KFC in Cannock Chase

Avoid the place. Worst kfc I have had.food cold and dry no service skills. Twice now in a row that they have forgot to put my side order in. And to top it of give me my 10 pound change in 50 pence. What a joke. Also pepsi like water.

Food was stone cold and dry won’t be using a KFC. again. The fries were cold and soggy tasted like the oil was old Waste of money!!! If I could give minus stars I would !!

Can’t fault my food however whilst sat in an empty restaurant I had to witness the General Manager Ilea berate her staff and raise her voice at them the entire time about minor things. Quizzing them patronisingly and constantly saying she’s the only one who cares about the customers. It was pretty upsetting to watch her stand and belittle them all so constantly as they worked hard and she just stood around barking orders, patronising and treating them very poorly. If it was my boys working there under her I would be very upset. When confronted about it she used the same tone of voice with a sarcastic smile to say “I apologise for that” … it’s not me that she should be apologising to but her staff. She needs a hard look inward to think about this and why she is treating her staff this way..and whether this job is actually for her… people are always listening and thanks to her my dining experience was ruined. Not impressed at all.

Drive though. Firstly the order was missing food. Called to inform them, asked for deliveroo to deliver but they said no. So we decided to just eat what we had. But we couldn’t as it was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was rock hard, probably refried leftovers from yesterday. So I took it all back. Rude staff. Definitely won’t go there again.

This is the last time i use the takeaway. Staff lack of effort to get my order correct; " if you can not do the job then leave This was a take away x 2 meals £17.00 only one portion of fries and just warm not hot. I have visited this site over many years and their has been something wrong with the order every time i go, The Manager need to get a grip with staff/ food quality/ and from what i have seen they are only interested in food delivery companies rocking up and parking anywhere. KFC Shame on you.!

Even though this KFC has had a make over and looks very nice, can’t say the same for the service. Went here to get 3 meals , 2 trilogy boxes and a mighty bucket for one, ordered in the place no problem, then waited and waited and waited, asked two times how long will it be, each time informed doing it now, when quite clearly I could see they were not, in total waited 40 minutes, not even a sorry for your wait, I am sure this place is supposed to be fast food !!!!!!! Will I go again, not too that one !!! Oh and to rub salt in the wound git home with food, no chips. ☹️

If I could give it a zero rating , I would ! Worse ever KFC on this planet . Food overcooked , tasteless and presentation awful . Would not even give the food to an animal, this is how bad the food is ! Avoid . I don't know how this place is still in business. Needs to shut down !

Order arrived late with missing items and was luke warm. Rip off despite the deliveroo promotion - cold, tiny portions. Never ordering again from here even if my kids hold a gun to my head. Shocking value for money. Never again.

Disappointing meal. Ordered 2 piece meal, large fries. Exceptionally small portions of chicken and fries. Tasted fine however cheap quality tomato sauce and served by a boy with a strange look in his eye- like he secretly spat on food. Also location is next to a scrap yard. I rarely eat take away food and will not be returning.

Awful cold food unhelpful staff wouldn't.go again floor was so slippy to toddler kept falling over when she walked

The food is absolutely horrible and the chicken is disgusting it isn’t a recommendation if u want good food (SHUT IT DOWN)

We’ve had a couple of KFC’s delivered recently and the food overall has been good. However, both times there have been dips missing, that are stated on the attached receipt. The ice cold cans are also put in the same bag as the warm food. This reduces the temperature of the meals and once caused the bag to fall apart, with cans and nearly food falling out on delivery. Minor points but easily rectified and would provide a better customer experience.

Can’t cope with more than one order slowest service ever cold food run by kids absolutely bad management should be fired on the spot red hot beans and no spoon

I know there’s a pandemic but I’m sure it doesn’t affect people’s hearing (or does it) because that’s the only way they can be excused from messing up orders especially mine. The only problem was I didn’t check the order until I got home and it was not worth travelling back to complain. I hope the next time we visit they get it right. Enough said.

