When I was here service was pretty poor and Food wasn't much better very disappointing indeed expected better

Burgers and sandwiches were so yum! The fries were perfect too. Staff were nice. Would recommend the pulled pork sandwich.

Comí aquí con un grupo de amigos en el fin de semana. El personal parecía servicial al principio y luego fueron groseros con frecuencia. Tomaron nuestro pedido incorrectamente y todo no salió cuando debería haberlo hecho. No pudimos oír al camarero cuando trajo nuestra comida porque la música era demasiado ruidosa y nos hizo comentarios sarcásticos porque no le respondimos.La comida era muy cara, fría e hizo que muchos se sintieran enfermos después. Honestamente, me hubiera gustado que nunca hubiera estado aquí y lamentablemente mi amigo que lo reservó no revisó las reseñas aquí primero.Honestamente, ¡no puedo creer que esperaban que pagáramos el costo del servicio!Ah, ¡y estaba tan oscuro que ni siquiera podíamos leer el menú y divertidamente usamos una de nuestras antorchas para verlo! Que broma. . .

Mi esposa y yo llevamos a nuestra hija y amigos en este restaurante de comida rápida para comer algo rápido y ojalá no tenía. Para ser sincero, ya que parecía divertido para los niños, que no era nuestra primera opción. Servicio de atención al cliente era mediocre y nuestras alas de pollo (ambos pedidos) estaban sin cocer. Mi esposa se quejó y ella era muy decepcionados por el servicio que recibimos de las chicas de cajas. El gerente vino y nos devolvió toda la factura, en el proceso de la restitución a la chica detrás de la continuó hasta ser grosero. No hace falta decir. Nosotros no vamos a volver a este lugar. Aparte de la sensación de riesgo también amenazado o intoxicación alimentaria salmonella.

The meat in the sandwiches was old, over cooked and cold. Onion rings like cardboard, sweet potato fries lukewarm. All in all a very poor experience wouldn't eat there again

I visited this restaurant on my lunch break at work. i ordered the wings combo as i thought it was okay value for money. Food was average really nothing to jump up and down about. Also the cashier was very busy swapping old £5 pound notes from his wallet for new £5 pounds out of the till, so he forgot my drinks and also sauce for my wings. (shock!!!).Overall not happy and wont be returning.

Admittedly we were lazy and ordered through Deliveroo (great service) and didn't pop in to have food needless to say the food was good; your typical burger and fries, slightly overpriced but aren't all burgers these days?

Wait time was pathetic, staff were friendly and helpful and food was good but had to wait a long time to place the order.

Dear Red Dogs, Absolutely vile food, the worst food I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Macaroni and cheese, more like macaroni and oil. over priced tat, I'd rather eat dog food. Not even worth 1 star......GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Totalmente lo una estafa, una familia de cuatro pensé que probarlo. Después del viaje de compras ordenados 3 hamburguesa y patatas fritas y una comida de niño 43.00 qué!!! Luego llegaron eventualmente comida normal hamburguesas que podrías conseguir en McDonald's por más de la mitad de precio. A mi disgusto sin la hamburguesa que pedí. Así que tuvimos que pagar otro 7.95 por una hamburguesa que apareció 10 minutos después. Cuando nos dieron el cambio fue dado poco entusiasmo y dinero fuimos a la planta. Había llamado al lago uno todo el día para reservar una mesa, pero no hubo respuesta. Decidimos subir el viernes por la noche. Un montón de espacio que probablemente no es una buena cosa. Fue a sentarse, pero me dijeron por el personal para estar en el mostrador y para luego sentarse. Me explicaron que ellos no tienen menús pero pueden ir a través de cada artículo con nosotros. Me sentí muy incómoda con este 3 miembros del personal.. stairing terminamos caminando... este lugar no será abierto si las cosas no cambian. Es una pena.

Mejor barbacoa este lado del Atlántico. auténticos sabores, parrilla barbacoa carne muy tierna y jugosa, sabrosa lados, un gran servicio. Decoración de temática americana, música ambiental. Tienen un par de desafíos de la comida ... El hot alas ( muy, muy caliente!) y un monstruo hamburguesa con 18 onzas de carne, 200 Grimsby sacó de cerdo, seis lonchas de bacon y 6 rodajas de cheese...coming con lados, por supuesto ... prueba tanto a su propio riesgos

What can I say, but very disappointing!!!, overpriced, greasy, small milkshake that's not even served in a glass, considering what was spent, not very hot in temperature, I shared half a 4 patty burger, which we thought we were ordering something different, rubbish wooden cutlery, and the chips were tasteless, nearly £30 for that, I'd wish I'd just gone macdonalds and paid a third of that for a larger meal!!, WONT BE BACK

Never been to a Reds before, I like the concept but food wasn't as good as it needs to be.I went for the Bar B Q option and it was luke warm. The sauces are odd, the Carolina one was more like water so I didn't try it.Also really dislike wooden cutlery. Apart from them snapping too easily, I don't like the feel of them when eating.Needs to improve for me to try them again.

