Patient friendly staff and lovely food. I'll definitely be coming back.

Ordered some burgers and fries for delivery. The paper bag that was holding my food wasn’t sealed. This means the integrity of the order couldn’t be guaranteed. (Yes I don’t trust delivery drivers, get over it). I complained about my order but as you can imagine nothing was done. So thanks Five Guys for wasting my time and money. Rock stars.

Burger was great, chips were saltier than a teenage boy on freshers week!

Food excellent but over-priced. Decor and restaurant layout less than inspiring.

Order took a while, but in fairness it was bloody tasty.

My boyfriend bought a burger from here after going to Leeds carnival, the burger didn’t look right to me but he still ate it and then maybe 2 hours later he started with severe stomach pain and sickness, we called 111 and they said it was most likely food poisoning.

#1 place to go for a nice juicey burger! Always great service, burgers are just scrumptious😋

Food is always good just a bit expensive, a burger chips and drink will minimum set you back £18. Floors were sticky and some general age related issues to the site

Burger was epic as always however this branch has over cooked and stale fries. Avoid the fries, terrible. I'd always love Five guys' fries, just this branch have terrible fries. Don't know if they serve us the old ones since we saw the other table with fresh looking fries. They'd offered to change the fries but sounded sarcastic so didn't bother anymore.

we are missing 2 items. we ordered 2 cokes delivery driver checked and he was not given them by the restaurant please refund and the service charge.. Had to leave in this section as refund section not showing the full order even though we have been charged.

Great burgers from here. A large variety of toppings and drinks. One large portion of chips will do 3 people easily.

Forget McDonald's Five Guys Milkshakes are amazing!

And, it's a hamburger restaurant.... Very delicious!! But they make hamburgers... They don't serve you at the table... They don't cook French classics... They make hamburgers...and they are almost the best at it!

Service is always good at Five Guys. The quality of the food, however, can be a bit hit and miss. Been to this one a few times, my meat patties were okay but slightly overdone, and the chips when I last went were bad - awful and scabby and overcooked and dry. Ended up throwing almost half of them. The first time, they were good and hot and cooked well. I'd still pop in, but if there is an issue with any of the food, I'm sure they'd be happy to remake when you're paying so much.

Food cold and they forgot one of the milkshakes

Always clean and cooked to perfection, tip: Little just means 1 patty, it's still a full burger. And little fries is 1 portion, medium and large are 2 / 3-4 portions worth.

The premises was clean and tidy,and great place to relax and enjoy. The only thing that I didn't like was the saggy bread and tasteless burger I have no Idea what had happened. It's surprise me though I wasn't expecting this. The fries was great only the saggy bread and the burger. honestly new workers must get a proper training about preparing food. Visible finger prints on top of my bread.I wasn't satisfied at all.

Was served by Holly and she was super nice. The staff were really friendly despite having to deal with a group of really rude customers. Didn’t catch their names but came in around 5- management should be proud.

Not the cheapest burger and chips but definitely the best in town. Suppose you get what you pay for.

Complete lottery with chips, I ordered medium chips but probably got the same amount as my friend who paid for a small portion of chips!

Reece was such a lovely employee and really made us feel welcome in the establishment ! Very helpful and kind. All staff seemed to be happy and cheerful as well ! :)

We visited this outlet while we were on our way to watch a stand up comedy. The staff were all chirpy and happy. The order was served quickly. Food was fresh. It's lovely to see a live kitchen. However, we tried the Hamburger which was too dry for our liking but absolutely loved the All Beef Hotdog. The fries were really amazing in terms of seasoning and the quantity. The concept of serving roasted salted peanuts is quite nice which has 2 intentions , one is to keep customers engaged and not be staring at the staff while they're cooking and the second reason is that customers can enjoy some munching while waiting for their food. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Will definitely visit to try some milkshakes and other stuff next time.

Usually great food but this time something went amiss, delivery time kept shifting longer, and then food arrived cold, and the chip portions seemed a lot smaller than usual

Ordered takeout. Was reasonably quick, but bit surprised it wasn't that hot (was fine, just not spot on) given it's made fresh and handed over to you. I'm used to having delivered at home and was expecting it to be really hot having had good experience home delivery from other locations. Still really strong product as you would expect from Five Guys, best burgers going.

