Walked in was ignored by rude workers who then seemed to giggle , customer service needs work

Absolutely gross, never again in my life, total rip off

Recently , I visited here, I was vegetarian and had no clue what to get on the sandwich, staff working there helped me select best sandwich until now, 😍 place is atmost clean, they took care of each and every small thing, they do ask about allergens and your taste, such a nice and friendly atmosphere, i would like to visit daily for such gestures !! Keep it up staff ♥️

The sandwiches are top notch, and in a short space of time (5 mins), your orders will be ready.

Wrong bread and not toasted like I ordered

The waffle fries where ice cold, bmt foot long had traces of salad rather than an actual portion. Just overall disappointment

Food was extremely poor - veggie sandwich with 4 pieces of lettuce and barely any veg. No sauce and poor. I will not be ordering from here again. All sandwiches were minimal and barely any filling

Franchisee needs to speak to their manager. She has horrible attitude towards customers.

Really disappointed with the lack of filling in my sub. I could hardly see any meat and the salad was so sparse it was just a bread roll. For the price it really should be much better 😔

Wow what a let down since new staff taken over. Walked in I was going to walk straight bk out in honesty as wanted to eat in. Well food all over every table litter all over the floors it was a right dump . I got a sandwich to take out can't fault the sandwich like. But the staff who served it was arrogant and rude . No service with a smile here lol. Will not be returning !

Delivery driver did bring my food

I had paid for extra ham but there wasn't even one full portion, the meat was chopped up, I couldn't find the turkey and there was barely one slice of ham, and what there was had bits of onion in it, which I can't eat, disgusting!

Didn’t make the correct sandwich

Order 2 salad boxes one fish and one meat Salad boxes where vary small and sample but not enough salad , fish or meat the boxes where bigger then what salad you got no sauce ether not even a fork to eat it with lucky it’s wasn’t for on the go otherwise you be left using ur fingers I won’t be ordering a salad box again as it’s wasn’t worth the money disappointing

I recently purchased a turkey footlong from your establishment with the expectation that it would contain a variety of fillings, including lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, sweetcorn, pickles, and jalapeños. However, to my disappointment, the sandwich had an insufficient amount of these ingredients. It was quite disheartening to pay for a sandwich that did not meet my expectations. As a customer, I believe it is important to receive the full value of the product I purchase. In this case, the lack of fillings in my turkey footlong left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I had hoped for a flavourful and well-balanced sandwich, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Also at the same establishment a couple months back I had accumulated enough points to redeem a free 6-inch sub. However, when I went to redeem it, the worker told me that I had to make a purchase in order to get the free sub. I was surprised because I've never had to do that before at other subway locations, and it's not stated anywhere on the Subway app. It made me question if the worker was being honest with me. I feel continually let down but this subway store and hope for improvement in the future as i wont be visiting again in the foreseeable.

I order a ham and turkey salad a lot, when it arrived tonight I was very disappointed to find that my meat had been sliced up into thin strips instead of the usual whole round slices. May have to think about ordering again, if I wanted it chopped up I would ask for it. overall the taste was good though

To start with they have amazing staff to serve you. Food quality is real good as you having a healthy sub. I’ve visited them on few occasions and they been great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited this subway and my experience was amazing. The food was incredibly delicious and atmosphere was very pleasant. As I am vegetarian, it's always hard for me to get good options but the staff members of the subway were very friendly, specially one staff member named Megha guided me to vegetarian options and she prepared my sandwich exactly to my liking. It was a great experience for me.

I went for first time and I had no idea because I am vegetarian and staff helped me and suggested me plant patty Sandwich and that was worth it. Good portion of salad and sauce. Very good staff polite and welcoming.

They are not subway, it’s named subway. Have there own way of operating.Do not go to this store. Everytime I visited this store . They say they don’t participate in any offers as any other subway store. But they do and it’s on central subway sites indicating they do. They have been deceiving customers for a while. Be careful!!

I ordered & paid for a footlong Subway & received 6”, very expensive 6” subway, the last 2 orders before that I asked for subway to be toasted & wasn’t, extremely NOT happy with last 3 orders! HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR FOR QUALITY WHEN THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL!!!

Worst Subway I have ever been to, since the refurb and the new staff this subway has dropped so much. Previous staff were friendly and caring to locals. New staff are tight and rude and extremely slow. Also suspected scamming going on as subway points are recognized. The portion sizes are so small it’s ridiculous. They then charge you double for extras. Joke of a place since staff has changed. Used to see locals in here all time who were looked after by staff. Don’t see that anymore - it’s sad.

Ordered 12 cookies, they were smashed to death. We pay for intact food, not crumbs. Thank you.

Like the last reviewer, would give 0 stars if I could. Since they’ve been taken over the staff are awful - arrogant and rude with zero customer service skills. Really small portions, hardly any cheese, hardly any salad and they halved a 6 inch for a kids portion and it was tiny. The cupped drinks they give with a meal deal too are literally a kids size. Disgusting and greedy. Wont be returning and I suggest anyone else that wants a decent standard doesn’t bother either. Also, points scanner wasn’t working and the receipt was missing the code so clearly a scam.

Barely any salad in the sandwiches at all. Proper skimmped on salad and sauce. When paying £10 for a sandwich u expect filling to be decent....shameful charging that much and skimpping on salad

Cant fault the food but the staff are an absolute joke. It seems like they’re all away with the fairies as they just completely ignore you for ages before serving you. There doesn’t even have to be a queue, it’ll be quiet and they’ll still act like they haven’t seen you. Defeats the purpose of the name “fast food” when they all work extremely slow.

This as to be far the worse sandwich I have got form subway the bread was like rock and it just crumbled when you bit into it. They was not cheese and I would say there was very little salad on it was very dry do not no how a sandwich can be dry when in the bin . I love subway too 😭😭😭😭😭

Floor dirty, table dirty. Staff did come out to clean, but only after requested. The new menu is confusing, You can't have the ham and turkey sandwich, but you can have a ham sandwich with turkey or a turkey sandwich with ham??????

Staff that where on shift where to busy gossiping to serve waiting took them 45 mins to serve 4 people. Then they get the order wrong and charge incorrect amount. I like subway but this branch is not very good been a few times to gove benefit of the doubt but always bad. Service is always shocking, staff rather chat then work, shop is always dirty. Just over all not a nice place. Staff need retraining and to learn some customer serve skills
