OK place, good beer and good service I recommend it

Beautiful steak cooked to perfection was busy but staff were good working hard serving and keeping things clean. Helpful staff quality food I had a great time.

We had breakfast here this morning. My friends I was with didn't get their correct order. The lady who brought the breakfast over rudely waved the receipt in my friends face, saying this is what you ordered mushroom royale instead of the black pudding. She said this is what she said to the waiter, and the lady huffed off. The price was the same, so there no issue. The chap who took the order apologised, but the waitress was so rude.

Worst burger I’ve ever had watery Guinness and was told off by a member of staff for sitting outside in the street for having my Yorkie terrier with me ,like they own the street also no signs anywhere saying no dogs outside

Food was lovely and nice that there is free parking nearby for 2 hours which is enough for a meal and chat/catchup with friends.

First visit to this spoons. Food was ok not amazing but not the worst. Definitely need more staff. Think I only spotted 2. 1 behind bar 1 running food. Missed some of our food off and took ages to arrive.

It’s a good, solid spoons. Quick service from the app. Good selection of drinks.

Had the gammon very good and not salty like most gammon are. The drinks came out very promptly and the food was quick to arrive. This surprised me for a Saturday night. Very busy and noisy but a typical pub atmosphere.

Our favourite pub in Kenilworth A really good relaxed atmosphere,a big shout out to Will and also Pat who always go above and beyond and always give us such a warm welcome! Also Alex the chef lovely food especially the katsu burger. Thanks guys we always look forward to seeing you and having a chat.

Clean tables when we walked in. Those that weren't clean, quickly got wiped down and ready. Ordered via the app, and drinks arrived promptly, delivered by a friendly fellow with a beard. Same lovely chap delivered our food, and he asked if we needed sauces, etc. Food was grand, and we left happy. Was a joy to watch tables being cleared and cleaned as we ate, as we've eaten at other Spoons that are downright mucky. Well done all around on food, staff and cleanliness. It was a very busy lunch service by the looks of it, but you kept on top of it like champs.

It's OK. I don't like the bloke that owns Wetherspoons and I resent putting any of my hard-earned in his pocket. But there's nowhere else in town to meet up for a pint and burger. Staff are friendly and the food is good, and there's always a wide range of beers.

Good pint and well partitioned for covid spacing. Local place in town. Enjoy visiting.

Gets very busy on the weekend, not a great place for food during busy times. Cheap drinks. Friendly hardworking staff. Clean when not too busy. Stinks near the slot machines.

Best wetherspoons pub in the midlands. Service and food excellent!

Used to be decent but recently absolute rubbish now, normally go one a week To Bedworth and look forward to their fish and chips, the service is only so so, the waiting times seem to get longer and longer nearly 30 minutes yesterday for a steak and ham and eggs. Giving it a miss for now and sticking to Earlsdon which is miles ahead in terms of service.

Not the best Spoons out there. Ordered a curry, it got delivered in a reasonable time, BUT, was told, when the meal was 'plonked' on my table, that there were no poppadoms... what the???? I should have been told. Pops are my favourite bit, I would have ordered something different, but wasn't given the chance, the girl waiting on me simply did not care. Won't be visiting there again. Not the experience you'd expect.

Lovely breakfast, can't fault that. However, a woman who works there and brings out your drinks had an attitude with me because I'd asked for my coffee that I'd ordered and she failed to Bring it out.

Love this place, food is excellent and service is even better

This is typical wetherspoons pub with usual menu. We have used it several times as its a convenient place to meet my son. Food is average but cheap and has always been OK. Last night our visit was marred by the sulky attitude of one staff member. One guy was lovely, friendly and smiley. His assistant, however looked like something from a horror movie. His demeanour was so sullen and decidedly unpleasant. Even when our plates were collected and we made a general comment he did not even respond! It is difficult to understand why he is in the hospitality business. It is almost as if he is doing community service against his will.

Best service for miles around, very friendly staff. Food is very good value, although the burgers are always a little overdone. Slightly bigger portions would help. That being said, nice setting, very well lit and welcoming.