I was getting a milkshake but then my bus came and then same made it faster and helped me get home in time I can’t remember her name but thank you

Delivery rider was on time and did well, but the food wasn’t packaged for delivery on a bike in December and wasn’t very warm

Burger taste bland plus the packaging looks like they are in a hurry to wrap in a foil, but the shake taste so good please improve the salt in your burger

Has to be one of the best burger joints in the country and my favourite. It’s expensive but, happy to pay for good burgers and the fries are super tasty. You get a lot of burger and fries for the price you pay. Staff are always friendly and polite. Would defo recommend Five Guys for your burgers.

As a regular customer i was pleased at the speed of delievery for a friday night however quickly dissapointed to recieve the wrong drink, chips that were not fresh but room temperature hard and tasted recycled. Not good for almost £30

Had a nice meal here, served very quickly. Be aware that you need the code on your receipt to access the toilets. I binned my receipt before I found this out and therefore had to go somewhere else for the toilets.

Just nice burgers but the only issue is it’s over priced here

The Cajun fries were really underdone and much blander than usual

never been to five guys before! i recommend the veggie cheese sandwich with pickles and mayo. cajun chips are lovely too. food was hot and quick. very pleased!

The food here was amazing! The atmosphere was very welcoming, plus the BLT sandwich was so huge I didn't think i'd eat it all, but the taste was too good to waste anything. This is now my go to place for dinner😋

The food was predictable as any other Five Guys would be. Staff was friendly. Restaurant and restrooms were not super clean. All of the staff was busy cooking and taking orders. They needed one more staff member to clean tables after people left.

The Goat 🐐 food burger 🍔 . Burger, fries, shake nothing more needs to be said.... other than your wallet crying... but worth it once in a while.

This was an amazing restaurant to dine in at, with a classic red and white design at the counter! The options are clearly shown and the kitchen is open, staff were friendly too. I had a delicious Bacon Hot Dog with some of the best fries in city, although I will warn you it is devilishly expensive too! Bottomless soda was at the side, good range of options including raspberry diet coke and the seating is comfy too.

Great food, prices aren't too bad either. We were Served quickly, food did take a little time to come out but you can help yourself to peanuts whilst you wait.

Excellent quality burger meal, recommend the cajun chips they go well with the mayo, they're larger than you expect, enough to share. Kids love the milkshake, you can mix multiple flavours. I sup on the refillable soft drinks myself. As always, really pleasant staff and great service.

Great burgers. We had a bacon cheeseburger and a veggie sandwich with chips and choco milkshakes. Both were delicious. There was a long wait for food though and the price is very high for what you get.

The food is fantastic as always but this particular restaurant is a bit sad and seems like always empty. It doesn't give the enthusiastic vibe that fast food restaurants give normally.

Excellent burgers, generous size, and although these are expensive, it's great value if you want a lot of the extra toppings, which are unlimited and free. Huge portion of quite good fries, though in all honesty, who wants skin-on fries with a bacon cheesburger? It's not like we're trying tlo be healthy here, so please, peel them!

The burger was perfect but the grilled cheese was a load of rubbish, it’s cheap cheese slices like rubber and it’s tiny for the money it definitely isn’t worth it and it also came soggy. The chips were soggy too very disappointing I feel like I’ve just thrown £25 down the drain.

What an absolute disgrace. Paid £20 for a low quality burger and chips that were salty I'll be spitting feathers for a week. Heard people rave about this place and I am honestly amazed why ? Bog standard for at best with a premium price. If people think this is quality food then eating out is dead. Avoid at all costs. If you want a burger get one of those bioled rat ones at the fun fair. Honestly the standard is the same.

