocktails where also refreshing, there was a small twist (can’t remember the actual name of it)

Wow. Just wow. The milkshake: to die for. The burger: undeniable. And the service, above and beyond. Truly one of the best dine in experiences I’ve ever had. Balloon making was so much fun too, despite my incompetence, the staff were so attentive and informed. Thanks for everything! Will hopefully see you all soon!

Amazing service from Amelia and the front of house staff! Absolutely lovely staff, they are really attentive with bubbly attitudes and really made our night. Haven’t been to a TGIF in a while but this was a great time! Food was delicious too and will definitely be coming back soon :) 100% recommend the rocky road milkshake it’s SO good!

Amelia and Roy are fantastic! Both did amazing serving our table of 10 for my birthday! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Food was beautiful too.

I’d rate the service a 6 if I could. Came here for my sister-in-law’s birthday and the staff were too good, constantly helpful - especially considering our random questions and taking things out of the food e.g. tomatoes out of the burger. Restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food has always been great. Never afraid to suggest. (Cheers Amelia and Roy)

Always great service, great drinks and atmosphere

Me and 6 work colleagues went to Tgi’s last week which we do a few times a year unfortunately not anymore. Service was rubbish - had to ask for drink menus and then ask for someone to take our orders as our server kept ignoring us. When we eventually got our drinks my cocktails were overfilled and dripping down the glass and made the table soaking… Food took ages to come and it wasn’t even busy. The food itself wasn’t good, I got a sharing thing with my colleague and there was no mozzarella in the mozzarella stick? Another colleague of mine had sweet potato fries and they were horrific. We called over the waitress and she took both away and admitted that the mozzarella was overcooked. At this point we just wanted to leave, it took ages for us to tell someone we want the bill aswell after being ignored again. Wouldn’t come back, which is a shame as we came here for birthdays and the occasional meal for team building as we work in lakeside so it’s easy for us.

The burgers you get here are amazing and the staff are friendly and attentive. I will be back here again.

Kiera was our host for the night and she was absolutely amazing, we all had our “birthdays” and she played along and did all sorts of songs with us, did balloon hats and even replaced one of ours after it had popped, bearing in mind we are all adults here for a good night out! Sadly, quite poor… Food came very late, no cutlery, chips were cold, the burger was dry. And the Jack Daniel’s sauce came towards the end of the meal and felt like it was from the fridge. Sadly the food is more expensive than ever with less options than ever. I hope they’ll turn it around but can’t spend so much on such a poor experience. Won’t be back for a very long time.

Cocktails come oversized but not in a good way as they just taste of juice. Three quick cocktails later I’m just bloated and not even 10% feeling them. One had to be returned as it was mixed way to bitter but the waitress was very kind about it all.

On entry there was 1 member of staff serving at the bar and a queue of 3 families waiting at the entrance. No one came for a good 20 minutes, so all parties entered and seated themselves. Another team member came to give us menus and was never seen again. Our main server (bar server 1) seemed very fed up and took our order after a little while. Several other tables had walked out due to lack of service or waiting too long for food & drinks. We saw food ready to go sitting under heat lamps for ages. The food is very overpriced... £20 for a burger!! And not worth it at all. We had starters which arrived soonish and a milkshake that looked nothing like the photo. A new server came to take over (she was very welcoming and happy, and seemed to have been called in to deal with the chaos. But it was too late for us). Bad management. If there are only 2 staff members available you should 1. close, 2. only open a small section of the restaurant to guests, or 3. call more staff in. Avoid.

Went for lunch today and was really disappointed. Dirty table and menus, all meals were lukewarm and £19 for a burger and chips of that standard is shocking. Our server was very friendly and apologetic which is why I have given 2 stars instead of 1.

I visited today and was very disappointed, firstly we we had the time square sharer, I have had this many times and when it came out I questioned the potato skins as they were like wedges. The server Said this is how they are served now. So they charge £19.50 for 5 mozarella sticks, few potato wedges and four chicken wings. Then whilst eating the wings I felt hair in my mouth and pulled out along blind hair, me and my daughter havr dark hair so it was not ours, I was nearly sick. The we had the sesame chicken and chips that was served cold and was such a bad standard from what I am used to with TGI Friday. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff were friendly. I was given a refund for £10, but feel they could have refunded the whole starter. Will not be returning in a hurry.

