KFC in Nuneaton and Bedworth

This place needs to change the management ASAP. The oil they fry in is so overly used that everything tastes horrible and bitter. I've told them before but to no avail. They just don't give af whenever runs this place. I am next going to email the KFC headquarters cause this quality is not acceptable for a KFC restaurant.

Listening to Customers? No chance! Recently went through drive thru, and half of my order missed. The phone was answered by someone who didn’t understand English, and sounded confused when I said my wife would come back and pick up the missing order. The order would have been right if the girl dealing with customers actually stopped taking to her mate near the till. Apart from having to waste petrol returning, there was a lack of tissues or serviettes, and no straws. Useless!

Food was not very good ,went for the boneless bucket the chicken was very crunchy and so were the chicken poppets, the chips well they weren't anything to write home about we also ordered 2 ice creams which had not been put in with our order Would NOT recommend going there again and we will not be using them again and we will be telling our friends exactly what the food was like ,we always had a kfc but not Anymore that is twice now that we have poor food from kfc once in Coventry now in Nuneaton Bermuda Park

Asked young man in drive through for specific pieces in my 3 piece meal, said “no problem” and served me with a smile, food was steaming hot & crispy, beans were really hot too, lovely chicken thighs & drumstick. Thanks KFC

We visited this establishment today and had some quite disturbing experiences. Firstly when we entered the place it looked pretty disgusting, the tables and floors were filthy and there was a man who looked like he had been smoking crack behind the counter. We placed our order on the touch screen and didn't get a receipt, then when I collected the food the man seemed very confused and was waiting for the rest of the order, he then started to talk to someone behind in the kitchen whilst leaning right over our Fries and I imagined him getting spittle over them, which was a bad start. Then when I got my burger it was the wrong one, when I took it back and told him his eyes looked soulless. After I got my burger changed I opened up my corn which I normally enjoy, but this was the most awful thing I have ever seen on a stick. The sweetcorn was all mushy and dripping with water, so I showed the manager and she did say sorry then changed it for me. The rest of the food was pretty sub standard, and the popcorn chicken was more like sogcorn chicken. So after eating I went to the toilet and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since Christmas, so overall pretty poor really, won't be coming back for a while.

Dreadful service. Zero customer service skills. Left waiting whilst priority was given to just eat orders. . Food slammed down on the counter by bearded bloke who really needs to learn some manners. This either changed ownership or had a recruitment drive for people with poor English & a lack of personality. Floor dirty. Bins overflowing in car park. Avoid!

The place was an absolute disgrace when visiting today. The buns were overflowing we could not put our rubbish in the bin ! All the tables were filthy.

To pick up a online order they refused to honour after payment had been made and being totally dissmised by the manager

Just had a meal delivered it arrived half an hour late so as you might guess it was stone cold. Phoned KFC and was told not their problem as it was out with the driver very poor customer care when the food did arrive I asked the driver why he was late. The driver could not speak English or that’s what he made out so no good talking to him all in all very poor service from KFC and just eat they won’t be getting any more orders from me.

I am not happy. I spent £4 on bloody cookies and guess what? I NEVER GOT THEM!! we payed and we never got a refund. This really is the bourgeoise exploiting the proletariat!! THAT WAS MY BUS MONEY AND I NEVER GOT HOME! im still outside kfc to this day!

Delivery service from KFC using Uber eats has been fine. Unfortunately tonight the delivery driver (Constantin) marked food as delivered despite me sitting outside by the front door under the CCTV.. informed KFC .. not really interested..just referred me to UBER app which just shows it as delivered. I have lost my money but they have lost a regular customer... Think twice before placing order

The Food came cquick and it was really Hot! It's not expensive and really Tasty! Don't have why I should complain for! Everything was just fine!!

This place is an absolute joke. This is the second time I have ordered a just eat delivery and it’s the second time it been missing items. The reason I order for delivery is obviously I don’t want to drive down there, but on both occasions I have found myself getting in the car to go and sort it out. I suppose if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Absolute clowns took the order made me sit in the car after drive thru and wait 25 mins, when approaching them where’s my food, was greeted by a Asian guy who couldn’t speak english, who introduced the manager where’s Wally!! It is a scandal, how poor the service was and the lame excuse how this manager was so rude and abrupt. How these people are given jobs and franchises is beyond me, I won’t be using this place again to make it more insulting she was blaming the poor autistic boy, who told her the order had been waiting

Second visit to nuneaton. Krispy white chicken pieces. Thats what its all about.Tried Kfc hinckley and Leicester no where near this quality. Staff were welcoming thats a bonus in the modern fast food world.

