Rajas pizza bar in Leeds

An hour and half wait food came cold burger was raw in the middle only cooked on the outside chicken tikka was raw inside wrap full of oil chicken burger was hard never known it to be bad normally a great takeaway but not even cooking food properly and the wait is ridiculous very rude on the phone aswel definitely won’t be ordering again

It was terrible never going again made me wait outside for over 15min gave me the food dry hard and cold I paid extra for the food and they decide to say u have to pay for sauces also about an hour after I ate I had a stomach ache not good food never be seen near that shop again

There was a hole in the bottom of the chips container and when we took them out there were prices of the container inside the chips so we had to take them all out. This was because of draining the hot oil before putting in the box they put it straight into the box. This is just laziness and is dangerous.

Just ordered at my place of work at LS10 and the order received was wrong. When I called to tell them they basically told me to do one and told me I was wrong. Maybe it would be better if the guy who takes the order can understand the language. Lost my custom and won't be ordering from here again..ill also make sure that that no-one from the office does as well. Food is nice but poor service. AVOID!!!

Fue perfecto por el precio para mí. Pedí una pizza de pepperoni y vino con papas fritas y una bebida. El pan de pizza era increíble y era un pepperoni clásico. También me gustaron las papas fritas y llegó en un buen momento. La porción para una persona fue perfecta. Para un lugar de comida rápida, esto era justo.

Don’t do it. Literally took 2 hours to get a delivery and 4 phone calls. Don’t do single deliveries apparently so this means we have to wait so long but they don’t explain that before ordering. Awful customer service let alone before eating the terrible food. Told us they were 5 minutes away an hour ago, and repeated other times after so they’re either lying or just driving round with cold food in their car. Do not spend your money here.

Horrible food and customer service I ordered and the food took over an hour to arrive. When the food arrived It was stone cold and dry, it had no tomato sauce and barely any cheese. When I called them to explain they was not symotathic at all and explained "this is how our pizzas come" to make matters worse I took a bite into the pizza and felt a sharp bone in my whilsr eating and called then back for them to say it happens sometimes?!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. They will be receiving a full complaint. Not happy with this at all. Will also be speaking to just eat regarding this shambles company. Colleague also choked on the bone and was did not want to hear about it. No apologies from the takeaway. Luckily was not for a child. Never ever order from here again

I ordered pizza and a cheeseburger meal from here and the cheeseburger was really burnt and the pizza was all turned upside down with the toppings and cheese stuck to the box and not on the actual pizza. Also for such bad quality food they increase the prices all the time and miss things out of you order when delivering!

I ordered a hot shot pizza online. Delivery time was by 21:50. At 22:00 I called up and was told the driver had just left. It's an eight minute car journey. Twenty minutes after speaking to them it's still not here.

Appalling service for, quite frankly disgusting food. Pizza stale, chips old and soggy. Bag split so sauce had gone all over the food. No apology from driver. The pizza was made wrong when friend phoned back to complain all she got was grief. Shocking customer service. Wouldn't even bother wasting my time writing reviews but this one deserves it. They have no standards.

Will not recommend or try don't fall for the deals kebab stiff chicken dry pizza bland will not recommend to my enemy

Had a chicken kebab. Chicken tikka was dry and not seasoned. Salad was just lettuce in a dry pitta bread. Cost me nearly £5 with chips. I'm from Bradford and you can much better for half the price. Why not try serve something that you'd eat yourselves Rajas? No way any of your staff would sit and eat what you served me. Very disappointing.

Deliciously dirty chicken and chips for £3.50 a real treat! Quick service and pleasant staff. Will visit again as kust around the corner!
