Subway Seacroft in Leeds

I placed my order at the self service till , after placing my order 3 different customers placed their orders in person to the staff as they said they were struggling with the self service till (which is fair enough) . The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. However the customers who arrived after me and placed their order to the staff members got their orders prep straight away and had no waiting time . 🤔 Maybe next time I will just bypass the self service till and avoid the waiting times .

it took so long to come and its absolutely freezing. i would like a refund please.

Absolute joke spend a extra 6 quid getting double meat and chicken just for there to be no chicken in my sandwich and barley any steak completely messed up my order adding things I didn't want DO NOT COME HERE

If I could 0 I would, rude staff who never listen and always have a bad attitude, somehow always get my order wrong and act as though every bit of food they give out gets taken out of their paycheck. I have asked for double meat 3 times now and each time they barely put in enough meet to cover the standard never mind double meat. Genuinely robbing customers every time

I'm sorry but the only things we would eat again are the cookies and the monster munch. I used to love Subway and I don't know if there have been recipe changes in the last couple of years but it's not what I used to enjoy.

Absolutely appalling. At the price they charge for a sandwich you’d expect to get the right order, seems the staff here aren’t capable of reading simple instructions and sent the complete wrong thing. Crap customer service and all round has deterred me from ever eating at subway again.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Subway! From the moment I walked in, the staff were super welcoming and friendly. The store was spotless, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. I ordered a footlong with cheese , extra salad, and a generous helping of sauce. Everything was prepared fresh right in front of me, and the portion sizes were more than generous. The bread was perfectly soft and fresh, and the flavours were spot on. I also love how quick they are without compromising on quality. It’s always my go-to for a quick, tasty meal that hits the spot every time. I’ll definitely be back!

Great sandwich really packed with meat

20 minutes late, sent someone’s else’s order, refused to help. Had someone who barely speaks English on the phone. BASICS!?!?

Kids meal a disgrace. Bread was rock hard with a tiny bit of filling. Exchanged for 1 exactly the same. Not allowed an ex Jane or refund. Staff rude with a couldn't care less attitude

I had footlong big bombay with meal deal. It was very good also staff members are supportive and specially the staff member named MP who served me was very good and quick she suggested me to make my sandwich in meal deal. Will come again.

What has happened to the quality of the food? Salad boxes used to be so fresh and tasty and now the only taste was from the gherkins. Nothing had any taste whatsoever, the chicken was terrible and didn’t taste if anything. You couldn’t even tell there was onion in the box. Sorry but for £6.89 for half a box of tasteless salad is disappointing. Not surprising it was empty at lunchtime

Sad salad. The staff are actually counting the cucumber slices. Used to be good value for money before it changed owners. Anyone who gave this branch a 5 star review must be on the payroll - avoid

Hey there, to be honest, The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. If, I talk about the food I give u 5/5. The food ingredient are fresh. I ordered a veggie-based sandwiches, it was really delicious and tasty😋 . And i also ordered the Veggie Delight, and it was fresh and packed with a good combination of ingredients.

I visited a week ago and had a wonderful experience. All staff were kin and helpful, one staff member under the name of khushi stood out. She was calm and attentive, and suggested everything i needed. Thanks for amazing service.will be back soon.

I had a wonderful experience when I recently went to Subway. The sandwiches were freshly made and delicious, but an employee named Khushi's outstanding service was what really made the meal. She was friendly, efficient, and ensured everything was just right. Her attention to detail and great suggestions made the visit truly enjoyable! Will be back around soon.

I have been here with my 2 other friends. Amongst us 2 are vegetarian and one is non vegetarian we both tried plant picanta 6 inch wuth meal deal believe me it’s worth it for money. Furious chicken sub and she was also happy with it. The behaviour of the staff named Megha who was in till was superb she suggested us whole order. 10/10

Food was cold and they missed an item off my order

Never received my ordered. According to the app order was delivered somewhere else. No way of contacting Just Eat. Will be taking matters further

Paid for extra cheese no cheese at all in either subs. Barely no sauce when ordered 2 sauce. Both terrible

The delivery was great. The meatballs in the sandwich was all hard and chewy they wasn’t soft at all. They forgot my sauce. My cheese balls were cold. The nachos were all soggy and Barley any source to them

I asked for a meatball marinara, i was automatically given the meatless one without being asked, i asked for alternatives for a picky child and didnt get anywhere with the staff at all no help, and since when did the toulet become for staff only? Isnt a sit in eatery meant to have toilets available for customers, absolutly terrible service and will not be going back, turned into a horrible place.