Customer service was very rude, ordered my KFC waited 20 minutes to then realise it was taken off the screen. Showed the lady my order number from a picture on my phone she looked at me and walked away, telling her staff members in front of me that I put it in her face. Then challenged me about my order asking me if I had actually ordered it. Showed proof again and she finally found it on the screen to then say that they didn’t pack it and just removed it. Finally got the food which was put in front of me like dog. Food wasn’t nice, very soggy and looked thrown up. No spoon for beans or stews for drinks. will be calling up KFC to make formal complaint

Purchased 3 meals and not one of them was right. 2 meals had the wrong sides and the 3rd meal had the completely wrong burger. Could maybe understand 1 mistake if they were busy but to mess up all 3 meals is just a joke!

Stayed in T Lodger across road and wanted quick tea. 2 piece chicken, chicken gravy and a coke and the lovely girl put it through as a meal deal to make it cheaper!

Got one of the family value buckets on Friday last week after a long time. Got home to find that the chicken coating recipe has clearly been changed. The coating was tasteless & bland. Won't be partaking again anytime soon.

Popped by here to grab two snack boxes and krushems for a quick lunch on the way somewhere. Lunch however was not so fast found ourselves queing on the drive thru for around 15 mins with only 1 car in front. Sat by the order speaker to be told to wait whilst the lady serving could be heard serving others in store. Clearly understaffed to say the least and I would have drove off had there not been a car in front. Finally got round to collecting order and low and behold orders mixed up and no-one seemed to know what they were doing. My Maltesers krushem was looking unlike one I have ever had before... maybe they just didn't have time to mix it if you're in a rush... avoid this place it will make you late!

We like an occasional KFC when we are being very lazy. Sadly we will not be going back to the Nuneaton franchise. The chips were literally cold and this after an 8 min car drive home. The hot wings were dry, over cooked and not spicy. the main chicken event was ok. Both my husband and I had an upset tummy for three days after we ate this food!

This is our 2nd visit to this KFC after our monthly visit to the soft play centre round the corner . Quick to order food and staff were friendly. Food arrived very quickly and was mostly hot and tasty .on the 1st visit the food was hot but they forgot my daughter's sundae as part of her kids meal and had to go to the counter and ask for it.

Absolutely disgusting, long brown hair found in the chicken (were all blonde) manager didn’t care at all about their being a hair in the food, we didn’t get the dips we were supposed to get with our meal, didn’t get cups or plates with our food, didn’t get hand wipes, weren’t any Diet Coke or krushems available.

we went through the drive through and ordered 3 krushems 2 milk and 1 maltster they gave us 1 milk and 2 Oreo krushems. they there was hardly any chicken o the bone there was more bone then chicken.

Not all fast food outlets are the same. KFC seems to have got it right especially with their boneless meals. What I especially like is the different size meals that are available. It is what it is but the quality is good and the flavours just as they always were ...

Been here a number of times and have had excellent service, then really really poor service, the food has been either as it should be from a KFC or dry and hard, the last time I was there, this weekend they had run out of corn on the cob and were very reluctant to offer an alternative so we left and got a MacDonalds

So I popped into KFC after watching My Littler Pony with the kids and I wanted to warm their souls with some popcorn chicken. Me being me, I couldn't RESIST the megabox. LOL!! A boneless chicken strip, a thigh (shoutout to Terrance) and two hot wings greeted me. The chicken was divine but it was a shame that the cardboard fries let this meal down.

Have had a take out twice in the last 2 weeks, not that I eat a lot from there, as I see it as a treat given the "bargain " prices. But circumstances led to another order.

As mentioned in other reviews, this branch of KFC certainly has staffing issues, would not visit again

You can't really go wrong with the food at a KFC as its all produced to a standard recipe, in a standard way, served to a standard pattern and all conforming to a standard model. However where this restaurant fails to conform is the standard of the staff. Some appear to be abrupt unhelpful and frankly off putting. I shan't visit here again.