Ordered a standard 12 peice bonless meal...only got 10 and they missed off the peice of chicken we ordered on the side too...not great as takes 20 mins to get there so no point going back for it as reat will be stone cold...not impressed

We went to this KFC as our local was closed for refurbishment. I can safely say I won't be going there again, the woman on the drive thru window was very rude and they also got our order wrong when we only ordered 2 burgers! Awful place would not recommend at all.

Take out meals for 3 ( drive through) at Walsall wood. £21 Boneless box for my mom me and my brother had burger meals, Side orders are great although?! Disappointed the coleslaw is now smaller. ( very disappointed) Coke was cold. Sauces were sweet. Chicken was amazing as always from here. Finger licking good. Excellent polite and quick service also. Thank you.

don’t expect a fork with your rice box and don’t expect to be served via drive thru until you’ve been sitting there an hour, 5 hit hole don’t even bother

Had a drive in meal and I really regretted it! Fries were cold and chicken was greasy . The gravy side order had lids improperly sealed and if I had not noticed would have made a mess all over light coloured interior. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

went before lock down and stuff were rude, service was slow and the restaurant was messy. Thought we would try delivery during lockdown and once it had reopened but oh boy it was cold and was missing the drinks, tried to call the phone number off Google no answer just an answer machine. Chicken was cold and greasy, we ordered through Uber eats but no way to report missing food or items. Will not be returning to this store at all or choosing delivery from this store. I wouldn't recommend it either

Worst KFC I’ve ever had! It was cold, no salt given for the COLD fries, not even a napkin in the bag! And the chicken wrap was cold with just bits of carrot inside with the DRY chicken and that was it. Won’t be going back.

Went in store tonight and a customer in front of us had been waiting 20minutes for food. Uber eats/deliveroo/just eat drivers went straight in front and demanding their orders be dealt with as priority. All till staff just grabbing anything from hatch , bags ripping and chicken going all over counter and then being put back in bags. We stood there for approximately ten minutes and weren't even acknowledged in any way. In the end drove to the one in Cannock and were served within seconds of entering. Joke of a restaurant. Shame you can't rate 0/5

This must be a franchise ?? Its the worst service Ive EVER had at KFC Ive been there quite a few times for the kids and I dread going they dont care how long you wait surprised the Colonel hasnt been down and kicked some of the staffs asses ! Hope your not in a hurry because your gonna be waiting a LOOOOOOONG time for your food

Piece of chicken missed from the box meal,large popcorn chicken paid for but not delivered and cans sent instead of proper drinks!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service every timeI have been, there is only ever one person serving even with a que to the door, waited 15 mins to get close to the counter and gave up and went to McDonald’s instead served within a couple of minutes. Staff complaining that they haven’t had a break when they had only started a few hours ago and there more concerned about people in the drive through than people waiting in the que inside the store. Won’t be going back to that store again!!!

Arrived and had a 10 minute wait to have our order taken, 3 orders in front of us 2 being uber seats and the other sit in customers a young couple who had ordered separately but at the same time 20 minutes after our order was taken still waiting one customer left as was waiting too long to have their order taken, staff rude and arguing with each other looked like one was bullying another to be honest, uber eats orders dealt with as priority over anyone else different staff getting involved with all orders and getting everything mixed up confusing the girl at the till, Food finally arrived the screen with the orders on said 22 minutes and Tyler waited a minute or 2 after that before the food was served to us waited another 5 mins for a large Pepsi and a tea to be prepared... all in all about 40 mins from arrival to get our order wntvyo sit down one piece of chicken missing, got that then realised no fork to eat the coleslaw with dont do forks here apparently, then realise the 2 portions of chips are same size one was ment to be a large and one a regular took them back when questioned about size of the fries saying they are same size yet ones ment to be a large I got a look off the girl like I was stupid for asking by this time I'd had enough so told them I wanted a refund at this point all the staff disappeared so had to wait another 10 mins yo get a refund the shift manager was dirty loose hair all over her and greasy looking would not have wanted her handling my food wasnt even wearing a hair net disgusting service will never go back not in any way fast food the chicken served to us was faster then the staff and service....

