KFC in Leeds

Without ruffling too many feathers here....🐔previous experiences of KFC Colton have been somewhat of a mixed bag. Over the years I've known raw chicken to be served (one off), food to be cold, gravy that resembles dishwater and items to be missing off the order. For these reasons, I've steered clear, until tonight that is. After a horrific day at hospital, we all had that craving (if you know, you know) that only KFC could satisfy. So ...we chanced it.....risky considering previous experiences. Well.....I sincerely hope lessons have been learned because tonight's meal was absolutely spot on! Ordered to pick up at the drive thru (god send). Food was hot, fresh (and cooked this time, thankfully) and that gravy.......that gravy.........was top shelf! Thick, and plenty of flavour/seasoning. The fillets were good and those chicken wings/mini legs were gorgeous little fire bombs!!!! Plenty of heat (just how I like them) that even took out my wife by surprise. Only thing now is.......I expect the exact same standard every single time I order food from there, from now on!

No gravy, which was ordered and paid for, and no contact about this prior to or replacement, just a bag note. Large beans ordered as side, 2 small pots came. Chips were cold.

Can someone please tell me what this is?! Still waiting for a response. I can see a manager replying to everyone else’s reviews over the last few weeks…

food was stone cold from a 6 min drive away. the popcorn chicken tastes like it's been out for 3 days under a heat lamp and the 4 pc I ordered was stone cold to the center of chicken. I would not recommend ordering here.

Food was super fresh and tasted great

It's KFC. It's clean, it's tidy and the food has always been served hot whenever I've been. No complaints. Does what it should. Would recommend.

Delivery was appalling. Took over 20 mins and attitude from driver. Multiple phonecalls in which I explained where the house is. I even sent a map and ended up feeling unwell. I told the driver I was unwell and he asked for the code

Delivery didn't arrive! yet claimed it did!

Soggy chips ,dry chicken and Shocking customer service and even my dog turned his nose up at it...I'd rather starve then visit colton KFC again.

they replaced my water with Pepsi - I do not like Pepsi

Once again Uber drivers making up their own rules I’m paying for delivery not pick up at end of the street

Dipped bites were cold. Chicken drum sticks were very hot and dripping in grease but it tasted good.

My food said it had been delivered no body had knocked on my door and there’s no food on my property didn’t even ring to make sure it’s me had been saying delivered for atleast 20 mins and still no food

Very quiet and there's one gent in there who seems like a leader and he gives great service and helps everyone there, so hats of to him !

Disgusting service. The staff member lazily pretended they were closed at 10.45pm on the drive through on 29/06/2024 when there was clearly lots of people in the shop and the drive thru in front of us. The business is meant to be open till 11pm as per advertised business hours so they were just taking the pi55. This is a regular thing according to alot of people I have spoke to. When is this going to be sorted KFC?

Dirty uncleared tables, staff disinterested, almost always something missing on multiple order, 8 fries in one bag...

Didn't give any stars as arrived at store at 9.15pm ordered to eat in and spent over 40.00 to then be spoken to like rubbish saying that we couldn't sit at a table n then had to eat it in the car park. Won't be using this store again.

Never packs all food wouldn’t feed to my dog.

Had to drive over there because my KFC chicken meal had no chicken. They tried blaming the driver. Told her to sort her staff out they always get something wrong

Twice ice been and the chicken is awful. One thigh was broken and twice i had breasts with no meat on them only ribs and they were hard, dry and chewy.

when ever I seam to order from here I never get my full order always something missing can these people read I guess not

chicken was unusually overcooked ,not had this before from here ,,with every box meal we ordered gravey ,,we got the meals not one pot of gravey sent ,to read the recept with no more gravey wrote on it ,could of rang me so I could of ordered a different side

This is supposed to be a boneless banquet, a meal that costs £9.99. Look at the state of it! It’s supposed to be a regular fries, that can’t even pass for a small. The chicken is all barely cooked. I’m never satisfied when I go to KFC but Colton may just be the worst. What a waste of money.

Drive thru queue for over 45 mins to be told they barely had anything. When we eventually got our food, it was cold and stale. Meant to be fast food, think I could have caught a chicken, plucked and cooked it quicker than the service at this place!

Really good. Food was good and all there. Only complaint was coffee Americano took longer than food!? Would have thought chicken took longer??

Pieces of chicken missing and supercharger sauce didn't come but got charged for it! Plus the bucket was damaged.

