For never arrived. Contacted the store 2hrs after ordering to be informed our hot food was ready but no drivers. Absolutely appalling service and just eat needs to take action and remove them as they can not deliver the service. Don’t order from here.

Sausage roll missing from order and hot food was freezing cold. Not even half a mile away from the store to deliver to my work as I couldn’t get away, so unsure how it could be so cold in such a short time

ordered pizza...6 pieces in each box and it arrived looking like a train wreck. all pieces were mangled into one another. in edible unless you want to eat a pile of pizza

shockingly packed put hot food with cold food and melted everything to the bag leaving everything ripping to bits when trying to take out of bags!

Over an hour late, food cold and multiple wrong items sent. Appalling service from Greggs and just eat as a whole!

The queue is always way too long (literally out the door every time). Staff seem very slow.

After 2 hours from ordering never arrived, ironically status says delivered however apparently does not qualify for a refund despite either the vendor or the courier blatantly lying when saying order was delivered

The order was 2 hours late but food was upto Gregg's standards. The pizza was likewarm but majority of Greggs menu can be enjoyed cold regardless. Overall great food, poor delivery time.

Food as usual was up to standard Just the overall cleanliness of the tables and floors and the toilets Was in for about 40-45 minutes and no one was cleaning tables and the food waste bins were overflowing But a couple of staff members were having a good old chin wag behind the counter while someone else was serving.

Thought my order had been packed by Amazon and delivered by Evri... no, it was Jct 32 Gregg & Just Eat. Everything thrown in the same bag. Hot food. Cold drinks. Bakes - squashed by the drinks. Everything was luke warm, bottle of pop included.

the driver put my food on its side, the pizzas were a total mess

Last 2 orders have had items missing. Not great as someone has no lunch. I did put a note on this order for them to check before despatch. On the receipt 2 items were not crossed off. Once a mistake but twice is taking advantage. Sort it out Greggs.

I ordered a pumpkin spiced iced coffee and they gave me hot coffee that didn’t even taste like there was any pumpkin in it, just a normal coffee! That’s all I ordered for as well because I’ve never tried the pumpkin drink from greggs yet! I ordered the chicken oval sandwich and they gave me the baguette, but I’m guessing they just didn’t have the other so at least they swapped it out, and they also gave me a free donut so can’t really complain! Just annoying because I wanted to try the pumpkin s

They do vegan sausage rolls. I'm milk intolerant, so at least I can grab a quick bite to eat whilst out shopping

wedges were undercooked and cold

when packing donuts keep them laid flat all 8 was squashed to 1 end of box, once opened all toppings was stuck to lid of box. might aswell of ordered plain donuts

The driver did not deliver order in full, he gave us bags 1/3 and 2/3 and that's it, most of the order wasn't delivered. Absolutely disappointing, do not recommend.

A clean and tidy, well presented shop with very polite and friendly staff. I ordered a pizza meal deal, the food was lovely and freshly made, I enjoyed every bit of it, very filling and leaves you wanting more. Well done to the team who make the shop a great place to eat.

We had a family sized order that kept having items added, and we were served by Marie, she was brilliant, we didn't feel rushed even though there were people queuing behind us, and she took it all in her stride. Saturday lunchtime must be hell for the staff, having to deal with so many customers. So thank you very much to Marie!

It’s a busy Greggs on Junction 32 retail park

Something was out of stock and they called straight away to let me know and added more items to make up for the out of stock item. Brilliant customer service and great food thanks

Came in today (11/8/24) for a nice lunch, however the single toilet that was available had run out of toilet paper and no staff members were there to clean up and make sure that the toilets were still clean. The other toilet had been locked and so couldn’t be used, during peak lunch hours this is not good customer service

False information, claiming food been delivered when it has not, bad service

On the adverts it states that there are three rashers of bacon on your barms. However once arriving home after visiting the Greggs at Junction 32 in Castleford it turns out that the one I purchased had one full rasher and half of another and it was the fatty half. Really disappointed as I love the bacon barms from Greggs and was really looking forward to it.

Ordered a pizza deal and only received my drink churos and wedges can’t get in touch with the restaurant

Worst customer service, best food. They haven’t got the slightest clue how to serve or construct a breakfast sandwich ( very poor). Shame really.

