The Hoxton Grill in Hackney

I stayed at the Bar of the restaurant working and eating. I met Kennedy who take care of me all a long the dîner with smooth and kind advices I spent a delicious time with great food, wine and service. As always at the Hoxton, but especially tonight.

Made reservations for two. The seats and atmosphere was good but be aware that there might be loud music playing from the lobby. Had the Ohh Gee Chicken Burger which was good but could have had more cause/seasoning. Loaded Kimchi Fries were not loaded, fried were unseasoned, and arrived cold to the table. Service was fine.

Great place for brunch if you loooove poached eggs with a medditeranean twist. 4 star for service as we had 3 or 4 different waiters... and didn't remove an item we didn't consume from the bill, but it was cosy delicious and copious.

Oh Gee Korean Fried Chicken at Hoxton Grill The service at Oh Gee was great, super friendly waiter, food came nice and quick. Had various people come in and check on us. We ordered the Loaded Kimchi Cheese Fries, kimchi was too salty—you really had to mix it with the fries. The Potato Crispy Chicken was so much better than the Spicy chicken—this was dry and lacked juiciness. The batter coating did not stand out, could have used a lot more seasoning. The Prawn Toast very little prawn mince to toast and the portion was extremely small—does not match the price for it. Cocktails were a major disappointment—martinis were small and liquor was nonexistent. The Fire extinguisher margaritas are a complete ripoff as it’s filled with ton of ice and very little content!! Do not fall for it! Overall it’s overrated, lovely location and friendly service but for the price you can get soo much more for your money elsewhere.

What a lovely evening I had at Hoxton The food was delicious- I fancied most the supreme chicken🙌 The fun and toasty part was the traditiinal way of serving the souju drink by Rob Maciek, Suzanna and Tawanda took a great care of us througout the whole evening. Thanks for a special night!

Came for the Oh Gee Korean chicken. The food came out quickly, and was hot and fresh. The chicken is so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. We went for garlic crumb on our pieces which was amazing. The burgers were equally crispy and delicious. The kimchi cheese loaded fries were another highlight. Really enjoyed everything. The service is also excellent, the team were all really nice and attentive. The only one slight issue was that because it was Friday evening, the bar area was very loud, so impacted the atmosphere a little. Maybe I’m getting a bit old! If you like a lively atmosphere then a Friday night would be a good time to go

Oh Gee Korean Fried Chicken @ Hoxton Grill: A Disappointing Experience Location: Oh Gee Korean Fried Chicken is located in Hoxton Grill, easily accessible by public transport. Take the Overground to Hoxton Station or the bus routes 243, 343, or 476 to Hoxton Street. Service: The service at Oh Gee was incredibly slow and unprofessional. It took an unreasonably long time for our food to arrive, and when we received the Loaded Kimchi Cheese Fries, they were far from loaded. After sending them back, it took another 20+ minutes for a new order to arrive, by which time I had already finished my meal. Price Hike: As of today, October 24, 2024, Oh Gee has increased the price of their whole chicken (12 pieces) from £38 to £40. This price hike, without any noticeable improvement in quality, is disappointing. The result of this had prompted me to request in taking off the service charge. Food Quality: The Potato Crispy Chicken was dry and lacked juiciness. The batter coating was unremarkable and did not stand out. The Prawn Toast, though made in-house, had an underwhelming ratio of prawn mince to toast. The Battered Green Pepper with spicy chicken and Yuzu Ranch dressing was decent but not exceptional. Drinks: The Disco Donkey cocktail was a major letdown, lacking flavor and creativity. Overall: Oh Gee Korean Fried Chicken at Hoxton Grill falls short of expectations. The slow service, price hike, and average food quality make it a disappointing experience. If you're looking for Korean fried chicken in the area, there are undoubtedly better options available.

