Mcdonald's Restaurants in Enfield

I’ve ordered thru Uber Eats ( that by the way doesn’t offer any customer support so I strongly recommend not to use! Deliveroo is much better in customer support !) lots of items where missing and of course you can’t solve it but they have charged you already…. So frustrating !!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service .. .. ordered a takeaway and missed an entire item on the menu .. when we called redirected us to Uber eats phone line where staff told us they’d issued a refund and we queried what about our food? Someone is without good .. she answered that’s your choice .. this is shocking incompetence through and through and greed because the suggestion was to reorder and repay delivery. That is robbery .. never never go to chase side .. it should shut down .. the time we wasted on chasing this up .. disgusting

Today, with two young children, I visited this McDonald's. Baby change said that it is out of order and the other toilets were also closed. I had to change my baby's nappy very urgently and decided to do it inside his stroller. One of the staff with a rather rude manner came and ask me what I am doing and that what I am doing is not good and I should have asked, even though the baby change says out of order because there had been another toilet somewhere on the second floor, even though there had been no baby change table inside! I'm asking McDonald's: how can I know that I should ask after it's written that it doesn't work. Are the customers supposed to know this or is it that difficult to put some notice that there is another toilet even though it is not with a baby change table(I do not know how to change my baby's nappy in such a toilet)! Is this how the staff should treat the customers? This manner spoilt all my day. We were not able to consume our food properly even. Never ever met such a rude manner! Would not recommend it at all!

We enjoy McD products but the chips are always cold on delivery. This completely spoils the meal. The shop is now crowded with motor bikers with helmets and mobile phones. No longer a restaurant.

the person in charge from india must have been ..it was very bad and very abrupt with the customer I would not go again if I saw her again in there.I am sad 😢

I love this McDonalds becayse when i order it's usually so so warm and clearly freshly made unlike other Mcdonalds but they NEVER pick up the phone and when they do the customer service is pretty blunt and not chirpy.

McDonald’s have given us someone else’s order. When trying to contact the Southgate branch, their ‘contact number’ hung up on me 5 times. Extremely disappointed considering we spent almost £40, and received a less than £10 order. Getting our order wrong is one thing; but not being available to rectify their mistake is disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would; this is technically theft.

Here's the good points about this McD's: plenty of places to sit, rarely completely full, service is prompt and friendly, the food is usually served hot (i.e. it hasn't been sitting around for ages). Here's what can be irritating: there appear to be lots of deliveries in this area, so it can be a long wait between ordering your food and getting it; there's only napkins available, so if you want salt/pepper, you need to remember to ask. If you pick up a copy of Metro, there are often vouchers offering a meal for £1.99 (with salad/chips options), which really is a bargain.

As always, Mc Donald's never disappoints. International quality standards maintained for great tasting burgers.

Just another average Mcdonalds, nice and clean, family friendly, plenty of seating and the usual menu available to eat in or takeaway, sadly no parking available outside, only a few local parking meters

Since I'm local to this branch, I go here a lot with my friends. They have recently updated the place and gave it a new look, which has cleaned up the place and made it look more attractive. Every time I order something, they give it to me right away, and if there is a wait they are friendly about it.

You go there and you get good food then the next time you go and you get terrible food that's old and burnt! One thing that definitely needs to be changed is the waiting time as there is always one or two tills and they are very slow.
