Kfc in Hillingdon

Have been here many times as is local - the KFC is often short staffed and I worry overworked. I am writing this however as the staff are always kind, and clearly good people. Especially Parvinder, who has served me a number of times and always makes an effort to light up your evening.

Cold and rainy, needed something hot and this place is near my work. A big regret. Dirty restaurant, bin overflowing. The chicken burger was cold, fries soggy and greasy. Hardly any customer service. Seems to be catering for Uber and deliveroo. Was going to complain but thought I don’t need one rubbish meal replaced with another rubbish meal. Truly dreadful

I went I to kfc yiewsley and there was one person waiting for their food with 6 members of staff behind the counter and they all ignored my existence for about 7 minutes and continuedto have a chat amongst themselves. I'm not sure who's running the place but they need to get their staff on some customer service courses ASAP.

Please don’t eat from here. My brother got severe food poisoning and has been so ill for nearly a week. This is disgraceful and could be life threatening if a child are the food. This place needs to be shut down before anyone else gets so ill.

Staff members are very efficient and polite. I have visited this store numerous times over the last 6 months. Yes, I can be as difficult as any customer. I very rarely leave a review to appreciate the good service. I expect good service every time. But KFC team in yiewsley have been exceptional every time. Ordered takeaway of a total of 14 chicken pieces and fries, only received the chicken fgs!!! Who in this world eats that amount of chicken without fries?

I very disappointed by KFC Yiewsley High Street ! I did came with my Husband and we park our car on the back of KFC . ( small parking behind as is difficult to park on High Street ) . Behind KFC are discussing and shocking area ! Rubbish, boxes from KFC are everywhere , old food but what was the most shocking Dead Mouse not one was there !!!!! I never ever saw that filthy dirty place ! Really they that much busy that can’t clean outside !!!!!???? Anyway we went inside . And again shock ! The eating area was filthy dirty and full of dead and live flies ...we just need to wait to see mouse inside... outside they already.... I decide that we not gonna eat there ! Can Managers do something with that .? Outside area .? People are parking there. Is Really Health and Safety!!!!

I saw the 2* overall rating for this place, but thought- it’s KFC they CAN’T **ck THAT up ... how wrong I was! The chicken was barely warm, and the batter was soggy and soft, the chips were ok (if you like KFCs new chunkier fries - which I don’t), and not even this place could do anything to 7up! But the ‘piece de resistance’ were the toilets, initially locked, I thought ‘ok I can understand that’, but the floor was awash with what I HOPE was water, the toilet had clearly been used by someone with a severe stomach upset, the sole ‘hot’ tap dispensed freezing water, and the soap dispenser didn’t do it’s ONE role. Avoid avoid avoid

They take your money and handle your food ,with out washing hands they use toilet then make your burgers with out washing hands ,I confronted manager and said as he was making the burger for my son don't you wash your hands before touching food his reply was I wash my hands every hour do I want the burger he had just made I said no throw it in the bin you contaminated it touching light switch for toilet and bin he's banned me ,

No way is this classed as fast food, the slowest staff ever, chips over cooked, I asked for thighs they gave me wings, my friend ordered a wrap with no tomato and they put tomato’s in, and had to wait 10mins for a new one. no mayonnaise left which is ridiculous considering they use that everyday so should be stocked up. I know it’s only a kfc, but this is by far the worst one I have been to.

The food is average but the staff are hopeless. They don't give a damn about customer service. Lazy and rude

This place seems to serve different food from the other shops. It's dirty unorganised and will never ever eat here again. Very suspect food

The seating area was closed.. however after ordering they allowed us to sit and eat. Staff forgot to add our £5 off so we still have it for next time... enjoyed my box meal and my popcorn chicken.. as this was great improvement from last visit. We will return again soon.

I ordered a mega box, one woman informed me that the fries would be cooking, not a problem since I'd rather fresh food. However she boxed up the chicken and gravy and left that in the side in an unheated area while my fries cooked. Just before she went to put the fries in I requested that the chicken be changed as it has sat there and I was taking the food home with me. The woman gave me a funny look as if she didn't understand and then asked what was wrong with the chicken, to which I explained again that I was taking it home and would like it as hot as possible. She then chucked the chicken back in with the rest to be served to another customer!

KFC usually have a tried and trusted recipe for their business and as such all branches should be roughly the same but unfortunately this one is different. It is dirty unorganised and tastes different from other KFC shops. Avoid

We ordered here but were unable to eat due to filthy youngsters hanging around bringing used feminine toiletries into the restaurant area.. staff seemed stressed and unable to concentrate. Food was yummy however I wont visit this store again.. 👎

The food at this store is usually of a poorer standard than other KFC branches, and promotional products don't exist here. Never had Hot Shots, don't sell Krushems, don't have the current Rio Bites.. it's pointless, just the basic menu. I'll travel to the Uxbridge branch if I want a KFC now, 10x better and always sell the promotional items!

KFC desde aquí era muy bueno. El personal es muy atento y la comida buena. Es comida rápida y si tienes prisa, entonces este es el lugar para ir. No esperes un 5 estrellas pero, por lo que es, creo que era muy bueno

He usado el paseo en coche por mi pedido y colocados, cuando fui a la ventana para recoger no era lo que yo había pedido, lo llaman igual, pero que no era lo que anuncian. Tuve que Google el tema y decirles lo que debería de ser en la caja comida! La falta general de sentido y atención al cliente común me hizo cambiar mi mente y cancelé mi pedido

The service in the shop was OK and staff very helpful. The coating on the chicken I had was not like usual and thinly coated. Not much meat either. Bargain bucket, was what is says I guess. Have had better from same place.
