Burger King in Leeds

Best burgers..just wish they were more up to date and lot of them need makeover. Look scruffy compared to Macdonald's

I placed an order inside on the screen, in 5 min the order it was ready, 2 min took me to be home, I think they re-heated, cheese didn't melt, the burger was cold. The price its like on motorway, I think they gave me someone else order which they returned and they reheated, I thrown that in the bin. To be honest, because the shop its always empty, maybe that's way the food test disgusting. Not recommend to eat from here.

Last 2 visits the bacon xl burger was just about warm at best, had to take back for a fresh one. Never seems busy think burger king is losing the plot

Staff members were friendly, easy to communicate and respectful towards my service. The environment is also very peaceful and easy to navigate around. The food quality is in excellent condition and fast, what you would expect from a restaurant.

Convenient location with very good electric charge points for car

The food there is amazing especially the chilly jam and bacon chicken royale. Must try.great value for the money.

I recently visited Burger King. And the staff was really nice and I felt safe in store. The staff also took there time and didn’t rush costumers.And the environment was really tidy and the food was really great. And it’s very children friendly.

Burger king serves food very nicely and on time with speed. The food is also very fresh and warm to eat. Overall their customer service would be outstanding and excellent.

Burgers were Ok, but onion rings tasted like something reheated from previous day. Buildings interior is also very dated and makes negative impression. It's hard to guess now, that you are in a big chain restaurant. And I don't mean it in positive way.

When asked the staff do make sure your food is fresh and hot. The manager is good to keep the staff ont their toes as well to keep a good service.

Friendly staff and clean facilities

Visited this place just a few days ago and had an amazing experience. Had a variety of food options to choose from and a spacious dining area. Tried bacon ceasar chicken burger and it was really good and got it served within five minutes even after the shop seemed a bit busy that day. I'm impressed by their food and service.

Really dated and run down, was like some weird David lynch film In there. Seating in poor condition, toilets like an 80s horror film. Person serving me had apparently never seen an espresso before and was amazed at how small the drink was. The halloumi fries are very disappointing

Very fast drive through service impressed with speed and quality of food well done staff

Jordan was serving, very pleasant lass had a chat while waiting for the delicious chilli jam and bacon double whopper. No atmosphere as I was the only customer!

I went to Burger King yesterday when i was in Leeds, i was very suprise the service i got from young lady called Sidra. She was very friendly and very supportive and very polite manners she had. The service and food are amazing. The only thing that let's this place down is the decor and facilities are outdated and could do with a refurb!

I gave one star just to do the review but they deserve 0 star for customer service. I placed the order and the restaurant accepted it, but after one hour they cancelled the order , no one answered the phone and the restaurant was closed. I understand maybe because it was late they don’t want to make the food , but at least they could be nice and reject to order to let the customers order somewhere else without wait with no reason and spent money been refunded after days. This is not the first time this happened. You should select better your staff.

Customer service not great. Food was cold and over priced, you have to pay for mayonnaise which is crazy as ketchup is free and the place is disgusting to say it's supposed to be a big company. Would not recommend.

Excellent service from Amber as per usual she goes out of her way to assist us with my father in law who is blind and wheelchair bound. She always cuts his burger for him and brings our food to the table, is always so attentive. Goes above and beyond and customer service is second to none. She would be excellent as a Trainer because of her high standards and work ethic a definite asset to the Company.

The food was OK, but it felt rather dark & dingy compared to most fast food outlets

Going to this place for the first was a little confused as to what to order, but the store member helped me well with the decision making. Was easy to navigate when my order was ready and the store member served it quite well. Very positive environment. All the staff is very welcoming and they always have a big smile on their face. Very clean counter and dinning area, would love to dine again.

Haven’t tried the food as I was there to install the new coke machine and ice machine. I will say behind the counter where the food is prepared is not very clean. I wouldn’t eat from there let’s put it that way.

Returned a burger of bad quality, only to be met by verbal abuse, foul language and very aggressive behaviour, poorly trained.

Order the food online half of the food was missing pop was missing rang up to ask to send it out they said no need to do it on just eat to get a refund the food was cold and tasted like it has been set all day

I love how inside of this Burger King has a bit of a retro feel to it, it looks like it was propably a great place years ago, they do need to get the kids soft play back up and running and sort the toilets out, other than that its good.
