The service was great as was the food. We where a large group and they managed to stay on top of all our requests.

I would go again for sure! Very good atmosphere and people very friendly, always with a smile. I had the wagyu steak and enjoyed the quality, as well as the coocking. Exactly the way I wanted it. Same goes for both other flat iron steaks for the Mrs. and my daughter. Was still a bit hungry though and also tried the burger. We all enjoyed it. Extremelly juicy and tastefull. Selection of beer is also very good. A bit pricey for my budget though, hence the 4 overall stars.

Luigi was our server and he was the best: a great guy and the service was fantastic, he was very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious (get the peppercorn sauce) and the friendly atmosphere + cozy ambiance was the cherry on top.

Got a table for 9 in the basement - thought we were going to be forgotten about but it was the opposite; excellent service.

First time at Flat Iron and overall a great experience. Delicious food for everyone’s pockets although I do not understand why they only let you dine for 1-2 hours only. We’ve had a really great time here with my friend but the steak could’ve been way hotter and they could consider letting you having the ice cream indoors rather than freezing outside with your hand on the cone. I probably had here the best mac and cheese and mash potatoes, so will definitely be looking to return.

Delightful staff, delicious and reasonably priced food. We had the Flat Iron, the burger, chips, and mushroom sauce plus drinks. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a good steakhouse in London- don’t be like us and waste time with a fine dining place, just go to Flat Iron instead.

Of the Flat Irons we have tried, this one is our favorite. The atmosphere is just slightly nicer than the others and the servers seem slightly less angry at you and dare I say it, actually happy to see you. The food is consistently great and I always enjoy the mash.

Best flat iron steak I have had! Been too a few Flat Irons already. Truffle mac and cheese - yummy! Did not disappoint! Staff were busy, funny and even though it was nye and rammed, you felt looked after. And soft serve is actual ice cream, not that cream stuff (which is gross!)

I have been coming here many times and I love the food and service here usually. However, after my visit from 30/12 and spending £119 on a meal for three, I'll avoid this Flat Iron because one of the waiters was very rude to us when we left. We had been given three tokens, and the waiter who brought us the bill explained we can self serve our ice cream using the token (which I have done the past 8 times I visited). However, while I was self-serving the first one, another waiter came to us and shouted "the ice cream is not self-service", "show me your tokens now"... I responded to tell him it's the first time I'm told this and there is nothing that says so near the ice cream machine! It was awkward as he didn't respond and looked angry. He served the last two ice creams and underfilled the ice in the cones! We left feeling like we were not welcome which is not great, and had to explain to my child that there are idiots everywhere and sometimes it's better to not respond to them. Not impressed at all!

I just had the worst experience ever just because my server had a really short memory, and furthermore, he does not keep a record of what he is doing. I paid my bill by card, and he offered me a receipt, which I thanked and said not to. Around 5 minutes later, I'm about to leave the table, and he tries to get payment again, and I said that I had already paid. Then, I'm taking my ice cream and he chases me all the way there to ask me for payment, yes, AGAIN!? I was forced to show my bank app to prove that I paid, WTH!? Manager or supervisor was there and didn't have the decency of saying that it was wrong! Working in the hospitality business I know how things work, and they could have easily print a report of payments on that card machine to find my payment. Instead, I was put through the most embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. You had a loyal customer, but I'll never come back. Train your staff the right way, even managers/supervisors, so nobody has to go through the same scenario again, and it was not even busy. Can't imagine the show they run when it is packed. Food was great as usual, same for the drinks. Good work from both the kitchen and bar team. Keep the good work up!

Great food, great service! Even though the place was completely full on New Year's Eve, the waitstaff were extremely well-organized and still friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are reasonable for the location and the quality of the food. It was a wonderful evening for us, and we will definitely be coming back.

Everything was perfect. Due to the large number of persons in our reservation they offered us the private area which was very atmospheric. The waiter Alex who served us was very friendly and professional. Food was very tasty in reasonable prices. We will definitely visit again.

I recently visited Flat Iron and had an amazing meal. We went for the signature flat iron steak, which was perfectly cooked (tender, juicy, and packed with flavour). It was exactly what I hoped for and more. To go with the steak, we ordered the truffle mash and creamed spinach. Overall, it was a fantastic meal! If you’re a steak lover or just looking for a great dining experience, Flat Iron is absolutely worth a visit.

A spectacular and essential restaurant in London, 100% recommended!! We loved the steak, super tasty and the mushroom and butter sauces were delicious. We also ordered the truffle burger which was super tasty, and the eggplant, macaroni and chips as a side dish. To finish, the ice creams at the exit are also delicious. Our Marina waitress was great, super friendly, helped us a lot with her recommendations, and served us super fast. We will repeat for sure. A 10/10 for Marina and FlatIron 🫶🏻🫶🏻

We had dinner at this restaurant, which we stumbled upon by chance near our hotel. The menu was very simple, but the dishes were excellent, with outstanding meat and flavorful side dishes. A special thanks from my children goes to Florin for his kindness and, above all, for the ice cream!

Great food at reasonable prices. We had the flat iron steaks and the Scottish bavette. Our sides were the fries, kale Caesar, and bone marrow mashed potatoes. The marrow mashed potatoes were some of the best I ever had. The complimentary popcorn made with beef drippings were amazing and the vanilla soft serve cones were the perfect end to the meal.

Steak is nice with reasonable price. still can free refill popcorn on June and today staff said NO! and I see nearly table still refill it..omg What are bad experiences in me P.s. there is no kids menu.

Wow - what a suggestion this was. I had tried steak before, did not enjoy it and never gave it a chance until I came to Flat Iron. I ordered medium rare steak with peppercorn, and it tasted absolutely delightful. The steak was not too chewy and the peppercorn sauce paired so well with the meat. The chips were also cooked very well. The popcorn was a nice addition. The ice cream at the end of our meal was so creamy and tasted amazing!! Definitely a place to add onto your list!!