Visitamos KFC Nuneaton un sábado por la tarde. Estaba lloviendo afuera, así que decidimos comer dentro, en vez de una agradable zona de asientos al aire libre. Por desgracia, nuestra visita se arruinó por un miembro del personal muy desagradable que nos sirve, si se puede llamar así, llamado Casey. Ella nos preguntó qué podía conseguir, así que pedí un filete de Hamburguesa de la Torre de la comida. Entonces ella preguntó si nos estábamos comiendo, debido al clima. Nos dijo que sí, y pregunté por el tema comida 2 hamburguesa zinger. Ella encendió y dijo DE bajo 'miramos su sorpresa en competir como grosero podría ser, cuando sólo había pedido 2 artículos y no había hablado rápidamente. Entonces ella hizo algunas excusa sobre ella. Sólo se poco. Mi pareja se fue de disgusto. Después nos daba, y no tuvo ningún lamento pequeña como ella sentir, y estaba más interesado en alrededor con su similar larking miembros del personal de edad. Está claro que no hay aquí, gerente y el personal joven no tenía formación en servicio al cliente.

Típico restaurante de comida rápida, nada especial. Caro para la cantidad de comida que ofrecían. Útil si has visitado el multiplex y tienen cerca el apetito :)

Just visited 8pm on a Tuesday evening and have left appalled. Order was given to me wrong, slow service (as usual) and the food itself was poor in comparison to other KFC restaurants; however I will gloss over this as I feel it's very important to highlight the disgusting behaviour of the staff in that kitchen. Pulling up to the first window all I could hear (even though window was closed) was yelling screaming and giggling down the intercom - pulling up to the second window (which was open) I was met with a cacophony of yelling, noises and a LOT of swearing. Some of the language I heard was really just not suitable, I could see there were children in the restaurant - I'm so so relieved that I didn't have my daughter in the back of the car with me because I could not possibly have explained to her what the staff were talking about as it was so vulgar I wouldn't want to think about those things, let alone say them out loud (it was actually that bad, not being dramatic trust me). With such a prime location, I'm sure the place gets busy - however if customers are met with what I was met with today, the place will end up with no custom at all. Vile.

Every time i visit here they forget half of my order, the soft drinks practically taste like water. Disappointing standard of customer service considering how it used to be!

My daughter wanted to eat here as a treat, it was around 4pm on a week day and it was quite, the food was cooked fresh, the eating area was clean and tidy.

Stopped off here on our way back from the football. Placed our order only to be told a minute later that they'd run out of chicken on the bone due to the footfall of people from the football so there would be a 20 minute wait. The 2 lots of people before us hadn't been told this so I assumed their orders were ok; they weren't! They too had to wait, but hadn't been given the courtesy of being told the situation. The match was probably one of the most talked about things in a 30 mile radius for weeks, so surely someone would've had the common sense to be prepared for a larger footfall than usual? I asked to change my order and was told to pay the difference (21p) but they couldn't work out how to charge me the difference so the money was left on the side. When I did get my order, items were missing so had to return to the counter to get it rectified. This is my closest KFC, so have visited several times and each time I have to check my order as 90% of the time, something's missing.Shoddy service, mediocre food, needs a bit of a shake up in my opinion.

Used the drive thru as needed to eat on the run. Slow service for a drive thru - we were just asking for fillet burger and 3 piece meal - nothing unique. Took too long to prepare - wish we'd gone to McDs round the corner.

Well I am absolutely disgusted in the service I had at the KFC in Nuneaton tonight, not only be waiting 35 minutes, but for one of the staff to come out to us not once but twice, the first time being that they needed to come out and look at the receipt cause apparently they couldn't remember what was on order, then the second time they said they didn't have what we wanted after we had been waiting 35 minutes, poor service, will be looking out for my reply before coming in store if there no reply. And all in all ended up with no food.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Not enough staff available to clean tables or floor. Had to sit with my coat folded up on lap to prevent it draping on a filthy floor.

Needed summat quick, so popped in for a quick bite. It was typical KFC, looks nice and clean, food was fine. Nothing out the ordinary, but what you'd expect from a KFC to be honest. I do like chicken and this does the job.