OH GEE Residency at the Hoxton Grill And it's just not a strong 2⭐. If you do go get the kimchi chips and the noodle side dish. Five of us went for a birthday and so we got to try quite a variety. Other than two mentioned above there was nothing worth commenting on. The food was fine, the service was ok, but nowhere near the price point of £55 per head. Most things were dry and didn't come with sauce even in the 4 person platters. ⚠️ '... 2 dips' doesn't mean you get 2 dips, it means the dips are £2. All of us were confused, why would you have an offer of mains, sides and desserts, but ignore the condiments. 🌶️ Tip: 'Supreme' is not marked as hot, but is in fact the hottest. We tried the option marked as hot, but it was v mild, as I write this I wonder if they just forgot to add the hot sauce? 🎂 I did call ahead to mention it was a birthday, we didn't get any candles or any mention of happy birthday. 🍗 We bought an extra half chicken (6 pieces). We got 3 and 2 nuggets. They did kindly bring out 2 pieces when I mentioned it, but I wasn't going to repeat that it still wasn't a full portion. It was just a hassle and not worth it. There's lots on the menu I'd like to try, but after this it just feels like too much risk and too little reward.

Quite fun experience to order the family bucket to share with 4 people. Very good fried chicken and sides. Worth a visit in groups

Good service, strong cocktails, Oh Gee's food is hyped and overpriced: half bird plate has only bone-in pieces and not enough meat to justify the £20 price tag, average kimchi cheesy fries. £55 meal (for 2) is the only value for money deal. The venue is nice but noisy if you want to have a chat in the evening.

Came here for Oh Gee award winning K-Chicken. The potato crisp chicken was great, amazing texture and crisp. May need a bit more seasoning. Sweet and spicy wings were also good! Nice friendly service but would have been 5 stars if seasoning was better

Had a fantastic day at Hoxton Grill, food excellent, service fantastic and a great atmosphere

Came here for the Oh Gee! pop up last week which is in residence until the end of December. I'd never been to the hotel before and (sadly) knew nothing of Oh Gee before walking past and seeing the menu, but being a fan of Korean food and all things fried chicken I had to go! The hotel is beautiful and has a very chic trendy vibe to the bar and grill area. I can't believe I've never been in before but on a Wednesday night it was buzzing when we left around 7-8ish. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the front of house right through. It's made me want to use it on my next stay over in London that's for sure. They give you some complimentary pickled radish and a shredded potato dish which I've forgotten the name of, usually I'd never have ordered either but wow, they were some of the best pickled/fermented dishes I've ever had. Beautifully fresh and balanced. For starters we went for the Fried Stuffed Green Pepper and the Prawn Toast, both of which were delicious. The stuffed pepper especially was very tasty with light crisp batter and a well spiced filling. Then on to the main event, we went for two coatings for the chicken the Potato Crisp and the Supreme. The Potato Crisp is really crunchy and delicious, in hindsight we should have got a dip to go with it but it did balance out the Supreme, which is like a sweet honey drizzle over the crispy chicken with spicy mayo over it. It's both sweet and spicy at the same time so the more savoury potato crisp went well with it. We also got the Kimchi fries which they did have to swap out the fries for sweet potato fries for as they'd run out of fries however, the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had. They were nice and crisp and I really didn't miss the regular fries after the first bite. The Kimchi was beautiful, well balanced and nothing like you'll have tried from anywhere else. It had a real depth of flavour. We had a couple of spicy margarites as well which were also delicious. We didn't try the desserts as we'd been too ambitious with the chicken so I'll definitely be coming back and leaving room for the Croffle Ice Cream sandwich.

We was here for the Oh Gee and the food was good, the service is very good without a doubt and the lighting was a little dark on the dining floor. We ordered the family style and whole bird with the original hot pepper, garlic crumble, soy honey and supreme and this was between 5 of us. We ordered the spicy Marg fire extinguisher which was quite interesting gimmick to use serving drinks. Each of us had a favourite each, I'd personally liked the original hot pepper as the crunch on the skin was very good, but i couldn't taste the spice but still very good. The side we choose the x4 kimchi cheese fries but only x3 came and we had already finished our main meal so we asked if they could replaced the 4th kimchi cheese fries for a soft serve which they happily did for us. Overall the food was good, although some of the chicken pieces were a little dry but flavour was on point. The service from the team was very good as they are always walking the floor and are checking up on the tables to check if anyone need help or service from them. And for your information they currently don't have Gluten free option and I am not sure if they will so make sure you call them to check before you go there. Beside not having the GF option it's a great place if you have a gathering or a celebration and I would recommend you try this place.

We visited the Oh Gee pop-up at Hoxton Grill specifically for the Korean fried chicken. We ordered the potato crisps fried chicken (highly recommended since it’s what the chef won the K-Chicken competition for) and the soy flavor. While the potato crisps chicken was fantastic and lived up to the hype, the soy-flavored chicken was just okay, nothing special. The other items we tried were also pretty underwhelming, not really worth mentioning. I’d definitely come back for the potato crisps fried chicken, but probably wouldn’t order anything else.