Sent a bucket of scabby drumsticks. Missed extra fillets and a bottle of Diet Pepsi rather than Pepsi max. What a joke.

Both pots of rice were practically empty. For a family of 4 we had a tablespoon each.

I ordered at 5:30 and got my order around 6:40. All the food was cold

The wrong order was delivered and it got sent back with the driver. I never got the order I paid for! A refund is what I want now!

So sad. Last couple of times I've had . Asked for a box of chicked. First time four drums. Two others. Second time. Two drums. One other.. Plus no folk for rice dish. Its sad but think im not going to drive in again. But its sad. Tasty food just badly organised. This is not just twice. Seen a lot of changes in drive in service. Please think about service not profit.

£1.79 for a small portion of beans !!! Wont be going again there are plenty of independent chicken shops with better quality food at much better value.

Food was cold, wrong dip, fries stale

My order says delivered at 19:07 and nothing has been delivered at all my chair is by the door and no one has even attempted delivery. Number on just eat for the restaurant is incorrect number and cannot have any contact directly. Refund option is only for food and not delivery fee which is unacceptable. And not even guaranteeing a refund which is unacceptable also.

we never recieved our order when it said it was delivered. I rang KFC who was very helpful but it is out of their hands. Just Eat needs to do something about their drivers being incompetent.

Guy on the drivethrough mic sounded hungover or high. Didn't put fries with the order and burger was dry AF. Tried to complain on their site to maybe get a voucher but twice it gave me an error message. Done with this place forever.

Great place if you are not quite ready to eat. 45 mins for food, then not that hot.

Went in there yesterday and ordered meals to sit in. First of all there are no tents to take and you have to collect your food at the desk, so the instruction is incorrect. Secondly, the number appears on the screen but then there's no receipt as they don't often print. There were no napkins left, again, like last time. My hands got sauce on them and nothing to wipe it off with. Service from the actual humans working there I couldn't fault - they are all unfailingly polite and seemed to be working hard. Food delicious as always. I'm always a bit put out that there are so many leg pieces in the boxes, but my daughter never seems to mind. Assuming the good pieces are now being used for the boneless products 🤷‍♀️. Overall a lovely meal but spoilt slightly by sticky hands and the touchscreen being annoying.

Half of the Food was cold, and delivery driver sent to the wrong location. Had to phone me for the correct address due to tracking not working correctly. 3rd time it’s happened now so won’t be using app again.

was not as nice as normal the chicken tasted as if it had been cooked hours before the gravy beans and chips were luke warm as much as we love kfc i doubt i will be ordering it again .. was not enjoyable 😐😒

Poor selection out of 10 pieces 7 were legs!!! No breast just small undetermined chicken. Was hot on delivery that’s what the 2nd star was for, but not a great selection offered . Kids dissatisfied as it is there monthly treat and it feels like £30 wasted

Eat in on this visit. Food as expected from KFC, not much atmosphere but had a pleasant dinner.

Not a good experience here today . Order was wrong 4 orders in total. Guy on the drive thru was impatient and had to repeat order atleast 4 times yet still wrong. The bread in one of the wrong meals had black stuff in it . I'd of gone bk rnd had it not of been so busy . Popcorn chicken looked pale and all In all very unsatisfied. Will I go bk ? Yes if I get the correct order and food doesn't look like its been dropped on the floor . P.S I have a photo of the bread aswel but there's no option to post it wonder why that is .

No fries with party bucket order. Called KFC and they blamed just eat for the wrong order. Even though the bag was sealed - how could it be the delivery drivers fault? Terrible customer service. Won't buy from here again out of principle

All present and correct, could have been slightly warmer but still good.

Driver got lost again, map is wrong and he went to a street to the rear of our house. He then rang me and asked for directions which he then ignored and went the opposite direction.

Never received my flaming wrap with the order

I never received my order. Tried to call the KFC but phone just rang out tried multiple time over space of 30 minutes. I have reported to just eat but having to wait for email to get refund which I don't think is good enough.

Absolutely shocking customer service they push drinks full of artificial sweetener no other alternative in the meal deal the place was absolutely freezing cold never ever ever again will I spend my money here avoid at all costs!!

A lot of the food was missing or wrong. Tried to contact them but couldn’t get through, almost like they’d taken the phone off the hook. Disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Took 20 mins in drive through, can’t scan QR code for rewards and attitude is ‘don’t care’. Asked for plates to go with boneless bucket and he gave us 1!!! Every time we go there’s a problem it’s manned by idiots!