Absolutely disgusting... 2nd time its been very poor in 4 weeks.All of the chicken was overcooked. The boneless chicken was the same size and lengh as my finger! Variety meal received with only back chicken pieces instead of leg and a mini fillet. The gravy looked like something my 2 month old nephew would produce. Watery, gooey, and tasted of fat. Chips cold and had evidently been redipped too many times. Regrettably, we wont be coming back and will now revert to the cannock branch. Staff attitude also quite unproffessional. Not rude but shouting to each other accross the customer eating area (which I have never witnessed clean) of how their night out was is not acceptable while I'm tucking into my overcooked dry and tasteless chicken. What a shame. Staff clearly need some management as at the moment the staff are doing what they want. I can't even begin to imagine how dreadful the hygiene standards are behind the scenes. What a Joke.

Went thru the drive thru to collect food had to wait in the blue bay for 20 mins to get food. Once got food and took it home. I fished out the food to realise that we only had 8 mini strips instead of 12. Rang up to ask to be refunded the difference and they wanted me to put the food back in bags and take to the them. Even asked to speak to manager but the other person in the phone spoke to manager and came back with the same result. As my child had started to eat half a one and the wait I declined bringing the food. Especially after the wait to get it. Besides the food I had already be given would be cold. Don’t recommend at all. If you do go I would say check your order. I won’t be returning after this service

Visited today and ordered a zinger tower box meal. Got to my table to find the bun and burger was cold so decided to take the burger back for a new one. With food produced at such high volume this can happen. To be be given a replacement that was colder than the last. It does beg the question what carelessness is going on behind the scenes too. After taking the second back i was offered a 3rd. Obviously i did'nt take them up on the offer and asked for a refund. As if a struggling restaurant couldnt get worse...it does.

This place is shocking!, I waited 20 minutes to go through the drive through yet there was only 3 cars in front of me, the same girl taking the order, packing the food and collecting the money and only 1 girl cooking the food, this on a busy Friday evening, my order was then wrong, I told the girl and the fries were then chucked in the bag upside down, then the food itself was horrible, the chicken was dry and cold, the fries were cold and the gravy was thick, cold and lumpy!!, there were 2 guys in cars asking for refunds...worse KFC ever, run buy Kids who do not give a toss... You will be better off driving to the Cannock KFC...Shocking

Waited nearly an hour to get to the window to pay to be told...sorry we have run out of chicken.....fuming isn't in it, not the 1st. Time i have had pathetic service from here....i will never use it again

Placed order via drive thru then waited over 25 minutes at the window without anyone as much as acknowledging us. You’d think in 25 minutes the food would be fresh and checked to perfection however Fries were soggy, Items were missing and Staff on the phone had no clue. Was giving a Voucher code for a replacement meal on my next visit Valid for only 2 days! What I want to know is how on earth a Restaurant can have over 25 minutes on an order and still mess it up!

Went today via the drive through and as always absolutely outrageous waiting as always 30 mins before ordering food and only 2 cars in front this place has always been same and will never change dont matter when u go wait is always over 10 minutes if u lucky appauling

My brother and I came into the store hoping to pick up a quick meal to take home. After standing second in line for a good ten minutes waiting to be served, we decided to get back in the car and order round the drive thru thinking this would be quicker because all the staff inside seemed to be doing was having a natter.

Waited not even 5 mins to be served brilliant service all with smiles on there face. Food was amazing well done to the cook they don’t get noticed much!

Chips soggy and luke warm, hot wing inedible. If this was the frst KFC I had ever eaten I would never buy another. The'batter' was soggy and tough - how do you manage that! Chicken was dry and tasteless. Used before and was fine - never will again when there is one down the road - but that one was closed and redone due to filth and rats - I love hot wings - O, well, time to give up.

