Came to white rose at Leeds & thought we'd get something to eat at wetherspoons....the empty tables all had glasses bottles & empty plates that hadn't been cleared.asked a member of staff if she would clear us a booth & you'd think I'd asked her lick it clean her attitude was terrible. Eventually the table was cleared of the glasses & plates but wasn't wiped clean .....we order at the bar a katsu curry & Wiltshire ham & eggs with chips..the katsu was cold ....won't even give the service a star rating....am sorry but with a attitude like that you need to find your self another job preferably not working in the publican industry

Food nice staff friendly, definitely return

Smaller than a typical Wetherspoons, but we found a table easily around 11:30. Good choice of breakfasts (served until 12) which are constantly on rotation, so you get your food super quick. Bottomless hot drinks and the food is Wetherspoons quality. Good if you fancy breakfast at a cheaper price, and don't fancy the fast food outlets.

21/4/25-There was no food menu on my table, i kindly asked staff at the counter and was told that 'there's a food stand outside'; thanks for going the extra mile, especially when it's raining outside, review=-1

Ellie N , que servicio increíble hoy , pud estaba ocupado , Ellie fue más allá y más allá para localizar mesa para mi amigo , utilizando su silla de ruedas. Qué bondad demostrada. Incluso comprobando que estábamos cómodos donde ella nos colocó. El crédito absoluto, hace tal diferencia. Definitivamente regresaré. Gracias de nuevo Ellie incluso sonrió cuando problemas con la aplicación de teléfono para la banca. Su servicio al cliente es mucho mejor que excelente.

Ellie N , what amazing service today , pud was busy , Ellie went above & beyond to locate table for me friend , using her wheelchair. Such kindness shown. Even checking we were comfortable where she placed us. Absolute credit, makes such a difference . Definitely will return. Thanks again Ellie even smiled when issues with phone app for banking. Your customer service is far better than than excellent.

Onion rings were flat cold, chips luke warm. Burger in the bun was hot but didn't fill the bun. Staff never came and asked if everything was OK infact they dident ask ANYONE. With the quality off the food I see why now, dident want to get an ear bashing

Good service, friendly staff and my food arrived quickly and was tasty.

Its a beautiful pub and restaurant with a view of Whiterose shoping center and Cineworld also the childrens park. Its very awesome to spend a sunny evening there. Beers and Food are very good and cheap.

Only thing is the price of the coffee a list more expensive as all other wetherspoons are more reasonable can't understand why

Food is average but not bad for the price, service is great though. A weird thing is that the floor has too many tables cramped in.

Went for breakfast this morning as was very disappointed with the dry overcooked eggs and solid tomato! The waitress kindly replaced the eggs for us. Not up their normal breakfast standard.

Busy and noisy with a great friendly vibe. Drink and food prices are reasonable and it's quite a pleasant place to wind down after a day of shopping. The fried chicken wings and chips are very good quality and the service is super quick. Highly recommend.

Korean chicken bowl with lager £15. V nice. Lovely staff easy to order on app. Will come again

One of the smaller Spoons with competitively priced cask beer - much of which is brewed locally. A perfect destination when you’ve had enough shopping!

Small site for a Wetherspoons and can be difficult securing a table at weekends. Nice staff and decent food/beer as expected. Priced higher than other Wetherspoons though

I got a large breakfast, the bacon was yesterday’s as it was solid and dark the beans didn’t taste of anything, the servers looked like they were pissed off you were there. Definitely not going back there anytime soon.

Always great service here. Went for the Burn's week burger. Great portion size and good quality.

Not a great experience but staff really helpful with problems . Quite expensive compared to other spoons but do not order the salad ( £12 with drink ) as this was really poor and small .

Food was not the best, my daughter inlaw had found paper in her burger, the customer service was rubbish, my 13 year old said the customer service was better at Starbucks, they’re was no baby changing facility’s, probably wouldn’t go theyre again if I’m honest

Very relaxing place to enjoy a tasty breakfast which was delicious. The girl who served me called Jenny was friendly and cheerful. Couldn't of asked for more.

Food good and warm, I had the breakfast wrap and it was very good.

Crowded, noisy, children being allowed to run round, felt sorry for the staff who were working hard and managing to keep cheerful. Too small a space for a decent wetherspoons.

Nice pub, I wish was bigger. Sometimes, they mess up the temperature in the pub, and they can't get it right with the air conditioner, is either too hot or too cold at times.

Good service from the staff and the they came back and checked on us. The burger from the Christmas menu was great, I'd go back and have it again. Place was clean and the staff constantly clearing the tables.

Breakfast, although very tasty it was not hot enough in fact nearly cold Should have mentioned it to the staff but it was very busy.

We were served buy a very happy, friendly and very informative young lady called jenny she was a refreshing change.

1 of the best breakfast I’ve had at a Wetherspoons the eggs were soft and the beans were hot and Jenny was brilliant and super friendly.

More expensive than most other spoons, to may tables, understaffed and menu not as good as others.

Food and service was very good value for money.

The staff are so lovely and do timely check backs to make sure everything is okay with the food and service. The pub is kept clean and tables are cleared quickly and efficiently.

Service was excellent, Aimee did a really good job despite being completely rushed off her feet. Seemed a lot of the staff were stood around doing nothing but chatting and leaving Aimee and another member of staff to run food and work the bar? Otherwise lovely time here

The pub itself was okay, very busy on a Saturday lunchtime, service was good, food was okay. The worst element was finding it. As it is part of a huge shopping centre and the signage inside and outside of the shopping centre was appalling. Parking was chaotic and took you around several roundabouts, also getting out of the car park at the end was horrendous but to be fair it was mostly down to a football match at Eland road, a poor ring road and only one exit for the whole shopping centre. The place did it's best considering it's an awful situation and probably only worth visiting if you are already committed to the shopping centre.

Just standard pub food and good value for money, staff always attentive.

Not a fan of the whiterose in general but in fairness this spoons was nice and give off a nice atmosphere.

Fuimos por nuestro té a Scribbling Mill Pedí una hamburguesa americana, me sirvieron lo que me pareció una hamburguesa tamaño infantil que tenía, una pequeña cantidad de algún tipo de sabor en el centro de la pequeña hamburguesa y unas pocas patatas fritas chatarra. ¡Por casi 9 libras considero que esto es un robo a la luz del día! ¡No más cucharas meteorológicas, para nosotros!

Staff were lovely but the quality of the food has gone down but the prices have gone up!

Sat in this pub for 2 hours whilst my wife and to kids went shopping in the white rose everything was fine until my wife and kids joined me i had half a pint left and one staff member said my kids had to let there chips go cold or we had to leave as weatherspoons policy wont allow them to eat food not bought on site to be consumed. Witch i think is daft as it wasnt busy and no one else customers of staff had said anything

It's a small pub compared to other Wetherspoons i've been in. I only had coffee, which wasn't too bad considering it is out of a machine, and you can't complain if you are getting free refills. The place was clean and tidy, and most importantly for me, there was no blaring music, so I had a good conversation with my friends.

Great experience , great service given.
