On two separate occasions my order has been "cancelled" by the restaurant. With no legitimate reason and when I've tried to call, incessantly, they haven't answered. The order was made at a reasonable time i.e. 8.30/9.00 but still they have been unable to fulfil. Therefore leaving me having to find alternative food providers. When they deliver they're mediocre "pay for what you get" no complaints. But I for one will not order from thrm again.

Goodness knows what happened to this place. Once a Leeds staple and quite unique, it's now bland, undercooked, has smaller portions and the pizzas that once set it apart are now as average as the rest. It's also considerably more expensive since being taken over. Our meal was also stone cold, which in itself was a first. Shame - we'll miss it.

I ordered the food at 22:17pm and The food was supposed to be delivered at 23:15pm on the 14/5/2017, but wasn't delivered until 23:45. When the driver arrived I explained that they was half an hour late and all I got was an excuse from him saying they was really busy. I said it wasn't except able but still charged me the £14 for the food and I said I shall not be ordering food from them again as I am annoyed with the appalling service.

Food took over an hour to come, when it came order was wrong, had to ring twice when pizza ordered finally arrived over two hours after original order was placed it was stone cold - don't order from here

I ordered the steak and chips with a pizza meal deal. Didn't receive steak and chips got four slices of a random flavoured pizza shoved into the box. The actual pizza I ordered was stone cold. Utterly abysmal

A hour late flat cold not a again

The delivery service was an absolute disgrace. The driver called me numerous times saying he was outside my accommodation when he was not. He then forgot to give me my drinks and just drove away. He then sent another delivery guy to deliver my drinks, he was in the wrong place and was asking me to walk to him. The food would have been a lot better if I'd have actually had the opportunity to eat it as soon as it was delivered, but unfortunately it was all cold and ruined the food. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Food wasn't as good as normal, then the delivery driver rings me and says I'm outside !! Expected me to go out to the car for the takeaway.

Nastiest food ever, even the sesh didn't deem it edible, ordered a pizza elsewhere straight after it turned up. Save your dollas

The pizza and fries were great, sadly chicken burgers are advertized as '100% breast' and that is simply not true, you get those pre made thin breaded things with mechanically reclaimed meat, it was disgusting if i am really honest. The chicken kebab also was very bad, it was not fresh but a chicken that had stewed with onions and was not fresh at all, it also came on a tiny pitta that was half a pitta as the onions had soaked the other side making it a mushy mess. I would be very careful about using this takeaway if i were you. 1 star as the chicken burger was my dinner and was left hungry, very disappointing meal.

Great for the price. Crispy fries, as opposed to soggy half baked anaemic chips. Nice burger bun, not soggy moulded together bread. All round nice food.

My bad review is because the donner meat was absolutely awful and smelled really bad, i was offended to be served to horrible food!

The steak was lovely however the restaurant forgot the starters and when they arrived they were over done and this was half an hour after the mains were delivered. Not good service

Pizza was delicious! Sweet sweet dough just beautiful! The chicken, on the other hand was horrendous! It appeared grey and way too fatty! Needs sorting out because this to me was a god damn bat! Not chicken, BAT! Please avoid the chicken at this place! Seriously guys

Ordered a few things one of those was a chicken kebab, I'm not so sure that it was even chicken that was in it, didn't look or taste like chicken more like pork, it was disgusting not eaten of course won't be ordering from here again. This place wants testing to see if there selling the right meat as advertised, worst thing I've ever ordered from any takeaway

Absolutely vile, worst take away we've ever ordered. My chicken, steak and chips was literally swimming in mayo and chilli sauce and the donner wrap was soggy and disgusting. We called and complained and received the worst customer service, the guy on the phone denying the fact his food was shite so we demanded a refund and eventually got one. Do not order from here if you value your intestines.

The food was absolutely vile!!! The salad on my chicken and rice was soggy and practically non existent. My friend ordered steak and chips and his chips were a strange brown colour, non of us finished our meal! To top it off, my puppy managed to get hold of a piece of the meat to which he later proceeded to vomit so I dread to think what it would do to my stomach!!!

Forgot two drinks, and delivery driver started arguing with. Me in the middle of the street.

The donner meat not very njce its literally has no color and spicy chicken wrap was not really it had like a stir fry chicken inside. Basically I didn't eat the food and wasted my money

Really rude delivery driver who gave attitude for no reason. Orders over £15 are supposed to get free pepsi/coke and we even stipulated in the comments if we could have a bottle and still didn't get it. Apparently, you have to pay £1 delivery in cash if you live over a certain distance but this wasn't made clear and the driver made out I was hiding money from him (we paid online). Not a big fan of the food although the jam roly poly was nice. Too bad the experience was bad cause the menu is extensive

Pasta was not bad but steak was tough and cooked to much. Side order of mushrooms were the smallest portion I've ever seen. Literally 3 mushrooms chopped up. And the kebab starter was disappointing, not what I expected. Chips were good as home cooked, it was all hot and came quick.

Took ages to find a decent takeaway that does nice thick kebab meat and this place is off the scale nice and tasty huge portion only bad things i'd say about them is the delivery time and too much grease on the naan bread even dog wouldnt eat it lol apart from that would reccommend

Ordered a Steak and Bolognese Rice. It consisted of 90% rice and 10% reheated pieces of meat which tasted like rubber. Also got a Chips and Cheese, chips were soggy and the cheese was only on a quarter of the chips. Shocking Food, don't know how this place is open

First time I have had a delivery from Steaks & Shakes.. usually go and collect it. Pizza wasn't cooked properly, it was DRY - no tomato puree. Disgusting, Don't waste your money.. especially at £15 minimum order!

Ordered a chicken steak panina and it had lamb in it so it went straight in the bin as i cannot stand lamb

Food was fine. Delivery driver had a serious attitude problem, took over an hour to get here then rang me saying he was new to the area and had no sat nav. Gave him directions anyway even though i think it is now a standard for delivery drivers to have a sat nav. When he turned up he demanded that we give him an additional pound because he had driven five miles to get to me, i refused because it wasnt my fault he had gone the wrong way. He went mental at this and begrudgingly gave me the food then sped off. Ate our meal, food was good but cold (again delivery driver not restaurant) and enjoyed the rest of our evening. That is until the delivery driver decided to start ringing my phone at quarter past midnight and woke us up?! Little bit scary, sorry to do this nd leave a bad review but his behaviour was unnaceptable.

Never ordering from here again. Waited nearly 2 hours for the food, when it arrived everything was stone cold, the pizza was like card board and to top it off they forgot the drinks I ordered, still waiting for these half an hour later. Not impressed at all!!

The chicken wings are amazing. The kebab was nice. The lamb steak was a bit dry, not a lot going on.

After waiting an hour for my food to be delivered, when it did eventually turn up it was a massive disappointment. The cheese panini had very little cheese in it, thinner than I would spread butter, the cheese pasta was a thin layer of pasta in a take away tub and a tiny bit of melted cheese on top. The cheese sandwich I ordered was practically an onion sandwich with a sprinkle of cheese. The veggie burger was disappointing also it had little to no salad in it with the burger been over cooked. Would not order from here again.

Esperamos para la comida para llevar para abrir ya que esperaba pollo y arroz.Pedimos poco después se abrió y me dijeron que no iba a ser 2 horas que esperar ya que acababa de abrir ? No está mal suficiente no discutir con eso ...De todos modos, vino, mientras que comer, miré mi novio sofá un pelo de su comida, aún dispuesta a comer. Luego, inmediatamente después de encontrar otro.para llevar el control de la situación con educación en el teléfono y amablemente nos compensó por parte de la comida.