I popped in on Friday 14th April @ approx 3pm mostly out of curiosity as so many of my ‘foodie’ friends have raved about this place and their amazing burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes and I was curious to check it out for myself to be honest 😃 Bad idea… I cannot eat due to gastroparesis/surgery and am fed by nasojejunal tube so I can only tolerate a liquid diet and as soon as I walked into the place, the incredible smells hit me and it was torture - why do I do these things to myself…?! Worse still were the sights of the many happy, people sitting in, eating the most incredible looking juicy burgers and fries as I looked on with a hangdog expression (I began to think they were all looking smug on purpose - obviously they weren’t, they were just enjoying their food). 🤣 I approached the counter and was greeted by a really sweet girl who seemed genuinely pleased to be serving people, which makes such a refreshing change from most (dare I say it) fast food establishments where if you are lucky enough to be served by a human being and not a computer terminal, the staff act like mindless robots. I decided to order the malted milk milkshake my friend had recommended to me as ‘bloody fantastic’ only then did this poor girl have to tell me and she did seem properly sad to inform me that they had stopped selling them. 😲 Seeing my disappointment, she reeled off the list of what they do still offer and I decided on peanut butter - No cream. I’ll be honest, I was a little shocked by the price but was reassured by the customer behind me that they are ‘worth every penny’. She then asked if I would like any food to go with my drink and I said ‘I’d like nothing more but sadly, I can’t eat due to my illness but thanks for offering…’ Again, this kind young lady seemed honestly moved and said ‘aw, I’m so sorry about that but honestly, the milkshakes are so good, I’m sure you’ll really enjoy it. I really hope so anyway.’ I was properly moved by her sincerity, most people don’t know what to say and therefore - say nothing at all, which is much worse. I thanked her, paid and left. I had my milkshake ‘to go’ as I had a hospital appointment at the LGI at 4pm so I set off with it and I must say, that reassuring customer and the lovely counter lass were right. It was the most delicious milkshake I’ve ever had. There was no doubting it’s flavour unlike most milkshakes that are ‘wishy washy’ or artificial tasting. It was so peanutty, cold, rich, thick, creamy, tasty and satisfying that I actually had to have a long sit down and undo the button on my jeans in the hospital because I felt like Henry VIII after a feast…! 😃 It is the closest I’ve come since my tube went in last August to eating a pudding. I felt like I had eaten one. It felt sooo good. Ok, truth be told, I did need some anti-sickness medication mid way through but as Tom Jones says ‘It’s not unusual’ (for me). 😆 I’ll definitely be back again to try all the other flavours in turn and FOR SURE - if and when I can ever eat again, you can bet I’ll be first in line to treat myself to a Five Guys burger and Fries and I do hope that it’s the same lovely lass that serves me next time too. I’m just so very sorry that I didn’t get her name for this review so she could get the well earned kudos she deserves.

Order incorrect, wrong toppings, ordered Cajun fries plain was delivered. Wouldn’t make a fuss if it was cheap, but when you have paid £20+ for a burger meal and it’s wrong it’s not good enough. Called the restaurant they were uninterested, wouldn’t help and simply said “complain to just eat”… wanted to get a taxi to shop and throw it over the counter to be honest. Read an order properly. we was craving a milkshake and deciding to order one from five guys fully aware that most of their menu isn't halal. After ordering, called up the joint to ensure that they didn't put Bacon in the milkshake as I'm aware that they do make a bacon milkshake. However to my astonishment - I was informed that they use the same utensils for the milkshake that contains bacon as the one that doesn't! When you go into coffee shops they have different utensils for normal milk and alternative milk products. Who would have thought that your normal milkshake would be at rish from cross contamination from bacon !

After all the praise I have heard for this chain I thought it time I tried it for myself. All in all I found it underwhelming on overly expensive. £27 for two burgers, chips and a drink is really pushing the boundaries of what fast food/value for money should be. The only positives were that your food is cooked to order and you can choose as many toppings as you wish. There's plenty of better alternatives on every high street.

Wow cheese burger was to die for, I loved the milkshake I got the Reeses one! Can't wait to eat here again.

Five guys is always top tier. Just so expensive but as a sometimes treat it’s worth it. Cajun fries and the biscoff milkshake will forever be the best things.