Delivery delayed by 45 minutes, food arrived cold. Not even slightly warm. Completely cold.

I am not very happy that the delivery driver had dropped my pizza it was left with no toppings on and all over the box

Delivery was constantly dropped back. Changing the time doesn't change the fact it was 20min later than oriinal estimate. Also cold, stodgy and missing dips etc.

The only Greggs that manages to get my order right every time! Great as always:)

I ordered a baguette and I got a roll

I ordered my food at 12:15 my order has just arrived and it is freezing I have waited 2 hours for nothing and one of the items is missing ! I have tried contacting just eat and can’t manage to speak to anyone? I would like to request a refund asap

Called in today 24/03/24 and the toilets were disgusting. Is there no standard set in cleaning and checking the toilets? Are your customers that undervalued.

The usual Greggs items, it's quite a large cafe that can get busy at weekends & holidays 👍

3rd time I have ordered and had items missing. The NPC at Greggs insists there’s nothing they can do. I am not a bank. I do not give your company my money to not receive what I pay for. Then have to wait 7 days for my money back. This is infuriating to say the least. I would avoid this place like the plague

Visited Greggs Junction 32 today. Nice new big cafe area, lots of space. Excellent service from Dylan today, friendly and professional. All staff seemed to be very organised and dealt with the queue promptly. Food and drinks spot on. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

The driver DID deliver to my address 15 Teal Close WF10 5SU (as stated on receipt) on time. Your app gave her directions my mum’s address I used last week! She was unable to log it as delivered so glitch on your app!

There is no southern fried chicken sandwich is missing

Ordered a cheese n ham toastie, guess ran out as received a cheese n ham baghette. Other than that food was good as per.

Greggs is....well its Greggs - well done Gregg, great for a quick warm pasty or sausage roll.

I do enjoy a Greggs's sandwich and this shop is part of a chain which means you k ow what you are going to get. Some seating inside, but often a real draft blows through, so try and sit in one of the booths. Good selection of sandwiches and drinks and hot food too.

Ever been to a Greggs? Well it's like that, but in a retail park.

Busy - nice for a quick grab-n-go steak bake while shopping.

Sadly vegan sausage rolls were tasteless and dry. They do do very nice mince pies though and the staff are friendly.

Good Greggs, very tasty hot chocolates, just a little disappointing that there is no gluten-free food available

I went in Greggs at Junction 32 today. While queuing I had plenty of time to look at the selection. When I got to the front and it was my turn to be served, I ordered 2 beef & vegetable pasty’s. We sat outside and started to eat them, my pasty was warm but my wife’s was cold. The filling was runny and falling out of the pasty, they were both very bland and tasteless. I ate my because I was hungry, my wife had two bites out of hers and handed it to me. I ate a bit of it and handed the rest to the man sat next to me for his dog. I can honestly say, this is the worst thing that I have ever bought from Greggs. I would always go to a Greggs if I’m peckish. I try different items most of the time. I would never order one of these again, or go into this Greggs again.

Never had a problem with this place. The staff are all super friendly. All of them very polite and nice to talk to. Shop is always clean and tidy, and stocked with all the food and drinks that are staples on the menu. Prices are very fair and affordable and the quality and taste of the food is great. Would recommend if you're visiting the center and looking for something to eat!

I would have said that this place on Garforth Main street was really nice but in the last 5 months it has gone down hill no staff certain sandwiches not there for weeks coffee taste not very good and to cap this all off its more often shut then open now so one star it what this shop will get from me

It sells sandwiches, pies, cakes, coffee etc. Not the best but seems popular for some reason

I like greggs. The Mocha from here is really nice. Pastries and sandwiches are nice. Wide selection of desserts. My fave is the triple chocolate doughnut.

You can't beat greggs very reasonably priced food and drink plenty of choices Clean and tidy inside friendly staff But can you bring back the Vegan steak bake please Out of all your vegan options, the steak beak is by far the best. Very tasty. Also would it be possible to offer other vegan sweet treats. The only option is the sugared donut, which is nice, but an alternate donut would be great.
