Revolution Bar Clapham High Street in Lambeth

Horrible delivery service, shame perhaps because of this one terrible experience. Paid £28 for a family meal delivery, had this guy show up and say he doesn’t have it, he was definitely my deliverer (let me just say A.M. initials). Then tried to make me take another person’s delivery which was a small bag not even a quarter of what I ordered. Called up the store to complain and they told me to submit a customer service ticket. Just ordered from somewhere else instead. Disgusting service. Will never order from this kfc again.

Ordered via the app and the wrong order was delivered. Contacted Uber who did absolutely nothing except “according to their policy on this occasion they cannot offer a refund” but they were not helpful and could not explain the policy- do better ! I then resolved to contacting Clapham KFC and they were extremely helpful, I explained what had happened and the actions I had taken. Serge (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was very understanding and even looked for the order and prepared it for collection. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

Please you are thinking to order from this place think again. It's enough to read the comments to know why. I've ordered from them but did not received all the items. I did not know that they did that to other customers as well... if I would have known I wouldn't have ordered at all! The quality of the food is really bad!!!

Very rude, when you are facing an issue. They didn’t send the wings, while we call them, they were rude. The food was bad too.

After long time i pop up Clapham hight Street KFC, delicious chicken meal and an additional hot wings I ordered with my mum, best ever,staff is very welcoming ,restroom was clean, highly recommend,we will definitely back again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zinger burger had such a small piece of chicken, it was over in a couple of bites. £6 for a mediocre snack. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 tower meals with fries, hot wings and x2 gravy, within the blink of an eye it had arrived! I received my tower burgers FOUR pot's of gravy about Six chips in each portion and 2 pieces of chicken. The chicken was raw! After informing just eat and sending them copy of receipt I was asked for pictures, informed them chicken was thrown to foxes and kids were hungry and ate the chips. Was then told to contact kfc who again fobbed me off! After paying £30+ for 2 meals I expected some sort of reimbursement. Was sent a scan code to get meal deals. I will NEVER be buying food from this establishment again

Awful service because a breast of chicken and side breast is NEVER available on any occasion. Apparently only legs and thighs are sold here at this kfc while all other kfc branches sell breast pieces?. Also by the time you get your food you will be asleep. 0/10 for service it’s depressing

The staff that works in this branch, in addition to being stupid, are a bunch of disrespectful people, even aggressive when someone demands the service they pay for. The most disgusting restaurant in London without a doubt. They don't see anything else in their life even if I die of hunger

Expensive cold food, got a takecaway , 5 mins later sat down to eat elsewhere, everything was cold. I was hungry and had little time, so I just had to grin and bear it. Otherwise, I would have gone back and demanded a refund.

Within seconds of ordering a chicken fillet burger, it was handed to me almost before the words left my mouth. Vibes immaculate. Decor- whimsical chicken collage mural. Best chips I have had at KFC well spiced and everything was hot. Gravy was smooth. My compatriots can confirm that the Pepsi max was maxing.

Food was dry at, and took too long considering how many peeps were there

I got a mighty for one the two pieces of chicken was greasy and the crispiness of the chicken was like shards of glass disgusting. The two stips was ok and the two hot wings ok don't know why the had to ruin the order with the two pieces I was very polite when I ordered I said please and thank you as it should be. So why should they get stars for what they should be doing. Ordering was easy enough don't know why I'd give stars for ordering if they only give out bad food under service. Atmosphere is the customer that provides the atmosphere so yes customers inside.

Quality of food and service is good and one of the better kfc outlets locally however, the dining area is close to the toilets which have the most horrendous smell. It makes it impossible to remain on the grounds to dine in or even want to order. Please fix this!

The food sometimes really chrispy, but I tell them always so as not to overcook the meat, but it often fails. Either it is very crispy or it remains raw and the chicken thigh is bloody.

Rat infested. Smelly. Badly laid out. Slow. The dirtiest branch of this chain I’ve encountered.

Food is okay, it's the standard KFC stuff. But the service is the most disappointing. The staff have no sense of urgency and will happily leave you standing there for many minutes without even acknowledging your presence. Customer service is slowly dying.

I rate their chicken as the best tasting KFC around the SW London area.

They don’t give you mayonnaise sauce that you so you have to order their deep sauce

The service is always horrible and we've been shortchanged a few times. I get that it's not everyone's dream to serve people in Clapham KFC but please pretend to hate it less.

I started my Duke of Edinburgh silver award this week (god rest his soul) and part of my service was to help those in need. I decided to go down to my local KFC as they recruit in line with the Equality Act 2010 and hire those with additional needs (protected characteristics and all that). I was served by a lovely young gentlewoman called Harry. He served my chips warm and handed me my popcorn chicken piece by piece. Felt like a proper Cleopatra. Service was superb. Now on to the food, what in the Corneal Sanders is going on here. Chips were warm but soggy, the beans were burnt. Would rather flick the ex mrs bean than eat a kfc baked one and thats saying something, shes dead. Finally on to my Tower Zinger burger, I think the twin towers had better treatment than my poor tower burger. The hash brown was abismal, the cheese was tasteless and the chicken felt like it had been chucked in the tumble dryer for 20 minutes. Wont be visiting again.

We attended a cocktail masterclass with Georgia. She was fantastic, engaging and really made it a fantastic event. She also helped me with techniques to mix the cocktails one handed as I had a broken shoulder.

Cocktail master class was excellent, great comoraderie from group and Georgia who gave us a wonderful experience.

Customer service is atrocious. I'm disabled and many customers that came in after had bigger orders received their food first. New staff are rude staff is arguing with me as they're giving my food to my teenage son. Lost a customer and the manager was right there. Their issue is communication and I don't feel anyone knows what they're doing. I'll settle for rubbery McDonald's in future

The two girls Lesia and Georgia did a fantastic job of looking after my friends and I and bottomless brunch on Sunday. Highly recommend the friendly and fun place to go for drinks. 10/10 service

Rude staff, in no hurry at all. Slow service, even when you are the only one. Disorganised, they dont know what they are doing and dont seem to care. Avoid if you can.

Vised at around 5pm and ordered 10 piece bargain bucket and the chicken was greasy with oil coming out, the chips are soggy and burn like it was left over night. It was a disgusting experience. It was like a greasy chicken shop, like a Morleys Chicken.

Me and my partner came for a bottomless brunch, and we would recommend it so much. Service, food and drink were amazing! The waitress Georgia was absolutely perfect and gave us the best time ever. I would 100% recommend it!!!!

I think the worst and slowest KFC I’ve ever been to! Haven’t been to KFC for years and wanted one to line my stomach before a night out and it was the slowest service and sloppy af! Won’t be going again!

Amazing service!! Had the best food and drinks! I ordered poached egg and avacado and it was so filling. We have spend 3hrs here and the waitress has continued to serve us.

I order large portion of chips cost 1,99 Gives me half of portion when i complain about it He said it’s regular fries !! That India manager I told hi im regular customer with kfc .. if that half of bag chips cost 1,99 what about small portion!! I can’t believe that !! Went in this morning. Was waiting to be served and the young lady had her back to me talking to her colleagues. A guy that was cleaning the floor told her to serve and she told him that I wasn't ready to order. Not sure how she would know this as she didn't even acknowledged me and too busy talking to the person in the kitchen. When finally taking my order, she couldn't understand what I said and had to repeat twice. If your not bothered about your job, let someone who will appreciate it have it!
