KFC in Lambeth

Please, avoid this KFC. I ordered chicken wings and was told I had to wait 7 minutes. I said fine because I thought it was worth waiting for, comparing it to the ones in Bromley. Within a minute, I was given my order. I questioned the fact that it was supposed to take 7 minutes, and was told they made it special for me. I knew something was not right bus was too embarrassed to complain and hold up the queue. I also ordered a piece of chicken and chips. The crusty batter refused to cling to the chicken. The chicken wings were so dry, that if your teeth ain't strong, you have to avoid them. I rate this KFC 0/100. Nasty food!

Absolutely disgusting, serving food not fit for human consumption!! I ordered a delivery for my grandson and his girlfriend (both 16). The food arrived in a split bag with hot grease dripping through the bag. The Chips were stone cold, but the chicken, well…….it was disgusting. It was in no way crispy cooked chicken, it was soggy and wet and all the coating was coming of the chicken. Quite a bit of it was stuck to the bucket it came in. When his girlfriend bit the chicken it had all black bits inside, the poor girl was heaving and had to run to the loo to be sick, it was awful. Obviously they didn’t eat any more of the chicken it went straight in the bin. I have tried to call the branch to let them know how disgusted i am and how bad the food was but nobody answers the phone. I shall be calling head office first thing in the morning. I wish i could upload pictures to warn others of what they are buying. Sadly i had to give to 1 star or I couldn’t continue with the review, otherwise i wouldn’t have given it a score. Please beware……..i have got to the next page where i can up;pad photo’s 🤞

chicken was so dry and over cooked. INEDIBLE GAVE TO MY DOG. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. Tried calling no answer. What's happened not had KFC in ages and was gorgeous before

Every Sunday I have to buy KFC for my clients so they can eat at 11.30 , KFC West Norwood NEVER EVER opens on time making me late for work. The staff offers NO apology they just look in your face. Surely they must have a policy for not opening on time, will contact head office on Monday.

KFC WEST NORWOOD worst KFC, or restaurant generally, I have been to in my life. The staff are all over the place, I cannot believe they get paid to do this. Terrible terrible experience

The manager was absolutely rude , I don’t no how these people got hired to be honest , but I guess that’s what you should expect cause of the ratings and reviews about that restaurant, the staff are impatient and wouldn’t allow me to communicate fully to address my problems I had with my order , my drink was wrong, my chips was burnt , my burger didn’t even have salad or lettuce wtf, I tried speaking to the manager but she was busy laughing away , it’s very sad how I’ve been coming to my local kfc in west Norwood for over 7 years now, that I’ve had such a bad experience that I will not be going back there. I’ve tried explaining to the manager but she didn’t seem to care and just walked away. Please bring in new staff that are happy to do the customer service. Please note this isn’t the first time this is happened, just my first time ever to do a bad review.

Worst place to get food from, waited one and a half hours for delivery, if they have no drivers then don't take your order and money, paid for 3 meals and only got 2 which were inedible. Shitehole.

After many many years of trading and apparently very popular, the KFC is no more at the site. The general neighbourhood rumour is that it was rats wot done for the ole KFC. RIP.

worst KFC ever never get the order right chicken quite often isn't cooked right through staff seem to go on training courses to who can be the rudest and slow is not the word fancy something quick go somewhere else!
