Five Guys Leeds White Rose in Leeds

This has to be the worst Five Guys in Yorkshire ,Poor quality burger, thrown in a bag with greasy chips .After complaining no apology or resolution. How hard is it to produce a burger in a bun and serve it well ???

Very friendly staff, good food as has come to be expected.

Buns are it bit stodgy but the burgers are nice would be better with substantial buns

Five guys burgers are great and the coating on the fries is really good as well. Nice milkshakes too, not too thick or runny. Massive choice of ways to customise your burger or milkshake as well.

What a bad experience I've had today we can't eat the hamburger the bacon is burnt a very bad flavour

I tried a burger from here for the first time and was surprised by how good it was. The burger meat was really tender and perfectly cooked. I had the bacon cheeseburger and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also got the large Cajun fries and it was insane how much you get for the price. I think I would go with the small next time because they're very generous. The staff were courteous and the service was quick. They do refillable drinks and they also serve alcohol. Overall a pleasant experience for fast food and I would recommend.

I ordered small fries from five guys and it was burned oily and very salty it’s the worst fries ever. It’s very expensive!

Every time I order I don’t get everything I ordered and it changes my mood from eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ruined my white t shirt as the food bag they gave me had ketchup on the outside. Cost me £65 to replace it as they refused to replace it. Offered some food vouchers which I’m yet to receive. Won’t be going again

Love their milk shakes and cajun fries. I usually treat myself with these 2 items as a vegetarian. I can only get these 2 items from the menu. I hope they introduce a vegan type burgers soon.

Undercooked chips, when I’m paying nearly a tenner for a small chips and a drink I do expect better than that, understandable if it’s busy but we were the only people in there

my bottle of fanta which i have paid for has not been delivered the driver says the restaurant did not give him it so i’ve called the restaurant and they are saying they give it to the driver i have paid for a bottle of fanta that i have not recieved this has happend twice in 1 week now

delivery time changed 5 times getting longer and longer. food finally came and all of it was cold. wouldn't order from here via just eat. Just go get it yourself.

It's not a bad place for a quick bite, bloats you for 30 minutes. Staff are always pretty happy and smiley, making every effort to engage with you. Someone is always out wiping tables, sweeping, and general cleaning duties. Selections of fizzy pops are fantastic. Their milkshakes are the best. Still blows my mind that there are monkey nuts in open boxes for people to help themselves, I take some for the squirrel's at that park. Bacon cheese dog, with ketchup and mustard every time.

It was standard. Worse thing is you can't vape inside or even outside.

What do you need to know. It's a Five Guys so whatever you get you just know it's going to be good. Just wish they would stop with the fries overload. I hate to waste any. Quality burger and my go to place when in need of a great tasting burger.

Just the same as 5 Guys everywhere, which us kinda cool as you always know what you're gonna get and it's always amazing. Everything else was spit on too, toilets, tables, bins etc. All clean and tidy.

Not safe for peanut nut allergy sufferers and Five Guys refuse to acknowledge this is an issue either at a local or corporate level, their signage "warning of peanut use" is pathetic. The staff are not trained to let people know. really poor attitude to this potentially fatal allergy.

On a burger level I’ve never had such an amazing burger EVER! Cooked perfectly and the member of staff taking the order was more than helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you have never been.

Ordered via delivero a fair few times and always ring to ask for the tub dips beforehand as it’s easier for us and given the price we pay. Not a lot to ask. Called today and I asked and the lady seemed to have ignored it and said I can send a lot of sachets? I said I’d prefer the tubs she said she will do what do can but may be the sachets. Order arrives and there’s NO dip of any kind. Had to run out to the shop to get some. For the price you pay, the service you get is a JOKE

The chips are halal as they are cooked on their own in a separate fryer using peanut oil, so any halal guys out there it's good to know as they chips are banging! However, IMPORTANT thing to note is their milkshakes are NOT halal (I've seen many Muslims buy them) as they use the same spindle to mix milkshakes that have bacon in them. This was told me to personally by a manager in another Five Guys who warned me about it before buying one. Other than that, awesome chips. Try them.