Came in with my partner for a date. Our server Mollie was lovely. Such a polite young lady. She went above and beyond to help us including making recommendations for both food a drink. Services was quick and with a smile.

So we come for a late valentines drinks and food and we tried the bottomless brunch and omg, Amelia was amazing, constantly there when we needed her asking if we needed another drink, the whole experience couldn’t have gone better thank you Amelia and the people making our cocktails x

Came in for a meal along with our Newborn. Roy was very accommodating finding us a table which would fit our buggy. He even gave our baby girl a balloon animal. Great food, great service, great time

Went here for a date night on Saturday and it didn't disappoint. Food was out at a good time despite it being extremely busy inside and it was delicious, my favourite place to eat. Service was really good and our waitress Emily was very helpful. Always look forward to going back and hopefully will be soon!

To be honest it wasn't great I feel the tables were dirty . The food wasn't great the chips with chillywere dense and as if they been made and re heated . And service was as if they were being forced to be there . I won't go there again or to any tgi .

Ordered a mix grill 35 odd pounds, chicken wings deep dried really horrible old tasting. Ribs no flavour bland. Corn of cob even that wasn't right. Chicken steak and chips were okay. TGI Fridays has always been a staple location for us to eat and have always loves the displays they have as a brand, combined with great food and fun, friendly staff. Well sadly this occasion was a massive let down. The music with the 2 double door entrances was stupidly loud for such a small space that we were worried about the music volume internal to the restaurant, which thankfully seemed to have its own volume control and was fine. We were asked to sit at the bar and wait for a 2 person table as it was busy with an estimated wait time of around 25mins as we were early for our reservation The gentleman manning the bar was really cool and friendly and even recommended some real nice mocktails. We were made to wait around 15 minutes longer beyond our reservation time, when we witnessed other people being sat down from walking in, the barman had heard us complaining about this and chased them up for us, at which point we were then immediately sat down The table was laid with all but cutlery and was cleaned very well and was sticky. The mood amongst the floor staff was off and we witnessed two of your young female servers verbally slagging off someone else and complaining about something. Luckily we were saved by the food being of great quality and that the sesame seed chicken was still as good I remember it being, though it did feel like we had a longer wait than we are used to for food to come The overall cleanliness of the restaurant seemed a bit lacking and even though there was a young blonde lady who was very active on cleaning tables as quickly as possible, the floors were littered and some tables had what looked like restaurant supplies piled on them Was especially surprised to see a member of floor staff step over a pacifier that had been dropped on the floor by a customers child, to which I had got up from my table to recover for them before it got stepped on. And just to top it off, when we made our thoughts known to the server, after they tried to sell us an incentive to give you a 5* review, we then found ourselves being stared at and watched by all floor staff, which made us feel super unwelcome and awkward. Honestly, if the baan had not have stepped in when he did, we would have walked out. So food was great Drinks were amazing Atmosphere was pretty good Music audio was decent Bar service and attention to detail super on point But floor staff organisation and attitude was very off.

The menu is no where near as good as it used to be and in places it is confusing (says your choice of side but only means chips or salad).I also didn't like the layout of tables, felt very close to table next to us. The entrance had the outside tables stacked in it which made it look shabby. The price was way to high for uninspiring food.

As a lover of TGI's, I have to say I was very disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, service was great and food was delicious... However, the portion sizes have suddenly become ridiculously small. I ordered the Jack Daniels Sesame Chicken Strips with chips and the portion size of the chips were not even enough for a child. I finished my meal and was still hungry, that has never happened before after a visit to TGI's. It's such a shame as the prices are now so high, a main meal being approximately £20 and not filling you up so unfortunately I will not be coming back in the near future.

We went there as a family for my son’s birthday. Went through the main door into the loudest music ever which made my son have a sensory overload. Inside loads of empty tables (five tables of two infront of us) a couple got told there are no tables for 30 minutes. We saw multiple large tables empty with dirty glasses and plates on and were told 30 minutes minimum yet the front of house staff were more interested talking to other staff than engaging with us. We walked out. Appalling service
