Food was nice. Service good. Toilets disgusting. Disabled toilet out of order. Three female toilets, only one working with no toilet paper. Not good enough 😕

Went on a Saturday evening, there was no wait either for a table or to order at the till. We were served by Shauna and Jack at the till who were very helpful. All the staff were great; they got us a takeaway box and cleared the plates very quickly. The food arrived after no more than 5-10 mins and was very hot. Probably the best Nandos experience I have had.

Shauna served us and was amazing- my partner is a wheelchair user so getting around the restaurant is harder for us than most people, so she came and took our order at our table, and on top of that she kept our drinks refilled for the duration of our visit! She was so lovely and I hope that her manager knows how good she is!

The staff are always nice. The gentleman who showed us to our seat yesterday was really smiley and looked happy.

Came here yesterday with my partner for some food. staff were very welcoming & great service. Ordered myself food on the app but struggled to use my red reward. Staff were really helpful with this and we managed to get it working. Within 3 minutes, my food arrived! How wonderful! except it was stone cold…chips were not even edible.. butterfly burger was just dripping with grease, mac and cheese was so chewy. what a waste of a red reward 😳

Took my lad and 2 of his mates to celebrate end of year exams / sats, food was great and service also, the only problem was that the food could of been hotter, didn't wanto send the food back to get re- heated in fear of upsetting chefs lol.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of our meal and Jamie, the manager, was very organised in getting us out of the building and collecting one phone number from each table to refund our meals. When we went back in he collected an email address to send us a voucher for the inconvenience. Very positive experience considering the situation.

A fire alarm went off during a meal. Staff quickly worked to find out if it was a drill and, once finding out it wasn’t, they evacuated us quickly. The manager took phone numbers so they could contact us later and said they’d be able to cook us a new meal if we were allowed into the building again soon. Unfortunately, we could not get back into the Trinity Centre that evening however our meal was fully refunded and we were given vouchers. We returned the next day for lunch and were very impressed by the food. Excellent customer service and food

Special, very tasty grilled chicken, large variety of unlimited sauces, nice interior, the waiters and cashiers were very nice. As I had never been to Nandos before, they were patient and friendly in explaining how the ordering system worked.

Took some time for my burger to be ready but I had a buzzer so I knew when it would be ready so not an issue. I've only ever had Archie's at Manchester airport, but the burgers in Leeds are just the same. Lovely thin juicy flavoursome patties with plenty of nice sauce, fresh lettuce and a really soft bun. Would happily have a burger here again!

The food and service were amazing!

Quite annoyed actually. Went in today being told I can’t have hot water for my child’s formula milk. They said they can warm milk somehow in a bottle but cannot give me hot water due to safety. It waters in a bottle, I mean it’s a common thing most people do everyday which is to warm water. There is no rocket science to this. Then also told I can’t have my pram in a certain place so I said to the staff that’s fine but it’s your responsibility to keep the pram safe. Nope they then said no keep the pram and we’ll give you a more suitable table which is fine. Strange because I’ve been here many times and never seen this manager before and today the staff were just being awkward. When the food came, I didn’t complain because I couldn’t be bothered but my food was mixed up between my friends and my order so we ended up sharing out of each others plates. I had to go to Costa next door to get a tiny bit of hot water which they kindly did for me and were also shocked that nandos couldn’t give some hot water. It’s quite laughable really. There excuse would be oh we don’t have anything to warm it with. I am sure you can heat water somehow. All I was asking for was about 100ml

Chips were cold but they replaced them, then I found a cocktail stick layed horizontal in the middle of my chicken burger and then got a hair that was attached to the burger in my mouth. service= good. food= apauling, vile ,foul nasty

Waited 45 minutes for an overcooked burger (Superstar) that was pure grease and cold, stale, crinkle fries that I ate about three of. The worst burger I've ever had and just incredibly bad customer service. I could literally see my burger in the kitchen and the staff were still unable to get it out. Very disappointing experience all round and a total waste of 14 quid

We ordered a burger, 2 half waffles, chicken tenders, milkshake and a bottle of water. We was given a pager to let us know when our order was Ready. It vibrated and I went up to collect my order and there was just waffles, I asked about the rest and the server didn't know what I was talking about, I showed the receipt and was given the pager back to wait. 20 minutes later it went off, There was burger and chicken and no drinks, I asked, Oh uhhh what milkshake and there's no bottled water but I'll give you a cup to use the free water fountain. The bottled water was £2. Nothing wrong with the food but the service is not good.

Great experience at Nando’s.The girl who took our order even said she would help us download the Nando’s app. While we ate our meal she was cooking on the grill and plating up food so we thought she wouldn’t remember but as we finished our meal she appeared at our table and did it for us! We asked her name and it was Leeanne. She was so friendly professional and helpful.Great customer service!

i walked into nando’s, there was nobody to come and help me and they all avoided eye contact two minutes later a worker came up to me and told me to wait outside, we were then waiting for over 40 minutes just for a table of three. the workers were then rude and ignored our needs. won’t be coming again

We go to other Nandos in Leeds but on this occasion we went to Trinity one which I haven’t been to in a while. Matt and the staff were great and the food was served exactly as requested. Will definitely be back soon, thank you!

