Sooo, judging by the previous reviews I'm no longer surprised. I ordered a Cheese Smash Burger and Cajun Fries. The burger was a few notches hotter than Cool, the fries were cold. I didn't have any options to add any of the usual sauses that come with fast food meals. Overall I'm not mad, but won't be rushing back anytime soon. (If you like flavourful burgers, this isn't for you. Don't get hoodwinked like I did. Have your HOMEE sauses on the ready 👀 *cough cough*)

I have never written a food review before, but due to this experience, I am willing to share. First of all, the order was incorrect. Chicken tenders were given instead of fries. I'm not usually a fan of chicken tenders but I gave it a try anyway. This was a mistake - they were so tasteless and felt like they had been cooked from frozen. Secondly, the fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Although, the order had been waiting to be picked up by the Uber Eats driver so that was understandable. However, that didn't justify the taste. Lastly, which was the big one, the beef burgers were massively undercooked to the point where the texture was soft and the colour bright pink (please refer to images). Unfortunately, as the room was dark, I hadn't noticed until the last bite of my burger. I have tried to contact the restaurant several times over the phone to inform them of this incident, but no response. To conclude, I would not recommend ordering from this place due to the lack of taste and the safety risk it imposes.

If you want to pay £15 for a happy meal equivalent order from these clowns. Rude driver, also missed drink from my order. Avoid.

We ordered their meal deal for 2, burgers and fries and drink. The BBQ cheeseburger & green chilli cheeseburger were both disappointingly dry, very bland & excessively salty and with them being “cheeseburgers” it had no cheese in them at all. Fries were alright but all in all please avoid this place. Never had such a horrible burger ever -5/10.

Ordered a delivery from SoBe Burger in Richmond, Surrey. It was an absolute car crash! The burgers looked nothing like the glamorized burgers on their menu and were assembled in a slap dash style. Literally, 3 dry and foul cheeseless burgers chucked together like mini leaning towers of Pisa. We received 3 cheese burgers with hardly any cheese. The buns were bone dry, stale and a bit burnt. The patties were so dry and overcooked and any moistire that was ever in them was ejected as grease into the packaging. No pickles or any other burger "accessories" came with them. Reference my photos to their photos on the menu! One bit each and all went into the bin. Actually, this was essentially £30 chucked into the bin! Avoid SoBe Burger. Expensive and down right awful. Order a McDonald's instead!

Not the greatest if I’m honest. I ordered a chickenburger and a cheese burger and fries . Fries were tiny and the burgers had not much in the way of meat . The buns were very doughy and it felt like I was just eating bread . Not good

I ordered from this place and never got my food, they lied about it and scammed me. Bad enough that they charge rip off prices for burgers but they have no commitment to actually providing a good service for the inflated price. Better service at McDonalds at least you get the food.

The chicken burger was very bad, two bites into the burger and still not meat. It was a very small piece of tender chicken and for some reason, the texture of the meat was offf and tasted weird. Very disappointed by the portion as well as the taste. The truffle burger was much better but there's plenty of better options out there. For two burgers and two fries, we paid over £30. Would not go to SoBe again.

We thought we would treat our selves to 2 double bacon cheese burgers, burger fries and plain fries costing over £35. We had it delivered from the Guildford Branch for our dinner on Friday 19th May 2023. It was not only 45 mins late, one of the burgers was missing, and the rest was stone cold. Being a house hold that does not use a microwave this could not be reheated, but why should i, had to go in the bin. The delivery company refunded but to be honest the chips for £4.50 was smaller than a childs happy meal portion. Not great all round and a TOTAL waste money.

Ordered via UberEats and the chicken in my burger was raw. When I bit into it I spat it out and was physically sick at the smell of the meat - it did not smell or look like chicken. Absolutely foul, I would never order again.

Order via Uber and they did not provide the driver with my door number had to walk to the end of the road to go and fetch him, plus the driver went around town before coming to collect the food to be dropped off to me. The burger came wrapped in paper which smelt like it had been chemically processed and when you took a bite into the burger you could taste the chemicals absolutely horrid taste, I threw up, the truffle fries were also horrible. This was the worst burger I have ever had, would have been better off with Mc D's. absolute waste of money, went right in the bin

Got the burger from Acton delivery. The burger was tasteless despite claiming it is aged. Perhaps aged for a day. The bun is too big for the patty and it is so unsatisfying. If you like burgers like honest burger or Bleeker burger you will be extremely dissapointed. I would have been happier with a whopper instead of this

Can not recommend enough!!! AMAZING Burgers. Just ordered through Deliveroo, having never tried before, we weren’t sure what to expect. Quite possibly the best burger we’ve ever had! From the bun to the meat, just delicious! Arrived early and piping hot. Will most definitely be ordering again!

Having never had sliders before, I wasn't really sure how many to get but three is the perfect amount! Great that they had the vegetarian option as well in the form of the Seitan chicken and the sauces are just awesome! They were made speedily and they happily gave us a takeaway container so we could eat them in the park. Perfect evening in London Fields really!

Absolutely incredible burgers. Being a burger skeptic (I never go to McDonald’s) I was blown away by the taste and bountiful fillings without too many ingredients falling out while I ate. Highly recommend

Had the mojo slider, so so good! Will definitely be coming back to try the others... Personally could take more chilli in the mojo sauce but was still really good
