There was no other way to contact McDs but I wanted to leave some feedback about tonight’s drive thru visit. We are used to dealing with very disinterested staff when visiting here, however, tonight we had the pleasure of being served by 2 really friendly girls. The customer service was absolutely spot on. The girl taking the order was so polite and friendly, and the girl at the second window handing over the food asked us to park up, but again she was extremely friendly, warm and the customer service on point. Well done to both

I had ordered my food from McDonald's: Nuggets, Mayo Chicken, Chips and a Fanta. When it arrived things were fine until I open the bag. No chips. I know this isn't the fault of the driver because no seals were ripped and the rest of my order was there. No way another random person ordered everything I did and no chips. Absolute joke from making people park up after ordering at the Drive-Thru and waiting for 30 minutes, messing up a simple drinks order and now forgetting simple things that I'm paying money for. I've given this place too many chances, I will not be ordering my food from this McDonald's again. I'll be spending it where I actually get what I paid for.

As soon as I arrived in the restaurant, the staff were shouting and swearing, because I assume there was only me and one other man in there who they’d seem to have forgotten about. Very unprofessional. I order and take a seat directly in view of the order monitor and watched as a member of staff threw what I can only assume was food at another member of staff. I wait for my food. The blonde haired girl, who is I assume waiting for the food to come through to her takes it upon herself to stare at me, look away and stare again. My food’s ready, another girl (manager or supervisor) apologies for the wait. I take my food home, to realise they’d forgotten part of my order (cheese dippers) I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it hadn’t happened once before from the same branch, around the same time. So having driven home and back, all of a sudden the restaurant is busy and the staff are pumping out food like no tomorrow, does that mean my custom isn’t enough? No, it just means the staff are bone idle and would rather be throwing food and swearing than working. The boy who served me my cheese dippers was nice and apologised. However, my food had to be warmed up in the microwave when I got home. Will definitely be using another branch.

Incapable of getting an order right on more than 1 occasion. Management I dealt with really did't seen to be bothered.

I ordered a cheeseburger to my table and he had a go at me and they regularly swear at you. If you want to go DONT GO

Just been to McDonald’s and ordered the food. Then on the way home I thought I’d have one of the Dorito cheese bites which theY are selling at the moment. A bit into one and it was cold. So I turned round and went back through the drive-through and they give me some more, no problem. When I get Home im handing out the food And there’s no Apple pies in the bag. This seems to happen every time I go to this McDonald’s there is always something missing in the bag when I get home. Why is it so difficult to organise? So I phoned up the store and the response was I know it’s inconvenient but you can come back or I can put your name the book for next time you come. The whole point of going to McDonald’s is to be hassle for free!

Ordered online from here - this was the closest store - Order was short when I contacted the store with my order number was advised that they could not get hold of the delivery driver so they would not complete my order unless I came to the store to pick it up - Won't order from here again

My Visit was actually 1st Nov18 and is sort of an anniversary review. Short version. When I received a parking ticket for exceeding my stay, I wrote to McDonald's explaining my order was over £15, main meal & later, a sweet, drinks. The first order exceeded 30 minutes. The site, was not part of a retail park and there was nothing around, lots of spaces & late evening! I explained that with the delay of parking, toilet visit and delayed food order, this exceeded the time allowed to park and was no deliberate intention to exceed stay, it was just a meetup with a friend, relaxing, without the hidden pressure of the clock ticking. I requested from McDonald's, a "Dine Time" Policy, which outlines how they measure the actual time taken to dine and in some cases, child's play time allowance in areas they provide! or when a large family with children and or babies need to be attended to. I also pointed out that, there are no indicator in store of time elapse mechanisms such as exit time on receipts! Older members of society would struggle with keeping track? McDonald's note on parking restrictions - "Parking restrictions have proved necessary because of problems ranging from minicab drivers using our car parks as waiting bays between fares, to people leaving their cars for several hours while shopping or using nearby amenities". None apply here. All Family Not used Mc's ever since - I think they need intelligent parking to monitor rather than penalise. Total £100+ inc appeal

The staff at the drive through replied yes in an aggressive way when we asked for two Ice creams and was rude at the pay point but what made it worse was they looked like they were in a manager outfit

Received a £100 parking fine for catching up with friends and eating here as I went over the “allotted parking time”. It’s not exactly the best food place but is local so decided to go there for a catch up and have breakfast & drinks. Needless to say myself or family will never go again! Please be aware folks.

Found a cheeky rats tail in my McMuffin. Was not expecting it. Ate it anyway thanks for for a great time xoxo

On more than one occasion I have had to park up and wait for food which is supposed to be ready for the drive through It’s not as though I’m ordering anything specialist that needs to be prepared a Big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal is everyday frequent orders that should be ready On the plus side staff are very polite and courteous

So she passed and got her grades for Uni. So we had a celebratory breakfast. We weren't given an option of table service. Staff just gruffly handed us the little table top sign. Food took too long for McDonald's. But I do love the bacon & egg mcmuffin and the hash brown. Vegetarian daughter just had egg and cheese mcmuffin. Nice little moment together !

I received a demand for £100 parking fee for allegedly parking (wait for it... ) ..20 hours and 19 minutes. The sad thing was I went through the drive through that day and bought a £1.79 coffee to take with me to then go to school before picking up my kids. I was seen by the school staff and others before going home and then I used the car the following day to see my mum. The good thing is all will support me that the ridiculous time McDonald’s state I was there is utter nonsense. Obviously I will be appealing but be aware this is in my opinion a money making excercise and could target the vulnerable. I will not be using the same place again and if I do I will go on foot to be safe. Motorists please be aware of this debarkale.

I have visited McDonald's on a few occasions when I have finished work late and was too tired to make any food. The service is fast and friendly. However I am a vegetarian and it seems ordering a veggie burger is a lot of hassle and the staff have told me every time I have to park up and wait, sometimes I have to wait almost half an hour for what is supposed to be fast food. Overall it is okay.

Este es el mejor de McDonald's en el que he estado, lugar de primera, la comida es como cualquier otra, pero el servicio es excelente, me fui con mi chico y el personal era muy amable y servicial, no podía hacer lo suficiente, el 100% del personal, sin duda volveremos, perfecto después de un paseo hasta riviere

I used the new fandangled ordering system which means table service… However, it seemed to take ages for my order to arrive and when it did I was not brought napkins, a straw or offered any sauce! Now what is the point of that… I had to get up and get some. Saying this it is a clean place, and the lady who was cleaning seemed very cheerful and happy in her job saying hello to all the customers and goodbye. Food was good, although fries were a little overcooked and seemed too crisp!
