My husband ordered via an app for dinner last night.he ordered zinger burger and I, chicken wings. I’m currently pregnant. Luckily, I had eaten something else as I was very hungry coming from work. Early hours of the morning he started vomiting and diarrhoea. He clearly has a stomach bug from poorly prepared food. Never again will I order from KFC. It would’ve had a significant effect to me and the baby!

Absolutely bad. I order food to delivery. Take so long. When I realise the food was in my front door. I just realise the food was there because the post man had a delivery for me. No one even knocked at my door to give on hand. Food was cool, no taste. Disgusting. Waste of money I bin it all the food. Lost a customer for sure.

I ordered via the app and drove to the drive through as instructed with my order number. After a 15 minute wait to get to the collection window, they claim they are unable to find my order and ask me to park up in a bay. After another 10 minutes someone comes out empty handed to confirm my order number. After another 10 minutes, I have to go in and ask where the food is. I'm told again that they cannot find my order on their system. To be honest I don't care whether they can find my order, I had the order confirmation on my phone and showed them 5 times and still they would not give me my food... until I got very upset and a bit loud. They are slow, have bad attitudes and know nothing about customer service. The app obviously doesn't work well and I will be avoiding for the foreseeable future.

I went through the drive through and said very clearly what my order was. The lady behind the speaker asked me a few times “what?” I repeated it loud and clear. I drove home about 40 minutes and the order was wrong and chicken was old and dry. And also my lettuce was brown! Very disappointed would not recommend farnham road kfc! Stay away

15min travel distance and 20 min back to my hotel to find that my 3pc chicken variety meal consists of not 3 pc but 1 pc and a sad excuse of odd shaped chicken drumstick , 2 hot wings and a smelly chicken strip and a cold corn on the cob . What a waste of Time , effort and expense !!! Will not be going there agin . Oh and no salt pepper or sauce .

Ordered a takeaway and yet again a missing item and incorrect Order. Cold chips. Clearly sloppy uncaring service. We shall not order from here again. In the past we have used the drive thru and they missed items only to notice when back home. Truly awful. They need staff who take care; a bad reflection on management.

Everyone always comments bad things, but considering all the bad it’s an extremely busy and popular KFC, my review is about the manager who I witnessed being harassed by some one who woke up that day and decided to be “Karen” complaining about how soft the cookie was in the middle, if like me you find one of these it’s your lucky day! F***ing love a gooie cookie! Anyway I felt that the manager held himself very well as for me I would of thrown that cookie straight back in Karen’s face kinda like when my dad used to throw stuff at my mum. My chicken was moist and hot, I actually had to blow my chips my zinger was perfect and overall felling stuffed, sleepy and satisfied

Ordering service on the drive through not working and no signage to say it wasn’t. Temporary chiller units in the car park not a good sign. Service was slow poor and not pleasant. The chicken was warm dry and hot wings where dried up. As for the chips stone cold soggy and where inedible. The general area was covered in litter unless you are desperate don’t go there.

This KFC and a few others were very good now you don’t get that finger licking good chicken you get the burnt over cooked rubber chicken! Hello this is not how KFC chicken tastes!!! I went here last month and the burger was so bad tastes like burnt toast. There was a big line wasn’t able to go back inside to complain! Bought again today same crap over cooked rubber chicken!!!! This is not KFC change your name to Fake KFC because I feel ripped off! Your better off going to any random chicken shop allow this Kentucky Fake Chicken!!!!

Pepsi did not taste right , asked for different drink ! Was not aloud! Rude girl server. No fork in box to eat food .

I had the pleasure of visiting today. In the men’s toilet the hand drier does not work nor there are any tissues to dry hands. No ketchup no mayonnaise I wet tissues to clean hands

I recieved my order with 4 ITEMS MISSING. I spoke to the manager explaining the fact that I understand mixups happen however when I asked what they could do to deliver the missing items or re compensate for the items I didint recieve, the manager was RUDE, didint seem to care in the slightest, HUNG UP ON ME after saying they were closed and couldn’t do anything about it. I tried calling back multiple times and of course no one picked up. I will never order from this branch again neither will the multiple people I know who have ordered with them in the past.

Hard to understand what the ordering staff are saying! Speak too quietly or too quickly. Almost everytime we’ve used the drive through, we leave without an item we have paid for because they do not include entire order. Been left waiting in waiting baby for ages until we simply walk over to check what is going on. Still enjoy the food but sometimes overly greasy

always get a quick and great level of service here. I always use the drive thru & my order is always correct. Food seems like it is freshly cooked.

Despite kfc being pretty much the same everywhere, this kfc was really freah compared to others I have eaten in. Staff were friendly, service was quick and food was delicious.

Hoe can one fault the delights of KFC after a long busy day. KFC and a soak is all one needs to bounce back

Rude, rude, rude staff, young staff with zero customer service. Food nowhere near kfc standard. AVOID DIRTY RUDE Better off going to McDonalds next door.
