It’s as if it’s a crime to be hungry on a late Friday evening. I ordered online via Ubereats from Streatham KFC on 20th October. I do not fault the delivery driver as the issue was missing items and low quality food. I ordered the mega bucket for one plus an extra order of chicken. There should have been 3 x chicken pieces in addition to the 2 hot wings and 2 mini fillets. Order arrived with two miserable “pieces” that nobody would pick if ordered in person. What exactly is the bit when they fold up a side of wing with a slight chunk of meat attached, in batter, but all it really consists of is bone and skin? That’s what I got. I was charged however, for the third piece of chicken which they never packed. Wings were mean and small, no meat. They charge £2.29 for just two of their stingy wings. Chips were stone cold, I binned them immediately because I was too hungry to sit around warming them up. Absolutely terrible and cost me the best part of £17 for the “luxury” of this utter trash. It’s disgusting what KFC get away with.

Missing fries, mini burger instead of Zinger and chicken piece too small. This is the second time. How difficult it is to pack such a small order?

I used to go to this KFC occasionally when I came home late from work. I went there this evening (23.02.22), asked for my order, waited (after every Cyclist in the street came in to collect their orders), and left. When I got home, my order was completely wrong (yes, I know I should have checked it, but I never had to in the past). It was ABSOLUTELY tasteless, ABSOLUTELY tasteless! If it’s not halal meat, I can understand why, if most of the people working there only eat halal meat. This isn’t a problem at all, but it just means that they wouldn’t know how the damn thing tastes. Please bring back someone who used to work there, and knows what KFC should taste like; finger licking good! Has Covid destroyed this place? Has the bad habits of online food ordering, which has not slowed down, cost the reputation of this branch? Please don’t put colonel Sanders name against this quality of food, and service! Just call it one of those made up fake named chicken shops, because that’s exactly how it tastes. Really disappointing guys, and annoying when servers take people for granted and decide what the customer should have😏not what they actually want😡 KFC has had such a bad press in the past, this shop is helping to confirm why. I think they should be quality checked. They shouldn’t be operating under the name of KFC. That’s my basic point. Sorry

We went to KFC in Streatham Hill, we ordered 10 flat chicken wings, they made us pay for it, but the server just gave us 8 flat chicken wings, but we only realised once we got back home. My wife called them up to ask for some explanation, they didn't pick up the phone at once, only after four times we attempted to call them. the server who spoke to my wife on the phone was really unprofessional, she sounded a kind of rude and uncaring attitude. We weren't upset for those two missing chicken wings but for the way they handle the situation. P.S when we walked in the shop, there was no customers apart from us.

Llamé a la tienda recién remodelada ya que la segunda en Streatham se cerró y qué desastre. Lo que ha pasado con las normas de higiene y el servicio al cliente.  4 miembros del equipo en la tienda 1 en el mostrador tratando de servir a las personas, mientras que 3 están en el área trasera. Cuando la asistente salió para servir, solo tenía una actitud tan mala que ladraba demandas de lo que quería pedir y no entender, tan grosera. Cuando me senté a comer verás las fotos adjuntas. Si esto es lo que permiten que las áreas que el público ve se vean de esta manera, solo puedo imaginar cómo deben verse las partes que no podemos ver.

Llegó cuando no estaba ocupado, estaba esperando 10 minutos por orden cuando solo otra persona allí y estaban todavía situar su orden. Pedimos el Nashville caliente picaduras como anuncian en la pantalla. Servidor no tenía idea de lo que era, por lo que solicité y me dijo un colega que no hacen. Le dije que estaba anunciado y era ignorado, a pesar de repetir tres veces. Después me dijeron que estaría disponible el próximo año. Las mujeres sirve en el hasta junto a mí también indagó sobre una oferta que no sabían si todavía no, y un tercer colega de ser llamado a responder a la pregunta. Sería interesante saber qué tipo de formación en servicio al cliente es si cualquier, y cómo a menudo actualizaciones se dieron en los productos disponibles.

It is a KFC and I got what I would expect at a KFC - fast food. Although if |I have to have fast food on the odd occasion, it will be KFC.

Dos veces he estado en y el personal no parece entender las ofertas que tienen en el menú detrás de ellas.Como una empresa internacional CREO KFC necesitas para proporcionar más ventas y servicio al cliente capacitación para su personal o enviarlos a la escuela para aprender a leer el menú.

Visited the store late one night and the staff seemed like they had run out of steam. Finally got my order but customer service slightly lacking

Christmas Eve my son wanted to eat fillet tower burger so we went there food is usual KFC fare But the place needed a clean specially the tables bits of food left on them. Overall the son enjoyed his burger he's happy though.