Rather disappointing experience. The food menu is basic and rather disappointing for the location. The food was rather bland and uninspiring. Also it is unbelievable that they also offer a £38 Pot Noodle. Check out the Sides Menu. Rather ridiculous especially as they only had to pour hot water into the Pot Noodle A very disappointing experience.

Impressive new venue next Old street

Excellent new breakfast menu working with Eggbreak (launched August 2024), and unsurprisingly feature great range of savoury and sweet egg dishes and others. Highly recommended

We bought into all the hype on social media about Oh Gee chicken and we were desperate to try it. Unfortunately we were severely disappointed. The service was awful. It took 10minutes to get a menu, 20minutes to get a drink and one hour from ordering for our food to arrive. The garlic chicken was good but nothing special, you can definitely get better in London but the original chicken was so disappointing. The batter had zero flavour, the only flavour coming from the tiny dipping sauces that you have to pay £2 for. Small portions, high prices, average food and awful service…avoid! Worth noting we had 25% off food and we thought it was overpriced with the 25% off, would’ve felt scammed if we’d paid full price!

Customer experience is the predominant driver of business success. Products and services need to be great – that’s a given – but longevity is about much more than that. What matters right there in the moment and in the longer-term, is how customers feel about the experience that you give them....unfortunately Hoxton Gill has not met this basic requirements. Its really a shame to see Duty Manager not passionate about what they do... I thinks people that decide to do this business have to reflect on failing to keep customers happy is a big concern particularly for company reputation, customer retention and performance. Employees sould protect company reputation – and they clearly have a big role in customer experience...so if they don't fulfill the customer expectations they let done not just the company but everyone they have been in touch... This has been my first visit in Hoxton Grill and I will never return due to the combination of the avrafe product quality and customer service. I will highly raccomand Hoxton Grill Signor managers to retrain the team on how to value their customers and also on how to be more proactive and also re look  on how to deliver a good service and an outstanding customer service

Great choice of food for breakfast, catering for everyone from vegetarians, the healthy and those who just fancy a full on cooked English breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient and happy to facilitate any desired changes to the printed menu i.e. crispy bacon on the side, no black pudding etc. Great location, quieter than normal, but still a good atmosphere!

Popped in for lunch today with friends. First impression was amazing such lovely tasteful decor then good service then the best Cobb salad ever it was full of flavour and it was massive great value thank you guys. From worcester

Had a great family meal at Hoxton Grill - Food was good, service was good - value for money good. All in all a very successful choice of restaurant.

Came here for Sunday lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back and with the family.

II have been to this place many times, but this evening the security man did not let my friend back in because according to him she was not ok without any reason as she still had her things inside such as backpacks, jackets, phone and other things. all this for nothing. for no reason. she paid to be here and they kicked her out. unjustifiable. absolutely speechless

Had an unexpected meal after drinks as couldn't be bothered to go anywhere else, flat iron steak wasn't bad at all but the waitress was a misery bless her. The dj played a really nice set. Spicy margaritas were very, very good.

Had a table for 4 and ordered from the brunch menu. My partner has a cross contamination sensitivity nuts and seeds allergy. The manager was friendly and very helpful regarding this. They explained that while the kitchen is not completely nut/seed free, the chefs are very careful with cross contamination. She had the pancakes and had no trouble with these. Lovely atmosphere and would definitely come again.

Great space & atmosphere but the service didn’t match. Our order went awol and we were eventually served our dinner an hour after arriving. It was a quiet night with not many other diners. Staff were apologetic and we were not asked to pay for the meal which went some way to recompense.

Absolutely amazing food and vibes

Charged £9 for a glass of house red (different price to what's shown on the menu) which tastes like a supermarket's cheapest offering, and it's served in a horrible thick glass. I come here to do some work between plans and order a drink just before 6pm. When 6pm rolls around I'm told I have to move to a different, laptop-friendly area, where there are no seats. Overall very unhelpful and wouldn't recommend.

Quick service, great food. They do give a LOT of hollandaise, but are happy to do less if asked.