I used to love these burgers but they have become ridiculously expensive and standards have dropped, we ordered delivery yesterday, the fries (costing £6.45!!!) were dried up, the burger small and tasteless, I mean we spent almost £40 on a takeaway burger meal, madness

Loved every bit of it, chips was a bit different and expensive but plentyful, the burgers are nice just very expensive, staff are very clean and use gloves at different cooking stations also which is rare for big companies

Great food but terrible prices. The location is great. The restaurant is simple and well maintained. The serving team is polite, fast and efficient. We came in for some mid afternoon nibbles and not a full meal. We wanted just some fries. But i have to say.... £6.50 for a cup of cajun fries is simply laughable in these times of austerity. Sort that out and the stars rating rise.

Order came with mushrooms on it which had not been selected, spoilt the burger for me as I could still taste the mushrooms even after they were taken out.

Third time we’ve had the wrong order delivered from the white rose store. No milkshake the last time and no extras/salad in the burger.

Burgers on a different level. Quality and prices are high. Chips are authentic and unbelievably good. There is enough for two in the regular portion.

Two items were missing from my order. I rang the restaurant who said they couldn’t redeliver them and I had to take it up with just eat. I did so but it would only allow me to submit certain items, which means I will not get the money back for the second drink I am missing. I can request refund for the milkshake but not the bottle I ordered with my burger which cost £2.85, which is disgusting customer service. I would like a full refund.

The burgers are really good although they are very over priced. You get plenty of fries and bottomless drinks top up. I just think that the prices are too high as i would visit more often if the cost was lower. You wont get much change from £50 if 2 people are dining, at the end of the day it is just a burger. I will re-visit five guys again but i’ll be in no rush. Over all not a bad experience

Our grandchildren loved it. We loved it. All except the price.... but hey ho it was just about worth it.

Food was great but didn't make up for the sheer wall of noise that assaulted me throughout my visit, to the extent the employees had to yell to be heard. A few interior partitions wouldn't go amiss.

Love a good Five Guys, and have been to a fair few, and after some shopping, decided to pop in for some tea a few weeks ago. It was very quiet despite it being busy in the shopping centre and it being tea time, and now I see why. Our cashier was super friendly and patient and smiley. Couldn't sing her praises more in regards to service. The food was slacking severely though. Both drinks machines weren't right and the drinks were flat - no matter the drinks selection chosen. There were no sauce dispensers but there were sachets - which are impossible to open, especially with having greasy chip/burger fingers. We got so frustrated, my boyfriend went to ask a member of staff for some mayo in a cajun spice container, where a member of staff leisurely dragged her feet around the dressing table to get us some mayo. The burgers were cold. Took much longer than it should have to get our food, ESPECIALLY as it was so quiet. Genuinely took over 8 minutes to get 2 burgers when there was literally 1 other person waiting and probably about 4 tables occupied with people eating already. Chips...I can't tell if they were under or over cooked - but they weren't crispy on the outside and the centre was mushy and they were too pale. I think they were undercooked but my boyfriend thinks overcooked. Overall, a poor experience apart from the till person. Would not return.

Very quiet on the day I attended. Staff were not very attentive. Food was good. Very little atmosphere. Prices have gone up.

Wrong stuff delivered I got fried onion not fresh onion, no jalapeños or hot sauce on the burger and no sauces on the side which I asked for, also got sent a hot dog with mushroom and mustard which I’m illergic too!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is like heaven 😋 😍 The strawberry milkshake with whipped cream 😋 😋 😋 oh yes We come a few times It was over £30 but that's for 2 of us. Believe me worth every penny xxx

Absolutely gorgeous burgers and fries. So much better than your usual fast food restaurant. The milkshakes are extremely tasty also. The only trouble is, is that's it's ridiculously expensive. It would've gotten 5 stars otherwise.
