Mcdonald's in Aylesbury Vale

Really poor experience… Very slow service through the drive-through. Certainly not “fast food.” Once food eventually arrived it was lukewarm at best…not a place I’d go back to even for a quick pit stop whilst travelling…really poor experience.

Luke warm food, messily 'arranged', x4 straws and NO napkins (drive thru!). Can't even be bothered to fold x2 bags to keep food warm, presentation or even to make it easir to handle. All this for how much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I got there and ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread, a hash brown and a Tropicana orange juice. It came out quick, was piping hot and very tasty. I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about, keep up the good work !!

Abseloutely outrageous waiting time for a "fast food restaurant" I am truly distraught at the fact that i had to wait over half an hour for a simple chicken wrap meal. Will not be returning again!

This my second visit and they continuously get my food wrong. The food was handed over to the wrong person and when complained, the manager retook the order and still missed out my fries.

I have not Ben to a McDonalds for years and I fancied a cup of tea. Called in and was temped by an egg and cheese meal with a hash brown. The staff were wonderful and chatty so no complaints there. The food was not good. The amount of salt was unbelievable and I found myself drinking loads of guilds through the day. Yes I would call in again but only for a cuppa!

I drove through at 11 am on 13/0224 for a simple order of 2 tasty burgers with bacon, 1 a meal and 2 portions of mozzarella sticks that come with a salsa dip and I asked for a bbq sauce. No special add ons or omits. I paid over twenty pounds for this and was asked to wait in bay 2. I thought this was because it was early and they’d just started cooking the mains…. Wrong. After waiting for just under 5 minutes, my order came out and I drove to my friends house under 5 minutes up the road. We opened the bags to stone cold meal! The mozzarella sticks were rock hard, the burgers had the tiniest bit of anemic looking, undercooked bacon in it and there were no sauces at all! We air fried the meal for 2 minutes and then the salad was hot, the roll hard and all in all it was almost inedible, in fact I had to leave half of my burger. I’ll definitely check the order in the bags next time, but I shouldn’t have to! It was empty! A very bad dining experience! 👎

There are not enough words to describe this disgusting restaurant. Awful food, sloppy staff, and a manager with a bad attitude. If you want cold food and everything else I've described then go ahead.

I had the misfortune to visit this Mcdonald's Buckingham week. Foolish really as I had been once before and swore that I would never return. I should have known it was a mistake when I noticed that the boy who served me had really dirty hands and finger nails. The same boy brought our food to the table. I noticed straight away that the chips didn't look right and tasted one from each packet, apart from being almost cold they tasted as if they had been cooked in 'old' oil. I sent them back and a couple of minutes later they were returned. They were hot but still didn't look or taste nice. It was all down hill from there........... I had asked for regular coke I got diet coke which I had to return. The chicken mcsandwich was barely warm, the meat in the cheese burger was almost cold and like the sole from a shoe, the coffee was hot but like dish water. We decided it was a was waste of time asking for any more replacements. The family at the next table complained about their chips too, they said that apart from not being hot enough they had a strange taste. Before we left I asked to speak to the manager. I told him about the strange taste and appearance of the chips. He took the chips, grunted something and walked away. No apology, no refund offered! While I was at the counter waiting for the manager a lady came in to complain that her takeaway order was incomplete and cold. I could see into the kitchen from where I was standing and noticed that there were ten or more packets of chips already going cold. Mcdonald's Buckingham has got to be the worst Mcdonald's in Britain. I wonder if anyone has ever compiled a list of the worlds worst Mcdonald's? Terrible food, slovenly staff and a manager with a bad attitude. Needless to say AVOID. This time when I say never again I mean it!

I don’t understand how you can get it so wrong it’s not rocket science!! Ordered a 1/4 NO CHEESE & it has cheese in it.. Im dairy intolerant so that went in the bin then went to eat my apple pie and it looked like it has incinerated, that also went in the bin… A bloody shambles!!’

Such a mess, should be closed down. Liz Truss ran the country better than this mcdonalds is. Terrible

We visited this MacDonalds yesterday towards closing time (9:30pm on 29/7/23) on our way back from Newbury. I wanted to write a review as I was very impressed with our experience- the food was speedy, lovely and fresh and piping hot, the staff were friendly despite being almost at the end of their shift, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean- the most clean Maccy D's I've ever seen. Clearly whoever was the manager at that time was doing a great job, as were the rest of the employees. Well done and thanks!

I found it to be utterly ghastly here. The monitor screens were inconsistent - one offered the combined menu options, the other one didn’t then they wouldn’t print receipts. There was no ketchup, tables were absolutely grubby, full of previous litter and the same for the outside where I moved 3 times. One thing which really made me chuckle was that it is a drive-through option too. But the customer had to step out the car to go in store as her order was missed ! Now to the food, barely lukewarm and not worthy of just under £7 , remotely. You would think that, with the years in the industry, they would be able to get simple things right… This branch lacked all the basics, from my experience.

The food regularly takes more than 15 minutes and when you receive it, its usually either cold, or the order is incorrect. I honestly don't know how it's possible to get McDonald's so wrong.

Another McDonalds, what can I really say to stretch out my 100 words required for a review, used the screen ordering system and collected my breakfast.

Took 30 mins to not receive a wrap and fries through drive through.Just left in end. This place is really really terrible been a few times and should be sued under trade descriptions for calling this fast food. It’s never ever fast and barely food. Will drive to Milton Keynes next time it’ll be quicker.

I've been here on three occasions since it opened, every time the have forgotten something on the order, or got it wrong completely. How difficult must it be to put 5 items in a bag??

Not very fast for fast food. Would have probably been quicker for me to kill the cow myself. The fries were underdone and the opening hours are a bit of a joke.

Came across this whilst trying to find the signposted 'service station' for a quick break. Only ordered McFlurry ice-cream & wasn't in a hurry but it was quiet with few orders in the queue and the order arrived reasonably quickly. There only seemed to be one person at the till/distributing the orders and they were slowed by someone ordering at the till instead of the touchscreens/app. Toilets were clean. Would stop there again for the convenience of its location - never found the signposted 'service station'.
