Burger King in Leeds

I came to this place earlier today and it was absolutely disgusting, wasted food all over the floors and tables as I walked in, the male toilets were uncleaned and the single toilet itself was full of shit. Both urinals were also blocked and full of urine. The disabled/baby changing room also couldn't be used because the door lock mechanism was broken. I'll be logging a complaint about this place.

Even it was busy manager in shift Saeed was very fast and helpful and gave us delicious food in a very quick time

Vi una rata masiva mientras pasaba por el camino, el trabajador también la vio, pero decidió ignorarla, ya que podían verme. La rata era más o menos del tamaño de un plato de cena, no veía a ninguna otra afortunadamente, pero seguía siendo repugnante.

Absolutely shocking service on the drive through,forgot my drink and special fries which cost extra and got half a burger but still cost over 20 pounds joke of a establishment!!!!

Great staff - very understanding and patient staff - I have behaviour problems though the manager Saeed made everything great for me. He helped me with the free wifi - the Burger King app - my order with the free Whopper deal and how to use digital payment- and he forgave my frustration. What a great guy The restaurant has improved significantly recently with new seating and great staff. I will now visit this restaurant without hesitation

Filthy place, frozen food. Staff look like theve all just got off the special bus.

If you want to freeze to death while you eat absolutely horrible, badly cooked and often stone cold food then this is the place for you. I only eat here to use the car charging port at Halfords. It is truly bad. Last time I ate here I tried the new chicken burger with onions and bacon. One bite was all I had before I threw it in the bin. It was soaked in fat (it was shiny with it). Good job I did as I spent all the next day feeling sick as a dog. Rotten.

Vegan royal that i tried today i gave it 5 star because it had fabulous taste and i have seen the employees using special tong for the vegan royal which i never seen from the other stores( the other store they use the same tong of the chicken which is very disgusting for me).

I had the Whopper burger, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it to everyone. I’ve tried it at other Burger King locations, but this one was just perfect.

Place was disgusting. All the tables needed cleaning so we had to move trays/half eaten food ourselves in order to sit down. Toilets absolutely stink and have pee on the floor. Place was virtually empty so I’m not sure why the staff couldn’t clear a table other than they were too busy messing about. Kids play area is also closed

had a smashing experience on Saturday morning. I fancied a larger burger, and the manager atia kindly suggested a 5-patty Angus, which was absolutely brilliant. The service was top-notch and lightning-fast, even during the mad rush. The manager and staff definitely deserve a Christmas bonus👍🏼

Food I got chicken nuggets x20 was very nice loved them so 5/5 for food. Service they were busy making orders so couldn’t fault them with that my chicken nuggets were done in no time.

Toilets a mess, blood on wall. Messed up order, missed out drinks and burger and wasn't even busy. There was a spillage that hadn't been cleaned. Food cold too. Workers attitude stank. Have to use machines to order. Can't order at the till. My dad's disabled, can't use the machine, so had to ask for assistance, got it, but didn't want to help.

I am Nihal and I had a great experience at Burger King Seacroft. The staff were friendly, and the Whopper was fresh with that signature flame-grilled taste. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. I visited york road Burger King today and I had a pleasant experience from there. The staff’s treated me with respect and the most important thing is the time management ,I received my order within 2min. I feel so comfortable being there as a customer and surely going to visit again.

Ordered food for the family at lunch time via the BK app. Food was really good - bacon double cheese, XL bacon, whopper cheese. Only issue was no milkshakes available and mayo 30p each but not listed on app. Miles better burgers than that famous rival.

I placed an order inside on the screen, in 5 min the order it was ready, 2 min took me to be home, I think they re-heated, cheese didn't melt, the burger was cold. The price its like on motorway, I think they gave me someone else order which they returned and they reheated, I thrown that in the bin. To be honest, because the shop its always empty, maybe that's way the food test disgusting. Not recommend to eat from here.

Last 2 visits the bacon xl burger was just about warm at best, had to take back for a fresh one. Never seems busy think burger king is losing the plot

Staff members were friendly, easy to communicate and respectful towards my service. The environment is also very peaceful and easy to navigate around. The food quality is in excellent condition and fast, what you would expect from a restaurant.

I recently visited Burger King. And the staff was really nice and I felt safe in store. The staff also took there time and didn’t rush costumers.And the environment was really tidy and the food was really great. And it’s very children friendly.

Burger king serves food very nicely and on time with speed. The food is also very fresh and warm to eat. Overall their customer service would be outstanding and excellent.

Burgers were Ok, but onion rings tasted like something reheated from previous day. Buildings interior is also very dated and makes negative impression. It's hard to guess now, that you are in a big chain restaurant. And I don't mean it in positive way.

When asked the staff do make sure your food is fresh and hot. The manager is good to keep the staff ont their toes as well to keep a good service.

Visited this place just a few days ago and had an amazing experience. Had a variety of food options to choose from and a spacious dining area. Tried bacon ceasar chicken burger and it was really good and got it served within five minutes even after the shop seemed a bit busy that day. I'm impressed by their food and service.

Really dated and run down, was like some weird David lynch film In there. Seating in poor condition, toilets like an 80s horror film. Person serving me had apparently never seen an espresso before and was amazed at how small the drink was. The halloumi fries are very disappointing

Jordan was serving, very pleasant lass had a chat while waiting for the delicious chilli jam and bacon double whopper. No atmosphere as I was the only customer!
