Five Guys in Leeds

my food was delivered too the wrong address even though it was supposed to be safeguarded by a code because I paid by card and even paid a tip not happy at all never will I order from here again I want a refund for breach of the guidelines

Never arrived. Couldn’t get a refund to feed the family in time for tea.

Turned up over an hour late. everything was cold. Had to buy something else

They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise 20-35min delivery times when it gets delayed and delayed. My initial time was 35 minutes and it took an 70. The food was lovely when it did arrive, so the delivery lets it down

There's no option for "it never showed up" My order never showed up and was put down as delivered.

Not keen on how you have to order each item of food and it wasn't great ! Will not be returning back here! Sorry

It's Five Guys.. Opened late unlike nearby competition You know what you're gonna get no matter where Five Guys is Cajun fries 😍

I visited at 6pm on a Monday and it was empty. The staff were great and friendly but I found the fries way too salty.

No bacon in a bacon cheeseburger is NASTY attitude. Eat it night staff!

5/5 experience. We were supposed to try only their milkshake, but ended up leaving after 2 burgers, fries and a drink. Reece is absolutely amazing, don't let him go! Fantastic service, good recommendations, attitude was top notch and overall friendly dude. If we ever come back to Leeds, this is the first place we'll come back to! 🤟🏻

Delivery took the mick. Delivered 20 mins late. Freezing cold on arrival. Paid £35 for 2 cold meals and got refunded £8. Absolute joke and will not be ordering again!!!

The burger was squashed and was dripping in cheese and grease. The fries were way too overseasoned. Do not recommend, for £19 100% not worth it.

Price too much high, i understand is quality...all you want, portions good etc. But...doesn't seem anymore a fast food

ordered it at 1.15, got it at 3.30. Called the store, they said no one arrived to collect. when it arrived, it was very cold. store said it was picked up at 3.06 and I only live 1.5 miles away.

Absolutely filthy place ! Really over priced for sticky floors, and hard seats with dirty tables! Disgusting £42 for 3 burgers, chips and a refill drink.

Some of the fries were a little soggy but the rest was delicious as far as fast food goes. However there did appear to be somewhat of a spat between one of the servers and the Uber Driver. The server whilst on duty began gesturing a punching motion which seemed to be a little unprofessional. We overheard his female colleague explain to him that patrons may be in earshot of what he is saying. Well she was correct. Other than that decent.

Iv been waiting for 2 and a half hours for my order to leave the restaurant the poor driver has been there waiting for probably almost the same amount of time. noone picked up the phone when i attempted to get an update or find out whats going on.

I have been to many 5 guys and this is the worst I have ever been, the portions were horrendously small. I had a veggie cheese sandwich and it was just lettuce..the fries were so small. I don't know if they are franchised but if they are this one caters only for drunk people who have no idea.. would not recommend at all

Pretty quiet when I turned up after 9pm on a week night, but a lot of other places had closed. I’ve been to half a dozen Five Guys and this branch hit the level with consistent excellent service and food quality.

Ordered from here through uber eats, all three burgers we ordered were raw inside and had to be thrown away. Surprise, surprise look on reviews here and someone else has posted a review and got food poisoning . Absolutely shocking and food standards need to investigate as there is more than one customer now who has left a review for the same issue, dangerously undercooked food.

Just got a shake to use the bathroom. Shake was pure sugar, threw it away.

Ordered @ 21:53 order received @ 23:57 completely cold not impressed, should have cancelled delivery of no drivers available, disgusting now left with cold food, not happy.

Consistently reliable & tasty - food arrives warm. Highly recommend.

Ordered some burgers and fries for delivery. The paper bag that was holding my food wasn’t sealed. This means the integrity of the order couldn’t be guaranteed. (Yes I don’t trust delivery drivers, get over it). I complained about my order but as you can imagine nothing was done. So thanks Five Guys for wasting my time and money. Rock stars.

My boyfriend bought a burger from here after going to Leeds carnival, the burger didn’t look right to me but he still ate it and then maybe 2 hours later he started with severe stomach pain and sickness, we called 111 and they said it was most likely food poisoning.