Sunday Roast was lovely would recommend it to other customers

Came for breakfast and waited 10 mins to actually be acknowledged to be seated ! Staff would just walk past and ignore us . After 10 mins shown to our table given menus . Waited 15 mins before someone came to take our order , my husband said thought you had forgotten about us and the waitress didn’t apologize and continued to look stoney faced . Terrible service will not come here again !

VERY EXPENSIVE DRINKS Beware when ordering drinks, went in with a group of friends recently, ordered 6 Vodka and orange and 6 Sambuca shots at the bar, turns out they make doubles without asking!!! £126 for the round😡😡 even though doubles, that’s still very expensive

Really terrible service at this restaurant tonight. Service was so slow. Ordered a steak which came out lukewarm. Upon complaining it was taken away and reheated. We refused to pay the service on the bill to which the server reissued the bill but the cold meal was still on the bill. I would not recommend this place. It ruined our celebratory evening.

Food portions are big, but we couldn’t order a drink for over 20 mins and it took much longer still to order food. Staff weren’t bothered to serve you even when flagged down.

I must say, this is the very first time that the service at Hoxton Grill was somewhat medium or below my previous experiences or expectations. The place seemed short staffed, and we had to wait for about 15 minutes to even be attended. We arrived approximately 30 minutes ahead of the booking and simply were told:" You have to come back at exact time! Go get a drink!". Even if I could see that a few tables were available. Moving on, we waited another 15-20 minutes for drinks, and I had to insist on being seated as our train was in approximately 1.3h. The food and a wonderful, mixed-race waitress ( I apologies I did not get her name) were absolutely wonderful. But overall, I felt somewhat disappointed by the rest of our experience, considering this is one of my favourite places in London.

I had booked a table for 4 people ..we arrived on time the restaurant was very empty. Eventually we was shown to our table . Seats were in a very poor state ..just sank in the middle . When my wife told the guy he just said...yes I know and left it at that ...20 mins went by and no drinks had been ordered we was just left ...Eventually we ordered food and drinks ...considering the place was empty we still waited ages for our drinks ..The food was OK mine could have been hotter but was enjoyable. I had to get up and ask for more drink and our table cleared ...tbh the service was the worse iv had for a very long while ...we refused to pay service charge which I would never do ...its a shame this place used to be fantastic...NOT NOW .....GIVE IT A SWERVE

Il ristorante si trova all'interno dell'Hoxton Hotel, in quella che forse è la parte più gradevole dell'albergo, ovvero la hall. La scelta non è enorme, ma i piatti sono gradevoli, il servizio cortese ed è un ottimo posto per cenare in fretta dopo una giornata di lavoro, se siete in zona o alloggiate nell'hotel. La carne è il punto forte del menu, con diversi hamburger e bistecche cucinati a mestiere. Prezzi non popolari vista la semplicità del menù, ma Londra in generale non sempre brilla per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da tenere in considerazione se si è in zona.

The service here is unbelievable. Treat you like a guest and especially Nicolleta, Alessandro, Stoyen (?) and Sarah. Highly recommended

We were visiting from Yorkshire, me and my friend. We both had the chicken burger & wings from the menu which was absolutely delightful! I definitely recommend the spicy wings. The service, was immaculate. Our host Stoya couldn't go out of his way to make our experience more enjoyable, even though it was busy he made sure we were looked after very well and that our glasses were topped up constantly. The place, very nicely decorated, modern and clean. Would definitely go back again! :)

Lovely setting with a good vibe but not sure if I am coming back for food. Went there for our company's Christmas lunch, so pre set menu. Not really my kind of food choices but the food was also pretty average! Sorry but the steak was sooo chewy, the sprouts - maybe not, odd option on the cod and the pate was a real let down. I did, though, like the roast turkey & the mash. Those were delicious. And, appreciated the gluten free toast. Also, the service was flawless. Jake & his colleague looked after us brilliantly.

Alba, our bartender, was so friendly and fantastic - we loved our cocktails and chatting with her.

NYE dinner was a disaster no food after waiting 2 hours and staff avoiding the table no apologies .