Went in on Friday night for the zinger stacker. Top be told quite flippantly 'we don't have any zingers'. I said 'right ok' and walked out. Drove 5 minutes up the road to the nearest KFC who had zingers' in stock. Baffles me why a member of staff couldn't drive that exact same journey and move stock from one to another. Shocking! A company the size of KFC who clearly couldn't give a damn. McDonalds need not worry.

Visited today, passing through.ordered the boneless box meal, had to wait a while but don’t mind if it’s fresh. As you know always check the bags, this occasion we was in a rush and like to give them the benefit of doubt. I should have learned by now always something missing!! This occasion popcorn chicken which angers me as this is the only food my autistic son eats .gravy was runny and tasteless and chips were more like skin on chips. Chicken bloody too! Won’t be returning!!

This has got to be one of the worst places I have ever had food from. The service, the staff and the food is all shocking.

I mean it’s not even real chicken is it? Some reformed stuff with added water covered in a tasty secret recipe batter. 20 years ago you could get a real chicken KFC served by caring and bright people.

Food was ok, warm and the order was correct. However the lady who served us was so rude and snappy, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced less than friendly staff here !!! Basic manners cost nothing and should be surely standard practice in customer care ?!

Having visited the Hednesford branch on numerous occasions I’ve had no complaints however over the last three weeks I’ve been disappointed with the service and on two occasions have not had the correct order.

last time I went I slipped on floor it was like a skating rink ,complained to there head office who took no notice that the floors are a public hazard if raining outside

I have paid for two boneless buckets with popcorn and sides French fries and a bottle of pop. Travelled all the way home and find there’s no fries. A lot of money for disappointment.

Visitamos aquí unas cuantas veces y. Honestamente puedo decir que es la más limpia de KFC que hemos estado. Las mesas siempre están limpias, así son las plantas. El personal era agradable y servicial y la comida muy buena y siempre caliente.

visited the store a few weeks ago, ordered food at the monitor where I waited 10 minutes to be attended to, when I was finally served they put my order through wrong which I only noticed when I opened the bag when I go home. the food was stone cold and the chips were hard which I was then annoyed about. I decided to go back to the store to get a refund however an elderly woman named sue was very rude, refused a refund and gave me a bag of large chips and a portion of wings and mumbled abuse under her breath. I was not satisfied as this does not accommodate for my £7 pound meal which I had paid for which was WRONG and I couldn't understand why i had upset her as i was very polite and explained how i know it wasn't her fault however, i will not be visiting again, customer service is absolutely appalling, a member of staff was very rude and the food was disgusting.

Visited the drive through last weekend and had the worst customer service ever from a lady called Sue! Firstly my order got taken wrong which I understand as it was very busy. I then went to collect my order and as soon as I got to the window Sue was rude and in a bad mood I said my order was wrong she didn't care she wanted me to take the wrong order this went on for a while which consisted of Sue moaning about me to other staff mumbling things under her breath and when I asked what her name was as she wasn't wearing a badge she wouldn't tell me until I asked her a further 3 times. She then asked why and I said the customer service was awful and she had spoken to me like crap she then argued with me, so I asked for the manager she said no twice then shouted her. I told the manager what had happened and she apologised for Sue and said she will deal with her. I will never return to this Kfc and recommend no one else to! I have visited numerous times in the past and every single time my order has been wrong. Do not go to this Kfc!

Stopped by a couple of times. Food is what you expect. Staff not rude but not customer focused. There's another similar outlet in Cannock which has better " customer service skills ".

Have only had takeaways.....always seemed OK, although the chips seemed to have got cold rather too quickly for eating.Staff offhand and uncaring.

Staff seem to be good or bad, food can be the same.The restaurant area has been neglected on several visits I have been there so I have started going through to the Cannock branch now.I have been in there and the counter staff were swiping their own loyalty card before you started ordering in case you didn't have one.As an overview:If you are hungry you could eat here but you are better waiting 3 minutes and going into the better store on the orbital in Cannock.

when ever I order at this KFC the order always gets messed up, if I ask them not to put something on my wrap I still end up getting what I didn't want, other than that the staff are nice to talk to and always have big smiles.

