The cashier refused eye contact, threw my receipt away without asking and gave me my sandwich without a bag. When I asked for one, he looked as if I asked for his last remaining kidney.

Popped in to get some food and use the toilet on the way to Big Ben. There was a sign on the toilet door saying it was out of order, but we saw someone go in, so we asked the guy behind the counter (while standing in the queue to order) if it was working, and he rudely said yes, but it's only for customers. Decided just to get a cookie instead of ordering food, used the toilet, and left. Maybe try waiting to see if someone orders before being rude, then you might get more customers!

the food was alright but the staff were horrible both ivor and another slavic lady didn't seem to understand what I wanted even though I specified it and even showed them what I wanted they made the sub and charged me for it even though I said its not what I want won't come to this subway again

We got kicked out of the restaurant before 10pm but it says its open until 11pm

The employees were so rude. Had a mistake processing my order. Charged me twice for a 12” sandwich just because they had already cut the bread into two. When I asked why was I charged with 16gbp for a 12” sandwich, the male indian staff was raising his voice to the point that he had embarrassed me to other costumers. He doesnt stop reasoning out just because he doesnt want to own up on his mistake. Even the other employee, an old rude lady with white hair was trying to meddle in our conversation even if she doesnt know anything about the problem.

Usually Subway is great but this specific Subway wasn’t that good. The service was very late and the staff seemed as they were forced to serve their customers. I am not sure if the reason is the tourism season or that is the general way of service.

Went in to get a salad box which are usually great in subways and although I only asked for three salad items, the tall young man who served me refused to add extra of anything (tomato/cucumber/pickles). After the first time I asked he said he can’t because there is CCTV and he’s done his training so he knows what he’s doing and how it is his job at risk. I repeatedly said we don’t need to have this conversation and he continued to loudly speak over me patronisingly repeating the above. Overall bad experience, small salad and left feeling patronised or greedy for asking for more salad 🤡

The food is what you want from a Subway. So long as you order things you like the quality is what you expect and you will enjoy it. The restaurant was dirty and the staff unhelpful/bored even though it was very busy. Unhelpful and because it's so loud they misheard my wife's order and thought she just wanted a cheese, rather than steak and cheese. Low quality service on resolution of the issue.

Their service was very quick. We ordered two footlong subs - roasted chicken and a plat based meat (soya). My personal favorite sub is the roasted chicken. However the quality of chicken differs from outlets you visit.

Despite poor service "only" from the first woman behind the counter who starts your Sub, me and my wife enjoyed the Subs we ordered. Plenty of stools to sit on along the side walls, shame about the lack of tables with chairs, only two, and once people sit on them they don't get off.

Food service was very good. Drink vending machine was not working fully, some drinks were out, and staff were too busy to sort. Toilets were out of order at time of visit.

Give the guy more than one order at a time and it goes very slow.

Yesterday I went to the store with my friends, was a great experience amusing tasty sandwiches, we have been served tuna sandwiches with spicy jalapeño. All the staff was very kind and helpful thank you guys :)

I was in this store for the first time yesterday. I didn't know how to place an order, but a nice lady helped me to do it. I was able to choose my favorite vegetables for my sandwich and it's awesome! I liked this subway.

Short break in London, we arrived at hotel at lunchtime and just needed to find a place. We saw the subway and it was pretty quiet.Staff took ten minutes to acknowledge us, then got first order completely wrong. Told only one type of bread available before pointing at another.To make 4 sandwiches took 25 minutes, sandwiches put together awfully. Only ready salted crisps.Gets to the till and bill comes to £30. Most expensive subway ever.Got outside and looked in kids pack to find no bear yo yo. Returned to store to be told they didn’t have any? Why not mention this or adjust price appropriately.A shambles throughout.

I came there to order the vegan wrap that I always order in any Subways - and I always pay the same amount of money £5.90. However, I went to this branch and paid almost £10 for the same item!!! Clearly something wrong went there.

I go to subway because I like getting a sandwich with some fresh ingredients for a reliably good price. A turkey and ham six inch sub with a regular drink costs £4.20 almost everywhere in the UK. So imagine my shock when I stepped in here and found that the same 6 inch sandwich and a drink were going to cost £6.80! I asked the counter staff about this, saying, the prices seem much higher than any other stores. The lady at the counter and said, "here it's zees price", with a very east-european shrug in a style that could be described as flippant and rude.I was appalled by the prices here, but even more appalled by the attitude of the servers. In nearby Lower marsh street there is a whole array of independent restaurants - serving lunch for well under £5.25-£7.50. There's a chinese, a thai, a korean place and a cuban place, and a pasta place. My advice would be to try one of those instead. Unlike this subway franchise, these are places that actually want your business -There is just no excuse for rude service.

