Kfc Martlesham Heath in Suffolk Coastal

Can't give zero star. Very very crap. Crap staff. No idea what they are doing. I'm surprised they know how to get to work. Very slow over 40 mins to wait for chicken. It doesn't take 40 mins to cook chicken fillets. Manger has not got a clue. And staff well... chocolate tea pots come to mind

God awful every single time. Staff need proper training. They forget everything all the time. I don’t know how they‘re still open.

This place is very consistent. Consistently poor food. It looks like the burgers were put together by a blind person. Consistently half a small portion of fries, whatever size you order, and there always dry and horrible like they've been kept warm for hours. Consistently keep you waiting, even if you're the only person actually waiting. Consistently untidy floor and tables, even when there's only 2 tables taken and orders are slow. The amount of sauce you get is a joke. Again, I'm assuming this is put on by a blind person, because who else would NOT notice or know what they've done? Everyone here has a can't be bothered attitude to everything, and this is a testament to how the management don't run the place, the teenage staff do. I've never had a meal here that tasted fresh, or that there wasn't any other issues with. The many times I've brought things to their attention via their feedback process, they've done absolutely nothing about anything, just imagine how much profit this place could make if they cared about the food or customers! Do yourself a favour and go to a different KFC, it can't be as bad as this one. Trust me!

Why can't they get it right? EVERY TIME they miss something. Usually Popcorn Chicken. Their solution, when you call, is that you drive to the restaurant and collect the missing item. Erm... YOU MESSED UP! You drive to ME. That's the last time.

Ordered a 14 Piece Party Bucket at the drive through only to be told that the only side was coleslaw. We didn’t want coleslaw. We would gave been happy with a couple of extra bits of chicken, or a small discount as a gesture of goodwill, but the manager was having none of it. It was 5 large coleslaws or nothing. We went for secret option 3, Dominoes pizza. Result.

Went through the drive thru…sat there 10 minutes at least?! Fast food I think not!! Over £22 for 2 popcorn chicken and 6 mini fillets!! Finally get to collect our order and when we asked for bbq dip to go with the fillets, he says 40p each please!! Erm, since when did KFC charge for sauces?!! Surely they’d mention that when you place your order? The lad wanted us to go all the way around again to purchase the dips as he couldn’t take payment. The queue was insane!! So no dip for the fillets. They were dry and overcooked and soooo salty!!! Rank!! This is the last time we come here. When this place first opened, both the staff and food was 10/10. Gone downhill massively!!!

The worst KFC in the country? It's a likely candidate... Meals ALWAYS wrong. They always miss something and when you call up they expect YOU to go back and get the missing items. They should be sent out with one of the many delivery drivers that also plague the place. Often out of gravy, but they can make it - they just don't want to. Don't go in - it's absolutely filthy and the staff can't be bothered cleaning. A disgrace and just appalling in every way possible. In short, avoid. We go to another branch that is a bit farther but they get it right.

i was absolutely horrified. walked in and all i could smell was urine!!! toilets were absolutely filthy, urine on floor, dirty toilet seats. we ordered food and the service was appalling, everyone was just stood around on phones and food was being chucked through the warming shelf , with the chicken boxes not even sealed, our order was pratically thrown at us in a ripped paperbag so i asked for the manager and a refund as i was talking to the manager getting a refund i noticed the staff taking my food order out of the bag and giving it to another customer so i mentioned this to the manager and she told the staff member to take it out and he just pulled a face . ill never go there again. tables are filthy stinks of urine, awful place. bad hygiene. poor customer service and a manager who doesnt care. As we left staff were sat outside smoking and eating!! avoid this place

Stopped in whilst the place was very quiet but it still took over 25 minutes from ordering before the food was served despite there only being 2 orders in front of us. No ketchup, one of the drinks were wrong, chips were missing and cheese, zinger sauce and hash brown missing from one of the burgers. Several tables and the floor littered with rubbish and leftovers. Won't be returning anytime soon...

After waiting 30 minutes for a zinger tower meal it was handed over by a very disinterested teenager. No apology for the delay and the queue of people inside was fairly big by the time all the people parked up after coming through the drive thru were inside thinking that they had been forgotten. This branch should be seen as an embarrassment by your brand.

Cleanliness is very questionable if you eat in the restaurant. They are always out stock of chicken!! I know go figure when they are a fried chicken restaurant!! They never give you napkins, salt or condiments when you have a takeaway and the orders aware ALWAYS wrong if you order via Just Eat, with items missing. Manned by very grumpy and totally disinterested teenagers. Managers need to seriously review the practises at the branch.

I have just been stuck in the drive through queue for over 40 minutes and when I did get my food it is only slightly warm - I haven’t got the energy to go back though. Very frustrating