Called in for tea at 7pm. There was a line in the drive thru so I went inside with a couple of friends.Ordered a rice box and a boneless banquet meal. The lady behind the till was lovely, quick and helpful. Unfortunately the food took a while to arrive, and when it did, was lukewarm at best. At least half went in the bin. Won't be returning.

Called in for tea,ordered chicken salad with cesear dressing, no taste,poorley presented looked nothing like its picture. the girl the served us was pleasent but the other behind the counter certainly was not...will not be going again.

I use this drive thru regularly but approx 2 weeks ago I was served chicken that was kept warm too long with cold, tough chips. It was only when I got home I noticed so won't use the place again. Would've taken it back had it not been peak traffic time :(

I ordered food from this KFC for it to be wrung cold and disgusting! Don't get me wrong KFC is nice but this place is shocking there rats all around the place due to it being next to 2 scrap yards and the food is terrible not even going to go into full details it was that bad!

I stopped using KFC a few years ago due to always getting the wrong items in the bag when I got home. I have been watching the documentary about KFC the past 2 weeks and was quite impressed with them so I decided to give them a try again. Twice in two weeks I have been to the drive through at KFC Cannock and twice they have got the order wrong, missing items, wrong items. Just been again and mentioned that they got my order wrong and got home and they didn't put in my wrap. quick enough to push extra wings on to you but not quick enough to check your order. I give up.

I always experience problems at this restaurant. Whoever it is who takes my order, around 80% of the time they get the size of my meal wrong. Also once ive got my food, nobody EVER puts a bag of condiments in the bag. No wipes, napkins or even salt. Although they clearly say "straws and 'everything' are in the bag". A guy used to work there often called brad. He was a perfect employee and there was never a problem. However whenever i visit now, there are lots of new faces there that do not have a clue. They need to re-train a lot of their staff so that the customers can be satisfied, instead of pissed off that they don't even have any wipes to clean up after.

If the criteria to recruit employees at KFC are to be arrogant, unpleasant and rude, then KFC Orbital in Cannock have their employee of the month!! I went to order a boneless bucket and was asked for the 2 sides that comes with the meal. After checking the options on the board (coleslaw, fried, 1.5L drink, beans, corn on a cob...), I chose 1 coleslaw and 1 drink. As the meal comes with a drink, I was asked which drinks I wanted and opted for Pepsi MAX for both.Another girl gave me my order once it was ready. She was the one that could have been the employee of the month! every months!! As she didn't give me the drinks with my order, I politely asked for them. She checked on the screen where my order was certainly displayed and said no there is only 1 drink. As i was surprised, I explained what the order was, and said 'we never do that, so you have 2 coleslaw'. I explained that it was clearly written on the board that a 1.5L drink was an option as a side order, and that the first girl who took the order didn't say it was not possible. She refused to listen so I asked her to look at the board herself and she refused. After arguing with her few minutes, her rudeness really annoyed me and instead of asking for a manager, I gave up as I didn't want to start an argument in front of my 5 yo boy who was with me. It wasn't really about not being to have a 2nd bottle of Pepsi, it was the attitude that this girl gave me and how rude she was. So I went home and discovered that the sauces were missing AGAIN! Something that always happen at this KFC! They must have a special bonus for not giving the sauces away! As I was really annoyed, I drove back and asked for them. I was so lucky to be serve by the same arrogant girl. Her attitude was again horrible. She didn't even apologize and in a rude tone asked me which I wanted. I gave her my receipt (where the sauces ordered were listed) and she didn't even look at it and asked me again which one I wanted. I told her which one, and she gave them to me without a word, and walked away. All of this, is not about a bottle of pop or 6 sauces. It is about the lack of respect for your customers, for the arrogance of someone who is representing a brand, who has customer-facing job, and who should show more 'respect'. Most times, I would have commented about such experience, but all I hope, is that someone at KFC will take this seriously and that she will be fired straight away as she does not deserve that job!