I have always enjoyed coming here, the staff are very friendly and the food is great the staff give you eye contact and they explain the special offers available. I thoroughly recommend a visit here.

Used this drive through 3 times recently and each time there has been no salt, no napkins and no wipes in the bag. Once again I've had to waste my time going into the restaurant to grab these things whilst my food goes cold. Come on guys!!

Im never sure what to order when at KFC, its soo confusing with zinger this, bucket that, but the staff were really great and helpful in helping us chosse the right food. I now know what to order in future.

The food was cooked well, the staff were friendly, it was just a shame it wasn't very clean. I've been on various occasions, sometimes it's immaculate, sometimes the tables are mucky. I think it depends on how many staff are in at the time.

Every time I have been to this dive is out of desperation!It's the closest KFC to me and everytime I've been the food has either been cold, undercooked, overcooked or really late defeating the object of a fast food restaurant.The staff has seen better days, and on some occassions suffered from bad attitude syndrome. This review is based on experience of this branch over many years.

I should have read the reviews here before using this kfc, as I used the drive through and when I got home had items missing from the orderGiven I have driven several miles, I was not going back.Complained to KFC and got a pathetic email back saying their local coach will "look into it"I might go to trading standards as they are breaking the law for not giving me what I have paid for.

Uncaring staff, dirty and cold if you dare to eat in. We went to the drive through where a bored young girl asked for our order. The food was Luke warm extremely greasy and they had not put the right amount of chicken pieces in the lunch box ( they only needed to count to three ! )I will never return not even if it was offered free of charge !!!The manager should go to the newly opened KFC in Weddington and take notes on how to treat customers,cook descent food and keep a clean tidy restaurant .

the chicken portions are so small not sure whether the last two in the bucket were sparrows. As for the chips am beginning to wonder whether they import them from Mars - they must be really expensive to only to be able to provide the shrinking portions we now get.having regularly on a fortnightly basis, for 3 years, been witness to the ever shrinking portions.

We rarely use the drive thru as they often miss out items so over the last few months we've been going in to order food for take-away, they seem to get it right if you order at the counter for some reason...but unfortunately they've not had stock of ketchup in months!?We went in yesterday for a meal to eat in prior to a movie but we're told that there was no boneless chicken or popcorn chicken - so we left and we weren't alone hearing the conversation of another group in the car park. I think we've had enough of this establishment. Waste of time.

What more can i say. It needs a good clean and a new dedicated staff. The food, what food? Things missing, Rubbery chicken pieces and a tired old leg found amongst them. Fries were hard and uneatable. No I won't go again untill KFC have completely revamped this diner. It was shut sometime last year and the staff was sitting outside. I approached them to ask if it was open and a young girl said "we shut" and looked away from me, it was just past mid day. Hope it improves soon its in such a good industrial area.

Food was cold , service was indifferent to say the least , my coffee was served in two cold drinks cups because they had no coffee cups left . Won't go back McDonald's is only round the corner !

The chicken strips were like rubber. I had a burger with the smallest piece of chicken on it and some shredded lettuce no Mayo or any thing else. Worse KFC I've ever had

Can't tell you how many times I have been caught out on this... quality control is not a strong suit at this KFC; this time it was my corn on the cob; overpriced as it is and then for it to be missing from my order? Not happy... again. Staff is lackadaisical and borderline lazy. The restaurant always looks like they just had a hurricane blow through and, since it has been this way for as long as I can recall, it would seem no one cares, really. I think the only reason they remain in business is because it's on an industrial estate and choices for fast food are somewhat limited. Not one of my favourite places to eat but, sometimes hubby just insists.

I have been to this KFC many times the food has always been good but one word of advice if you are getting a drive through always double check your order before driving off I got all the way home then realised some of the order was missing I had to go all the way back to get it sorted I wasn't best pleased.I have also ate in with my 10 yr old dauughter the food is always hot and the place is clean I can't fault it.

No surprise , as usual food order incorrect, and shoved into the bag, so it's all squashed. Chicken is burnt, with hardly and meat on it!! A real shame!! No owner mcdonalds do so well and so busy round the corner!

