KFC in Tower Hamlets

When i ordered my food they took about 15 minutes to serve another person waited 60 minutes (one hour) for his food and there excuse was that the person making his food was in the toilet and that he had to wait another 20 minutes. I ordered 2 large portions of chips but they only gave 1 small portion of chips and took two pounds more.

Terrible customer service 😐 spilled a quarter of my Pepsi and didn’t bother to refill even though it was the server’s fault 🤬😡

Hurtig og nem bestilling. Maden var meget varm ved udlevering. Det smagte som KFC smager. Stedet kunne dog være renere, manglede rengøring ved de få borde der er.

Bethnal Green Kfc is the slowest i ever been, unprofessional staffs. I wait there for around 25 minutes even they were busy.

My order number was 2126. You could not move inside because of the just eat riders with their huge bags on their backs. I order a bucket and addition 2 burgers and wings. I asked the cashier Jhumka (7540) serving me if everything was there as there is no space for me to check myself. She said yes. Got home to find NO wings again. Yes not the first time. Very very disappointed

Accidental order over the phone, i called them over 10 times, no one holds the phone despite the restaurant being open

I ordered online a meal for my lunch( trilogy box meal) the meal I received wasn’t fresh( chips, chicken) One piece of chicken filet was missing Then I had a corn on the cob which was over boiled (when I had a bite a feel a lot of water in my mouth) In my delivery bad I didn’t have no salt, no napkins, no straw for my drink and no sauces(ketchup,mayo) Very poor quality and poor service I try to call them but they didn’t answer No value for money The worst experience I ever had!!!!!

Ordered popcorn chicken and burger. Got a stomach ache after 1 hour. Stomach hasnt stopped hurting since plus frequent toilet trips...NEVER AGAIN!

Our order arrived too late, so it was not warm anymore! The food also didnt taste like what i‘m used to of KFC, it was awful! They also forgot our Pepsi.. I do not recommend ordering from this KFC..

AVOID BEING SERVRD BY KANIKA IN BETHNAL GREEN KFC!!! A visit to KFC experience use to be really enjoyable, the meal is great and the atmosphere is nice, however ever since this female staff joined the London, Bethnal Green branch (E2 0DJ) If you ever visit it's a female black staff member most likely Somalian or Ethiopian. The first time I've seen her I thought I'd be nice as she has a moody face you didn't want to be served by, till I got served I weren't happy with how it went, nonetheless I thought none of it. Then as I continued entountering her when ordering a meal, her customer service level was appalling. My drink had no ice written on the receipt, without checking or asking she puts ice in, when I ubruptly stopped her she muttered "you should've said I'm the first place" then when asked for a bag she dashes the bag on the side and continues to serve when the customer before me had their items bagged in a respectful manner. I really wish the managers of KFC reconsider who the hire because 20 years of KFC I think that's done it for me.

This place is rank. I mean in a dirty understaffed slow Serviced capacity. Always a long wait, never have what you want, food always sub standard and if you don’t check your order before you leave, you’ll most probably not have all of what you ordered.... as for the hygiene... god, FSA aren’t worth the paper they’re written on to allow this place to function.

This used to be THE only place that I go for my KFC since it opened, I have lived in this area for the last 29 years.. the quality of the product has gone down dramatically, and the service is diabolical.. Please send some to train the staff in customer service, even after repeating the order several time the mix the order, I ordered 4 boxed meal, for last month or so I have been 3 time but No box.. and when I got home few items were missing so I went back with the order, No apologies, when I open the wings which were over cooked and burger were not even wrapped properly... by the time I got back home second time everything was cold, really wasted £25... too many drivers lined up, No place to stand, me and few others customer were disappointed to counter staff were arguing with others customers.. it's really a shame..

Usual chicken and chips nothing special. Chips were awful, cold and dry. Need to improve. Service was quick and staff polite.

La mayoría del tiempo el restaurante está lleno, lo cual es bueno porque el pollo son recién preparado regularmente. Piezas de pollo fresco, sabroso y caliente de pollo alas hamburguesas.El servicio puede ser mejor. Algún día tengo que repetir la orden al realizar ya sea porque no estaban prestando atención o no entendían lo que puede conducir a errores en la orden de ser lleno.

Niets bijzonders op aan te merken. Personeel niet vriendelijk en spreken gebrekkig Engels. Verder normaal kfc eten.

the colonel keeps marching on. been eating kfc for 40 years now. and i worked for them in the early 80s. as a cook. i can safely say the size of chicken piece's are smaller. and the breading is not the same. in my opinion.

When I live at home with family we used to used this place a couple of times a month and the staff were really great everything time we wanted freshly made they would tell us to wait a couple of minutes but now it's all changed its changed the stuff don't remember the regulars it's just business as usual I wouldn't go out of my way to go if I'm in the area and I fancy it I'd go.

ケンタッキーフライドチキンですが、日本みたいにカーネルサンダーおじさんは店頭にいませんでした。お店も清潔感がなくて、チキンが油っぽかった。

Me encanta un buen KFC y tienden a tratar de evitar este si puedo ya la cocina, servicio y a veces interior de un restaurante puede ser bastante pobre.

Im not a big fan of KFC but have used this place few times for my family...for me nothing special hence four star but wife and son like it so cant really complain