Go for breakfast mostly have mushroom Benedict lovely.

Great Wetherspoons, I'm not joking one of the best I have visited and I have done quite a few.. came for breakfast everything cooked perfectly.. cannot comment on the beer.. Great to see how the staff interacted with one another and had real energy, working fast with purpose and efficiency.. The Management should be very proud of their team. Five stars based on food and service and attitude of the staff.

we ordered two breakfasts and two 'toast with preserves'. The breakfasts came and only one toast but without any preserves. On checking with staff, it seems that only one toast had been ordered (on reflection, he hadn't read the order back to us as they usually do) and we were told that you had to specifically ask for the preserves when ordering (despite it being 'toast with preserves' on the menu!). By the time they supplied some marmalade the toast was cold and the others had finished their breakfasts. To be fair, they said that the cooked breakfasts were really nice.

Nice and friendly Wetherspoon with a family atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff who seem to know most of the customers and interacted with them without sacrificing service. Food was great, served quickly, at the correct temperature and properly cooked.

Decent enough place but unfortunately only one guest ale on. There was the 2 standard and a porter and stout. Prefer more of an ale selection.

I had the best service I’d received in this pub by a girl named Caitlin. She was so helpful, friendly and the service was efficient! She’s made our last horrible experience from a blonde girl with glasses(wouldn’t tell us her name) be forgotten and we will definitely be returning!

Visited the other day, bar staff were lovely especially the pretty long brown haired one called Shanice. Friendly service and so polite. Had to sit at the top end of the pub as the customers by the door were all loud and arrogant and the middle section of the pub is so dim, need a head torch to be able to read the menu. Will return again as staff made me feel really welcome.

Had to wait 15 minutes before I was served (Was going to walk out)then just as I was about to go somebody decided to serve me,only stayed because I'd arranged to meet my mate,otherwise I'd have left from receiving a very slack service protocol...☹️☹️☹️

The manager, especially was very attentive and offered me some mango chutney. I had previously tried asking for it and it appears that wetherspoons in general did not have any for some time due to an issue with it being supplied to them at the time. So this time I did not ask for any and was surprised that it was offered to me. I could see he was paying attention to all customers and his team were well organised. I had a really pleasant experience. Best wetherspoons service I have ever received.

It varies time to time you get some nasty rough youngsters and some are friendly but I had a jacket potato which was tasteless but the apple crumble and ice cream was nice pretty friendly bar staff some could smile a bit more still go in on certain nights However I find Daisy a lovely barmaid with a big smile and her female colleagues ZZZ

All bar staff was lovely ! Depending on what day you go make sure you ask whos in the kitchen cooking because there’s one person called BLAIR! Who over cooks all of your food and it was absolutely disgusting also put on the plate with the burnt side down so Staff wouldn’t of saw it bringing it out.

Good quality food, decent atmosphere. Only down side are the toilets (mens). Though it can be expected for pub toilets not to be exactly 5 star, doesn't like its cleaned as regularly as supposed during these times but more specifically the broken locks on doors isn't the best. Apart from that, cheap decent food and drink so can't complain.

Very clean, staff were very lovely. Social distancing was a big thing, lots of stickers and guidelines were clearly on view. We were asked at least 4 times how our food was

2 tables in the bin yard do not make it a beer garden

Not clean, tables sticky, not wiped between customers. Went in for food but ended up at a chippy as non of us felt safe eating there

Went in expecting standard Wetherspoons fare, no frills but value for money. Was greeted by a miserable bar maid who we later discovered was the landlady/manager. No welcoming smile, no how can I help you? We were addressed with ‘yes’ and then when we stated we wanted to order food ‘haven’t you heard of the app’.Food was as expected but slammed on the table by the same miserable woman who really shouldn’t be in hospitality. Not sure what we had done to upset said woman but we were treated so poorly we decided to ask a younger member of staff who we could complain too; the polite young person then told us this woman was the manager! And another customer overhearing is advised not to bother as she would bar us and plenty had complained previously.Advice to others don’t visit in the daytime as apparently the boss only works in sunlight which given her mannerisms would be better suited to after dark.