I love reddog London hoxton is amazing, so when lakeside build one I was so excited. To have it next to five guys I thought mmm risky! But this won't be here for long, it's so greasy just bland and awful! Looks ok from pics, but really is nasty. Had to send some onion rings back as raw? They did replace and refund me. But for £37 I didn't even get a plate or Cutlery? Disappointed!

Maybe I had got my hopes and expectations too high when I saw the restaurant in Lakeside. Imagined a "Man v Food" meal experience. Looked pricey but thought that surely means it'll be something special. Ordered a Colt 45 sandwich, fries and a milkshake. Would have gone for Mac and Cheese but they were out. Sat down and took the fries from the bag. The box was barely filled (transferred literally by the fistful by the guy behind the counter which didn't look very hygenic) and they were pale and soggy. Opened the sandwich expecting it to make up for the fries and my first thought was is that it. A measly piece of dried up brisket with a couple of again soggy onion rings. It tasted fine but definitely not worth anything like £8.75 just for the sandwich. The milkshake was very nice (peanut butter) but still far too expensive. All in all very disappointed. Seriously overpriced for what you get and the quality was poor. Was left feeling hungry still. Will not be going again.

So today I went to red dog sandwiches, it was its opening day and I should be a little kinder however I have to go by my experience ...Service, first off I got told they had no pulled pork, based on the fact it's an American BBQ sandwich place this was very odd, so I picked something else only to be told after it was ready, so it had to be done again .... It took two attempts to pay as well, some inane reason about it being the first card payment causing a problem ???I took a few things away to share, milkshake, sweet potato fries, a pitmaster brisket/pork sandwich and sweet/hot wings ....Milkshake - £4.25 ... Overpriced for being so small and tbh not that much flavour to it Sweet potato fries - £3 ... About 15 fries, soft and mushy and not very warmPitmaster sandwich £8.75 .... Again overpriced, hardly any if any at all pulled pork, two pieces of brisket, tons of jalapeño (I like hot but possibly a tad much for most) tastes ok, should have been lots more filling, American sandwiches and I go regularly are huge things, need to improve.Sweet & Spicy wings £9.50 (12) no spice whatsoever, box full of grease, far far too sweet and sickly and not a pleasant experience at all.Now I was its first ever customer at the Lakeside Thurrock Red Dog sandwich bar, however the food I dare say won't change much, possibly they will take feedback (should they ask) and improve on these things .... Tbh the manager (could have been 3 of them) seemed to be more interested in taking photos of people sitting down and queuing rather than greet them and create a buzz .... Would I go again ??? Not unless someone tells me it's vastly improved ...

Hoxton Square ligt achter Old Street en een kennis tipte ons voor dit restaurant en het was zeker de moeite waard. Heerlijke Hamburger, vers gemaakt! Goede kaart voldoende keus.

Having lived in the USA for a number of years, I thought I'd gove this place a try. NO. They have no idea, unfortunately.

Now I love a good sandwich and sometimes a floppy salad sandwich from tesco does not hit the spot.Happened apon this place when I was working around the corner, I was walking back to my car and as I walked past I did a double take, so I had to go in.Service was good and the smell was unbelievable, selection of sandwiches and burgers put burger king and McDonald's to shame, if I could I would have tried one but alas I had little time so I opted for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich without the onions.Got back to my car and opened this up, packages so it remained pipping hot and oh my god this sandwich was the dogs dangly's.Cheese was your typical American and the steak was so tender, wrapped in some nice bread this was a sandwich worth eating.Go to this place, I urge you coz I know I will be going back

This place has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. It's clear the staff hate their jobs - they should probably find something other than customer service because they pass that hatred right onto the customers.The sandwiches were ok, but not worth experiencing the pathetic staff. Also, we ordered the mozzarella sticks (£3.25) and they came with 4 tiny sticks - which didn't even fill the container they are served in. When we mentioned the disappointing portion size I was told that it was too bad. When I said I'd like to return it, I was rudely told by the girl on the front that she had heard me already and I didn't needTo keep talking. I also got to listen to the same woman berate the delivery drivers for no reason other than trying to pick up orders from her. I think the only way to fix this pretentious place is to fire all the staff and start over.

I ordered food from the Red Dog American sandwich place in Hoxton square last week and had the worst service I have ever experienced in London, even having the manager call us names, as well as being rude to the customers after us. I would recommend avoiding this place...

Yummy American sandwiches made to order in front of you. Delicious ingredients and a pretty good Philly Cheesesteak. Pretty awesome that their meats are smoked on the premises. Always served with a smile:) Nom nom...!

The burger tasted fantastic, a bit of a shame that the staff didn't come across very friendly however.

On a Sunday morning at opening time we ordered some take away food to be delivered. What a bad experience from start to finish! The lady on the phone, who was extremely rude and not attentive at all, got our address wrong and forgot to take down our phone number. After 1 hour, the food still hadn't turned up. When we called back, she admitted getting our address wrong so the poor delivery man was left wondering on the streets. She then said the food was ready but that the driver was doing another delivery. She was clearly lying as my partner had spotted the delivery man wondering around with his scooter. The food turned up cold 2 hours later. At that point we sent it back, without paying.