Best Nandos i have visited in a while staff were very attentive and always there to help, one of which was pregnant and just went out of her way to make it a lovely experience even though it was very busy and the food was cooked perfectly. Would certainly recommend this Nandos in particular.

Chose this place again this eve & food was fantastic & so was the girl who served me on the till, love the burgers & especially the milkshakes & didnt wait long for the food so happy customer, enjoyed the food yet again so will probably end up here next time I’m in town 👌

Cannot believe the negative reviews, I’ve actually eaten here a few times now on diff occasions & have to say it was great every time. Woman that served me was really lovely, polite & jolly, think she said she was called Charlie/Charlotte but could be wrong, really pleasant experience which makes a change these days, anyhow service was spot on & the food was lovely & I thoroughly enjoyed it (Chicken deluxe burger, curly fries & billionaire milkshake) bloody lovely & definitely will be back!!!!

Nice setting for a casual date. With the bottomless drink option, you can refill yourself and drink as much as you like. Staff are always friendly with greeting and exit. They also play multiple genres of background music. Lighting is nice as well. Not too bright nor dim. Very clean.

Food was fresh & tasty, yes you wait for it to be cooked so its not a quick 5-10 min wait but thats the whole point of going here & not crappy macdonalds. Staff were great, smiley & helpful, told me the wait time when I ordered so knew how long it would be, mentioning this because a fully grown man in the queue had a meltdown because he wanted his food quicker than it could cook, total male karen who shouted & ranted at the poor lass serving like she could become a magician…looser. Some people need to get a reality check. Yes its a bit pricey but its fresh & the nashville burger was gorg so will defo be going again 👍

Love nandos and love this particular restaurant here at Leeds Trinity. Service was very quick, staff were efficient and friendly. I tried the new desert; which was a warm chocolate pudding with a gooy middle,served with vanilla ice cream and a orange sauce that has a 'flicker' of chilli in it...... it was sooo good!!!!! Unusual combination but worked fantastically well!

The food was delicious ! However, rookie mistake, when asked if it was my first time here I said yes, as it was, and they made me get up and grab my own food. Instead of bringing it to me. I thought it was normal but then went to another Nandos where they actually served me.

Always love a nandos, and this one is in the trinity shopping centre, laid out like most nandos with good food, friendly service and a great atmosphere. Took friends for first time and they said they would go again.

I am Coeliac and follow a strict gluten free diet. Lianne welcomed us and went the extra mile to ensure that my meal was not only gluten free but also no cross contamination. We met our relatives from Australia and we all thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meals. Thank you Lianne for all your advice and assistance.

Nandos is Nandos so not much to say. Its a bit posher KFC but treble the price. Still pay it though as its lush.

Outstanding service here today, I turned up just me and and my little one. The staff could see that with a 1 year old and only 1 parent that I’d have to leave him at the table to go get drinks and cutlery and as such sorted this all for me. They interacted with my son who had a great time. Nandos isn’t somewhere I go for great service necessarily but this stood out, best nandos I’ve been to hands down. Outstanding service by everyone I came in contact with 💪

Very good service, we were welcomed by a lovely man who was very professional and helpful. We used the QR code to order our food, it all went smoothly. We got our food not too long later it was great. I had ordered the fill up soft drink and there ice machine wasn’t working other than that all was very nice good prices nice people good food

Popped in as it was my birthday and Nandos is a treat for special occasions for me. Me andy friend were met with friendly staff who showed us to our table, it was about 2.30 so quite busy, but there was a nice vibe and everyone was enjoying their food. Our server was Mollie, who was fabulous, friendly, attentive and helped me use the QR code to order. Food was lovely as always, and they went the extra mile in the service they provided. A birthday very well spent I'd say, had a great time. Thankyou to Mollie, Jamie and the team 😁😁😁

The chicken meat was burnt and dry...the ambient music was played according to the shift manager's preference, African music at a volume that was too loud and very disturbing.

Having to order empty glasses of water and fill the up yourself, having to serve yourself cutlery and drinks, and then eat bad food. Never again.

I’ve ordered the Portobello Mushroom & Halloumi Pitta and it was a very good choice for a vegetarian dinner. The food was served very quickly, in about 15 min for 7 people.

Visited here after a work's event on a Friday evening in January. Popular and long wait times after you ordered your food. A bit pricey for what you received. Ordered the Good Burger with Curly Fries. Both were okay, not great. The Big Bang Milkshake, however, was very nice. Wouldn't necessarily recommend to others, as the price didn't match the quality.

went in today and ordered, didn’t really look around before i ordered. I’ve never been in a nando’s so dirty in my life and i’ve been to lots of nando’s. The station where you get the drinks we’re filthy and also the toilets, definitely wouldn’t go back to that one!