Really odd atmosphere, when I arrived it was nearly empty - only one table occupied. I asked for a table, the waitress said she'd need to check if they have availability with her manager... ??? then came back and said yes but 'no laptops allowed'. I had a very small handbag with me that would not even be able to fit an iPad and clearly was not carrying a laptop so no idea why she felt the need to say that. Gives the impression you do not want people to eat in your restaurant. The male member of staff who gave me my bill was pleasant. The food was very average, Mac and cheese SO oily it was literally like a soup. It used to be a lot better a few years back. Unfortunately will not be returning, largely due to the off-putting attitude from that waitress, oily bland food and an uneasy atmosphere.

CARD DETAILS STOLEN - beware not to set up a bar tab. I had an enjoyable evening on Monday, we were a large group and we were offered to set up a bar tab at our table, to which I accepted. I gave my bank card to set up a tab and was given a key by our server in return. My colleague actually settled the bill and it was no problem. The problem came when today my banking app was asking me authorise payments which I was not making. After calling my bank someone tried to put purchase something at the value of £19,000, then £400 and then £30 all of which were blocked by my phone app. The only time my card has been with anyone else apart from me was in that moment. The only opportunity they’d be able to access my security code on the back of my card. I doubt anything will be done about this, but want to warn anyone about the risk you might be under!

Went for a dinner with a few friends last Thursday and had such a fun time. Daniel, the host during the evening was so warm and welcoming and so was the waiter serving us - sorry, couldn’t catch his name! Thank you for the great experience, we will be back soon x

Went for lunch on December 8th - we ordered 2 x Ceaser Salad (one with chicken one with anchovy) and 2 x club sandwiches. The wait was almost 1 hour, it wasn't busy. No explanation or apology. I would not recommend.

Recommended by a friend who was unable to attend, lucky him!!!Service was poor as we needed to attract attention for everything and it wasn’t busy. Main courses served on cold plates and a side of broccoli was also served virtually cold. Although it was brought to the attention of the serving staff nothing was done to compensate us. Unfortunately the bill was sorted while I was away from the table otherwise the gratuity would have been drastically reduced. First and last visit.

Had a great Friday night with friends at the hoxton. We all agreed that our host (Dan or Tom maybe?) that showed us to the table made the night!! He had great energy and made us feel so welcome 😊 wish we got his name!!

The atmosphere was ok, the music a bit too loud. We ordered Caesar salads with chicken. The taste was good in itself, but otherwise they were overpriced for the quality. My own salad had a grated bone and one crouton. The waiters were friendly.

We were really disappointed with the shambles of how slow and at different times food was served. The food was cold, I don’t underarm how you can serve a steak medium rare cold! I’m an easily pleased person and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to give this kind of feedback.

I’ve been dining at the Hoxton Grill over the years and especially on Sundays for the roast dinner. I went for the first time in several months yesterday and I have to say, I was completely disappointed by the roast. I had the roast beef and asked for medium. The beef was ok, but it was close to being rare. The sides were terrible, the roast potatoes were tiny, like baby potatoes and a small portion. A real lack of greens and the Yorkshire pudding was burnt. It’s a real shame because it used to be one of my favourite places to go for a roast. Good portions, proper roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding. Unfortunately, I won’t be in a rush to come back. Possibly the reason it was so quiet in there.

Terrible food, mediocre service. The hotel lobby was empty and dining had little to no covers so strained staff isn’t the excuse. Ordered two beers and they arrived without bubbles or head and on asking the bar lady to sort it our, she gave quite a bit of attitude. Ordered the ny strip medium rare and the steak knife wouldn’t even cut into it as it was so tough - I called the waiter over and left the knife standing in the steak upright! The chips for both meals were boiled in oil and cold to the core - disgusting. I changed to a chicken burger which was not worth the £20. I think I’ve sent back two meals in the 9 years that I’ve been in london. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else - theres a load of good food in Shoreditch and this is not up to par. Louies chicken, fat hippo, or butchies for a chicken burger and blacklock, or temper for a good steak are all walkable and less disappointing options.

I've been coming to the Hoxton Grill for 8+ years and can only say the experience has been decreasing. I typically only leave positive reviews but feel compelled to write this negative one given my disappointment in a place I've historically thoroughly enjoyed. At the bar we were given an end of a barrel pint that splurted out the pump, this wasn't accepted and sent back, once service charge was applied to the price (an Americanism?) you were looking at £15 for two shoddy beers. We then sat down for dinner. Whilst I'm not averse to new staff as everyone has to start somewhere, it felt like the whole crew were new or agency staff, no one really knew the menu and given it styles itself as a more premium location the service didn't match. Steak was tough and chips not properly fried (all sent back). I feel snobbish writing the review but feedback has to be given. The ambience and setting remains to a high standard but unfortunately it's the only positive I can find from the evening.