Some time ago I reviewed Newcastle -under - Lyme High Street Subway, critical of the apparent lack of support by the franchisee, but in support of staff. After a recent (very polite and friendly) notification to the superviser about serious cross contamination of food, he said he would bring this up at the next meeting with their other fellow franchises as a useful point to note. All in a friendly, calm manner. When I last visited recently, I was informed by the supervisor that the franchisee said that I was no longer welcome. I asked why, he said because the franchisee said I was a trouble maker! I had been trying to help the branch and the safety of its customers. Again, not the staffs fault, they were, as usual, friendly and polite, as was the superviser. Head office have not responded to my complaint about this franchisee, so I can only assume that both this franchisee and head office UK, agree that if a customer tries to offer constructive criticism about a dangerous incident of cross contamination of food, (no matter how politely), instead of "Thanks for pointing this out", if the franchisee is also blamed for lack of training and lack of support for staff (previous review on working conditions for the staff, broken air conditioning not repaired for nearly two years) that Subway agree that it's.ok to ban you, at least from that branch! Interesting customer service and food safety policy! However, I still have a good opinion of the hard working staff and will still visit Subway branches not licensed to this franchisee. The branch opposite Stoke town railway station is close and has always been excellent at all levels. Clearly run by a different franchisee!If Head Office takes umbridge to this review and bans me from all branches, then I'll just have to make do with MacDonald's! If Head Office do finally respond, if I'm allowed to, I'll add to this review at that time!Ğood luck with your Subs. To be kind to the franchisee concerned, maybe he was just trying to protect me from food poisoning? :-)

Pedí 2 subs, el mío fue el peor que he tenido en un metro, mi mamá quería papitas fritas, llegar al mostrador, el hombre me pregunta si quiero algo más, pedí una bebida y papas fritas, me dijeron que tenía que pedir papitas fritas Al principio y tendría que ir al fondo de la cola. Ni una sola vez, alguien me preguntó si quería algo que subiera el sumario antes del mostrador. Habría salido si uno de los subs no fuera por mi hijo. Nunca volveré aquí otra vez y me ha quitado el camino a cualquier metro. Saquea a los muchos y quita la franquicia.

Nous pensions faire une petite pause tranquille dans un Subway propre et bon surtout à 2 pas du London Eye! Mais c’est tout le contraire la fraîcheur des aliments laisse à désirer et la propreté je n’en parle même pas! Honteux! Il n’y a qu’à voir les photos heure de passage à 20h30, nous avons l’impression que le restaurant n’a pas été nettoyé de la journée! Poubelle même pas vidée alors qu’il n’y avait absolument personne dans le restaurant pendant notre passage!

Pésima atención, con intención del personal de cobrar cualquier cosa ya que comprobamos que quisieron cobrarnos más del doble por lo que consumimos. Hay que huir de un lugar en donde pareciera que estafan a los turistas a cada rato . No entienden ni en ingles , y menos en español. O no quieren entender para luego establecer que es culpa del turista. Todo preparado para engañar.

En un viaje reciente a Londres visitamos esta salida de metro en particular, y lamentamos haberlo hecho. Cuando pedimos en el mostrador, la persona era grosera y arrogante. Las porciones de comida eran pequeñas, la ensalada más pequeña que tuve del metro, cuando les hice una pregunta, fueron muy groseros casi gritándonos.

Personal muy desagradable rallando la mala educación . No nos dejaron ni tiempo para escoger los ingredientes, nos gritaron y tiraron el pan de mala manera en el mostrador. Poco pacientes por ser turistas ( y eso que les hablábamos en inglés!). Si no hubiera sido porque estábamos cansadas, nos hubiéramos ido. Poca profesionalidad.

Great quality food for a reasonable price! When it's busy, it can get a little loud and hard to hear, so be sure to speak up when you order! Fast and reliable service was good to see. Size meant that queuing isn't that pleasant with the cold weather, but that's British weather for you! Overall, a great time!

Friendly staff (one person) and he was helpful with local knowledge about parking etc. Food was the usual standard of freshness from Subway, however the bread..I ordered a Honey Oat foot long, was a bit stale. It was 5pm granted however I wasn't impressed as it did impede the taste. Seating was clean, why Subway obscure the views at the front of the stores with advertising is always an annoyance.