Went for my birthday in January. I have to confess, I really like Nando's anyway but the service here was exceptional. Attentive, responsive without being pushy. Very friendly and communicative. The waitress who greeted us saw I was standing at the till but was busy. Told me she'd be with me in a minute, which i appreciated. The manager then also said sorry I was waiting and I'd be served soon. Generally, every member of the wait staff was excellent.

We came here after another restaurant couldn't meet our group's allergy needs. Nandos were excellent at taking our order and making sure there were no cross contamination.

I only tried some of the vegetarian options in Nando's. I think they make the meat wraps/hamburgers even nicer. The salads were fresh and flavorfull.

Still leading the way with little to no room between tables! We also got pushed to one side of the restaurant while the other was empty and also noticed Nando’s are taking advantage of customers with price increases I mean 3.60 for a coke yes it’s refillable but you only spend so much time in the place and if your like me and barely drink a full class it’s daylight robbery won’t visit again. I paid nearly £18 for a coke butterfly chicken breast broccoli and mash :/ only got 2 stars because the food is edible massively overrated

Service was good. They got us seats quickly. There was a section for walk-ins and one for reservations. Ours was a walk-in. The ambience is nice a dimly lit ambience and the leafy ceiling ornaments were an attraction for me. I had the OG Grilled Chicke Burger with Rainbow Slaw. The burger was good but not great as I expected, maybe I made the wrong choice. The Rainbow slaw was alright. My friend had the Quarter Chicken with PERI-salted chips and Spicy Rice. The chicken was too dry with some burnt portions but the chips and rice were good. Overall not a bad experience but it was below my expectation.

Eating out with a baby isn’t always the easiest however the staff here today when I came for lunch made the experience so enjoyable and pleasant, the host mover stuff out the way to make sure there was plenty of room for the pram and was very helpful. The lady on the pass who served us our food was so friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had cutlery/sauces and I did not have to get up with the baby, this was really appreciated, Thankyou! She also did not stop smiling the whole time and a smile really does go a long away !! This contributed to such a pleasant welcoming friendly atmosphere. Beer service I have ever received in a Nando’s and since having a baby in any restaurant !! Thankyou :)

Came here around 7 in the evening with my girlfriend to try the Iconic Nandos. Ordered the boneless platter for the two of us, sadly the chicken was burned and the side were not tasty. The peri-chips were the only good part of it. For the price of around 30 pounds for the platter is is defiantly a very steep price. Would not recommend going to this Nandos, maybe another one however as maybe the food is better in others?

Chicken and chips - you can't go wrong! Only downside is the price. So expensive. But hey ho, you get what you pay for. Good quality food, tasty and leaves you wanting more!

Went there for my friends birthday, his chicken burger tasted as though it had antiseptic spray cooked with it. He didn’t allow me complain ( he thought it would be a bother ) so we left immediately. I assume it was an accident with the spray while cleaning but it was terribly disappointing for his birthday meal.

You know, I don't these reviews on here are doing this place the service it deserves. Was in Leeds for business and settled on this place as my wife is the fussiest eater, ever. I must say. The front of house staff were amazing! We ordered a daddy burger and a Peri chicken one. They came out in good time, hit, fresh and amazing. Portion sizes just right. Literally zero grumbles! 5 stars, 10 out of 10 etc etc. Don't go to Leeds often, but I'll be back when I do :)

My twin & I, Celebrated our birthday at Nando's (trinity) lastnight, with a party of 14 guest & had an absolutely brilliant time, food and service was exceptional. Want to thank staff and manager's.

I was a bit apprehensive of trying this place after the reviews I’d seen online but this was genuinely a great place to have a burger. Burger came out hot. Came quickly. Was great value for money. Would deffo go again!

Came with my cousin before we went to a gig at first direct arena. Friendly chap took our order nicely and gave us our drink straight away. Buzzer notified you when food was ready and it took about 10 mins. I had a Nashville burger and my cousin had chicken deluxe - both got curly fries and coke too. Burger was awesome, fresh and tasty! Curly fries likewise fresh and crisp. Decent meal for about £12 a head. My first experience and I loved it.

15 pieces grilled chicken and rice. I got the Nigeria 🇳🇬 vibe from the rice so I’d rate is 8/10. I loved it. I had to caution myself because the rate at which I was eating the chicken I feared the other people will be left with nothing to eat 😃. The ambience was okay and the staff were kind.

Nandos has changed over the years. The portion of chicken is less generous, the service varies from each person to the next and the prices have risen steeply. This restaurant is no different. You won't feel empty when you leave but your pocket will be much lighter. The location is great, they are fairly quick to serve you but they don't always listen - asking for, 'a quarter chicken breast piece' can result in being given a scrawny leg instead.

The food is good, but the waiting time. Ordered in a day that wasn't really busy, 2 customers coming after us. We were waiting for food more than 45 minutes, while the others after us already got their food. For drinks we ordered we had to ask to get glasses and waiting for a piece of cake for 25 minutes while 3 different staff members went to 'check' the order is just bad. Sadly this didn't happen only once, but since it kept on happening lately.. Last visit we were not allowed to sit by the windows tables (3 of them were empty) with no explanation, guy just said 'not at the moment' Sorry, but hopefully won't come again.
