Delicious food and I just love this restaurant

Super delicious! Our food had a pleasant spiciness! Great menu with a large selection here you can find almost everything American Mexican cuisine has to offer - we love it! Great ambience is great with nice staff. The price is okay. Looking forward to next time.

Really unhappy staff and the food has gone downhill. used to eat here everyday years ago, wouldn’t touch again now.

Quality normal nothing impressive. Tacos thought would be more toasted ..came almost raw.

Had this not long after a Boojum. Went for a burrito over a bowl. Loved the simple menu structure and the very helpful and cheery service from their employee Stefan. He must be a source of pride for the company. The burrito was class and filling. Exactly what I ordered and it was a thoroughly enjoyable treat.

Food is edible but seriously bland, if you know Mexican food, this is nothing alike lol. Ate in, cold tacos, cold burrito. The bao buns from the truck vendor are seriously garbage too.

Definitely the best food vendors in Trinity Kitchen (or at least my favourite). Excellent service and a great experience with awesome food! Thank you! :)

I occasionally get the vegetarian Too Good To Go. It's ok but would be very expensive at full price 😱.

I recently visited tortilla leeds and had a great dining experience! We ordered burritos, and the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Although we had to wait a bit longer than expected because the staff was quite busy, it was worth it. The portion sizes were generous, providing great value for the price. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious Mexican cuisine!

Click and collect is perfect for my autistic daughter as we can get sat down away from the people. Food never disappoints and staff are quick and helpful

Burrito was honestly the best I have ever had. I'd especially recommend the pork was to die for! Absolutely Excellent Service! The lovely lady serving me helped me set myself up on the rewards scheme, which by the way is a great way to save money, and just was a very pleasant expeirence. I'd highly recommend!!!

I come here every other week to get a burrito and not just because of their food quality but because of the friendly staff as well.

Nadeem sorted the burritos out just the way we asked, my friends first experience at Tortilla and he was blown away with how tasty the burritos were! He’s definitely coming back for more.

Tortilla delivered the goods. Large burrito was LARGE and stuffed full. Trinity Kitchen is also a super location with plenty of choice for all.

I went to have Nachos queso, but the lady with blond hair, she put very tiny bit of everything, it is not my first time going there, but when she see any black hair or non blonde white people she just put a very little . I used to be the regular customer there. And specially this staff never treat everyone the same. Please consider this

Food was ok, nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Service was good and reasonably quick for how busy it was. I like the atmosphere, the hustle and bustle of the place and a real mix of people.

Had the pulled pork which was incredibly over seasoned, was like eating sea water, and tasted funky. 4 hours later said pork made a reappearance in the toilet bowl. Would not recommend.

I dined in trinity kitchen tortilla and all the ingredients were fresh, hygiene was great and service was friendly! Will be coming back for sure

Too long waiting for delivery 🚚 orders between people actually waiting for food in person. Food used to be great but unfortunately now seems to be below average.

Me and my partner eat here weekly, the service is always fantastic, staff are polite and fast, the burritos are astonishingly good. Sometimes you will end up queuing for 10 minutes or so. But that is a testament to how good the food is. Definitely recommend for when you need food before a night out, a big lunch on a long Monday, or any excuse to fill your stomach.

Wouldn’t recommend for delivery food was clock cold. Portion sizes were poor like dip arrived with half of the sauce inside, the burrito was very messy and will be hard to eat considering its leaked out and is soggy

We visited the food hall for the first time today (24th), walked around for a while, me the wife, kids etc. and decided that this was the place to eat. The food was plentiful, a bit on the bland side, but tasty enough. Unfortunately, the whole experience was spoiled by some staff members who clearly didn't want to be there. I don't know their names, but they were very off-hand. The whole process was far too rushed, not enough time to be talked through the various different bits and bats on offer to go with the wrap once it got past the point of putting in rice and meat etc. It just felt like she wanted to rush us through to the till and not one smile from her or enjoy your food etc. Once at the till, again not friendly at all. We tried to make some small talk, like you do, but the young fellow clearly wasn't interested in talking, more so to his colleague next to him. We really felt like saying something, but we're not the type of family to cause a scene, so I said to my wife, we'll just do a review instead and not come back.