Don't bother! Kfc Bermuda park serves cold food and flat drinks, they are aware the service is poor and dismiss it by claiming that there drinks machine is broken so they are pouring the coke from a big bottle. Well if you know it's flat don't serve it!!!When you ask for it to be cooked fresh as you want hot food you still get the cold food, soggy, squashed chicken burgers, cold chicken and chips are there speciality,If you want a decent kfc go to weddington as the standards are a lot higher

Service tends to be a little slow, but the food standard is always consistent. Its about what you would expect from a large chain of franchises

All 5 Staff to busy smoking outside 15 mins before opening . When did open spent 10 mins to get till working then another 10 mins to get food worst KFC I've had no water or fruit shoot and fizzy drinks not working ( flat). Another customer walked out not prepared to wait. Another two customers given wrong meals at drive thru , after having to wait 20 mins for their orders to come then driving off realising mistake returning then another 10 min wait got their order . 45 mins total wait JOKE

Hard day at work kids are hungry and you want to sit down and chill with your food. No you can't because all the tables were dirty floor dirty wasn't busy so why aren't staff cleaning the place. KFC get your act together

Food is always the same when we go here, little disappointed with the clientele they allow.The place was full of kids using it as a hangout, they weren't eating and had taken up half of the restaurant.Manager needs to make a point of stopping them using it as somewhere to hangout, as it's not the first time we have come across this, and with the language they scream at each other. This review applies to the new KFC outlet on Weddington Road, near the railway station. Arrived early Friday evening and it was not busy. Staff seemed to be engaged in going about their tasks but whilst we were there apologised several times for missed items on orders. We had a wait, because of a special order, which they advised us about, not a problem. Gave us chance to observe how they were coping! Despite all the electronic tracking and order placing tills, the orders which were short of items was pretty high. Ours was to be one of them, okay might all be new staff, allowances made, this time, but needs tightening up. The food though was well cooked and hot and tasty!

Went into the KFC here at Bermuda park yesterday as I was staying overnight in the nearby holiday Inn and got back late, so decided to grab a late takeaway. Well I ordered my Chicken Royal burger and thought I have a couple of bits of chicken to go with it. Well for an extra £3.99 I thought I'd be getting a couple of proper sized bits of chicken. So of I went back to the Holiday Inn to tuck into my grub, but only then did I realise the mistake I'd made trusting some otherwise occupied teenager to understand what bits of chicken you should get for your extra £3.99. To be exact I opened the bag to see 2 emaciated little drum sticks looking up at me with some rather sad looking cold fries that must have cooked about 30 mins before they were served up. Fast food is good, but fast cold and little or no food is not a great advert for this KFC joint. Rating 1 out of 10.

Visited at 11.05am on 24th Feb. No food was ready so we had to wait 5 minutes for it to be prepared. When it came there were no hash browns for the Tower burgers and somehow the freshly prepared food was warm but not hot?? The new decor is good far better than that awful red room that they used to have. A vehicle delivering to the store couldn't get in due to the height restriction and this stopped customers from entering or exiting the car park for the whole time we were present.I probably won't rush back to this branch.

went here for a meal the place was exceptionally filthy to the point where i asked for the cleaning items so i can clean the table and seating we were using! It's a stinkhole! Gave me the squirts for 3 weeks! Should change the name from KFC to KFP for Kentucky Fried Pigeon! Shame on you!

Our family love KFC and it's a real treat and the food from here is as good as any other KFC, however for some reason on a number of occassions they have got our order wrong which can be very annoying when you discover that after getting home! So now, if we go there we ALWAYS check the order before leaving!

Nuneaton's branch of kfc is quite frankly a let down! Given the fact it has competition from five neighbouring eateries, you'd of thought they would make more effort. The food is fine when the order is processed correctly but they're attention to cleanliness is appalling, with dirty tables, floors and overflowing bins, I would hate to see what goes on in the kitchen! The establishment would benefit from more staff and an ice cream maker that actually works! What a shame and a waste!

Absolutely dreadful :( tables were dirty, chewing gum stuck on wall where we sat. Waited 25 minutes for food, then wrong order given :( coffee barely lukewarm. Youths congregated outside seating area, spitting, awful awful awful. Won't return.