If you want something fast and inexpensive, eat at subway. Disappointed they only had shredded iceberg lettuce and no baby spinach for my salad, but it still satisfied my wanting a light lunch. Many sandwiches are offered, all good, especially for the price!

En un reciente viaje a Londres visitamos este particular Outlet metro, y lamentamos no. Fue un día ajetreado, pero me las arreglé para conseguir una mesa. Cuando pedimos en la barra, la persona era grosero y arrogante. Las raciones de comida eran pequeñas, y eran muy escasas con respecto a las verduras y condimentos utilizados.

Era tarde, estábamos cansados, nos fría, estaban húmedas, teníamos hambre, todo estaba cerrando, deberíamos de haber comido antes; nos estábamos desesperados. Tenía hace años que teníamos metro pero era básicamente al otro lado de la calle de nuestro hotel. Nada abierto a la vuelta de la esquina, ¡oh, bien, vamos a tomar un sándwich rápido ya que no teníamos elección, a menos que quieras no cenar hoy. Tuvimos sándwiches, posiblemente el peor que hemos tenido. En realidad comenzó con personal de mostrador tanto soso, un baño limpio luego questionably pan correoso, con un mínimo de ingredientes y otra dudosa la naturaleza (era que Turquía? No sándwiches), sabor. Estaban totalmente unfulfilling y nos dejó con una sensación de vacío como único que nunca comimos, después de ser seguido por una indigestión. Un desperdicio de dinero, deberíamos haber fuimos al hotel y lo llamó una noche y la tarde de tiza una larga noche de diversión en la ciudad y que la memoria, no es que de lo malo, entonces nuestra comida era comenzar de nuevo al día siguiente.

Entramos en este metro a las 8 de la tarde, 3 horas antes de que cierre. Nos acercamos al mostrador y intentó pedir la primera de nuestras 6 subs. Puedo tener un atún con el maíz de 6" sólo para que nos dijeran que no tienen ningún atún. Está bien, tendré un metro se derrite, lo siento, no tenemos ningún jamón o tocino. Lo que ya entonces le pregunté, a lo que se puede ver es la respuesta. Nos aseguraremos de todo lo que podía ver era muy poco en el camino de rellenos de sándwiches. No se hizo ningún intento para llenar el contador así nosotros 6 a la izquierda y no regresaré. Cómo me gsutó servicio, esperar quedarse abierta para otras 3 horas no sé.

By being in a heavy tourist area, the shop gets its fair share of non-English speakers and families which can sometimes slow the service. Have seen the father of the family trying to order 4+ subs with very picky kids and a language barrier, which can be infuriating when I've just left work and I want to just grab my sub and go. Once I waited 25 minutes from entering the shop and leaving with only two people in front of me in the queue - no fault of the staff, just irritating customers who took forever to make decisions.Speaking of the staff, they are always absolutely lovely, very quick and clean and probably deserve a raise for dealing with the people who come in. I have never had a bad experience and the food is always fresh, warm and delicious. Thank you!

Ottima alternativa agli altri fast food. Per lo meno vedi quello che mettono dentro ai panini...Lo staff non è inglese e a volte fanno fatica a capire, inoltre il locale non eccelle in quanto a pulizia. Però i panini sono molto buoni.

Ci siamo anche seduti anche se i tavolini sono pochi ma ne e valsa la pena, unica pecca è la mancanza di toilette perché il locale funge da take away però tra questo e un mec, sceglierei seimilavolte questo! Maggiore qualita e miglior prezzo!

We were in the City with our Granddaughter who was doing some research on her fashion degree, and we were guiding her around the research sites, us knowing the City pretty well. She was taking photos around Westminster and when she was done we decided to go for a hot drink and choose nearby Belvedere Road. We are frequent visitors to Subways all over the world so was sure of a good product. We all ordered Hot Chocolate which was excellent BUT so expensive for a Subway, but was told the price reflects the area of London we were in "Westminster and that's an expensive area. A very enjoyable drink

9 pm close but all the soda machines, tables, everything ready to close. Just blah. Fixings wereNot available. No lettuce. Limited dressings. No oil for instance.

Refused to honour national customer appreciation day, stating reason is because they are a franchise. They are all franchises! Yet another way to make money out of London tourists!!!! Very poor.