First time at tortilla and will be my last, waited a small life time to be served, scran was cold by the time I got back to my table, was disappointed overall with the quality of the burrito as it was just so soggy. Shame really as id heard good things.

Ordered on Uber eats, the food was cold upon arrival. Although I know somewhat out of restaurants control when goes to the driver who he kept going the wrong way, changing routes and took ages driving as could see on the app. Then the main issue was with the food itself. Bland, tasteless and not enjoyable in the slightest. I couldn't even eat it because it tasted disgusting. The portion size of the bowl was tiny as well. This couldn’t be any further from Mexican food.

Vet busy sometimes. However the food is sooo good! I get beef tacos the best tacos ever! Make sure you joint there loyalty club! You get points and a free food for your birthday 10/10 staff 9/10

I spent 8 years in Mexico and I know what Mexican food is. This has NOTHING to do with Mexican food. Dry tortillas falling apart, no chilli and only possible to eat with a fork. Mexicans eat tacos with their hands. A place to avoid.

If had a burrito bowl today and I just say it was all I needed and more. Fresh and delicious flavours. Nothing was too overpowering which I like. Great service too! Very happy with my visit today 100% recommend

Was a big fan and for years went for lunch and had excellent grub. Never a single complaint. I thought something was off when I went to Liverpool before Xmas and it was shockingly bad with hardly any meat, bones in it, poor cuts of meat. It used to be top quality chicken breast. I did a review for that thinking it was a one off and a rogue branch. Unfortunately my daughter, always a huge fan went to Leeds today. The chicken was scant, and grey. It was so disgusting she took a couple of bites and threw the rest away it was so horrible. Picture attached. The chain seems to be in a death spiral and neither me or any member of my family will be back. It was good while it lasted.

Delicious burritos. I found a whole, fresh bay leaf in mine which I actually found very reassuring! To me, that says that they take care to impart real depth of flavour using fresh ingredients. Technically, I'm sure it probably wasn't meant to still be in there but I was happy to find it.

This food has no flavour at all. Tortilla really need to start flavouring their food because this is shocking, the food honestly tastes depressing.

I recently visited Tortilla, Leeds with my little boy. The server (jack) was incredibly welcoming and informative. The food was really nice and tasted fresh. I will definitely return in the near future.

Quick lunch with the girls, can't fault it. Always the busiest place in the food court. Has to be the pulled beef burrito everytime, its delicious.

The length of the queue on a daily basis speaks for itself. Burritos are always stuffed, staff are friendly, what more can you ask for....

just small portions really, i got the tacos and they just weren’t that great. £9.10 for 3 small tacos with a bag of tortilla chips (which were pretty flavourless), and a can of coke. wouldn’t recommend, unless the burritos are better

I couldn't rate this order on uber eats so have to do it here. We ordered two large chicken burritos, at extra cost. Thinking it would be large enough topping at thousand some calories with the regular fillings like beans cheese and guac. I don't know if we were actually given large because it seemed like a fairy regular sized burrito if I compare it with other places I've been to. Especially at the cost of 12 each. I've had larger wraps for 6 quid. Kinda put us off of ordering again.

The staff were quite clearly just trying to get through the afternoon rush, but I can't express how easy it is to say just simply a hello, goodbye, thank you or enjoy your meal... The staff were rude and I felt like I couldnt even get a word in as everytime they asked me a question, regarding my burrito, I would answer then they would ignore me and my family to carry on their own conversations. Very poor experience and the burrito was mid... Paid for extra guac and I didn't even get half a tea spoon amount... Had to ask for more. Would recommend getting som replacement staff... So girl who made my burrito on Sunday 1st October at 1.30pm, I think you need a new job because your clearly not happy...