Great for the fast food place it is, no complaints! Staff do their job well, food is always delicious and hot, and it seems to get regularly cleaned.

Food is always good just a bit expensive, a burger chips and drink will minimum set you back £18. Floors were sticky and some general age related issues to the site

Burger was epic as always however this branch has over cooked and stale fries. Avoid the fries, terrible. I'd always love Five guys' fries, just this branch have terrible fries. Don't know if they serve us the old ones since we saw the other table with fresh looking fries. They'd offered to change the fries but sounded sarcastic so didn't bother anymore.

we are missing 2 items. we ordered 2 cokes delivery driver checked and he was not given them by the restaurant please refund and the service charge.. Had to leave in this section as refund section not showing the full order even though we have been charged.

Great burgers from here. A large variety of toppings and drinks. One large portion of chips will do 3 people easily.

Forget McDonald's Five Guys Milkshakes are amazing!

And, it's a hamburger restaurant.... Very delicious!! But they make hamburgers... They don't serve you at the table... They don't cook French classics... They make hamburgers...and they are almost the best at it!

Service is always good at Five Guys. The quality of the food, however, can be a bit hit and miss. Been to this one a few times, my meat patties were okay but slightly overdone, and the chips when I last went were bad - awful and scabby and overcooked and dry. Ended up throwing almost half of them. The first time, they were good and hot and cooked well. I'd still pop in, but if there is an issue with any of the food, I'm sure they'd be happy to remake when you're paying so much.

Always clean and cooked to perfection, tip: Little just means 1 patty, it's still a full burger. And little fries is 1 portion, medium and large are 2 / 3-4 portions worth.

The premises was clean and tidy,and great place to relax and enjoy. The only thing that I didn't like was the saggy bread and tasteless burger I have no Idea what had happened. It's surprise me though I wasn't expecting this. The fries was great only the saggy bread and the burger. honestly new workers must get a proper training about preparing food. Visible finger prints on top of my bread.I wasn't satisfied at all.

Was served by Holly and she was super nice. The staff were really friendly despite having to deal with a group of really rude customers. Didn’t catch their names but came in around 5- management should be proud.

Not the cheapest burger and chips but definitely the best in town. Suppose you get what you pay for.

Complete lottery with chips, I ordered medium chips but probably got the same amount as my friend who paid for a small portion of chips!

Reece was such a lovely employee and really made us feel welcome in the establishment ! Very helpful and kind. All staff seemed to be happy and cheerful as well ! :)

We visited this outlet while we were on our way to watch a stand up comedy. The staff were all chirpy and happy. The order was served quickly. Food was fresh. It's lovely to see a live kitchen. However, we tried the Hamburger which was too dry for our liking but absolutely loved the All Beef Hotdog. The fries were really amazing in terms of seasoning and the quantity. The concept of serving roasted salted peanuts is quite nice which has 2 intentions , one is to keep customers engaged and not be staring at the staff while they're cooking and the second reason is that customers can enjoy some munching while waiting for their food. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Will definitely visit to try some milkshakes and other stuff next time.

Usually great food but this time something went amiss, delivery time kept shifting longer, and then food arrived cold, and the chip portions seemed a lot smaller than usual

Ordered takeout. Was reasonably quick, but bit surprised it wasn't that hot (was fine, just not spot on) given it's made fresh and handed over to you. I'm used to having delivered at home and was expecting it to be really hot having had good experience home delivery from other locations. Still really strong product as you would expect from Five Guys, best burgers going.

Delivery rider was on time and did well, but the food wasn’t packaged for delivery on a bike in December and wasn’t very warm

Burger taste bland plus the packaging looks like they are in a hurry to wrap in a foil, but the shake taste so good please improve the salt in your burger

Has to be one of the best burger joints in the country and my favourite. It’s expensive but, happy to pay for good burgers and the fries are super tasty. You get a lot of burger and fries for the price you pay. Staff are always friendly and polite. Would defo recommend Five Guys for your burgers.