They kept putting back food into bins after it had been on people's sandwiches. They also put bacon on my sandwich without asking, then just took it off and threw it back in the bin! Didn't even offer to make me a new sandwich despite contaminating mine with pork. Lucky it is okay for me, but not okay. Also, very busy and I sufficiently staffed for the crowds.

I came to this subway last night, and I've been here many many many times in the past. I went to get a footlong ham sandwich and a cup of fizzy drink for £5 because that's what most subways sell as a meal deal and I have bought that exact thing from there in the past. Only to be told that they are one of the 'more expensive subways' that don't DO that meal deal for £5. So i ended up having to pay !!! £6 !!! for a ham sandwich and no drink ???I was on my way to an apprenticeships meeting and this put me in a very bad mood as I was overcharged and the service was very slow. There was only one person serving, but even so he did serve very slowly. I asked him at the checkout how I can tell if a subway is a 'more expensive' one (like you get in exhibitor halls like the excel) and he said he didn't know. I think this is ridiculous because I have bought the exact same sandwich AND A CUP OF DRINK for £5 in that store before. (Aside from the last time I tried to go there, spent ages in the queue for me to get to the front and then be told they didn't have any ham.) I was disappointed because i would NEVER pay £6 for a sandwich because the sandwich isn't even that high quality, if i knew i was going to get charged that much then I would have gone elsewhere because I had to use money that was intended for my oyster card and getting home.I will not be going to this specific subway ever again, and I am going to avoid all of their stores in the future. Very disappointed.

We went here twice this week trying to please a fussy child who only wanted tuna subway after a full day of sightseeing. They didn't have tuna on both days so she went home upset twice, after queuing for a long time to be told no at the front of the queue! The staff also seemed very agitated and unfriendly on both days. It also needs a good re-furb. I won't be going there a third time!

If you peckish or medium hungry it's perfect place to grab a meal and quickly eat it when you on the go. Always offers a good selection of fillings so every time you customise something tasty. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Wie alle anderen Subways auch. Der ist ist aufgrund seiner Lage ggf. auch etwas öfters von Touristenhorden überlaufen. Teilweise sind die Tische nicht besonders sauber.Die Auswahl an Speisen ist wie in jedem anderen Subway auch.Wer eine schnelle und günstige Mahlzeit sucht, der findet hier etwas. Zum mitnehmen sehr gut geeignet.

I used to go to subway all the time. Their food is delicious, however i was recently diagnosed with Coeliac disease and can not eat there anymore. I really wish they supplied gluten free bread to make sandwiches with as I miss it so much (as would a lot of other people who can't or choose not to eat gluten)

Went in for breakfast, staff were Russian I think and didn't know what customer service was. Their English was broken so when customers asked them to repeat themselves they shouted the same broken English as if the customer was stupid for not understanding them. Gave them vouchers (Subway) which they said we don't do vouchers here! You're Subway!!!!!!!!!!!!!Won't be back! But I don't think they care anyway!! Avoid.

When you arrive in the store you are greeted with litter all over the tables are floor, a puddle on the floor by the drinks machines. One member of staff serving fairly slowly with no urgency. The ingredients counter was a mess, with minimal care to prevent cross contamination. They were sold out of my chosen sub (veggie pattie). Although gloves were used they were kept on when cash handling which defeats the points in wearing them. When I tucked into the sub, the bread was pretty stale and had obviously been sitting out for a while. Overall a very poor subway experience and given how dirty the front of house area is, I dread to think how dirty the back of house area is.

Not many seats available in the restaurant - but if the weather is nice, I'd recommend you ask for takeaway and take a short walk to where the hospital is as there are plenty of benches you can sit down on in front of Big Ben and the hospital's rose gardens to eat in peace. Staff a little short and sharp - some friendliness would go a long way.

This place was really busy as just around the corner from the London Eye. It's quite small with limited seating but if the weather is good, there's plenty of places to sit in the area. There was a little bit of a wait to be served, staff were ok and food ok but we found that £20 for lunch (for 3 of us) for a 12" roll is expensive.

The usual for a Subway. Quick, efficient service. We ate here because it had been a long tiring day. After a large lunch couldn't manage a large evening meal. Nowhere better than Subway on evenings like these. Just a short stroll from South Bank

We went to get food however the staff were very rude, the service was rubbish the man made my spicy Italian horribly wrong and was on the phone the whole time. This experience was so traumatic i don't think i can even look at another subway sandwich let alone eat it.