The strip steak was cold and the flat iron was too tough to eat. The bearnaise sauce was cold. Our waiter, completely disappeared, and the maître d had to take over. If he hadn’t been so nice and apologetic, and if the chips weren’t so fantastic, it would be one star. it’s a shame I wanted to like it.

Went to the Lobby/grill a few days ago and ordered a £15 Mac and cheese. It was a soup…. yes, the Mac and cheese.. it was watery and just not how it should be nor reflecting the cost of what I ate. Big mistake. Don’t do it.

OK food, great service spoilt by rude and and aggressive manager. The maitre'd was excellent. She is relatively new in the job and was delightful. However, the potatoes in my salmon dish arrived cold. She was most apologetic and asked the kitchen staff to redo it. Ten minutes passed and my partner had almost finished his chicken dish, and no waiters came by our table. I finally got out of my seat and asked about my salmon. The maitre'd was upset the kitchen was so slow so I asked for 2 glasses of red wine by way of compensation. She said she'd have to OK it with her manager. I sat down and could see her manager (Tom) giving her a telling off then he looked over at me and laughed! About 5 minutes later, the Manager delivered the salmon dish personally and slammed it on the table and rudely said 'salmon' then stormed off. No smile or apology. Five minutes later 2 glasses of red wine arrived by a waiter. Meanwhile, I could see the Manager constantly confronting the maitre'd in an aggressive and bullying fashion. We quickly finished our meal and left the wine unfinished, and headed off to find a more pleasant place for a drink. I've stayed at the Hoxton many times but won't be using their restaurant if that guy is around.

Service was very slow. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. Food all arrived at different times. Some had finished eating when the meal arrived for the last (6th) person in our group. Pancakes were not cooked properly and the bagel was burnt.

My group had the best time! Great atmosphere, wonderful food and the service was phenomenal. A big thanks to Jake as well, for making our experience such an enjoyable one.

This used to be a favourite venue of mine. However, the Service was so so slow, quality of food was poor, never returning again

Waited 15 minutes for a cup of tea, to receive it with our of date milk, sent it back 3 times to receive again each time with our of date milk, so ended up drinking tea without milk, for the price of the food the porcine size was very minimal, ordered a full breakfast and could only eat the hash browns and mushrooms due to bacon being as hard as a brick, sausage looked under cooked, and over all didn't taste nice at all. Out of our whole stay in London this was by far the worse food.

I have eaten at the Hoxton Grill a few times now. Love the atmosphere, fab food & great service can’t wait to come back 😊

The Sunday roast dinner is amazing I went with a group of friends . The Cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes are plentiful. Yum.

Stay away. Horrible management. There was a miscommunication with the waiter, he forgot to wrap my salad for takeaway. Not a big deal. Apparently they had already thrown away the food. Without any further communication, the manager threatened to “not make any more food because he didn’t know who made the mistake”. This is the attitude of a thug. Not a sophisticated restaurant manager. What a gross experience, please get competent, customer service oriented management instead of a common thug to run the restaurant. No wonder is empty.

Very underwhelming experience, steaks were tough and flavorless. Service wasn’t great and when we pointed out issue with food nothing was done about it. I didn’t represent good value and so much poorer than the Blackfriars Road Hoxton experience.

Went here for hen do. Lovely atmosphere. Good portion sizes and food was good but seemed overpriced. Don’t necessarily know if I would really return but we enjoyed the experience.

Half the menu wasn't available and the waitress told us that it has been like this for the past 3 weeks. Why they wouldn't amend the menu is beyond. Furthermore multiple ordered dishes were either missing upon receipt or something else was served instead. When we complained, the took the wrong items back but never brought the missing plates instead. I have been here before a number of times and the service has never been good but at least we got what we ordered, this time it was all around just terrible.

Fantastic food with great ambience. Service with Hakan was exceptional and very welcoming, highly recommended!

Me and my 2 kids age 11 and 8 had a very comfy boothe. 11 year old opted for a Ceaser salad which was delicious and 8 year old had kids macaroni which he also said was delicious. I went for the brunch option and had eggs royale. Burgers looked lovely. Would definitely recommend this place.