Food Luke warm but not surpised as from ordering took 40 mins to get to us from a place that thats in a car is 5 mins. Was told 8.05 as we ordered at 7-45 to then get it at 8-30 was a joke

Paid £12 for this, I’ve been told about this subway and i forgot! The salad cost must come out of the managers wage - I ordered lettuce if you can find it in my picture - you would think you’ve asked them to add extra gold to your sandwich. This is NOT the subway chain we all know and love

It was great place before refurbishment. Now you get very little ingridients loaded on your subs, getting charged more, tables are dirty. Employees are deaf or ignore you. Horrible experience.

all of what I ordered was in one bag!. hot and cold items together. that means cold stuff gets warm and the hot stuff goes cold. so my meatballs were horrendously cold and hard and the food was wet and nasty because of a thing called condensation. please for the love of all that is good in this world... please... please... put cold stuff and hot stuff in different bags!!! is so not cool. ☹️

Recently , I visited here, I was vegetarian and had no clue what to get on the sandwich, staff working there helped me select best sandwich until now, 😍 place is atmost clean, they took care of each and every small thing, they do ask about allergens and your taste, such a nice and friendly atmosphere, i would like to visit daily for such gestures !! Keep it up staff ♥️

The sandwiches are top notch, and in a short space of time (5 mins), your orders will be ready.

Wow what a let down since new staff taken over. Walked in I was going to walk straight bk out in honesty as wanted to eat in. Well food all over every table litter all over the floors it was a right dump . I got a sandwich to take out can't fault the sandwich like. But the staff who served it was arrogant and rude . No service with a smile here lol. Will not be returning !

I had paid for extra ham but there wasn't even one full portion, the meat was chopped up, I couldn't find the turkey and there was barely one slice of ham, and what there was had bits of onion in it, which I can't eat, disgusting!

Order 2 salad boxes one fish and one meat Salad boxes where vary small and sample but not enough salad , fish or meat the boxes where bigger then what salad you got no sauce ether not even a fork to eat it with lucky it’s wasn’t for on the go otherwise you be left using ur fingers I won’t be ordering a salad box again as it’s wasn’t worth the money disappointing

I recently purchased a turkey footlong from your establishment with the expectation that it would contain a variety of fillings, including lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, sweetcorn, pickles, and jalapeños. However, to my disappointment, the sandwich had an insufficient amount of these ingredients. It was quite disheartening to pay for a sandwich that did not meet my expectations. As a customer, I believe it is important to receive the full value of the product I purchase. In this case, the lack of fillings in my turkey footlong left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I had hoped for a flavourful and well-balanced sandwich, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Also at the same establishment a couple months back I had accumulated enough points to redeem a free 6-inch sub. However, when I went to redeem it, the worker told me that I had to make a purchase in order to get the free sub. I was surprised because I've never had to do that before at other subway locations, and it's not stated anywhere on the Subway app. It made me question if the worker was being honest with me. I feel continually let down but this subway store and hope for improvement in the future as i wont be visiting again in the foreseeable.

I order a ham and turkey salad a lot, when it arrived tonight I was very disappointed to find that my meat had been sliced up into thin strips instead of the usual whole round slices. May have to think about ordering again, if I wanted it chopped up I would ask for it. overall the taste was good though

To start with they have amazing staff to serve you. Food quality is real good as you having a healthy sub. I’ve visited them on few occasions and they been great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited this subway and my experience was amazing. The food was incredibly delicious and atmosphere was very pleasant. As I am vegetarian, it's always hard for me to get good options but the staff members of the subway were very friendly, specially one staff member named Megha guided me to vegetarian options and she prepared my sandwich exactly to my liking. It was a great experience for me.

Excellent service polite people and quick delivery

I went for first time and I had no idea because I am vegetarian and staff helped me and suggested me plant patty Sandwich and that was worth it. Good portion of salad and sauce. Very good staff polite and welcoming.

They are not subway, it’s named subway. Have there own way of operating.Do not go to this store. Everytime I visited this store . They say they don’t participate in any offers as any other subway store. But they do and it’s on central subway sites indicating they do. They have been deceiving customers for a while. Be careful!!

Worst Subway I have ever been to, since the refurb and the new staff this subway has dropped so much. Previous staff were friendly and caring to locals. New staff are tight and rude and extremely slow. Also suspected scamming going on as subway points are recognized. The portion sizes are so small it’s ridiculous. They then charge you double for extras. Joke of a place since staff has changed. Used to see locals in here all time who were looked after by staff. Don’t see that anymore - it’s sad.

Like the last reviewer, would give 0 stars if I could. Since they’ve been taken over the staff are awful - arrogant and rude with zero customer service skills. Really small portions, hardly any cheese, hardly any salad and they halved a 6 inch for a kids portion and it was tiny. The cupped drinks they give with a meal deal too are literally a kids size. Disgusting and greedy. Wont be returning and I suggest anyone else that wants a decent standard doesn’t bother either. Also, points scanner wasn’t working and the receipt was missing the code so clearly a scam.
